There are a few files here to help you get yourself around the PSN Archives.

00-index.txt  -- This is a recursive listing of all of the files under 
                 /csf/ftp/psn if you know your unix it's an ls -R. This
                 file will be updated regularly so if you download it you 
                 can quickly look for new files on your own machine by doing:
                    diff <old 00-index> <new 00-index>
                 where the text inside <> is the name you gave to the 
                 00-index.txt files that you downloaded from here. Download
                 the file and check the date, when you see a newer version
                 here change the name of the old one and download the new
                 copy. Do a diff, note changes, and then delete the old one.
                 You will always have a copy of the files located here.

README        -- Some background information about PSN

README-Navigation -- This file, I will add changes to here.

README-Contents -- A listing of what you will find under each directory
