Thoughtful Questions

If you think that the tax and spend politicians in Washington are completely 
out of touch with reality, do you really think we should give the UN the 
power to regulate our economy and levy taxes on us? Did you realize we are 
moving rapidly down that path?

Considering the multi-trillion dollar debt our own politicians have created, 
does it make any sense to give the UN spendthrifts the power to borrow, as 
called for by Boutros Boutros-Ghali? Do you realize that our government has 
already given the UN's World Bank the power to do so at U.S. taxpayers' 
expense by volunteering to back the World Bank's bonds?

Did you know that in 1995, due to our ratification of the UN's Montreal 
Protocol on ozone depletion, freon and other CFCs will be banned? This will 
render hundreds of millions of residential and commercial refrigerators and 
air conditioners useless, which, together with other industries affected, 
could cost an estimated $5 trillion worldwide, much of which will be borne by 
The American consumer and taxpayer.  Don't you think Congress should reverse 
this travesty?

Do you think that we should be giving the UN increasing power to dictate 
domestic environmental policy through ratification of the UN's Biodiversity 
treaty and Agenda 21?

Did you know that the UN's top environmentalists have denounced the U.S. as 
the greatest threat to the world's environmental health and are advocating 
policies to make privately owned American automobiles, single family homes, 
and much of our industry extinct?

Are you familiar with the controversial Outcome-Based Education (OBE) 
programs that are causing such educational turmoil across the country? Did 
you know that many of these programs are conneeted to UNESCO, the subversive 
UN organization that the U.S.  withdrew from in 1984? OBE programs are 
training American children to be globalist "citizens of the world" with a 
loyalty to the UN rather than to the U.S.

Did you know that the unconstitutional "asset forfeiture" laws, under which 
thousands of Americans have had their property seized without due process, 
emanate from UN treaties adopted by the United States years ago?

Are you aware that so-called UN "human rights" treaties are actually 
undermining and wiping out our rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights? Those 
rights include freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to worship, 
the right to a public jury trial, etc.

Have you seen the "UN Convention on the Rights of the Child?" Do you know that 
if this treaty is ratified by our Senate, it could be used to dictate 
virtually every aspect of how you raise and educate your child?

Did you realize that in May a dangerous, historic precedent was set when 
President Clinton transferred 4,000 U.S. armed forces personnel to UN 
command, under a Turkish commander? Are you familiar with State Department 
Document 7277, a long-standing official U.S.  government policy program 
calling for the transfer of all U.S. military forces to the UN?

Do you remember the UN's "peacekeeping" venture in Katanga (the Congo) in the 
early 1960s?  Have you seen any of the documentary films showing the brutal 
UN massacres of unarmed hospital personnel, women, and children?

Are you aware that the so-called North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), 
if enacted, would take the power to enact tariff's -- and many other powers 
 -- away from our elected United States Congress and transfer them to an 
unelected international tribunal?
