Howdy!

This is the beginning of Love and Rage online.  With any luck it will be a 
long and prosperous relationship.  At the moment, this is what we will 
provide:  text files of all of the files which were included in the english 
section of a given issue in one subdirectory, text files of all of the files 
which were included in any section of a given issue in another 
subdirectory, subscription information on the bottom of every file.  If you 
reprint the articles anywhere (and you are welcome to do so, we don't 
know many anarchists that believe in copyrights), please credit us and if 
we reprinted the article from someone else, just credit them.

For those of you not familiar with us, Love and Rage is both a network 
and newspaper of revolutionary anarchists in north america.  We are 
opposed to a lot of things, namely, authority, imperialism, racism, sexism, 
classism, homophobia, capitalism.  We come together to work on projects 
that attempt to bring anarchy to our lives and to our communities.  Read 
the articles, and see if you like what you see.  We are not an "in" club of 
people who gather together because of personality or merely friendship 
(although most of us, especially in each locality, know and like each 
other).  Anyone with a serious interest in the project is welcome to 
become more involved.  Contact us at the email or snailmail addresses 
listed below.

Things to note about the articles:  the files look a little bit funny.  This is 
because they have all of the control codes for Ventura Publisher in them.  
I have looked all of them over and I don't think it seriously detracts from 
the readability of any of the files.  If you think otherwise, let us know.  
Secondly, we have the capability of downloading the postcript files of the 
actual pages publihsed if anyone is interested.  A significant, but not 
unbearable, amount of work would be involved, so I am not going to do it 
unless there is demand for it.  If you ask for it, you will get it.  Otherwise, 
not.
