If you can grasp the concept that government actually owns GLU
and that you are only working for them you will be able to get 
along with the insanity a lot better.  GLU/Seattle does not
believe there is anything such as free enterprise.  You can 
and are encouraged to believe what you want and or need. If 
you have not been self employed and done all the foot work 
for big brother then you are in for a bigggggggggg surprise.
Welcome to the unreality.

This is a biggie
Entire courses could be dedicated to all the information that
could be possibly required by governments.  This information 
is best supplied by the government in question.  

Panhandling
Government always has its hand out for a pay off.  You will
not be able to avoid this unles you are interested in going
to the big house.  Like the organized crime down through 
history they want their pay off to "protect" you from
yourself. Government and its employees don't care if you 
succeed. Government would prefer to see everyone on welfare or
in prison or working for the "one" company.

I would encourage those interested in it to investigate War
Tax Resistance etc.  

Other then that you will find your local city, county, 
state, federal government leaches phone numbers in the "book".

Regulations/Requirements
Each state, country will be diferent.  You are required by
the laws that cover you to obey them.  You are independent
from any other GLU and can do what is that you want.  
If you chose to not obey the law, you and you alone will 
pay the price.

Licenses etc.
Check with big brothers.  They will be glad to send you all 
sorts of stuff to fill in.  They will provide you with many
phone numbers and addreses to drain you of your creativity and
all in their poor to help you fail.
