A MOVEMENT AWAY FROM CONFLICT & VIOLENCE



The Year 1994 of Great Significance in Consciousness



(C.A.C. General Reading, June 15, 1994)





OPENING MESSAGE:



This Awareness indicates the changes that are occurring in consciousness 

during this year are much greater and more significant than in any of 

the previous years up to this time. It is not likely to be understood 

for several years as to what actually is happening, but this Awareness 

indicates within several years, before the century turns, entities will 

realize that a great change has occurred in consciousness and the 

greatest energies began to move and make their shift in this year of 

1994.



This Awareness indicates people are becoming much more aware, much more 

quickly, that even those who seem to have been caught in old thinking 

are undergoing a different attitude about themselves and about others 

whom hey might have been in conflict with some time before. People who 

have totally opposite philosophies can still have harmonious vibrations 

together where they feel akin to each other on a spiritual path where 

they both walk, even if they walk with different philosophies or 

beliefs.



This Awareness indicates it is a time in which the emotions and the 

vibrations entities share in common are greater than the words, ideas 

and beliefs they embrace, and this is a unifying aspect of different 

cultures which is of great importance at this time, and in the near 

future, as cultures begin to unite and accept one another regardless of 

the differences that they tend to exemplify in their words, in their 

beliefs and in their particular orientation.



This Awareness indicates essentially, there is a movement of many 

different cultures walking together, side by side, in the same 

direction, which is away from violence and conflict. This Awareness 

indicates there are still of course many who favor and focus on and move 

toward the violence and conflict, but the greater movement of greater 

significance is that which moves from violence and conflict, even when 

there is difference in the philosophies of those who move from the 

violence and conflict.







WHAT RELIGION OR PHILOSOPHY IS CLOSEST TO TRUTH?



QUESTION:



A question from J.D. in New York. "Which religion, philosophy, esoteric 

school's 'story' concerning the nature of life on earth, spiritual 

progress, deity, life after death, man's place in creation, etc., is the 

nearest to the actual facts?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that this question is not clear. It is not 

clear to what the term "religion" means or what the term "philosophy" 

means. This Awareness could answer the question easily by saying that 

the philosophy which is more closely associated with the actual facts is 

the philosophy which this Awareness has given.



However, this Awareness does not consider Itself as a religion or Its 

message as a . religion, therefore, the entity may not likewise consider 

this as a religion, and is more likely asking about the traditional 

orthodox religions.





Hindu, Buddhist, Jewish & Christian Religions



This Awareness indicates that if the entity is speaking of he more 

orthodox religions, then this Awareness would say that the Hindu 

philosophy is the more closely related in actuality in the sense of its 

basic cosmology regarding the paths to spiritual enlightenment, 

regarding the planes and the vibratory rates between dimension. However, 

there is also another level of truth found in the Buddhist philosophy, 

and still another truth found in the Christian philosophy. The Jewish 

philosophy also carries a great truth. All of these have certain 

elements and all have certain areas that are somewhat lacking in terms 

of clarity in regard to actual truth of reality.



This Awareness has discussed many of these things already. This 

Awareness indicates the concept of the Buddha as representing certain 

truths in the sense of realizing that when the Buddha reached 

enlightenment, he discovered that all others were also Buddhas and that 

they were all gods and deities, even if they had forgotten or failed to 

realize their Buddhahood.



This Awareness indicates the same in regard to Christianity. There are 

certain truths there which must be understood for entities to have a 

complete recognition of reality in that the Christ being one with God is 

a message for entities all to recognize; that when one is Christed as a 

Divine Being, the entity becomes One with God.



In other words, surrendering self to God, one becomes Christed or 

anointed with the frequency and vibration associated with the Divine 

Creator. This Awareness indicates there are many distortions that 

entities have brought to the Christian religion, but when it is properly 

understood, there are many great truths within the Christian religion.



This Awareness indicates also the same can be said for the Hebrew 

version of the Divine Creator and its place in the universe. All of 

these religions have something to offer. This Awareness suggests that 

entities learn something of the basics of all religions and they will 

find themselves accepting a composite of all religions in such a way 

that they are more complete and more wholesome in their spiritual 

evolution.





Religions that Promote Conflict are in Error



This Awareness indicates that religions that call for human sacrifice, 

religions that call for the slaying of your enemy or which condone the 

slaying of your enemy, or the harm perpetrated against non-believers -- 

these religions are in error insofar as they promote conflict of one 

religion over another.



This Awareness indicates that this does not mean that there are no 

redeeming factors within those religions, there may be many factors in 

the religions that make them healthy, while there may be also many 

factors that make them unhealthy for human consumption.



This Awareness suggests that entities, in learning what is truly 

spiritual and divine, can separate the spiritual and divine of a 

religion from that which is less than wholesome so that they can look at 

their own religion, or the religion of others, and recognize what is 

good and what is in error in that religion, for none is absolutely 

truthful in the highest sense, and none is false in the total sense.





The Path of Sant Mot is the Most Pure



All have something of value, all have something that should be improved 

upon. This Awareness indicates of those philosophies connected with 

India, that which is called the path of Sant Mot appears to be one of 

the purest of the long line of religions that embraces the teachings of 

the saints, stemming from prior to the time of Christ, up to the 

present, being pure in the sense that it is not distorted by 

commercialism. The Christian religion has been highly commercialized in 

order to promote it to greater numbers and to the mass consumption. This 

Awareness indicates that it still retains a certain amount of purity.



The Sant Mot path appears to be that which had an origin of a same or 

similar source as Christianity. In fact, much of Christianity embraces 

some of the Sant Mot teachings and principles from ancient times, but 

the Sant Mot path remained pure and in terms of this type of religion, 

can be said to be the most pure to its original source, however, this 

does not mean it is based on or comes from the absolute truth.



There are concepts involved in the Sant Mot teachings which embrace 

spiritual truths, yet there are also spiritual truths that have not been 

examined or understood by the Sant Mot teachings, the same as there are 

truths that have not been properly understood by the Christian religion, 

even in its early era.





Huna: The Mother of All Religions



This Awareness indicates that the Huna philosophy of Hawaii was 

liberated by exploration of the Hawaiian language, especially through 

works of Max Freedom Long, and this released an understanding of a kind 

of Huna "code" found in all religions of the ancient sources, and this 

Huna code explains a philosophical outlook upon which many of the 

religions from the past were based and from which many religions 

evolved.



This Awareness indicates that this, in one sense, is the most pure form 

of studying the mother religion, if entities wish to do so. This 

Awareness indicates that the book "The Huna Code of Religion" by Max 

Freedom Long, can give a good foundation for further exploration and 

study of this mother of all religions. You will see your religion, you 

will see the Christian religion, you will see some of the Oriental and 

Middle Eastern religions in the coded symbols of the Huna philosophy as 

revealed by the language breakdown and codes in the Hawaiian language.



This Awareness indicates that even this mother religion is not a 

complete understanding or a complete representation of truth. There are 

still more truths which may not have been discovered at the time these 

religions were encoded in the Hawaiian language. This Awareness 

indicates it is therefore important that entities not settle on just the 

study of one religion alone, but that they recognize there are many 

different truths that can be extracted from the study of different 

religions, different philosophies.





"The Celestine Prophecy" Opens New Doors



This Awareness indicates It is most pleased at the recent release of 

"The Celestine Prophecy" for it opens up that which may be considered a 

new philosophical outlook on human expression and the spiritual path for 

human progression, nor is it based on an old religion. It is more or 

less an addendum to spiritual life, adding something that has not 

hitherto been made available to entities.



This Awareness indicates that there is information that has come from 

works of different people: the works of P.D. Ouspensky, in his "In 

Search of the Miraculous," and the works of Gurdjieff his friend, and 

their school of research where they went into all the lands of the world 

seeking information in regard to the spiritual life, and bringing back 

this information to share with each other, in order to form a deeper 

understanding of what is the spiritual reality.



These entities gave much to humanity in the middle part of this century, 

P.D. Ouspensky and his book "In Search of the Miraculous" and Gurdjieff, 

each adding understanding to the database of spiritual information that 

entities can learn from. This Awareness suggests that entities wishing 

to learn, study these works also. Do not limit yourself solely to the 

various religions.

This Awareness indicates that it is important to study the various 

religions for what they have to offer, either in studying their actual 

works or in studying synopsis of the religious teachings and histories, 

but to study the various religions is good. If you can find a synopsis 

and have the chance to study that, even without a full study, it will be 

helpful in a kind of comparative religion approach so that you can see 

the connections between one religion and another. You can see the 

patterns.





Much Plagiarism Involved in Christian Religion



This Awareness indicates that by seeing the patterns of how one religion 

may relate to another, it becomes helpful in recognizing the evolution 

of the plagiarism involved in various religions. This Awareness 

indicates that many religions steal from each other and change the names 

of the characters involved in the religion.



This Awareness indicates that anyone who has the opportunity to study 

the Sitchin books in the "Earth Chronicles" series, where they study 

"The Twelfth Planet," the various books that follow, "The Lost Realms," 

etc., will begin to understand how the Hebrew philosophy or religions 

stemmed from earlier writings from Sumeria, Akkadia, and other earlier 

cultures.



The entities who wish to study the works of Graham and others who focus 

on the origin of the Christian religion may find that there are many 

direct quotes and much plagiarism involved in the creation of the 

Christian Bible, taken directly from writings that precede the Christian 

writings by hundreds or thousands of years.



This Awareness indicates that these writings are not necessarily 

original with Christianity, but are plagiarized from other religions of 

the time or of earlier origins, and this means that Christianity was not 

reported factually as history unfolded, but was a creation, a composite 

from different religions and cultures to create and manufacture a story 

for entities to consume.



This Awareness indicates that this does not mean that the Christian 

story is a fake or is fraudulent or is a lie, it simply means that it 

was composed from various other stories in the same way that the "Star 

Wars" trilogy stories were composed from other stories and brought to 

this generation for its consumption and passed on to future generations 

for their consumption, and that the "Star Wars" stories contain within 

them important messages for humanity, just as the Christian story was 

compiled from many different sources, contains information that is of 

great value to humanity, even though it may not have been factually 

reported historically correct.



This Awareness indicates that the same can be said for many of the 

stories out of ancient Egypt, that many of these stories and events from 

ancient Egypt became incorporated in the subsequent religions. There are 

connections between the Christian religion and stories that date back 

into Egypt. There are connections between the Christian religion and 

stories related to India and its gods, particularly Krishna, and there 

are stories of many other saviors who came to earth to help save mankind 

that have been incorporated into the Christian story.





The Piso Family the Main Writers of New Testament



These different stories from other cultures being brought into the 

Christian story by the writers of the New Testament, the Piso family, in 

particular, writing under various names of the books known as the New 

Testament, have brought a great myth and guiding force to humanity which 

molded an entire civilization.



This Awareness indicates that it is for the good of humanity that these 

stories have been presented as guiding influences to help bring about 

the civilizations that unfolded as a result of these stories, of these 

teachings, of these messages. This Awareness indicates that humanity is 

never complete from a single myth or a single religion, but always grows 

with greater understanding as new ideas and new influences are brought 

in, particularly when those new ideas and new influences complement the 

highest and best that have been available in human expression.



This Awareness indicates that in this new era or New Age. there will be 

many entities bringing forth new information, new insights, "The 

Celestine Prophecy" as one which adds these greater insights for humans 

to better understand so that they will be ready for the next level of 

insight or new information that will again help to evolve the human 

species into a higher spirituality.



This Awareness indicates you need not think any particular religion has 

the final answer or that becoming an expert in a particular religion 

means you have reached absolute spiritual evolvement, for you will 

always find more room to grow. It is like trying to find the edge of the 

Universe; as long as there is the potential for something beyond this 

limit, there is always further room to expand, and entities should 

understand by now they do not ever find a limited amount of knowledge or 

understanding. There is always room for more understanding and more 

knowledge.



Likewise, there is always room for further spiritual growth and to 

assume you have grown spiritually as far as you can because you have 

become an expert in a particular religion is folly. This Awareness 

suggests that it is entities' nature to search for truth, to seek truth 

in every nook and cranny available, and when finding a truth, to 

recognize: "There is one; where is the next?"



This Awareness indicates that by continuing to search for truth 

throughout your life, you will continue expanding spiritually evolving, 

evolving, and further evolving in a spiritual sense. This Awareness 

indicates you need not search for the "correct" religion; you need to 

search for truth wherever it can be found. It may be hiding in some 

obscure religion or some obscure philosophy, or it may be right there in 

plain sight and you may have missed it until someone points it out and 

you take a second look at something you have seen time and time again 

without seeing it from the right perspective.



This Awareness indicates that truth is that which you seek for your 

higher spiritual growth and evolution and much of this truth will begin 

to come to you at greater speed as you continually surrender yourself to 

the Divine on all levels of your existence. When you totally surrender 

to the Divine, information begins to flow to you. You begin to tune in 

to cosmic truths which yield up their secrets to you.

WHAT TAKES PLACE DURING THE YUGAS CYCLES?

(Boggling the Mind with Useless Information)



QUESTION:



In regard to the Krishna religion, S.J., of Toronto, Canada, has some 

questions. I'll read his first one here: "In the book Bhagavad-Gita (The 

Book of Krishna), it discusses the four Yugas which had a different 

level of spiritual awareness, growth, and violence in each of the Yugas; 

the Yugas, i.e.. the Sat Yuga which lasts approximately 1,728,000 years 

which is absolutely spiritual in nature, then deteriorating to Treta-

Yuga which lasts approximately 1,296,000 years, Dvapura-Yuga which lasts 

864,000 years, and the present Kali-Yuga (the Dark Ages) which lasts 

432,000 years. We have at present passed 5,000 years of the Kali-Yuga. 

At the end of the Kali-Yuga, the cycle is restarted with the Sat-Yuga 

again. One thousand such rotations of 4 Yuga period cycles make up one 

day of Brahma. The same number also make up One Night of rest. The 

Brahma continues for 100 such years. By earth calculations, the total 

duration of Brahma is 311 trillion and 40 billion years. The book 

mentions that physical activity is manifest in the cosmos during the day 

of Brahma which is 1,000 cycles of the 4 Yugas. At the "Night," the 

physical creation, the material objects are nonexistent, they have been 

destroyed. After 100 such cycles of the "day of Brahma," the creation, 

the physical ceases to exist for unspecified duration. Here, the life of 

Brahma is finished. Can Cosmic Awareness explain these concepts in 

detail? What is actually happening in each of these cycles? i.e.. in 

physical creation and consciousness? Can Cosmic Awareness explain the 

difference between the Night of Brahma and the Death of Brahma (after 

100 cycles of the day of Brahma). What actually takes place during these 

cycles?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that no, It does not wish to get into this kind 

of mental activity, which is like putting your brain in a blender. This 

Awareness indicates the only reason for these figures being thrown out 

to humanity, is to boggle the mind so that it recognizes the concept of 

infinity.



By giving such information, the book expands the consciousness to such a 

state that entities think in terms of something far beyond self, which 

is healthy, but this Awareness indicates to get into details of what 

occurs in a one million year cycle, or a half-million year cycle, is of 

no more value to the human mind than whether there are soap operas being 

shown during those times, or whether there are still romances and 

jealousies being experienced by entities during those times.



None of these things are of any value, they are simply ways of escaping 

and adding to the mind's own desire for useless facts. This Awareness 

indicates that all you need to know from a study of this kind of 

information is that things go on for a "long, long time," even though 

your body may live and die in a very brief moment in comparison to how 

long the cycles exist.



What does it matter what happens a million years from now as far as you 

are concerned, or as far as anyone living on earth is concerned? It has 

no effect on your present life, or how you live your life. It is useless 

information. It would be much better to use your mind to study how you 

relate to your friends, how you gather purpose and meaning from your 

work, from your expression, and what you do with your time.



This Awareness indicates that there are other things of much greater 

importance than trying to determine what occurs in a period of time 

millions of years from now, or in between times where matter exists and 

matter doesn't exist.



This Awareness indicates there may be other information in this book of 

great value, but the purpose of those figures is simply to help the 

reader to understand his life in perspective to the concept of the 

infinite, so that the entity does not become too self-centered and 

concerned about self-importance in his brief moment in the flesh.



This Awareness indicates that if it is of real importance for you to 

know what goes on during those times between the creation of matter and 

the annihilation of matter, just visualize the big bang occurring and 

everything then disappearing and fading away, like fireworks that fade 

in the night sky, and then another big bang occurring and fading away, 

and visualize these happenings, these explosions, these fireworks as 

occurring every so many hundreds of thousands or millions of years 

apart. What can be said to describe what happens? They simply appear and 

disappear



Life appears and disappears on these particles that are emitted in the 

time of the big bang. These are the Breaths of Brahma, the Days of 

Brahma. These things occur and life appears and disappears, and there 

are very brief lives and there are very long lives. What can be said 

about this, if it is happening a million years from now?



Does a story about an individual during that time make it more real and 

more understandable or give some great insight? Should this Awareness 

describe some tailor or some farmer in that future Yuga, to help give a 

better insight into what occurs? Would this be of any real value, or 

would it simply be entertainment for the mind?







WHY WOULD A HIGHLY EVOLVED ENTITY WANT TO EXTEND HIS LIFE FOR MANY 

YEARS?

(Why Not Split When you Have the Chance?)



QUESTION:



Another question from this entity. "Regarding rejuvenation, the 

Philosopher's Stone and so forth, what is the point in adding so many 

years to one's life? The idea for a spiritual-minded person is to get 

out of this material world and move toward the Divine. Why then, would a 

highly evolved person want to live, say, 500 years?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that it is not necessary to extend your life. 

This Awareness indicates, however, there are some entities who would 

prefer to extend their lives so that they can evolve as much as possible 

in this one lifetime, rather than having to live many lifetimes in order 

to grasp the lessons they might learn in a single lifetime.



This Awareness indicates that if you must spend 20 or 30 years just 

getting to be an adult and a responsible person, able to take 

responsibilities for one's soul growth, then you find that ten years 

after you have reached such a maturity that you have developed an 

illness or a disease, and are now dying, you have actually only had the 

benefit of perhaps a few short years to work on your spiritual life, 

because you have spent so much time trying to get through school, trying 

to get through puberty, adolescence, and making the mistakes of the 20's 

that you have not really had time to focus on your spiritual needs.



This Awareness indicates if you have ten of those lives, perhaps you 

will have 50 years of actual spiritual work. However, if you live one 

life, a long life, and get 50 years of time to work on yourself 

spiritually, then you have gained as much as you might have otherwise 

gained in those ten lives. This is the advantage of living a long life, 

and using your years to your best advantage.



If you do not wish to study or learn about the spiritual paths or 

develop yourself spiritually, there is actually no purpose in your life 

at all. You can live and consume and can feed your appetites and die, 

and if that is the sum of your life, then there is really not that much 

reason for having lived at all, but if you can spend time in your life 

discovering truths, discovering how to become more spiritually evolved, 

then you have gained something of value, and if you can prolong your 

life so that you gain even more spiritual insight, then your life and 

your extension of life is of great importance.



This Awareness indicates also, entities can live a long life and extend 

their life, and all that it amounts to is that they have consumed more 

by living longer. They have appeased their appetites by living longer, 

if they have not gained anything spiritually. Therefore, the longevity 

to some people would be nothing but a waste.



This Awareness indicates that it is a matter of what is important and 

what one's priorities are as to whether gaining time or living longer is 

of any importance whatsoever. This Awareness indicates that entities do 

not need to live longer lives if they use the quality of life they have 

been given and evolve spiritually during that time in a high and 

qualified way so that they have not wasted years which could be used for 

spiritual evolution.



This Awareness indicates if there is a further part of the question 

which has not been answered, that this be repeat





ALL ABOUT THE DALAI LAMA AND HOW HE IS LOCATED



QUESTION:



A number of people have written in asking questions about the Dalai 

Lama, and Vikki corresponds with Bo Lozoff of the Human Kindness 

Foundation who sent some information on him which I'd like to read and 

ask a few questions about. He writes: "On February 18th, Sita and I were 

blessed to spend a full hour with His Holiness the Dalai Lama at his 

home in Dharamsala, India. To the Tibetan people and many others, the 

Dalai Lama is the 14th incarnation of Avalokiteshvara Buddha--the Buddha 

of Compassion. His presence is the very personification of humility, and 

of caring more about others than about oneself. For those of you who 

don't know much about the Dalai Lama or the Tibetan situation, here's an 

extremely brief description. Tibet sits atop the majestic Himalayan 

Mountains between China and India. For many centuries, Tibetan life 

revolved mostly around studying and practicing the Buddha's deepest 

teachings, under the guidance of each Dalai Lama. You see, each time the 

Dalai Lama dies, he leaves clues as to where or when he will take birth 

again. Within a few years after his death, Tibet sages also have dreams 

and visions which give further clues, and then they go in search of the 

new incarnation. When the infant or toddler is found, he is tested in 

various ways, including a ceremony in which he must identify various 

religious relics from his former life and correctly reject the 

imitations and forgeries of those relics. When the sages are satisfied 

of his identity, the infant's parents gladly entrust him to a monastery, 

to be educated and trained by Tibet's wisest, most compassionate 

teachers, and groomed for his eventual role as leader of the Tibetan 

people. Of course, being an incarnation of an enlightened master, the 

child often knows scriptures and teachings even before hearing them. 

Between such natural abilities and the extraordinary attention paid to 

his training, he becomes intelligent and insightful almost beyond 

imagination. The current Dalai Lama can sit for hours in profound peace 

or discuss quantum physics with the world's most renowned scientists; he 

can give the most ancient and sacred Buddhist initiations or speak to 

the U.S. Congress about subtle details of foreign policy and human 

rights abuses in nations like China. He has clearly transcended the 

chains and struggles of worldly life, yet chooses to remain fully 

involved in the world and is committed to relieving its suffering." And 

then his letter goes on to explain the situation in Tibet having been 

invaded by China and so forth, but I'd like to ask Awareness: Is this 

basically valid information, on how the Dalai Lama is chosen?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates that these entities 

go out and search for the newly born child and upon finding the entity, 

testing him as described and gradually, over long periods of time, the 

revelation becomes more and more clear that this is indeed the entity 

who has memory and recognition of certain things. This Awareness 

indicates that this description as given is quite accurate.



This Awareness indicates that the Dalai Lama chose to let the Chinese 

have Tibet rather than cause a war, when China felt itself in need of 

taking more space and territory. Rather than allowing China to go into 

India, the Dalai Lama created an influence that redirected China's 

ambitions into Tibet, and thus, by sacrificing Tibet, to appease the 

Chinese appetite, the Dalai Lama prevented an invasion into India.



This Awareness indicates that this occurred in the Sixties decade of 

this century, and these energies of the Sixties and Seventies and into 

the Nineties, where the Chinese have held territory in Tibet, have kept 

a kind of spiritual agreement or energy field that has locked China out 

of India.



This Awareness indicates that it has also made the world much more aware 

of Tibet and the Buddha and the Dalai Lama, and given much greater 

respect to these teachings and the philosophy espoused in the teachings.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Is the entity reincarnating over and over the actual Buddha, or is it 

another entity symbolically doing this?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that it must be understood that the Buddha is a 

state of consciousness, like the Christ is a state of consciousness, not 

a personification or a persona, but a state of consciousness. This 

Awareness indicates that Gautama and those who become Buddha are 

entities who reach Buddhahood just as Jesus rose to a state of 

Christhood, and the energy or state of consciousness that exhibits 

itself as Buddha or Christ is not a person: it is a state of being.



So, to ask if this is a reincarnation of Buddha is not a valid question; 

it is perhaps intended as a question of whether the entity who was first 

written of historically as having reached Buddhahood, whether this 

entity is the same entity as the present Dalai Lama. This Awareness 

indicates that if this is the question, then this Awareness indicates 

the answer appears to be in the affirmative; that this entity is the 

reincarnation of a long line of reincarnated entities, stemming from the 

entity who was historically known as having reached Buddhahood.







WHY DIE AND THEN COME RIGHT BACK?



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Is there some advantage in having the normal life span and then having a 

period where there is no Dalai Lama alive, and then going through this 

process again? If it is indeed the same entity over and over again, 

what's the advantage of going through the death process and coming back?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



It is a matter of being able to rest, much as when entities lie down on 

a cycle of day to day activity to sleep, entities also have a different 

kind of sleep between lifetimes, where the soul itself can take a rest.



This Awareness indicates that in these periods between incarnations, 

entities can be recharged spiritually and given new energizing so that 

when they return to the body they have a body full of spiritual and 

physical energy and can have more ability to function with that newly 

energized body.





Radiation Ages the Physical Body



If an entity stayed in the same old body without the opportunity for 

renewal, the body would gradually wear down from the radiation that 

comes to the earth and causes the aging process. It is very difficult to 

get around such radiation. People can prolong it, can put it off with 

their immune systems, and their immune systems can be helped by proper 

attitudes and proper exercises, and proper food, and other means of 

extending the life force, but still, the radiation gets through and has 

its aging effect on the body.



Thus, when the body becomes weak and old from excessive radiation over 

long periods of time, or when pollution and toxins help to age the body 

and it becomes weakened and energy is depleted, eventually it dies and 

there is a rest and then a return of a new body, a new life, a new 

energy.



The Dalai Lama does not need to reincarnate on earth; this entity could 

go on to other experiences, wherein he could live longer lifetimes in 

more beneficial environments, but the entity has a commitment and 

dedication in helping to raise the vibrations on earth, in helping to 

enhance the spirituality of those on earth, and so has chosen to 

reincarnate repeatedly on earth in order to help bring this planet into 

its higher dimension.



This Awareness indicates that it appears the Dalai Lama will continue 

reincarnating on earth until the earth matures spiritually to where 

other entities are experiencing Buddhahood with such regularity that 

there is always at least one Buddha on earth at any tune.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Would that be when the earth goes into the new dimension in the year 

2012?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates this is probable.







HAVE THE GREAT AVATARS RETURNED TO GUIDE US?

(Tuning In To the Divine Frequencies)



QUESTION:



S.R.s of Toronto, Canada, has a question along this line. Awareness just 

indicated the Buddha returns. His question is: "Have the avatars -- 

Christ, Jesus, Buddha, etc. -- returned to be guides after they have 

reached the total states of Awareness in other days or other lives of 

Brahma?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates the Christ Consciousness comes and goes, 

touching various individuals, changing their lives, bringing them that 

"peace that passeth all understanding." This Christ Consciousness moves 

from person to person at various times: it has not limited Itself or 

taken to a single individual as a personal attachment, but as that which 

is available to anyone who surrenders to the Divine, and when it comes 

to the individual, the individual knows the Christ.



The Christ touches their soul and they understand what it is to be One 

with God. This Awareness indicates that the Buddha as that which tends 

to make itself available to those in the Orient or other places where, 

rather than Christ, entities look to the Buddha. They are actually one 

and the same vibration or frequency, but entities have described them 

differently, and in different cultures one will be touched by the 

Buddha, another touched by the Christ energy.



It is the same energy, but it is called by different names. In the 

Orient, many Buddhists experience Buddhahood, are touched by Buddha. In 

the West, many entities experience  the touch of the Christ and 

experience being Christed, or christened by the Divine Light of God.



This Awareness indicates that most people think of these energies as 

being individual persons, but they are frequencies and vibrations that 

can express themselves through anyone who is ready, who is open, who 

surrenders to the highest frequency, to the highest Divinity.







ACCIDENTAL DEATH: DO ENTITIES WILL IT?



QUESTION:



A question from L.K., Denver, Colorado. "This question is about cause 

and effect along with karma,'' she writes. "My mother died last month as 

a result of an auto accident where another car broadsided their car. As 

I understand what I have learned in the past, all parties to the 

accidental death wanted the learning experiences, and in my mother's 

case, she also wanted to make her transition or death at this time. Is 

this correct?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that in the case of your mother, this appears 

to be correct. This Awareness indicates that it does not appear that 

every instance of death is willed by the deceased; in some cases, 

entities do not wish to die, and meet untimely deaths. This Awareness 

indicates that there are many instances where an entity wanted to live, 

but whose life was cut short, and the entity is so distraught that he 

stays in the area and haunts the area, trying to resume his life as 

though he were still incarnated in a body.



This Awareness indicates but in your mother's case, it appears the 

entity was in such a state as to have a death wish.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Awareness just answered her follow-up question: "Is this always the 

case? Do all persons want the death transition and/or learning 

experience from seeming accidents?" Let's see. She goes on to ask: "Does 

this also apply to large groups as in the case of airplanes, ships, or 

even wars, the Holocaust, Bosnia, Rwanda and so forth? Do these people 

desire on some level to die or to be maimed?''



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates not always. There are some instances in which 

the entities have certain death wishes, there are some instances wherein 

the entities have a need to fulfill a karmic debt, and the karmic 

fulfillment requires their death. There are still other instances in 

which the entity did not wish to die, did not have a karmic debt, but 

was taken anyway because someone violated the rules of life and caused 

an accident or death through deliberate action.



This, of course, creates a karma of its own that will eventually need 

some kind of repayment by those who violated the right of an entity to 

live. This Awareness indicates that sometimes an entity in one life 

creates a situation in which through his own neglect or intent deprives 

another of his or her right to live. That entity who caused the death 

may in a future life have his or her life cut short, not because he or 

she had a death wish, but because he or she had a karmic debt to repay 

and needed to learn some lessons from the Incident.



If the entity has not experienced complete remorse for having cut short 

another's life, then the entity may learn the hard way by having his or 

her own life cut short in a following incarnation.







THE DEATH WISH: D0 WE ALL HAVE ONE?



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Some psychiatrists acknowledge the death wish and Awareness has 

mentioned this numerous times. Does everyone have a death wish, and if 

so, are they born with it, or do they acquire it on some level?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that anyone can develop a death wish; it is not 

something that is part of your genetic structure. It is something that 

develops when entities lose hope or fee] unable to fulfill some life 

wish or life dream or purpose in their lives.



As long as entities have a sense of purpose and direction, as, long as 

entities have some hope of gaining an improved situation, or as long as 

entities have a feeling that they are needed by others and are hopeful 

of helping others, there is not likely to develop a death wish.



But, if these things become tiresome to the entity, if the entity feels 

that his or her life dreams will never be fulfilled. if the entity feels 

that there is no further need for them, or meaningful purpose in 

continuing to live, then the death wish often comes in and it does not 

take long for it to have its effect and to cause either accident or 

illness to shut down the system.



This Awareness indicates of course, in some situations, rather than an 

accident or illness, it may be an incident that shuts down the system.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Is an incident being a victim of violent crime, or...?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This is in the affirmative; that being one example. This Awareness 

indicates that It simply didn't want to give the impression that only 

accidents or illnesses could be the cause of death from a death wish, 

for entities in having a death wish can also bring forth a violent crime 

or other incident that may not actually be classified as accident.



For example, a suicide would not be an accident, but it could be an 

incident that results from a death wish. This Awareness wishes to add 

that if entities lose hope and feel that they are no longer of any value 

or purpose in their continued living, and if they have more pain or 

unpleasantness in life than pleasure, and develop a death wish or begin 

to feel a sense of wanting to die, they can often put themselves and put 

their death wish on hold, with the knowledge that things change. If they 

wait long enough, things will change and the situation they have felt 

trapped in may change and new reasons for living may come. Once they 

recognize this possibility and temporarily set aside their death wish, 

things usually begin to change very quickly. They may wish to take a 

vacation, a change of scenery, and it can be extremely beneficial to 

them, so that within a matter of days or even hours the death wish may 

no longer be with them.





How to Help Entities With Death Wishes



They may wish to live. They may find something new of interest to them, 

and they may pursue something of interest. It is important to help 

entities to look forward to something of interest, because in looking 

forward, entities are not inclined to have a death wish. If they have 

nothing to look forward to, they often look back and see everything as 

being over, and then have a death wish, where they look forward to life 

on the other side, or to no further life at all.



This Awareness indicates that if you can give them something in this 

life to look forward to, they are quite likely to avoid death wishes. 

Most entities have a death wish before dying and if you wish to prolong 

their life, give them a reason to live, something to look forward to, 

and some kind of hope for a better future for themselves.



You may also help them by giving them a sense of purpose, informing them 

that you or their children, or someone needs them. If it is not too 

long, too late, the entities can sometimes recover from an illness. If 

the entity has had a death wish for some time, and the illness has grown 

strong and progressed far, you may not be able to turn around the 

effects of a death wish.



This Awareness indicates that entities need to be sensitive, to notice 

when people's hopes have been dashed, when they would not likely have 

anything to look forward to, and especially when they feel they are of 

no longer any value to others. If you witness this, if you are sensitive 

to this potentially you may wish to make some suggestions or help the 

entity to regain a sense of purpose, a forward looking enthusiasm about 

the future.







INSTEAD OF "GOOD-BYE" SHE SAYS: "I'LL BE SEEING YOU SOON!"



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



The idea of promoting people to be forward looking brought to mind a 

pattern that I've had and I've always thought it was sort of odd, 

whenever I'm in a conversation with somebody, when it's time to say 

good-bye, I always fee] the desire to point to the next time I'm going 

to see them. I'll say, "Well, we'll see you next week!", or "We'll see 

you Monday!" or I always close with something that leads into the 

future. Is this related to this somehow?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates it is a way of 

reconnecting with the entity in the future, to help make sure that there 

is a new connection, that there is a new contact with the entity. This 

Awareness indicates it is a form of courtesy and also a form of security 

in the relationship, helping to make the relationship secure by making 

an agreement. This Awareness indicates that it is a very good policy 

because if you have an agreement to meet someone in the future, and they 

have some kind of setback and feel discouraged, if they remember your 

agreement, they are likely to at least wait until the appointment is 

completed before taking any suicidal action, for example. This Awareness 

indicates, however, if they are contemplating suicide and you say you 

will meet them at a certain time and you don t show up, it can be the 

final straw, where  they feel further depressed, let down and useless, 

as though no one cared enough even to keep an appointment with them. 

This Awareness indicates that this can, of course, cause the entity who 

misses the appointment to feel very guilty if their friend has committed 

suicide shortly after the appointment was broken.





Appointments and Commitments: Always Keep Them



Therefore, in saying "I will see you next week!", it is important for 

entities to do everything possible to keep the appointment or to notify 

them if there is to be a change. This is another reason why it is 

important for entities to keep their word and to be responsible in 

either keeping their word or letting others know why they have had to 

break their word.



Appointments or commitments show entities how much you care for them. If 

you do not keep the appointment and do not let them know why you broke 

it, it implies that you don't really care for them. You did not even 

remember or did not care to follow through on your commitment.



This Awareness indicates that many entities make commitments and make 

appointments, but something comes up and they can't make it easily, so 

they say "Well, I just couldn't do it", and assume that the next time 

they see the person they will explain "I couldn't do it. I had to get my 

hair cut and my aunt was coming over and she cuts hair, so I had to wait 

until she got there to have my hair cut", and this, to some entities, 

would be a good enough excuse, even if it comes too late.



Such entities are more concerned about themselves than about the fact 

that their friend was left standing and waiting They do not care that 

the friend was left standing and waiting, they only care that the friend 

was not mad at them for having stood them up, and if they have a good 

excuse, they feel comfortable with the situation because their friend 

can't be very mad at them if they had to have their hair cut by an aunt 

who was coming over.



This is a common way of viewing commitments and appointments which many 

entities today will break, where their main concern is whether the 

person whom they stand up will forgive them rather than whether the 

person is having to stand and wait somewhere and miss out on other 

activities or other things that could be done while waiting for you, and 

wherein you know you are not going to show and do not have the courtesy 

to let them know, or do not take the time to inform them that you are 

not going to show.



Their concern is "Don't be mad at me." The concern is not, "Oh dear, I'm 

leaving this person standing on the corner or waiting at this place for 

me and I'm not going to show." This Awareness indicates that this is the 

concern the entity should have. "I am causing another to put themselves 

out for me, and I am not going to show", but the entity's concern is 

"Oh, I hope the person is not angry that I am standing him up, or I am 

standing her up"'



This Awareness indicates that if this concern that the other might be 

angry is your main concern in breaking an appointment, you have a 

problem. You have a problem in your relationships with others, and you 

need to re-examine your priorities, your values and your concerns and 

obligations and question whether you should even make appointments it 

you do not intend to keep them or notify entities when you decide to 

break your appointment.







LASTING FRIENDSHIPS REQUIRE ENERGY EXCHANGES



CLOSING MESSAGE:



This Awareness indicates that a great portion of the energy that 

entities must use in their life has to do with whether or not they have 

relationships with others. If an entity lives alone, the entity does not 

need to expend energy for others.



If an entity has a dog as a companion and no other, then the entity has 

a responsibility in his relationship with his dog.



If an entity has a friend, the entity has a responsibility in his or her 

relationship with the friend. If the entity has two or more friends, the 

responsibilities magnify. Also, there can be benefits from having 

friends; you can rely on your friends for certain things that they are 

capable of giving, but you must also recognize that they rely on you, 

and if you are not reliable, do not expect to keep deep and lasting 

friendships for long.



This Awareness indicates the energy you give out generally comes back to 

you in equal amount, one way or another. If you do not give out your 

energy to your friend, but you are always ready to take energy from your 

friend, do not expect to keep your friend for any great length of time. 

Eventually the friend will see that you are a taker, and you are not 

really a friend. You are simply a vampire.



This Awareness indicates that if you have many friends, then you must 

also give to many friends your energies and your concern and your 

attention. If you have a particular project to do that takes a great 

deal of time and energy, you may wish to cut down on the number of 

friends you have, for they will take your energy from your project.



It is a matter of regulating your priorities and determining how much 

energy you can afford to give, or how much you can afford to take from 

someone without causing that entity a depletion of energy. You do not 

want to deplete your friends of their energies, or you will lose them as 

friends. If you take their energies, you want to give something back 

that lets them feel you care.



This Awareness indicates it is simply a matter of common exchange of 

value, where there is a balance involved and all feel like they are 

winners for having been in relationship with you, and where you too feel 

you have won by having them as close friends or associates and received 

certain benefits from that relationship.



This Awareness indicates of course, the energies may be of a great 

difference in nature. You cannot expect a small child to give you the 

same kind of energy that you give to the child. As an adult you have 

money, you have power, and the child is powerless in many ways, 

therefore, in giving the child the benefit of your energies, your money 

and your power, do not expect to get a similar type of energy in return.



What you are likely to get is affection and appreciation for energies 

you give. If you protect the child, the child is indebted to you and 

looks at you as protector. If you give the child money, the child is 

grateful, but the child may also expect more gifts of money.



This Awareness indicates that regardless, when you give to someone you 

care for, the gift should be that which you are willing to give without 

necessarily having strings attached. If there are strings attached, they 

should be presented along with the gift, so that you give and you tell 

them the conditions by which you give: "I give this to you with the 

strings attached that you come over on Saturdays and trim my hedge! "



This Awareness indicates do not give and then expect that they will come 

over and trim your hedge without having told them that is what you want. 

Give the conditions along with your gift, so that it becomes a clear 

transaction, not one which is hidden wherein you expect them to do 

something you have not clearly disclosed.



This Awareness indicates that the exchange of energies, the giving and 

taking of energies, is a major cause of relationship breakdown, when it 

is not properly conducted.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED ON JUPITER THIS JULY?

(Excerpt from a CAC General Reading, August 8,1994)



QUESTION:



Now that the so-called "asteroids" have hit Jupiter, would Awareness 

explain what has actually occurred?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that this is very difficult for this Awareness 

to discuss this because there have been so many distortions.



The computer images presented to look like photographs, presenting these 

so-called asteroids crashing into Jupiter and the stories describing the 

scientists being excited about watching these asteroids striking 

Jupiter; there are so many different ways it has been presented, that it 

is not going to be easily accepted by most entities for this Awareness 

to describe these so-called asteroids as part of a planetoid that 

contained Reptoid aliens who were in deep-freeze heading toward earth, 

after a planned loop near Jupiter.



You will notice that Jupiter and earth were closely aligned, and the 

intention was to encircle Jupiter and thaw out the planetoid so that 

these entities then would be awake and ready for their imminent attack 

on earth. This Awareness indicates that the planetoid was blasted apart 

on its approach toward Jupiter, creating these various rock particles.



This Awareness indicates the scientific explanation is that a comet 

broke apart and the asteroids were part of the comet. The scientific 

explanation stated that the comet broke apart when it entered Jupiter's 

gravity field, but this Awareness indicated that over a year ago the 

"asteroids" were 21 objects in a formation moving towards Jupiter. In 

other words, it had already been broken apart before it approached 

Jupiter's gravitational field.



This Awareness indicates that also, comets are composed of ice, and 

these particles were not ice, but rock or solid material for the most 

part. This Awareness indicates there is yet another story that is 

allegedly being kept secret, where it is said that one of the asteroids 

escaped from the formation and is headed straight toward earth.



It is said that by the end of September, it will hit the earth, causing 

greater destruction than all nuclear weapons on earth combined could do, 

and it is said that the military is preparing to launch an attack on it 

before it gets to the earth in hopes that it will be scattered, and none 

of its fragments will strike the earth.



This Awareness sees this as an element of the planetoid that will be 

fired at in an effort to shoot it down before it is able to reach earth 

and that it contains living Reptoids whose mission is to arrive on earth 

and help in the conquest of this planet.



This Awareness indicates that It understands, recognizes and appreciates 

the fact that most entities will see this message as being absurd. This 

Awareness will not have Its feelings hurt. It simply wishes to tell it 

the way It sees things to be.



Therefore, like it or not, this is the version this Awareness expresses 

in regard to the planetoid or formation of asteroids, relatively evenly 

spaced, that move through space in a line toward Jupiter. This also, to 

this Awareness would seem to be a relatively absurd concept.





Reptoids Blast Apart Outer Shell of Planetoid



This Awareness indicates that the planetoid being blasted apart from 

within itself was part of a plan by the Reptoids in its own operative 

strategy to allow the separate particles to move individually on their 

own, following signals from the guiding craft in the lead.



These signals were distorted to lead the guiding craft at the front of 

the formation to crash into Jupiter. This Awareness indicates that the 

distortion of the energies was brought about by certain friendly-to-the-

government Greys, whose job was to cause the distortion to crash the 

leader so that the other ships being guided by that same navigational 

beam, would follow suit.



This Awareness indicates that the final craft, at the tail, had a 

separate guidance and was not tied to the others, so that the formation 

had at each end a different guidance system, each individually capable 

of leading the formation, but the ones in the middle being directed, 

much like the train on a track with two engines, front and back, and the 

cars being forced to follow one or the other.



Thus, when the forward asteroids crashed into Jupiter, the remaining 

followers also were unable to turn or create their own path except for 

the final asteroid which then turned its attention toward earth. This 

Awareness indicates the attempt being either to land on earth as part of 

an alien military force or to crash if necessary and destroy the earth. 

The military hopes to destroy this craft. This Awareness indicates it is 

somewhat difficult to describe this as a craft, because it appears to 

have rough and asymmetrical shapes, but there are entities within, and 

there is a guidance system within, therefore, it is a craft, and the 

military hopes to destroy this craft before it reaches earth.



This Awareness indicates that this essentially is the version of the 

scenario that this Awareness has to offer. It suggests you not talk this 

scenario to your friends, or they will assume you are crazy, just as 

many entities reading this will assume this Awareness is bonkers, and 

has lost touch with reality, for they have seen the computerized 

pictures and have been told by scientists that these asteroids were 

really nothing but rock asteroids and debris from a comet.

Fragment Will Strike Earth September 18th" says that "It's on a 

collision course, and it's nearly a mile across and moving at a hundred 

and forty thousand miles per hour and it's going to hit somewhere in the 

mid-West, and some scientist says it will 'rock our world with-a force 

greater than one hundred times that of all the nuclear weapons now on 

earth. Everyone in North America will die instantly!"'



Does Awareness see that article as being valid?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates this is based on the assumption that it will 

not be destroyed by those military forces that are preparing to conduct 

a preemptive strike as it approaches. This Awareness indicates there is 

also one of the tabloids which presented an article stating that radio 

signals from Jupiter indicate life on the planet.



This Awareness wishes to clarify that the radio signals were from the 

craft; that the sound or pattern which arrived was from the craft that 

crashed on Jupiter and that these do not necessarily indicate life on 

Jupiter other than that which was aboard the craft.



This Awareness indicates the so-called radio signal pattern occurred 

every 17 seconds. This Awareness indicates the article expressed an 

assumption that the radio signals were a cry for help, like an SOS type 

message, that would not be known to entities on Jupiter, but it was 

presumed that the message expressed a sense of urgency and was directed 

toward earth.



This Awareness suggests that it is likely the message was directed 

toward Reptoids already present on earth, informing them that they could 

not complete the mission.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



The scientists claim that Jupiter isn't solid, but is comprised of 

various gases.



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This is in the affirmative.



QUESTION:



Then why would not solid objects like the Reptoid ships, moving at 

tremendous acceleration, penetrate Jupiter and just continue on through 

and come out the other side?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that deeper into Jupiter, the gravity increases 

so that the hydrogen and helium gases as liquid on the surface become 

almost solid in the center, or deeper into the planet. In other words, 

it is like a marshmallow on the surface, but more like rock in the 

center, because the gravity is so great it holds the gases so compressed 

and tight that it is almost solid, even as ice is solid compared to 

water.







WHY DIDN'T REPTOIDS HAVE A DEFENSE PREPARED?



One last question on this. We've received a lot of questions on this. 

This one from J.A., Fayetteville, Arkansas, based on previous 

information we've published. He asks: "In regard to the Jupiter 

scenario, it seems the obvious question that nobody seems to have asked 

is: If the government has sent the Galileo full of plutonium to wipe out 

the Reptoid space ships when they get to Jupiter, wouldn't the Reptoids 

know about it and have a defense prepared? These Reptoids are supposed 

to be super-intelligent and ultra-high tech. Wouldn't they be quite 

capable of detecting the plan and taking measures to prevent it?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates again, the planetoid was filled with frozen or 

what you may call "cryonic" type entities who were being prepared to 

thaw, while circling Jupiter prior to the continuance toward earth, but 

because there was the interference with the guidance system caused by 

certain help from those friendly Greys who work with the U.S. 

government, the craft crashed into Jupiter along with the following 

crafts, so that instead of circling the planet and thawing, they simply 

followed each other into the planet and crashed.



This Awareness indicates that during their stupor, sleep or slow thawing 

process, they were not able to think about what to do. They were simply 

being guided mechanically and electronically by devices aboard the 

ships, particularly the leading ship.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



So these 40 million Reptoid soldiers were destroyed and this lessens the 

chance that the earth will be invaded. Is that correct?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that these Reptoids crashed into the gaseous 

fields of Jupiter and much of the gas appears to have created light 

reflections, not necessarily flame, and swallowed up the ships. This 

Awareness does not see that all the entities within these ships were 

destroyed as yet, but rather that the ships are entrapped in the gases 

of Jupiter, and the Reptoids inside are still in some cases alive, in 

other cases dead, but It does not see any possibility of these entities 

escaping from the ships because the ships are heavier than the gases and 

therefore, will not surface, and the entities within the ships are not 

seen as capable of surviving outside of the ships.



Therefore, it appears that these entities are either dead or will 

eventually die within the ships and will not escape from the Jupiter 

gases. This Awareness indicates in this sense, the potential of an alien 

Reptoid takeover of the earth is greatly diminished, though there are 

still many here on earth. The main force that was to have been a 

deciding factor did not show and those who are the forerunners may find 

themselves stranded and without any help. The potential for future 

control is 95% lost to them.









A GREAT SETBACK FOR THE NEW WORLD ORDER



CLOSING MESSAGE:



This Awareness indicates that this is a great setback for the New World 

Order, for the New World Order was a plan by and for the Reptoids, and 

it would have benefited greatly had the Reptoids made their invasion on 

earth. It would have led to the need for a New World Order.



This Awareness indicates it is seen that a faction in the military 

countered the intentions and plans of the New World Order in stopping 

the Reptoids in their invasion plans. This Awareness indicates that 

Element 115 was used in the craft that approached Jupiter and caused the 

guidance system to fail, and it appears to have been piloted by several 

small Greys who have determined that humans are easier to work with than 

Reptoids and who wanted to have their security aligned with humans on

OPENING MESSAGE:



This Awareness indicates that over the months, It has discussed many 

different topics relating to the efforts of those behind the New World 

Order to enslave the masses. This Awareness indicates that entities may 

wish to look at all the different areas of their lives which have been 

taken over by these forces within the past hundred years or less; this 

in regard to the health care of individuals, so that they have very 

little room left for true health care; in regard to legal definitions 

and systems that handle the legal affairs of individuals; and also in 

regard to education, where it is very difficult to find a good 

educational system that can teach the children the basic reading, 

writing and arithmetic skills that were available even two decades ago.



This Awareness indicates that much of the education error began with 

Henry Ford, who influenced Congress to pass rules for schools that would 

help them to curtail the learning of children so that they would be 

educated just enough to hold a job at a factory, with just enough 

reading skills to be able to function in such a way as to make them 

usable, but not give them any education to bring true happiness or 

freedom.



This Awareness indicates that it has become progressively worse since 

that time in 1905 when Henry Ford first input his opinion to the 

schooling formula. This Awareness indicates that the nutritional field 

and the total dependency on supermarkets has also been another factor in 

which entities are generally dependent on corporate America and 

government to provide food or to provide the distribution of food, and 

whereby the government could very easily create a food shortage which 

would bring people to their knees.



This Awareness indicates that the media also has generally been taken 

over by these forces, so that you cannot find true representation of the 

truth of what really IS through any of the major media forms. The only 

areas still left open are the basic grass-roots communications that 

people can still spread among themselves to get information distributed.



This Awareness indicates that small publications also can distribute 

information presently, but this may at some near future time also be 

curtailed or stopped.



This Awareness indicates that the military, in general, has been brought 

to a situation in which, except for potential rebellion within the 

military, these forces can be, or are expected to be controlled by the 

government of this country and working in behalf of the New World Order.



Therefore, even as things appear to be much the same, and terminologies 

still describe America as a free country, the actual freedom in this 

country has long been gone and they are generally capable of doing what 

they wish with the population. Most of the population will follow the 

prescribed line as given from authority down through the media to their 

local communities and do whatever is told.





Little Time is Left to Leave Much for the Children



Therefore, there is very little freedom left in this country except for 

the IDEA of freedom, and there are many entities who strut around and 

argue that they are a free person. This Awareness indicates that time is 

very short and this Awareness suggests that if indeed nothing does come 

from the hidden hand of the "good guys" in this country, then there 

would be very little potential or hope for keeping any freedoms alive 

for any of your children.



This Awareness indicates that It does not see this as being the outcome. 

It does see that there may be a fierce civil war in the near future when 

the New World Order is implemented upon this country or is attempted to 

be brought upon this country. It does not see clearly that the masses 

will support those in rebellion, but there is the great possibility that 

with continued education, the masses will gradually awaken at the last 

minute and help, and that there can indeed by a reversal of the trend 

toward totalitarian conquest of this great nation of yours.



This Awareness indicates that each of these areas that have been 

infringed upon in your lives are vast aspects of human experience and 

each one being curtailed and controlled, can create a multitude of 

miseries for entities, whether it be health, education, occupation, your 

ability to move from place to place, your choice of vocation, your 

choices in relating to one another; all of these areas, when completely 

curtailed, could individually create for each person enormous suffering 

that entities could not dream of.



This Awareness indicates that perhaps when and if such suffering begins 

to occur, perhaps then entities will say "Enough! We will go no further! 

We want our freedoms back!" This Awareness indicates that perhaps this 

will not be allowed by the masses, but as individuals, working 

singularly it is unlikely that much can be done to reverse this trend, 

until enough people awaken to the dangers of losing all of their 

freedoms.





A Rebellion Could Spread Like Wildfire



This Awareness indicates most entities can tolerate the loss of 

secondary freedoms, but when it gets to be excessive and hits them 

personally, then they may rebel and if enough rebel, then it can be like 

a sudden spark that sets off an entire population in rebellion. Once it 

starts to spread it will be like wildfires in the forest that do not 

stop and the rebellion can spread from one end of the country to the 

other, very quickly.



This Awareness indicates the danger is that sometimes without proper 

education, such a rebellion would turn upon itself, where the people 

fight each other rather than their true enemies and oppressors. This 

Awareness indicates it is for this reason that for many years, entities 

who understand the situation have been trying to spread the information, 

trying to help awaken more and more of the masses as to what is really 

happening.



This Awareness indicates that time for such education is in its eleventh 

hour, and little time is left for people to awaken. This Awareness 

indicates that even so, this past two years has seen a doubling of the 

information throughout this country and that helps to awaken the masses. 

As the pressures increase on individuals, pressures to take away the 

freedoms, entities become more vocal and spread more of the truth about 

what is happening and this is what can help to bring about the great 

awakening and may help to throw off the oppressors.









COMING SOON: A PERMANENT PHONE NUMBER FOR EVERY NEWBORN CHILD

(Imprisonment Without Being Jailed)



QUESTION:



W.H. in San Angelo, Texas, in a letter last month, mentioned: "On the 

CBS Sunday Morning Show they reported that the Federal Communications 

Commission had just passed a law or regulation that would require every 

newborn child to be given a permanent telephone number, which would be 

theirs for the rest of their life. Each of us would also have one phone 

number assigned to us." Nothing else mentioned about this in the media 

that I have heard. Would Awareness comment on that?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that this is another form of identification 

number which would allow entities to be tracked in case they spoke of 

something that should not be spoken of, or promoted any anti-New World 

Order speeches, or did anything politically to upset the controller and 

their way of handling the masses.



It also will be touted as a convenience for entities so that wherever 

they go, they use their own telephone number to call. Regardless of what 

phone they call from, they have the personal identification number and 

will be billed personally for their phone calls. This is supposed to be 

a convenience.



This Awareness indicates that they will have machines, telephones that 

can read the number from a chip or card and the individual then will be 

properly billed for the call or it will be deducted from his or her 

account. This Awareness indicates that what they will not tell you at 

the moment is that they can track you, locate you from any place you 

make a phone call, and in this manner, they have another form of leash 

on you.



It is much like the electronic chain they put on certain prisoners who 

are allowed to be in their homes but are not allowed to go beyond a 

certain distance from their home and can be tracked at any time. This is 

a kind of bracelet with an electronic signaling device that allows you 

to be imprisoned without being inside a jail. You are imprisoned inside 

your own home or the place you are assigned to be.



This device has been used for some time on certain individuals who are 

let out of prison in order to alleviate overcrowding, and who are given 

a kind of home confinement where they cannot go beyond a certain 

distance from their own home, or a signal goes off somewhere and police 

will come and track down the entity.



This Awareness indicates that the use of a telephone number for an 

individual may be simply implanted in the so-called 'smart card' or 

smart-chip that is implanted in the entity's body or which would be 

carried perhaps by some as a kind of identification card, perhaps as a 

health card, or given to them from the post office as an national 

identification card.



This Awareness indicates that obviously, this will not be for the 

benefit of individuals maintaining their personal freedoms, but will be 

for the benefit of those who are the watchers and Big Brother overseers 

of entities in the work force or in the neighborhoods in order to keep 

them curtailed and in line with whatever rules they wish to impose upon 

the various entities of the community.







NEW SUPER-SECRET COMPLEX FOR SPYING

QUESTION:



There's a story in the paper the last few days about a stealth building 

being built by the CIA. It was a surprise to many, even President 

Clinton. It was so secret, this $310 million dollar intelligence 

complex, that it was hurried in what they call the "black budget"' The 

building is called the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and the 

paper says the new headquarters was intended to consolidate various 

intelligence offices that collect and analyze high resolution pictures 

of intelligence targets from the sky and eavesdrop on electronic 

communications. Until 1992, the very existence of the agency was 

classified. Does Awareness see that as being part of this monitoring of 

entities by Big Government?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates the reconnaissance 

simply means spying in this case, and the national spying agency, or 

that which is called the National Reconnaissance Office, is simply a 

spying organization. It is secret because it does have the purpose of 

spying on U.S. citizens, as well as others.



It is part of the New World Order and its activities will be the keeping 

track of information on individuals. If, for example, individuals were 

to go into a wilderness area, this organization could use satellites to 

locate them, either through infrared technologies or through micro-chip 

technologies, locate the individual wherever they may be, track them 

down and presume they are some criminal element if they are not in a 

city where they are being monitored by the standard routines.



In other words, if they run into hiding, they are presumed to be 

criminals on the run. This Awareness indicates it is designed to keep 

all entities from having any chance of escaping the New World Order 

while still alive.



Much of the activities of the CIA, the National Security Agency, and the 

FBI, will be shifted to this organization in the near future when it is 

fully operational.







WEATHER DISASTERS CREATED BY ELF

A.K. in Portland, Oregon, has a question, and she sent in a postcard she 

received which her question is about, from the Youth Action News people 

in Alexandra, Virginia, which says: "Dear Patriot. We have just 

published our New July, 1994, Youth Action News--Electro-magnetic End 

Times Devastation. There is new evidence of joint U.S.-Russian weather 

engineering. Also, the U.S. is now building a powerful electromagnetic 

weather control system. We discovered a global network of ELF weather 

modifying transmitters. As a result of this expanding network, there has 

been a sharp increase in the number of big earthquakes. These dangerous 

ELF systems are now bringing about many of the End Time disasters 

forecast in the holy Bible. This report was only sent to our active 

supporters. If you wish to receive the report: "Electromagnetic End Time 

Devastation'!, you must send a minimum contribution of at least $10." 

And he gives the address. And her question is: "I received this in the 

mail and sent for the report. These people deliberately are causing such 

devastation and more is to come; they must be crazy! Why would anybody 

want to cause and bring about such awful things to this earth? Awareness 

has mentioned ELF and earthquakes being man-caused. It is hard to 

believe! Why is it done? For what reason? Please ask Awareness and ask 

It to keep us informed about their diabolical schemes!"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that this is a way where disasters being 

created can call forth for national emergency or for FEMA, the Federal 

Emergency Management Agency, to approach an area under the guise of an 

emergency and begin to create or set up certain activities and 

organizations in order to help bring about greater control in that area, 

without it appearing that there is some kind of government takeover of a 

state or locale for no other reason than the desire to control the 

masses.



By having an emergency, people will welcome their troops and their help 

as they come into their cities bringing so-called relief. But they also 

will be able to set up certain guidelines and rules, regulations that 

curtail the freedoms of individuals.



This Awareness indicates most of the detrimental actions that have taken 

place in the nation have occurred because of some so-called crisis. If 

nothing else, there would be a crisis followed by certain new laws or 

new rules to control the masses in the event of other problems.



This Awareness indicates that this is the old, old ploy for taking 

control. In 1861, for example, when there was the threat of the takeover 

of various parts of the country by these factions of the Civil War, 

martial law was declared. It has not been removed since that time, and 

this crisis of the Civil War brought us to the point in which the 

martial law has been used to get all kinds of bills and laws and 

statutes passed that would not have otherwise been possible, had not the 

nation been under martial law throughout this century.



This Awareness indicates that this is an extreme example, but smaller 

examples have also occurred. When there is a crisis, regardless of what 

nature it takes, there is often a manipulation of some kind, either in 

law or in regimenting the masses or some other form of controls that are 

placed on the people and the crisis is the excuse under which these 

restrictions are placed upon the masses.



This Awareness suggests you not be surprised by further crises in terms 

of earth changes that are implemented by these electronic weather and 

geophysical manipulative devices. This Awareness indicates that most of 

the earthquakes triggered by the geophysical devices are in the range of 

approximately 6 or more on the Richter scale. The majority being 

approximately 6.5 as an average for these types of earthquakes.



This Awareness also suggests that these crises can create great losses 

of life which is all part of the agenda for the New World Order. Ridding 

the nation of a hundred million persons is part of the agenda for these 

entities. Ridding the world of approximately half or more of its general 

population is part of the Global 2000 program.



So, earthquakes, famines, wars, floods, diseases, all of these are 

generally promoted by those holding power over the population of the 

earth.







WHAT FORM OF GOVERNMENT OFFERS MAXIMUM FREEDOM FOR ENTITIES?

(The Difference Between a Republic and a Democracy)



QUESTION:



A question from J.D. in Vermont. She writes: "Clearly, we don't want the 

New World Order tyranny of the world's financial elite, nor do we want 

to be ruled by Kings or Popes or Emperors. On the other hand, the 

tyranny of the masses can be likewise very oppressive to freedom, as we 

have seen in the fundamentalist Islamic lands, for example, or the rule 

by Puritans of our "religious right," trying to outlaw for all anything 

they feel is immoral or frightening. Given that the 'masses' are young 

souls, fearful and consequently oppression-prone, what form of 

government would allow us all the maximum of liberty?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness suggests the Republic is a form of government that 

protects each individual to its utmost, to have the individual's rights 

protected. A democracy is more of a rule by mob or rule by the majority, 

whereas a Republic is that form of government that is set up to protect 

the individuals. Of course, when an individual in a society breaks the 

laws of that society and violates the rights of other individuals, then 

of course that individual will lose some of his protection in order for 

the government to continue protecting the other individuals of the 

society.



In other words, it does not protect an individual in the way a monarchy 

would protect a king, but it protects an individual to be free, to use 

his own rights and expression without restriction from the government so 

long as his or her expression does not violate others in their 

expression.



This was what the original Constitution and original United States was 

all about. It changed when the Washington D.C. government, the so-called 

Federal Government, incorporated as a democracy and began to change and 

take controls of the states, and imposed certain corporate rules on the 

states.



Most of the laws of the Federal government are essentially just 

corporate rules and corporate laws on the states who have become 

associated with the Federal government, given their allegiance or 

otherwise bought into the Federal government in Washington, D.C., a 

corporation.



This Awareness indicates that there are certain Patriot organizations 

and groups who would like to see things go back to the Republic, and 

then in that action, disengage or dismantle the Federal government, 

giving the states -- the United States -- its true Republic status. The 

states of course could then centralize a government to represent them. 

The government in Washington, D.C., is not set up to represent the 

states, but to control the states, as though they were subordinate 

corporations to this greater corporation.





The Oversight of the Founding Fathers



This Awareness indicates this all came about by an oversight of the 

Founding Fathers, where the Rothschild lawyers and representatives 

recognized that the oversight was that the Washington, D.C. government 

for the states had never actually been a part of the United States and 

therefore, they took over and created a corporation of this Federal 

government, making it a separate nation from the United States, and from 

that action began to move toward a gradual takeover of the various 

states of the union through statutes and rules and laws which the states 

bought into.







WHY IS THE U.S. INTERESTED IN HAITI?



QUESTION:



J. W., of Dunnellen, New Jersey, asks: "Would you ask Awareness to 

comment on Haiti? Why are we really interested in Haiti?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates this is another one of the many test areas 

whereby a test of the New World Order and its particular program of 

making sure that every area of the world complies to its prescribed 

dictates, so that entities around the world can see the New World Order 

is potent and carries heavy consequences for those who do not follow its 

dictates.



The United States is taking an action to let its own citizens as well as 

others around the world know that it backs the New World Order, the U.N. 

in its promotion of democracy in Haiti and generally, the concept of 

democracy which can be easily controlled by the power of the vote which 

is also easily controlled by the elite of the world, is intended to be 

the main political system allowed throughout the world in the various 

countries.



You will gradually see more and more countries moving toward democracy 

as they move closer to U.N. and New World Order cooperation. This 

Awareness indicates that the action is in part to let people know they 

cannot hope to rebel against the U.N. or the New World Order. They 

cannot hold out independently as a separate nation from the rest of the 

world, not abiding by the standards the rest of the world impose upon 

them.





Getting Our Troops Out of the U.S. So U.N. Can Come In



This Awareness indicates that there is also another action here. It is a 

way by which many of the troops of the United States can be sent out of 

the country at an appropriate time to allow the U.N. forces that are in 

the country to have greater control of the masses if an emergency comes 

about requiring martial law to be initiated in various cities with 

troops involved.



This Awareness indicates that it is coupled with other spots of the 

world where if they so choose they can send most of the standing army 

out of the United States to these troubled spots and therefore leave the 

population unprotected from internal controls set up by U.N. forces, if 

that becomes a necessity.



This Awareness indicates it is also a way by which many of the new 

methods of subjugating and controlling a country can be tested. Thus, 

there will be many new projects, weapons and methods involved in the 

action of an invasion of Haiti if such occurs, and it does have a strong 

likelihood of happening quite soon.







WHY DOES THE WAR IN RWANDA GO ON?



QUESTION:



S.V., Ontario, Canada, asks: "Who or what is the purpose of the war in 

Rwanda, and why has no one except for France taken any steps to end the 

suffering and bloodshed and suffering in that country?" This letter was 

dated June 28th.



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates this appears to be a tribal war between two 

different factions and leaders who want control of the area. The masses 

are simply excess baggage to these leaders, and if they cannot 

contribute to their own promotion, they are seen as useless, and 

therefore, both sides have turned their hostilities against the masses 

and toward each other's troops.



This Awareness indicates the masses, therefore being caught in a 

crossfire, have either been slain or have left the country or are in 

great danger of being slain. This Awareness indicates that it appears 

that neither side can be trusted as far as the masses are concerned and 

it is of such a volatile nature that very few other countries want to 

try to go in as peace keepers.



France had some interest in the country and have made some efforts to 

create or influence a peaceful resolution. This Awareness indicates that 

there is now talk in the United States of trying to work some kind of 

activity to create a peacekeeping force for this country. This Awareness 

indicates that it may be another potential hot spot for sending U.S. 

troops in order to get them out of the country, out of the United 

States, if that becomes a desire of the leaders.



This Awareness indicates that there are very few other countries who 

desire to get involved in these various hot spots because it costs 

money. It also costs lives, but this is not the real reason. It is an 

expense that is not welcomed. The expense of fighting a war in a foreign 

country, even if it is a small war, can be quite costly, and when there 

are people in your country who are objecting to expenses, it can be 

politically dangerous for a leader to volunteer troops to go to fight 

some war in another continent.



This Awareness indicates that there has to be some reason other than 

humanitarian to get these entities to engage in such an activity. The 

U.S. entering into this country would be doing so mostly for the purpose 

of getting American troops out of the nation so that the U.N. troops 

could have greater control in the United States without potential 

interference from American troops.





The Role of the Provocateur



This Awareness suggests you not energize sending American troops into 

that area. This Awareness indicates that there are also those entities 

known as provocateurs who can, on orders from a government, go into a 

nation of a certain quality and provoke one faction against another to 

start such civil war within that nation, if that becomes part of an 

interest of a foreign country, and then the foreign country can come in 

to put some kind of order upon that nation and perhaps establish a 

presence there, and perhaps establish a way by which the foreign nation 

can control the population of that country that has been at war, and 

therefore, may take over certain assets held by the nation either of its 

own physical properties or for some political gain or to gain some other 

strategic value by being in that nation.







TAXES IN CANADA ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL

(Can a Patriot Movement Manifest in Canada?)



QUESTION:



A question from S.A., Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. "I just read 

issue 94-18. This is great news! [This was the Linda Thompson thing]. If 

this does happen, how will Canada be effected, since GST and Federal 

Income tax is illegal and unconstitutional here too?" And then he adds: 

"By the way, some time ago I ordered several extra copies of the New 

World Order issue (93-12) with the gas mask on the front. The Canadian 

government seized and destroyed them as "hate mail."



That was just a comment he made. I guess his question basically is: How 

will Canada be affected?



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates the question asked at this time is moot, in 

that Linda Thompson does not plan to carry out a march on Washington. 

This has been discussed in a previous reading



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



Okay. Here's basically the same question reworded from N.T. in Toronto, 

Ontario. He writes: "There doesn't seem to be much sympathy among 

Canadians about the fact that our Federal income tax is illegal and 

unconstitutional as in the states. Do you have any inside information 

about this, and how we might better gain support from those who might 

influence the government on this issue?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness suggests the entity could get addresses of those entities 

who are in the United States who have been working along these lines. 

There is a lawsuit in Nevada pertaining to the IRS; that this contains 

much information. It appears that much of it could be applicable also in 

Canada.



This Awareness indicates, however, that you should realize this kind of 

approach may take many years. It is not something that will occur 

overnight or very quickly. This Awareness indicates there is certain 

information in a tape the editor received that could be value in this 

regard relating to income taxes. This entity explains how and why he 

pays no income tax, and how it is legal for him to avoid it. This could 

contain information that could be of benefit to you in Canada. This 

Awareness indicates that you may also wish to contact other Patriot 

groups in the United States for further information they have to share, 

and perhaps start Patriot groups in Canada working along similar lines, 

but in accordance with your own Constitution.



FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:



He adds that "We are also burdened with a debt that is so huge that the 

country is virtually bankrupt."



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This is all part of the Rothschild plan for his New World Order to 

bankrupt all countries and turn them into satellites by foreclosing on 

the bankrupt countries. This Awareness indicates that there are things 

happening behind the scenes that yet could prevent these entities from 

his goals and dreams, yet there is nothing simple or easy about the 

struggle that will follow as the struggle that is already occurring.



It is actually a kind of covert war going on all over the globe as to 

who is going to be free and who is going to be in control of the masses, 

whether they eventually will awaken enough to throw off the oppressors 

or whether they will cuddle up to the oppressors, hoping to seduce them 

into being nice to their slaves.







WILL QUEBEC SEPARATE FROM CANADA?

(Will Canada Survive?)



QUESTION:



A question from B.F., Spring Island, B.C. Awareness has addressed this 

before, but I believe it was a year or so back. He writes: "The last 

newsletter, the 'Declaration of Independence 1994' was probably the most 

inspiring newsletter I've read. This document is certainly the most 

radical I have ever seen in my lifetime. I have no doubt the Congress 

will ignore it. Then what happens? Civil war? We shall see in September, 

I guess. At any rate, I have passed out several copies to some American 

friends and at the National Party Convention in Vancouver. It generated 

some interest: "Is this for real," most of them said. "We in the 

National Party are attempting a similar peaceful revolution in Canada. 

Our main goals are set out by Mel Horkick (sp?) in his book, A New and 

Better Canada. The Quebec separation issue is heating up again. It looks 

like the province of Quebec will win the next provincial election, and 

again have an independent referendum. What does Awareness think of the 

chances of Quebec separating today at this time, and are there external 

forces from the United States, and will Canada survive?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that it appears there are forces trying to 

prevent this separation. Many of them are from the United States, but 

are agents of the U.N. and New World Order association. This Awareness 

indicates that it does appear that Canada will survive in one form or 

another. It appears also that there are approximately 17 states in the 

United States that are seeking to secede from the union. This as a 

recent event.



Utah, Colorado, Nevada and others are attempting to secede from the 

United States of America as separate and independent and sovereign 

states, which is essentially what they originally were before the 

Federal government began to encroach upon their sovereignty.



This Awareness indicates that it is too soon to tell how well this 

effort will be in terms of success. This Awareness indicates that it 

does appear that the Quebec effort will have a greater chance of 

succeeding because it has been working for quite some time in this 

direction and has gained great momentum. It depends of course on how 

much force is brought to bear against this action to prevent it and how 

much support Quebec has in its desire for independence from the rest of 

Canada.









IS THE ALIEN FORCE AFTER THE CHANNELS AGAIN?

(How Much Protection Can be Expected from Awareness?)



QUESTION:



D.J. in New York writes: "Someone, a CAC subscriber I think, called me 

to inform me in conspiratorial tones, that the alien force seeking to 

take over this planet has a priority in the closing, interruption, 

destruction, corruption of the clear channels which have been providing 

humans here with valuable information which undermines their takeover 

plans. Does Awareness see this as factual, and if so, can Awareness 

protect Its Interpreters against this?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that there have long been such dangers. This 

Awareness indicates that there have been those who have considered 

diabolical actions against this channel and organization, but have held 

off largely on the concern that such an action could cause repercussions 

from the membership, and therefore it was not clearly beneficial to 

destroy the organization or Interpreter as of yet.



This Awareness indicates they still have plans on the back-burner for 

destroying this channel. This Awareness indicates that when they sense 

that the membership will be either too intimidated or too busy trying to 

cope with their own lives and any other chaos that is occurring around 

them, they will not be so hesitant.



This Awareness indicates that It does not wish to speak in terms of the 

demise of the organization or Interpreter as this could help to energize 

such; therefore, It will simply say that there is indeed a danger. This 

Awareness will do what It is capable of doing in terms of protection for 

these entities.



This Awareness indicates that in reference to other channels, It is 

capable of giving protection to a degree, but the Interpreters must also 

be cautious in their expressions and in their way of thinking.



When an Interpreter becomes discouraged or is made to feel inadequate in 

his or her performance or inadequate in his or her standing with the 

Divine, the Interpreters' protective energies from within begin to 

diminish. It is like the immune system becoming weakened, except in this 

case it is the immune system for the spiritual body that is weakened, 

and when this occurs an Interpreter can become vulnerable to negative 

powers that are acting upon or trying to destroy the Interpreter.



Therefore, the Interpreters must keep some kind of inner strength and 

integrity and sense of attunement to the Divine as well as faith in the 

future in order to hold the highest level of spiritual protection. This 

Awareness indicates that, as you may recall, Jane Roberts and several 

other Interpreters fell during a certain time period; they were unable 

to protect themselves against attacks from the Dark Forces.



This Awareness indicates that it was not so much that they personally 

invited these attacks, it was just that there were things happening in 

their lives that weakened them in terms of their spiritual protection 

and during their weakened condition, the Dark Forces were able to 

penetrate through the shields, through the White Light this Awareness 

presented, and broke through and led to their destruction.



This Awareness indicates in other words, this Awareness cannot guarantee 

the Interpreters as having the greatest and most complete protection. It 

depends in part on themselves, their will to live, their desire to serve 

the Highest and their ability to keep the White Light strong around 

themselves.







WILL MONEY AND INVESTMENTS BE WORTHLESS SOON?

(A New American Revolution is Taking Place)



QUESTION:



Another question from this entity in New York. "Does Awareness see our 

Federal Reserve currency, bank accounts, investments and so forth, 

becoming worthless in the near future?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that if indeed the money is changed and the 

Treasury reasserts its control over the money system, and the Federal 

Reserve Bank is abolished, there will be an opportunity for entities to 

turn in their Federal Reserve bills in exchange for Treasury Notes and 

there will be no loss to the individuals. In fact, there will be 

opportunities for individuals to make certain claims against the 

Treasury in order to pay for damages that have occurred by the Treasury 

having turned over its duties to the Federal Reserve Bank.



This Awareness indicates that the Treasury will not have any serious 

problems in paying entities for these claims because it will have the 

right and the ability to print up as much money as is necessary and this 

expense of money will help get the economy moving very quickly and very 

well, if and when this kind of action occurs.



This Awareness indicates in other words, the Treasury originally was 

able to spend money into existence by printing the money and putting it 

out in terms of a project, whether it be some highway project or some 

building project or a war, or whatever, because the money being spent 

into the project would then into the economy of the nation in general.



Once the Federal Reserve Bank took over, the printed money which cost 

the Federal Reserve the same as the Treasury Department, one or two 

cents per bill, for printing costs; once this was printed by the Federal 

Reserve Bank, rather than being spent into the economy for projects, in 

other words, given to the economy for projects, it was loaned to the 

government and the government borrowed the money, not at one or two or 

three cents per bill, but at face value, whether it was a one, a ten, or 

hundred or more dollars on its face, and that became, of course, the 

national debt, and by loaning this money to the government, the Federal 

Reserve, over the years was able to collect taxes on every turnover of 

that Federal Reserve Note and gradually accumulated trillions, hundreds 

of trillions of dollars which all went to the foreign countries and 

their foreign Federal Reserve Banks, where such as in Germany, 25% 

interest was acquired off of the loan of these Federal Reserve Notes.



This Awareness indicates that once this Federal Reserve Bank is fully 

understood by the masses in this country, and it happens in time to stop 

the New World Order from being imposed upon the country, then the people 

would return to the Treasury and let the Treasury produce the money and 

there would be no further need for tax collection, and the IRS could be 

easily dismantled because the Treasury can simply print money rather 

than tax people or the taxes can come from the sales tax on products 

such as an excise tax.





Be Patient -- The Revolution Does Not Happen Overnight



This Awareness indicates that, in other words, you need not worry that a 

return to the Treasury Notes would be costly to you, if you have money 

stored somewhere, for your money could be traded in for Treasury Notes 

at face value and other opportunities also would open for you.



This Awareness indicates that this action is being fought very hard by 

the Rothschild energies and forces and those of the New World Order 

which are part of the Rothschild forces. This Awareness indicates that 

it is not something that just because this Awareness mentioned it in 

April or May, would come about within a month or two. It is something 

that may require extreme time and effort and fortune, good luck, for 

there are powerful forces that do not want this to occur, and these 

forces are doing everything possible, including creating violence 

against certain individuals to stop this action from occurring.



This Awareness indicates that the movement is still on course but is 

moving slower than most entities want, but yet, there must be patience 

and time for things to occur in order to come out right. This Awareness 

indicates there is still a good chance of this action winning, and a 

great hope and chance for the New World Order to be shelved.



You are essentially in the midst of a new American Revolution and it is 

not something that you can expect an end to in the next month or two. It 

will go on for some time. The struggle for many entities will continue, 

and those entities who are in the midst of the efforts to bring back the 

economy of the United States and bring back the Treasury in its role of 

handling the economy are struggling and must be patient.



They too are anxious for things to happen, but they too must be patient, 

for things work themselves through very slowly and when something 

suddenly bursts upon the scene, it us not necessarily that quick. It may 

have been simmering behind the scenes for many years before surfacing 

suddenly.



This Awareness indicates in other words, you may have known about this 

for several months, but you should also realize that this has been 

brewing for approximately 15 years. Therefore, to expect an immediate 

response or result from this effort by these entities is somewhat 

unrealistic, particularly when there are such powerful forces trying to 

keep the efforts hidden from the public, while they also try to continue 

running their show as if nothing has happened.



You will note that the Federal Reserve Bank continues functioning as if 

nothing at all was changed or different. And you will notice that these 

entities are still working toward the time when they can control all of 

the masses in hopes that they will overthrow any of these efforts to 

shut down the Federal Reserve Bank.



If they can get to the entities and stop them, then they can continue 

their Federal Reserve Bank activities, and if they can keep the masses 

from finding out, they hope to prevent the masses from taking any steps 

to support their own overthrow, the overthrow of the Federal Reserve.



This Awareness indicates therefore, you need be patient and 

understanding that these forces are doing all they can at whatever rate 

they can, to bring about the dissolution of the Federal Reserve Bank, 

but that it is a struggle and no one said it would be easy.



If anyone wishes to have any money back that they sent in on a claim, 

they only have to write and ask for their money to be returned. This 

Awareness suggests that if anyone writes and asks for their money to be 

returned, it would be helpful to this organization to hear what results 

you receive from your request. If, of course, you seek a return of your 

money, you will lose your position in the claims, and will have to re-

start at the bottom, putting your claim in after everyone else who sends 

in a claim, after you have sent yours originally.







ARE THERE AGENCIES ABOVE "TOP SECRET"?



QUESTION:



Another question from this entity in New York. I'll read the statement 

because there's several questions in this. "Is it true, as I've heard, 

that the government has four or even more security levels beyond "Top 

Secret?" If so, how many people have access to them? Is the very 

existence of these levels also classified "Above Top Secret", and is 

there any way to undo all of these secrets, or would it be desirable?"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that it does appear there are classifications 

above Top Secret. It appears that most of those higher classifications 

have to do with information that could either get public officials into 

trouble, or cause populations to object and panic if they knew what was 

in those Above Top Secret documents, or the documents hold information 

regarding strategies, technologies, or projects that are beyond the 

scope or rights of any entities in the various fields to know about, 

except for the absolute highest levels involved in secrecy.



Most of such information would not even be made available to the 

President in this particular category. This Awareness indicates that It 

does not see a way by which entities could have a leak or access to this 

information. It would not relay this kind of information to the 

Interpreter, and it would not be to the advantage of individuals to make 

any effort to retrieve such information.



If entities did know what was in some of this ultra-secret information, 

they would be shocked and very disturbed and it could cause them to 

panic and act in such a way as would be dangerous for them.



This Awareness indicates that much of what is in those ultra or Above 

Top Secret levels has to do with documentation and plans and designs, 

schemes and programs or projects related to some of the things that have 

already been discussed in a broad general sense, including plans of the 

New World Order for takeover and how these various actions will be 

implemented; the methods, the strategies, the names of individuals of 

interest and so forth, and where such entities fit in.



This Awareness indicates that in other words, there is not a great deal 

that entities are missing by not having any access to these Above Top 

Secret levels. What you are missing are the details, the authorizations, 

the documentation, etc., and some of the information on weapons, 

schemes, or strategies of the highest level, research that has occurred 

that is of too much importance to be released even to members of higher 

echelons in government.



Your desire to probe secrets would get you little new understanding from 

looking at these documents, other than filling in details so that you 

knew without question the reality of these attempts to subjugate the 

world to a rulership of the few elite.









LAWS AND MORE LAWS: WHEN WILL IT EVER END?



QUESTION:



Another question from this entity in New York. "Our nation already has 

vastly more laws than anyone could possibly keep track of, and yet we 

keep getting some 25 pages more every year at the Federal level alone. 

Where is this all going to end? It seems all of our systems must 

inevitably collapse of their own weight. Ever more paperwork is required 

on all fronts of modern life. More laws. more regulations, more taxes, 

more requirements. It even requires 15% more paperwork for bureaucrats 

to certify that they are in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act 

of 1980!"



COSMIC AWARENESS:



This Awareness indicates that it is all part of the New World Order in 

its effort to smother the freedoms of individuals so that regardless of 

what entities do, even if they sit and do nothing, they are likely to be 

breaking a law of some kind, and therefore, with so many laws, anyone 

can be picked up for some reason or another if that becomes politically 

desired.



In other words, many of these laws are simply being created to be used 

when desired, not because someone broke a serious law, but because 

someone should be picked up for some political reason and there is a law 

that applies that allows him or her to be picked up, to be arrested.
