Conference '93 Workshops will include - - Queer Politics - is it inclusive, exclusive, or just a waste of time? - Can the (British) Labour Party deliver on lesbian and gay rights? - What does the new Europe mean for lesbians and gay men? Free movement of people and ideas, or racist fortress? - lesbian feminist politics in the 90s - lesbian and gay families - fighting the new Child Support Act (this is a new piece of UK legislation that attempts to force biological fathers to be financially responsible for children, even where the mother or other carers don't want this) - is private pleasure political - out in your trade union - and then what? - building and anti-racist and anti-fascist lesbian and gay movement - HIV, AIDS, and other health issues for lesbians and gay men Lesbian-only workshops will be available There will be disabled access and (British) sign language interpreters.
