Students when registering at GLU are required to enclose a SASE,
self addressed stamped envelope.They will receive a ID card,
Enrollment verification, Class evaluation, and any other 
advertising stuffers about GLU events etc.

ID cards
GLU makes business size cards with the students number that
relates to the information in the GLU files about the
student.
  
Enrollment verification
This form is a simple reply to let the student know that they
have been registered in the class of their choice. The form
also provides a means of telling the student he can not go 
to the class and why.

Class evaluation 
Each time a student is registered for a class they are sent
with the id card and the enrollment verification 
Name, address, phone, classes, amount of tuition, 
check number, student number, date received

All the paper work is simple. If you enroll in the extension 
course you will receive examples of such paper work. How about
that. What deal.
