Prison Legal News is a monthly newsletter published by Washington State
prisoners Ed Mead and Paul Wright. PLN reports on court decisions to
help prisoners vindicate their human rights, both inside and outside of
the government's judicial system. The paper is aimed at the more politcally
advanced social prisoners and their friends and loved ones on the outside.
