WAITING FOR THAT MIRACLE TO HAPPEN (They Happen, But Often on a Long-Term Basis) CAC General Reading, November 1,1993 OPENING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates that from time to time, certain songs are sung by entities which have particularly profound messages. This Awareness reminds you of the song by Neil Diamond some years back which spoke of the "Glory Road;" being a reference to entities hitchhiking across the country, searching for the "Glory Road," that path which would take them to something new that would be profound in their lives. The song mentioned that "there were so many others looking for that Glory Road" also. This Awareness indicates that presently there is an album by Leonard Cohen who has a song that refers to "waiting for a miracle." This Awareness indicates that it alludes to the same kind of concept, where entities are waiting for a miracle to come. (Ed's Note: Leonard Cohen "The Future" on Columbia Records) This Awareness reminds you of the many times when you have found yourself waiting for some kind of miracle to turn around your life, to come into your life, to raise your hopes, to lift you into something new. For some it is the quest of their lifetime for which they wait. For others it is for some relief from a difficulty which they find themselves in. Miracles are Always Occurring in Our Lives This Awareness indicates that it should be recognized that miracles are always occurring in entities' lives. Sometimes they do not see these miracles; sometimes they are not fully aware that a miracle has happened. This Awareness indicates, for example, an entity might be going through some difficulty. The entity might manage to move in a certain direction, take certain actions, and over a period of over three or four years, the major difficulty is behind and the entities' life becomes meaningful and a purpose is found -- the entity can then focus on some new goal, some new hope and dream, and find a way of looking and working toward that dream and that new goal. This Awareness indicates that this may not appear to have been a miracle to the entity, but if the entity had at some point taken a different course, and searching for a way around the problem, tried to cut corners and ended up making the problem worse, and finding himself in a position outside the law, then finding himself as being caught and imprisoned for having done something wrong, and the entity were to be sitting in the prison asking for a miracle to happen that could release him from this situation and the entity were then to suddenly to be removed from the prison, placed into the position that the other person was in 3 or 4 years down the road, after having made the right choices, the entity would swear it was a miracle. This Awareness indicates that this may be a miracle, even if the entity does not realize it, simply because the entity did not make the right choices, give in to the wrong situation and need a miracle to get him out. This Awareness indicates that the entities who can live a good life, who can make the right choices, who can move from one situation to another without entering into great crises, should consider their lives to be an example of a long-term miracle. This Awareness indicates that you should appreciate how much you have, by having taken the right path, and you should see that this is indeed a miracle that you have not been entrapped into something of an extremely hazardous, negative or dangerous situation, for there are many who make the wrong choices at a crucial time, and it may have only been a slight turn of the mind that made the difference, but the entity may be in a situation where he is now in great danger because of that slight turn of the mind. This Awareness indicates that the entity may be in need of a great miracle, a sudden miracle, one that occurs immediately to relieve him of his danger. This Awareness indicates that entities may wish to consider these slow and gradual miracles that occur from making the right choices at the right time, so that the lives move toward the greater harmony, step by step over long periods of time. The patience that accompanies these long-term miracles may be that which makes the difference. This Awareness indicates that the waiting for the miracle may be found in the patience required with a long-term miracle to take place, for entities cannot depend on the sudden miracle to rescue them from the situation that comes about from wrong decisions, because of someone's impatience. CAN WE REALLY "EXPECT A MIRACLE"? (How to Find That Needle in the Haystack) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Many years ago, Vikki and I went to a New Age church in Tacoma that was sponsoring an entity from England called Brother Mandus. I believe he was some kind of priest, but his lecture was "Expect a Miracle!," and he later wrote a book by that same name, and if I remember correctly, the basis of his lecture was, "if you get yourself into a mind frame, no matter where you are, or what you're doing, if you put into your mind the con stand idea of expecting a miracle, that the miracle will then occur." Does Awareness agree with that? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that much of this depends on the definition of a "miracle." This Awareness essentially was giving a new definition of "miracle" which is seldom used; the miracle of a good life caused by good patient decisions that lead to a good life. A miracle does not have to be something that occurs instantaneously when one is in trouble. This Awareness indicates a miracle does not have to be something that is impossible to occur, impossible to expect, simply because one is in a situation where a miracle is the only thing that could change the situation. Of course, this is the normal definition of a miracle -- something that is unbelievably good that occurs almost instantaneously, or at least very quickly. This Awareness indicates that in terms of the normal concept of a miracle, something which changes one's situation and completely to alter and free them from their problem; that this is the usual definition of a miracle, and is not very common for most entities. Of course, the idea of putting your mind into a positive state, where you expect something to occur, tends to influence that potential. It tends to influence the situation toward a positive outcome, and it is far better to expect a miracle or a positive outcome to a situation than to expect a negative outcome because what you expect is that which you look for. If you are looking for a negative outcome, you are not going to be looking for something positive to occur and when an opportunity, or if an opportunity comes that could be used for a positive outcome, since you are not looking for it, you are not likely to see it. This Awareness indicates that if you are looking for a positive outcome, you are likely to see opportunities that might be there which you would otherwise miss, thus if you expect a miracle, you are more likely to get it than if you expect difficulties, for entities who expect difficulties will be looking for them, and when they see them, they will say: "Aha! This is what I thought was going to happen! Here it is! Now we're really in for it!" This Awareness indicates that by looking for the negative, you find the negative. By looking for the positive you find the positive. This is because you have the uncanny ability to find that which you are looking for. This is the way the human mind works. If you are looking for a needle in a haystack, you know exactly what to focus on, and you look and look and look, and you do not look for straws, so you look past the straws, and look for the needle, and you are likely, even as impossible as it may seem, you likely, eventually, to find the needle, if you look long enough. This Awareness indicates that this does, of course, require dedication and continual looking for the positive in the haystack. This Awareness indicates however, if you say: "I'll never find the needle in the haystack.", you may even begin to say that: "I doubt that anyone could find it." And when you take such a negative attitude, you are likely to give up before searching long enough to find it. This Awareness indicates that when one has a negative attitude, one usually ceases to continue in a dedicated search. When one has a positive attitude, one tends to continue in their dedicated search. Thus, by expecting a miracle, your chances of some kind of miracle or opportunity for a miracle to manifest is greater than if you expect nothing or expect something of a negative nature. This Awareness indicates also there is the effect on the subconscious mind, whereby the subconscious is influenced by your expectations, and cooperates in such a manner as to help bring about those positive effects that you expect. HOW TO DEAL WITH AN AURA "OUT OF BALANCE" (Firing the Psychic Could be One Good Way) QUESTION: A question from A.J., Dayton, Nevada. "A psychic told me my aura was out of balance. Can I correct it myself, or do I need someone's help?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness suggests you could fire the psychic, or you could simply ignore the psychic, and visualize your aura in balance. This Awareness does not see the aura being out of balance. This Awareness indicates that It does not see even the concept of an unbalanced aura. The aura does not get out of balance or stay out of balance. It is simply an aura emanating from your body, from the energy of your body. If it is heavier on one side or thicker on one side than on the other, it usually would simply be the result of having more energy on the one side of her body than on the other, and that energy would simply be from having more of your focus on that one side than on the other. This Awareness suggests you focus your energy into a balance, focus your psyche into a balance, so that you are straight up and down within your spine, straight up and down in terms of your consciousness. Place the consciousness in the center of your head, looking straight up and down, keeping the energies on both sides equal, and you can balance your aura yourself. This Awareness indicates that the only way this Awareness sees that an entity could have a permanent unbalanced psyche or unbalanced aura, would be in the event of some physical problem such as a stroke or injury to the body which then could throw the aura into an unbalanced situation also. This Awareness indicates that it sounds as though the psychic was expecting you to have the psychic balance your aura for a pretty penny or more. This Awareness indicates this is not necessary; It does not see any imbalance. Beware of "Psychics" This Awareness suggests you be cautious about various psychics, those who make their money in giving readings to individuals whereby their approach is to indicate an entity has a curse, or an unbalanced aura or something of this nature, and whereby they create the problem with their suggestion, and then offer to solve the problem for a healthy fee. Many of these so-called psychics are not really psychics at all; they are simply pretenders and have learned how to give an appearance of having some insight and perhaps only enough insight to let you think they know what they are speaking of and they look then for the opportunity to inform you that your real problem lies within yourself and that there is some problem which they help you with, related perhaps to the problem which you came to see them about, but they offer to help you remove a curse, remove blocked energy or to straighten your aura or straighten your psyche, or straighten out a past life so that you can be free from certain karma of the past. Their fee will be only so much each session, and they may have you return again and again and again for these sessions. Be very careful of these entities for they are more often than not simply charlatans. This Awareness indicates that in some cases these entities have done this for so long, they believe their own hype and con jobs. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PURPOSE OF THE AURA? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Awareness, isn't the main purpose of the aura to reflect the spiritual and probably the physical condition of the entity? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates the aura is what is called the "low mana" in the Huna philosophy. It is symbolized as a pool of water, but in fact it is a field of electrical energy around the body caused by oxygen and sugar mixed together in the blood. From the breathing of oxygen, the manufacture of oxygen, and the blood sugar, an entity builds an aura or an electrical field around the body. This electrical field is that which gives energy and vitality to the body and also reflects the inner electrical vitality of the body. The aura then begins to shrink as the oxygen and blood-sugar in the entity's body weakens, so that when an entity is tired, the aura is small. When the entity is invigorated with more blood-sugar and oxygen, the aura grows larger. How Blood-Sugar Creates Electrical Energy & Miracles This energy is that which can be used for psychic purposes and which can be used to enhance the vitality and energy use in the body, thus, before one runs or exercises, one can benefit from eating something that gives more blood-sugar and breathing heavily can help to oxidize that blood- sugar into an electrical field, and the electrical field then becomes a feeling of energy which the entity then can use in his further exercise and physical activity. Thus, the aura benefits the physical energy levels as well as psychic energy levels. It is also beneficial to the emotions for use as emotions, and for use in sending the low mana or aura energy to the Higher Self and to the middle self for the conscious and superconscious minds to use it for their purposes. The superconscious mind will take these low aura energies from the low self and convert this into higher vibrations and energies which then can be used for effecting miracles or magical or spiritual energies. When the energies are sent to the conscious mind, the middle self, these low self energies of the aura are good for helping the entity to think more clearly, to focus more precisely and to do mental exercises, or to use the brain for its intended purposes. This Awareness indicates that any types of carbohydrates anything from starch to candies, grains; all of these things help to create in the body the low mana through the enhancing of blood-sugar mixed with oxygen. That one can cause the blood-sugar to turn into auric energy more quickly by heavy breathing, by repeatedly breathing and oxygenating the food after it has been ingested so that through the process of ingesting some kind of carbohydrates and breathing deeply, the aura increases in size, and the entity's subconscious energies become stronger, the physical energies are enhanced and the energies of the aura can be used by both the conscious and the superconscious minds. This Awareness suggests that entities refer to the Huna material or that which has been discussed in detail in the "Eighth Sea of Consciousness: The Sea of Scorpio" in the Spiritual Awareness Correspondence Lessons, which goes into some detail in regard to the basic Huna principles and the manifestation of the auric energies for its various uses by the high, middle and low self. This Awareness indicates also the books by Max Freedom Long have information in this regard. (These books are available through CAC.) CAN YOU AVOID REINCARNATION BY "PLEASING" GOD? (How to Find the Vibration Of the Divine Creator) QUESTION: A question from R.E.E. "Awareness once mentioned that "Those whose prime motive is to please God may never again face reincarnation, those questing full liberation from re-embodiment on terrestrial worlds." Will Awareness kindly explain, he asks. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that if an entity's desire, or better yet, only desire, is to be with the Creator, the Divine Creator; if everything in the entity's being hungers to be with the Divine Creator, the entity then is in a situation, a state of mind whereby he becomes likened unto a magnet, an attachment toward the Divine Creator, which pulls him or her in that direction, and the entity will move toward the Divine Creator. This Awareness indicates that if the entity has other desires, other attachments, is attached to wealth, attached to earth, attached to pleasures of the flesh, to appetites, to individuals, with whom the entity may have further karma to work out, then the entity is likely to return to these topics of interest for further lifetime experiences and the entity is not ready to go to the Divine Creator, but when the entity's interest in all of these things ceases to be and his or her only interest is to be with the Creator, then the entity will move in that direction. This Awareness indicates that if the entity's energies, while on earth, are to be one with the Divine, then the Divine and the entity can become one, even while the entity still remains in the human form, in physical embodiment. Thus, an entity becomes one with the Creator while in the physical embodiment, even if only for moments at a time. It is not likely that anyone could be in a permanent state of union with the Divine while still being embodied in physical form because there are so many distractions of the flesh which call entities here and there in terms of their focus and attention. This Awareness suggests however, that the more an entity can hunger and desire being One with the Divine, the closer the entity will be to that Creator, that Divine Creator, and upon the loss of the body, the entity can move in great strides in the direction of frequency of one union with the Divine Creator. This Awareness indicates that it is not a matter of going to where God is, it is a matter of finding God's vibration within yourself so that you resonate in the same frequency. This Awareness indicates that such resonation would not allow long-term physical embodiment to continue, It would shake apart the physical embodiment of an entity. It would simply burn up the body. Those Who Say "I Am God," it is Only Momentary This Awareness indicates therefore, those entities who say: "I am God!", may momentarily attune to the frequency of God, but they cannot maintain such frequency and vibration, over long periods of time while still embodied in physical flesh. They can only fade in and fade out, for permanent embodiment is of a frequency and vibration far below that of the Divine Creator, and entities vibrating at the intense frequency of the Divine Creator would burst into Light and the Light would not be physical. CAN ONE CARRY THE DIVINE VIBRATION INTO NEXT LIFE? (Traveling at the "Speed of God" is Many Times Faster than the Speed of Light) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Those entities who do merge with the Divine; is this a permanent thing or if at some future state, if they decided they would like to go out on another experience in some other vibration, do they carry that same Divine Vibration with them? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that if an entity were to vibrate at the Speed of God, and then wish to return to the physical plane in some new incarnation, they would have to find a way to slow down their vibration. They would have to find a way to resonate at a lower frequency compatible with that world in which they enter. This Awareness indicates that the Speed of God is many times faster than the speed of Light. The speed of consciousness is at least three times the speed of light in its lowest levels, and in its higher levels reaches to the Speed of God. This being approximately 144 times the speed of light. WHAT IS THE FATE OF THOSE WHO EXECUTE PRISONERS? (What is the Karma of Prison Guards?) QUESTION: Another question from R.E.E. "Spiritual communicants on inner planes state that executioners undergo the same fate as the ordinary murderer, that is, reliving the murder from the victim's experience, and perhaps residing in gray or dark astral sub-planes for a time. Would Awareness review this and also tell if prison guards are likewise subject to astral and/or future life repercussions as kidnapers?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this would depend entirely on the prison guard's motives and attitude toward the prisoners and toward their work, It does not see this as a fixed principle. There are some guards who are very compassionate to the prisoners, but who by prison rules and by common sense recognize that they cannot afford to show their compassion, because it would be seen as a sign of weakness to be exploited, both by the prison system and authorities and also by the inmates, as a sign of weakness to be exploited in that particular guard. This Awareness indicates that there are of course, other guards who enjoy their job, because it gives them a sense of power over others and they become enthralled with their own power or feeling of power, and these entities become the victims of the system in such a way that it distorts their sense of value and human dignity and compassion so that they lose something in their soul because of their job distorting them emotionally and psychically, and in terms of human values. This Awareness indicates that in regard to the executioner, this again will depend greatly on the attitude and the feelings of the executioner. Some of these entities will receive intense and heavy karma, while others will receive a more mild negative karma. This Awareness does not see this kind of job as giving entities a good healthy karma, even if they enjoy their action, or even if they believe they are doing society a great justice in executing some criminal. This Awareness indicates It sees the executioner as absorbing karma for the society and if the executioner enjoys taking the lives of others, then the entity absorbs karma for his own action for himself, because society does not require that the executioner enjoy the job of killing other people. WHAT IS THE KARMA OF THOSE WHO BURNED WITCHES? (Many Who Lit a Match Did So for Christ) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: We saw a show on PBS about the attitude of some of the witch-hunters, back when they were burning witches at the stake, and their attitude was that they were really doing these women a huge favor by freeing them from this terrible situation that was jeopardizing their souls. Now despite their motives being positive in their own eyes, they would still be carrying the karma of the killing, right? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. Regardless of whether they thought this was a good thing they were doing for the church, and a good thing of liberating the soul of the victim, they were still absorbing a negative karma for the action, and the misbelief on their part does not alleviate the karma of the action. This Awareness indicates, of course, it would be less heavy for them than if they knew for certain they were killing an innocent person and enjoyed doing it because they could get away with it, or because they were doing it under the guise of the church. This Awareness indicates that of course, would bring heavier karma to these entities than if they believed they were doing the right thing. Karma of Hiroshima Bombings Still on U.S. Oversoul This Awareness indicates that likewise, the church itself absorbed karma for these witch hunts and the burning at the stake of these entities, just as your country absorbed karma for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, even though that Hiroshima and Nagasaki karma was alleviated some what by considering that had they not bombed these two cities, many more entities would have been killed by the continuation of the war. That, being the excuse to justify the bombing of two cities, helped to alleviate some of the karma of that bombing. This Awareness indicates that nevertheless, the United States has that karma on its Oversoul, and will eventually pay a price, if it has not already been somewhat paid. This Awareness indicates that, of course, there are many aspects and subtleties involved in the consideration of karma, for in the United States, actions after World War II of helping Japan recover from the war, there has been what may be termed a good karma from that action, which helps to balance somewhat the negative karma of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. These are all part of the subtleties and nuances of karmic law. This Awareness indicates you cannot really pay for the debts of these many thousands of entities simply by helping the rest of the country overcome its burdens, for the karmic obligations were mostly to the individuals sacrificed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and not simply to the rest of Japan. This Awareness indicates therefore, the karma has not fully been paid until all of the entities who were destroyed in Hiroshima and Nagasaki have had their karmic balance repaid by the entities who caused this effect. WHAT KARMA IS LEFT FOR THOSE WHO BEHEADED PEOPLE? (Most Karma is Balanced After Five Lifetimes -- Except with Mummies) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Does that mean, considering the time lapse since it occurred, that Europe and England have had a chance to take care of the karma of all the people beheaded and what-not in their history? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that many of these events have been balanced out karmic-wise. Karma generally is paid for within five reincarnations, therefore, an entity who owes karma to someone will generally have paid off that karma within five reincarnations. This Awareness indicates that very little karma is still owed, for example, back to the days of Atlantis or ancient Egypt. It is very rare that an entity would still owe karma from some activity in ancient Egypt. An exception might be wherein there was some mummification involved, so that the entity did not fully reincarnate five times since that karmic debt was created. The Influence of Mummification from Ancient Egypt This Awareness indicates that this is in reference to the fact that when entities were mummified, their entire souls were not usually fully released in each subsequent reincarnation, and they remain in part locked into the mummy, and only after many, many thousands of years in which the entity might reincarnate dozens of times, does the soul eventually become complete as it is released from the mummy. Then of course, the entity can, in such long-term mummification situations, still carry some karma from the ancient time that remained with the mummified soul, so that upon its eventual release, the entity might have experienced a dozen or more lifetimes and still have some degree of remaining karma from the soul that is finally released from the mummy into the new body of the entity in its new incarnation. This Awareness indicates in other words, the reincarnation of a mummy is strung out, so that it stretches like plastic or something over generation after generation, or reincarnation after reincarnation, until eventually it pulls so much that eventually the soul is completely released from the mummy. In such a situation, the entity may string out his karma over many lifetimes; that in most situations however, the karma is released by entities within five lifetimes. THE ATOM-BOMBING OF JAPAN: U.S. PUBLIC UNAWARE -- SHOULDN'T THE PRESIDENT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR KARMA? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Awareness, in the case of the bombing of the Japanese cities, the atom bombing, I have read that there were some entities high in the government and in the military that wanted the president not to bomb those cities, but to drop fliers (literature) all over Japan telling them of this super-weapon, and they were going to demonstrate it by taking out one of the uninhabited islands in the Sea of Japan, or something like that. Also, since it was a super-secret project, that the American people as a whole were totally unaware of, it seems to me that the major karma involved in that action would fall upon the president and those who pushed for that decision to bomb those cities, which seemed to be more of a retaliation against the Pearl Harbor attack. Is this correct? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates that while the nation as a whole received some karma, the people as a whole did not receive karma because they did not even know about the bombing of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki cities until it had already taken place. This Awareness indicates that one cannot be held responsible for what one does not participate in, or even know about until after the fact. This Awareness indicates that the entities knowing about this, who advised the bombing of an uninhabited island, as opposed to the bombing of the cities, cannot be held karmically accountable either, because they did what they could to prevent the bombing of the cities. This Awareness indicates that the ones who partook of the bombing of the cities bear the karmic results and energies. Even though their rationale may have been the belief that they were preserving American lives, they still are responsible for taking Japanese lives, and there is karma in that, even though it was wartime and even though it was in retaliation for the bombing of Pearl Harbor. This Awareness indicates that there could have been the dropping of leaflets and the demonstration of this super weapon, and that could have influenced some kind of negotiations. There was of course, the argument which has never been proven correct, that the Japanese were too proud to surrender to a demonstration, and would only surrender if forced with facts and realities. Thus, it was believed that a demonstration would not have led the Japanese to surrender. This Awareness indicates indeed there is substance to this argument in that the first dropping of the bomb did not result in a surrender, and only after the second bomb was dropped did the Japanese surrender. This Awareness indicates that this appears to suggest that those who argued the Japanese were too proud to surrender to a demonstration may have been an accurate argument, for why did they not surrender after the first bomb was dropped? This Awareness indicates that all of these things of course have their influence on the degree of karma involved by those who were participants. This Awareness indicates that it is true that these entities in dropping the bombs, destroyed two cities. It is also true that in dropping the bombs and destroying two cities, they prevented other deaths from what would have been an invasion of Japan and these deaths may have accounted for more than were destroyed in the two cities and surely would have accounted for more American lives than from the dropping of the two bombs, and this of course was the nature of war and of the priorities considered by those who participated in the dropping of these two bombs. This Awareness indicates that one might also argue that the planners who planned and started the war were the real culprits who have inherited the greater karma. This Awareness indicates of course, one can also say that these entities may not have known the full scope of their actions, even as the Christ expressed: "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do!" Karma Often Caused by a Narrow Point of View This Awareness indicates that surely these entities in planning and starting this war, faced with the reality from another dimension, an afterlife experience, would argue: "I had no idea what I was doing at the time!" This Awareness indicates that this could be a truthful statement, if these entities truly believed that they were simply embodied and had no full understanding of the cosmic scope of their action or planetary scope of their action. This Awareness indicates that too often, entities have a narrow view of an action, and thus, they create karma because of their narrow view. Thus, a man creates karma against his family, against his wife, and then suddenly finds himself in the spotlight of society, and wonders: "How could I have ever done that? It would have been better for me to have walked away and started a new life than to have done that to my wife!", but because his narrow view made his whole world into that one little narrow focal point, he could not see the entire forest because he was staring at a bush or a tree, and thus he then creates karma for himself that would not have been created had he stepped back far enough to see the full scope of his presence and his experience, and to see that he could have walked away, rather than dealing so fiercely with some narrow point of view. This Awareness indicates that this same argument can be made by those who planned the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, those who influenced the Japanese to plan that attack, and those who stood by, waiting for it to happen, knowing it was going to happen, and used it to plunge America into World War II. This Awareness indicates that these entities are perhaps more responsible than anyone else for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and their argument in the afterlife will probably be that they didn't realize the full potential and scope of their actions. and therefore, they were operating from a narrow view and should not be held fully responsible. Deep Down, An Entity Knows He Did Something Wrong They can say they were somewhat insane because their view was so limited, their awareness was so focused that they were out of touch with reality. This Awareness indicates that somewhere in all of that a degree of karma will have its toll on these entities' lives. It is not for others to fully understand what amount of karma will affect these entities or whether it can be fair or unfair in the minds of those who would observe as watchers of karma for karma itself becomes its own result, and the entities involved will know how much karma, in a negative sense, they owe and that will be the final determination. This Awareness indicates that in the end, entities judge themselves and apply the Law of Karma to their own situations according to what they know is proper. It is not as though some judge in the sky administers karma. It is not as though there are what may be termed "Lords of Karma" doling out the proper amounts for the type of crime and the magnitude of the crime, it is more that each entity who requires or deserves karma knows deep down inside on a soul level that he or she did something wrong, and it needs to be balanced with something right before it can be forgotten; therefore, each entity accepts the karma due, whether it be good or negative. Americans Feel Guilty for Atom Bombings This Awareness indicates there are of course some entities who attribute guilt to themselves even when they are not guilty, and these entities may feel guilty because someone else dropped a bomb on Hiroshima or Nagasaki, and those entities call themselves Americans and the entities who feel guilty are Americans, therefore, their guilt is in being American because Americans dropped the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. These entities did not know the bomb was going to be dropped, but they feel guilty because it was dropped partly in their behalf. They did not consent to having it dropped, but they know that it was dropped for them and for all Americans, and therefore, they feel guilty. This Awareness indicates that those Americans, in feeling guilty, take on the karma of others, even though they do not deserve that karma, and they will help share in the karma by feeling guilty, even though they do not deserve the karma of the bombing. This Awareness indicates it is more of an action of martyrdom to take on the karma of others. It is unnecessary and it is denying those entities who deserve the karma their right to the full expression of the karma, but because they take it on and share the karma, it helps to alleviate some of the karma the others may have to shoulder. This Awareness indicates that in a sense, those who shoulder the burden of the karma can appreciate those who do not owe the karma, but who also help to carry the karma for them, and they may even acknowledge that it is fair for those who did not participate in creating the karma to carry some of the karma, since they benefited from the karmic action. They benefited from the bombs being dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, therefore, why should they not carry some of the karma even though they did not participate in the bombing? This Awareness indicates that the attitudes are all different types of viewpoints that entities could hold, different arguments that can be put forth, and all have some right to be expressed. This Awareness indicates that others who do not carry any karma, who argue that, "I did not participate. I was not involved. I was not asked if I wanted the bombs dropped!", these entities can deny and shrug off and avoid any karma, but they still may have benefited from the dropping of the bomb and there are those who can sit back and condemn the others for dropping the bombs and feel themselves totally free of karma and say to themselves: "I would never have dropped the bombs!", as though the action was an act of murder and deliberate atrocity. But these entities too have benefited from the bombs being dropped in that the country was saved further warfare and many entities' lives were spared and the expenses of the war were stopped, and rebuilding and peace came about and perhaps the entities were in some way affected, so that their own lives became beneficial, so that their own lives gained benefits from the winning of the war. This Awareness indicates that all of these things need to be weighed and balanced in regard to the laws of karma as to whether or not an entity is totally free or has the right to condemn or has the right to brag about not being part of the situation, or has the right to look at others and say: "They should receive some terrible karma for that action!" Japanese People Also Have Karma This Awareness indicates that also, the Japanese people are not totally free of karma from the Nagasaki and Hiroshima bombings, especially those in charge who could have stopped the war after the first bomb was dropped, but didn't, and the very fact that they were so proud a people that the Americans felt it necessary to bomb a city rather than give a demonstration, indicates there is some karma for Japan. One can argue that the bombs themselves were the karma, and this is true; yet, the bombs injured and killed certain individuals and not everyone who felt that national pride, and so some benefited at the deaths of others, and here again you have even on that side, the argument of various shades and degrees of karma. This Awareness indicates It is discussing this in detail to show that karma is not a simple matter: it is a matter of cause and effect. There is an ancient statement that says if you step on a blade of grass, you shake the entire universe. The meaning being that even cutting a blade of grass changes the entire universe. Passing the Karmic Buck to Others The action reflects the nature of karma, which is essentially cause and effect. If one causes something to happen, and effect occurs, and if there is a negativity involved, the effect is negative, or the karma is negative. This Awareness indicates that an action such as dropping an atomic bomb could be thought in a simple way as "the bombardier who really got a lot of karma for that." The pilot could say: "I didn't do it, I simply flew the plane!" The navigator could say: "All I did was my job. I just flew across the city on the route I was supposed to take." The bombardier of course, is the one who dropped the bomb. He got all the karma. This Awareness indicates, of course, this is a very simplistic approach of blaming the karma on one individual in order to justify others as being innocent, and there are those ramifications that go further back. The bombardier can argue: "I only followed orders! I didn't drop the bomb! I simply followed the orders and pushed the button, when I was supposed to. Whoever made this contraption, who made the plane, who made the tool, who ordered the tool in the air, who insisted it be dropped over Hiroshima; these were the ones who should have the karma. The navigator is the one who made me drop the bomb on the city. I only dropped it when I was told to push the button. If it had been up to me, I would have dropped it at sea." Thus the bombardier can have his argument to excuse himself, and the navigator can put forth his argument to excuse himself, and they can all look back to the commanding officer who sent the plane, or to the planners who designed and planned the mission, or at the president who approved the mission. This Awareness indicates that all of these entities had certain cause and effect in the activity that resulted in karma, and the president can say: "I was only looking out for the welfare of the people. It was my duty. I owed it to the people. The people would have insisted that I carry out my duties as Commander and Chief in the way that was open to me and least offensive to them in conducting the war." And thus, the people are to blame, even though they did not participate in the planning, or in the activity. This Awareness indicates in other words, karma can be passed around in various ways according to the desires of entities who wish to escape or who are willing to accept responsibility. This Awareness indicates that it is not for the people to fully understand everything in regard to the nature of karma, because it is impossible. It is simply a question of who is responsible, and it is not for one to point the finger at another and say: "He is responsible!", because everyone, to some degree, can be the one who is pointed at. Even the little child, the innocent babe might find his or her parents pointing at the child saying: "I did it for my children. I could not allow them to suffer in a future world with this kind of happening. I had to make sure they would be safe." Thus, the little child who was not even born when it happened becomes the one who is responsible. No Real Answers Except to Be Responsible for Your Own Actions This Awareness indicates all of these arguments have a grain of truth. This Awareness asks: "Who is really responsible?" This Awareness indicates that it may never be a question that can be properly answered, for there may be many, many forces and entities and circumstances that share in the responsibility of every karmic act. The criminal, who has committed murder, may argue that: "I was only a tool of society. Society pushed me into this demented behavior. Had I a choice, I would rather have been an angelic person. I did not choose to be a criminal, I did not choose to create karma. Society made me do it. First it was my father, who abused me, and then it was society who used me, and then it was certain elements of society that cornered me and forced me to fight my way out, and in that process I accidentally created negative karma." Such arguments have their degree of truth. This Awareness indicates that regardless of all of this, someone is selected to pay for the karmic deed and sometimes there are many involved who do not see their own participation in the act, and who manage to escape their karma, temporarily at least. This Awareness indicates It has expounded in great detail on karma to show entities that it is a subject that cannot be fully understood, or simplified simply by describing who is to blame. This Awareness indicates this is why this Awareness does not like pointing the finger and blaming entities and saying who is guilty, or who is wrong. It is better to simply try to understand what happened, and try to be more responsible for your own actions, and prevent these things from happening before they get out of hand. This Awareness indicates that everyone has karma, or they wouldn't be on earth, and some of that negative karma can be alleviated by doing good things for others, but entities must be very careful, because sometimes good intentions turn sour and create negative effects, even when an entity does not intend a negative effect. Therefore, entities need to be not only of good intention, they need also to be very much aware of their actions and what is occurring in regard to their actions, so that their actions are not inadvertently made negative. This Awareness indicates that it is easy for entities to want to find out how karma can be better understood, so that they can see who is the cause, and what is the cause of some negative karmic experience, but this is not always so easy, for too often, an entity may be justified in taking an action and may have the best of intentions, but the action may still result in something unintended, something negative in which someone gets hurt, and karma may be the result. The entity may feel guilty, and others may point fingers to make him seem more guilty. It does not solve the problem, for everyone involved is in some way a participant in the event. This Awareness indicates that it is best for entities not to point the finger, even at themselves not to energize guilt, even if it is their own. This Awareness suggests that entities simply observe, discern, and seek to heal the pains, the problems, the ills, the difficulties that others may suffer, so that they can alleviate the suffering and tragedy in the situation. He says: "Also thanks to Awareness for telling people that artistic ability is much more the result of practice and understanding of laws and principles than talent. I hope everyone has that straight now. I'm an artist and sign painter myself, and I get sick and tired of all the people who tell me my stuff is so pretty and I'm so talented and they have no talent and could never do this in a zillion years, and I try to get them to understand the principles and tell them if they also work at it for hours and hours every day for over 20 years, like I have, they could do as well as I can and probably better. It's so easy to get shallow compliments: "Oh that looks so nice!", and so hard to get any intelligent discussion of how such things are done; how the abilities are developed, so I guess I now know something of how women feel when day after day, all day every day they get dozens of guys coming up to them every day to tell them what hot looking boobs and legs they have but can't find anyone to carry on an intelligent discussion about the latest exciting developments in Astrophysical Metriconographic Telecognophericology. Anyway, I would like to ask Awareness a related question and that is: Have the New World Order promoters deliberately sought to degrade the quality of the arts, as I and a number of others have suspected? It appears that, through institutions like the Guggenheim and the Rockefeller-owned Museum of Modern Art, and through flooding the markets with books and magazines produced by their agents, and through putting their agents in the top positions of all university art departments, they have, through promoting works of crude craftsmanship as equal to or superior to the great paintings of the past that any fool can immediately see are great paintings, have they by this means sought to confuse people, make them doubt their own ability to judge the value of things and thus make them more reliant on "authority" and degrade the quality of life by discouraging art students from really striving for excellence, and instead imagining that a lot of relatively crude, unskilled, ugly and weird stuff is somehow profound and great art? The New World Order promoters have sought to degrade the quality of life in all ways, so it only makes sense that they would seek to degrade the arts as well. Can Awareness comment on this?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is an excellent evaluation of the way things have become during the last half of this century: it has been progressively worse as time passes. This Awareness indicates it is much like the reading and math skills in schools and the teaching methods that have deteriorated to the point where children are graduating from schools without being able to read, or do simple math problems. Beauty in Modern Poetry is Long Gone This Awareness indicates that likewise, the same is true of modern poetry, that the poets have been encouraged to write without any kind of poetic form and basically their words are nothing more than descriptions and the only resemblance to poetry has to do with how they break the phrases into sentences wherein a sentence may be but a short phrase, a space and another line or short phrase, and another space, and followed by a line and short phrase with these lines offset by indenting or something, so that basically a poem can be nothing but a descriptive sentence that has a few adjectives thrown in to describe some scene that is presented, and this will get raves of appreciation from so-called experts. This Awareness indicates that poetry, as understood in a classical and traditional sense, is totally lacking and you have nothing but a form of sentence structure that is descriptive in its imagery, but with little real substance in terms of concepts, and yet, magazines will publish these under the name of poetry and anything that is of depth and quality in terms of poetry is generally excluded from such magazines. This Awareness indicates that it is as insulting to the intellect as is the modern painting to the artistic person who truly understands art. This Awareness indicates it is a way of letting the arts deteriorate to the point where entities no longer appreciate or have any sense of value for true classical and meaningful concepts of art or other things of value in society. It allows the so-called "experts" of the field to decide subjectively who will be accepted as an artist, poet, writer or whatever. This way, in future times, these experts will be the ones who determine what entities should or should not value, and this movement is designed to reach that state where the masses must listen to the authorities to know what is to be valued and what is to be rejected. Good Pottery is a Beautiful Creation This Awareness indicates in the true classical sense, all fields of expression: artistic, poetic, literary, etc., have certain principles or qualities by which they were standardized and measured. This Awareness indicates that even pottery was measurable by certain standards. The proportions of certain aspects of a pot or vase could be made more artistic using certain proportions in terms of curvature, in terms of height, diameter, etc., and the proportions became associated with more beautiful forms of pottery and as these proportions were standardized, entities in their appreciation for beauty began to recognize what the proportions were, and therefore, objectively created pottery and vases that fit those acceptable proportions that made the thing more beautiful. There are certain curves that are more symmetric and beautiful than others, and certain proportions in relation to those curves that allow a creation to be more pleasing to the majority of people, and when these principles were accepted, just as in music, there were certain principles of acceptability; when these principles were accepted and understood, it created a kind of science of art, an objective form of artistic schooling that could be taught, and thus entities began to create more beautiful works of art following these principles or rules. Music Once Was Great and Beautiful This Awareness indicates the same is so of music; that the various relationship in terms of proportions of one note to another followed certain principles and when following a certain set of principles, using the ordinary major scale for example, one using these principles could expect a certain outcome, and effect from their music. Likewise, using the minor scale, one could expect certain other different outcomes from the music, so that it could be figured out logically before even writing the music or ever hearing what the two would sound like, it could be figured out by the author in a way that allowed the composition to be recognized as beautiful, even before it was played. This Awareness indicates that of course, once it is played, then the experience and emotions of accepting the beauty could be had. This Awareness indicates that likewise, in poetry there are certain principles involved that can make a poem or make a statement seem more suitable to the masses who recognize a sense of order and meaning and harmony and beauty, and it can be put into principles or rules so that entities can learn the craft of writing poetry. Creating "Objective" and "Subjective" Artistry This Awareness indicates that the same may be said for painting or for other forms of art, the carving of statues and other forms of sculpting. This Awareness indicates that as entities learn these classical rules of the art form and practice these things, they can come up with preconceived forms of art that meet the desired expectation and they can know what they will have as a finished project. This is called objective artistry. Subjective artistry knows no rules; it is simply a personal expression, like throwing paint on a canvas from a distance of five feet, by flipping your brush, or as in one experiment, using monkeys to paint a canvas with various colors of paint and cutting up the canvas into small squares and selling them individually as pieces of modern art. This Awareness indicates that many people thought these were excellent and just as good as anything they had seen by humans. This Awareness indicates that subjective expression is not generally as highly artistic in a real sense and cannot meet the standards of objective art, but objective art is something that needs to be learned and commingled with the artist's inherent talent, and when an entity learns the artistic rules and then adds his own personal interpretation, the uniqueness and personality of the artist can show through along with the talent that has been developed. How Shakespeare Could Break the Rules This Awareness indicates in the schools in which Shakespeare studied, he was taught to learn the rules before breaking them. If you did not know the rules, and simply broke all the rules of grammar, you would not create a real work of art. Thus, the entity learned all the rules of grammar, then knew what he was doing when he broke a rule and wrote lines such as "Never was wind or wave so violent." This Awareness indicates that this was no accident or ignorance on his part, to use the word "was" instead of "were." This Awareness indicates that the entity knew the rules of grammar in a way to get a special effect. So it is likewise with art, wherein entities study the effects of the particular rules in their field and then if they do not want their creation to be totally stilted in accordance with the rules of art, they break them; they break the rules. This Awareness indicates these are the true artists: those who know what they are doing; and the false artists are those who simply express themselves without understanding what effect the expression will have. They simply hope that it will be accepted. TELEVISION MOVIES FROM BORING TABLOID STORIES (The Cult of the Bizarre a New Age Phenomena) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: It seems like not only in the field of the arts, but in the mass-media, such as television, that it seems like what they want to do is to promote conformity and banality in their stories that they're putting out. For example. about nine out of ten of the so-called television movies are based on tabloid true event stories. For example, right now there's a sensational trial going on of a woman who chopped off her husband's penis, and the producers are lining up, trying to outbid each other for the television rights to this story. Does Awareness see an end in sight to the endless list of insipid, boring productions of this type, or will they just simply sink lower in their standards and accept such mediocrity posing as "art"? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that anything that is bizarre appears to have an attention-grabbing quality and entities will generally seek to know more about it simply because of the curiosity quality of humans. This Awareness sees this as likely to continue for some time, as entities continue to worship the bizarre. It is part of the New Age consciousness, wherein Aquarius is ruled by Uranus and Uranus governs things that are unusual and bizarre. Therefore, consciousness is changing to be more interested in things that are bizarre and unusual. Bizarrism is almost becoming a religion for many people. The more bizarre, the more they worship it. This Awareness does not mean "worship" in the usual sense but the more they give their attention and their devoted focus to that which is bizarre. This Awareness indicates that It does not foresee that this is likely to change anywhere in the near future within this or several subsequent generations, although this is part of the lower aspects of the Aquarian Age consciousness and entities may eventually rise above these qualities of giving so much attention to things that are bizarre. This Awareness indicates on the contrary, it appears that in the near future, there may be even more focus on the perversions and bizarrisms in society. WILL A NEARBY WOLF REDUCE YOUR NIGHTMARES? QUESTION: A question from B.C., Carmel, New York. "I read recently that some animals have unique purposes in the life of humans. The wolf, for example, is supposed to help reduce a human's nightmares. If there is a wolf sleeping within the vicinity of a human having a nightmare, the wolf will help transmute the "negative" energies. Can Awareness attest to its validity? If this is accurate, what other hidden purposes do other animals hold in human's evolution?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does not see this is accurate, although It does see that animal's consciousness experiences do also help feed the collective consciousness that surrounds the planet. It appears however, that for the most part, human consciousness, in the collective consciousness, resides in a different vibratory rate than most animal consciousness levels. There is some overlap in which certain animals of higher intelligence may fit into the lower levels of human intelligence in this collective consciousness field. This Awareness indicates that there is some truth that petting cats or petting dogs even, to a lesser degree, can be beneficial to one's peace of mind or inner harmony and reduce stress. The wolf being associated with dreams is not seen as being of real validity; that this no more than having a do with your home. It is possible, of course, that having a dog as a protector in your home or near your home will allow you to sleep more comfortably because of the extra sense of security that you may feel upon going to sleep with the knowledge that your dog is there to wake you in the event of some emergency. This Awareness indicates that this is not the same as one would experience in the case of a wild wolf in the area, and therefore, the suggestion being that the wolf somehow, by being in the near proximity could affect your dreams is simply not seen as having any connection whatsoever to your dreams, to the degree of having a pet dog in your vicinity, which could be seen as perhaps affecting your dreams by giving you a greater sense of security. This Awareness does not see this as having any validity. THE SECRET FEEDING OF SUGAR CUBES TO KIDS BACK IN THE 50's AND 60's (More on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) QUESTION: Another question from this entity B.C. He asks: "With the recent uncovering of U.S. government radiation experiments that were conducted on an unsuspecting population, it reminds me of a strange incident that occurred to me in the late 1950s when I was in grammar school. I remember we were all taken to the auditorium where we were all given sugar cubes with some type of medicine. I probably would have forgotten the incident were it not for the fact that the teachers and nurses told us not to tell our parents. Can Awareness comment if this was another example of experiments without our knowledge, and if so, could Awareness indicate what the experiment was for, and can Awareness indicate how to counter the effects of this, and were there other experiments that the government conducted without our knowledge?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that these sugar cubes given in the Fifties were anti-polio medicines and were designed to inoculate entities against polio. This Awareness indicates that in your case, there were early releases of the medicines and later it was widely publicized and urged that everyone take sugar cubes to be safe against polio. This Awareness indicates that it is seen that the polio vaccine given in sugar cubes did not appear to have side effects for many entities; only a minor or few number of entities, and this would have been experienced long before this time. This Awareness indicates that the shots given, using certain polio vaccine derived from monkeys, has been associated with recent outbreaks of chronic fatigue syndrome that some entities have experienced. This Awareness indicates that this of course coming thirty to forty years later, and this Awareness suggests that entities who have had polio shots and who are now experiencing chronic fatigue syndrome may recognize a possible connection between the two. WHAT OTHER MEDICAL ATROCITIES HAS OUR GOVERNMENT PERPETRATED AGAINST CITIZENS? (Be Wary of Any Kind of Inoculation Offered ) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: "Are there other experiments the government conducted without our knowledge," he asks? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative; that these kind of experiments have occurred from time to time. In part there were experiments to determine certain affects. The Hanta virus released in New Mexico during the last couple of years is one such experiment. The swine flu release as another. Legionnaire's disease as still another. This Awareness indicates that there are still others; the various substances released to the public in the form of flu epidemics in some cases have been deliberately released in society. This Awareness indicates that the AIDS problem as at one point a biological warfare substance being conducted and used on society to test it as a potential population reduction program. This Awareness indicates that it is likely that these types of experiments will go on with greater care to make sure the connecting link between government and masses is not traceable, while the public is given its biological treatment for testing. This Awareness indicates that the herpes virus released in Asia during the Vietnam war as one which was promoted from the Communist China nation, not from the U.S. government, but its effect was similar as a kind of biological warfare substance. This Awareness indicates it is important for entities to be somewhat paranoid of any government plan to inoculate the masses, for you never can be sure whether it is for your benefit or for some kind of mass- control or other purpose. For example, if scientists working for your government came up with a kind of drug that would make the masses docile with one shot of the drug, make the masses docile and obedient to authority, would you trust your government not to use it on a nationwide inoculation program? If you are that naive, then you are a perfect candidate for such a hypothetical drug inoculation program. This Awareness indicates also that the introduction of LSD into the population in the 1960's was part of the MKUltra plan sponsored by the CIA, as a kind of test for the drug in terms of its effect on consciousness and also as an approach to creating certain effects in society. This Awareness indicates that it was believed that by introducing these hallucinogens into society through the MKUltra program that many entities would become schizophrenic and greater crime would result, and the excuse could be found for introducing more police controls and stronger law enforcement across the land. This Awareness indicates however, the LSD tended to become the issue as a drug use violation more than that which created schizophrenia among people, in fact, LSD did more to relieve schizophrenia than to create schizophrenia. SUDDENLY IN RUSSIA APPEARS VLADAMIR ZHIRINOVSKY (He Promises More Vodka and Lingerie -- Who is This Guy, Anyway?) QUESTION: A question from J.M., actually, several people have written in about this. I'll read the statement: "Suddenly on the Russian political scene has appeared a leader with new charisma. His name Vladamir Zhirinovsky. Zhirinovsky does not like the West at all. He is a Russian ultra- nationalist prince, with a very aggressive foreign policy. He wants Finland, Alaska, and other Russian territories back. He likes to put military pressure on former parts of the Soviet Union. He accused the Caucasians for Russia's present evils. He is a military man who would like to halt the dismantling of Russian military power and its conversion to civil use. No doubt, his belligerent policy would lead him to advocate the taking over of the Bosphorous sea link, presently under Turkish control. In short, he wants to establish a new Russian Empire. He likes to give nuclear bombs to his friend Saddam Hussein of Iraq, and punish those who harm ethnic Russians wherever they happen to be. He has been labeled anti-Semitic because of his strong condemnation of Jewish conspiracies to dominate the world, notwithstanding of his being half- Jewish from his father's side. This man is not kidding. He is deadly serious, frank, and right on the mark. He tells of Russia needing a strong government (i.e. dictatorship). He has a thundering Russian accent when addressing the public, and a smooth informal tone when chatting. He speaks French and English, and has more appeal and magnetism than Yeltsin, whose popularity is declining rapidly. Sometimes he looks very funny, and likes to dance in public. Nevertheless he is a very intelligent and sympathetic person. In short, an ideal candidate for a dictatorship. The news media already is calling him "an extreme nationalist: a fascist; a demagogue." In reality, he is a deadly thorn on the side of the New World Order, the United Nations, the European Union, the international banking establishment and similar entities. As a matter of fact, he could turn out to be the "scourge of God" who would destroy all those organizations and human endeavors for control of other human beings. Moreover, he could be the man who, after coming to total power and by cooperating with an emerging Arabic leader, would plunge the earth into World War III. His first step would be to hit the USA with a surprise first nuclear strike. With the U.S. crippled and out of action, the new emerging aggressive Russia, along with her unified Islamic allies, will have the world between their hands. Their next step would be to invade and conquer the rich western Europe. Before Russia's December 12th parliamentary election, Zhirinovsky promised if his party won power, Russian men would get cheaper vodka, Russian women would get better lingerie and the nation would rise up and rebuild its empire. Voters responded by casting more ballots for Zhirinovsky's misleadingly named Liberal Democratic Party than for any other party or coalition, including Yeltsin's. Does Awareness have any comments concerning Vladamir Zhirinovsky and whether or not this scenario looks like it actually could occur?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this entity has stated the situation very clearly and accurately. There is great intensity motivating this entity in such a way as to make him potentially dangerous to many people of the world, and giving great hope to certain people of the world also. The entity is extremely controversial and his activities could indeed lead the world into World War III. The entity is one who could easily become a modern dictator, the likes of which has not been seen since Adolf Hitler. This Awareness indicates that this is not to say the entity would be another Adolf Hitler, but there are certain parallels in terms of the entity's charisma and in terms of his determination and ability to gain support from those who have become disillusioned. You also realize that Russia has lost much of its self-esteem in the same manner that Germany had lost its self-esteem when Hitler rose to power. This Awareness indicates that as Russia is not really being given much help from the outside world, an entity of this nature, rising up within Russia, could very well unite the Russian people behind him as a new hope, for the Russian people do not any longer have much hope that the Western Capitalism or democracy will be of any great salvation to them. This Awareness indicates that the promise of better lingerie and vodka may seem almost like a joke to most people, but when entities have so little coming to them from their form of government, these two specifics may seem to be extremely valuable to the masses. Also they become more symbolic of a better way of life than they might actually be, for if he only provided them with better vodka and better lingerie, the entity would fulfill his promise, but entities would not really gain that much in terms of a better lifestyle. The use of these two specifics by the entity in describing what he will do for the masses is taken by the masses as being symbolic of a better lifestyle, and not simply as specific things he will do. Therefore, the entity is very shrewd in his way of appealing to the masses. The entity can make a little promise and make the little promise seem like it is a great promise of greater security and greater abundance for the masses without actually saying so. Therefore, he can't be held responsible later if he does not provide them with a totally new and prosperous life style. All he has to do is provide better lingerie and better vodka, or more vodka. This Awareness indicates that in this way of promoting himself and in speaking of reuniting Russia, it tends to affect the Russian people as a promise of something that will bring them back to their former greatness without actually threatening their present freedoms. The entity has not stated that he will take away their present freedoms; he is simply adding more to it, and he is also creating an external enemy in the United States and in Western Europe, so that these masses can work together out of fear to build the Russian Empire he desires. This is much the same as Adolf Hitler in his rise to power, who promoted his ideas of fighting against the Jews, who he say was being the internal enemy of Germany and arguing that they, the Germans, were a superior race. This entity Zhirinovsky has not come out with this argument yet, but implies that Russia is destined for greatness under his guidance and this will help entities have greater pride in their country and in themselves, and he is appealing to these intangible emotions that can help him to rise to power very quickly. This Awareness indicates indeed, although it appears that Yeltsin will continue being in charge for some time yet, it appears that Zhirinovsky is a great threat to Yeltsin's control of Russia and that with continued effort on his part, he may well be in charge of that nation within a short time, perhaps within two or three years or even sooner. Zhirinovsky a Very Serious Turn of Events for Russia This Awareness indicates that this is a very serious turn of events for Russia and it can have a most powerful effect on the world in general. This Awareness indicates that depending on what future external treatment the entity gets from the West and his attitude toward that treatment may lead the entity into becoming more anti-Western or more cooperative with the West. This Awareness indicates that if he becomes more anti-Western, then a greater conflict between himself and Western powers is likely and while this may help him to rise to greater power in Russia, it may also lead to greater conflict between Russia and the Western world. This Awareness indicates that it is still too early to determine clearly what the outcome of such a clash might be because the entity's future and intended purpose is not yet set, let alone disclosed. A Time-Bomb Ticking Away in Russia He has not disclosed nor has he himself determined what his intentions are in the future relationship, but as he grows in power, if he gains the power he seeks, he will be indeed a great force for good or ill in the world. This Awareness indicates it is likened unto thinking that Russia is now disarmed and harmless and out of a kind of blatant hostility, leaving her alone to suffer from her own demise, while not realizing that there is a time bomb in the midst of that country which is ticking away and which might explode into a new kind of revolution wherein the country suddenly revives into a different creation to become a new threat to the world. This Awareness indicates that it is important for the Western powers to prop up Yeltsin as much as possible if they are to continue in their security which they feel they have achieved in helping to introduce Russia to economic rebellion. This Awareness indicates that the visit to Russia by Clinton in the coming weeks is that which may have some effect on propping up Yeltsin or it may have a backlash effect which helps this entity to gain more power. It is an action that needs to be watched more carefully by those who are interested in the future course of world affairs for it will indeed be a powerful catalyst and influence on the future. ZHIRINOVSKY A DEMAGOGUE OR SAVIOR? (Could He Be the One Edgar Cayce Predicted?) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: The Spotlight newspaper sees it from another perspective also. In an editorial in the December 27th issue...well, I guess I might as well read the editorial or most of it rather than paraphrase: "As we've noted in this space frequently, the internationalists seeking world dominion suffer from a fatal flaw. The Greeks called it hubris, a sort of fatal arrogance and pride that brought the wrath of the gods down upon the heads of those guilty of it. The internationalists' weakness is of a similar type. In their ivory towers and penthouse office suites, they look down upon the mass of mankind as an amorphous mass they are capable of manipulating and dominating as easily as they have achieved the fortunes they have parasitically plundered from the pockets of working people the planet over. But their overconfidence in their ability to propagandize and cow the people into submission and manipulate world events to their advantage is their ultimate weakness. Their astonishment when things go wrong is almost comical. Our front- page story this week detailing the from-out-of-nowhere rise to power in Russia of Vladamir Zhirinovsky, and the Establishment media's rush to paint him as a fascist, a new "Hitler", a buffoon, and a maniac, is a case in point. The ironies here are numerous. This is exactly the way the media depicted Boris Yeltsin when he was the mayor of Moscow struggling against the Western-backed Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, proclaiming Russian nationalism over Soviet rule. Now that Yeltsin has been bought by the bankers, and established himself as a dictator, he is depicted as the "democratic reformer" friendly to the West, while his new rival is a dangerous "fascist" who wants to nuke Germany and Japan and take back Alaska from the United States. The pitiful efforts of the Establishment media to implement and rationalize the shifting commands of their internationalist bosses are laughable. And where does Al Gore get off going to Russia, telling the Russian voters they've elected a "new Hitler" who must be stopped? Populism and nationalism are on the move across the world, and are winning elections from Russia to Venezuela. This is the best Christmas present the workers and taxpayers of this country, and the world, could possibly get." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates it essentially ties in with the previous question. It is not so much a question of a different view, it is simply a presentation of a different focus on the analysis of this situation. This Awareness indicates that It did not imply that the entity was a demagogue, but it is clear that the entity is capable of being such. This Awareness indicates that there is that statement in the Cayce readings in which he speaks of "The hope of the world comes out of Russia." This Awareness indicates that it is possible that this entity's destiny will be to help defuse the New World Order. This Awareness indicates that it is also possible the entity could act in such a way as to bring on World War III which is not something entities will desire. Thus, the entity for good or ill, as a force on the scene today, needs to be reckoned with, needs to be understood and the influences that act upon him from the rest of the world, particularly from the powers of the Western world, are going to help determine what this entity's future is in terms of his effect on the rest of the world. This Awareness indicates the entity could fade away as quickly as he appeared on the scene, or the entity could rise to greater heights of fame or notoriety. The future is not fixed in regard to this entity. He is not what entities might think of as the Antichrist, nor is he a savior of mankind, but he is capable of moving toward either of these extremes, and it is likely that he will rise to greater heights of power before he makes a choice as to which position or direction he moves in regard to the relationship with the New World Order. This Awareness indicates that the super-powers of the West are certainly doing a great deal of investigating and research into this entity's background and his personal behavior and values to determine whether they can control him, work with him, mold him or turn him by cooperating with him, or whether they should, for their own sake, find ways to destroy him. This Awareness indicates that whatever their choice is and their behavior toward him is going to affect his reaction to the Western world, and to his own position in his native land. This Awareness indicates it is a situation that is volatile and is not yet set. It is not yet clear as to his destiny in the face of humanity. This Awareness indicates that at this stage, the entity appears to be in opposition to the Western world and the superpowers -- by superpowers this Awareness refers to super economic powers: the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. This Awareness is not referring to the superpowers in the sense of nuclear powers. This Awareness indicates the entity's opposition to these powers will give him a degree of strong support from his countrymen at a time when Russia feels weak and incapable of attending to their own needs. People will look at this man and see him as a strong leader who could take them out of their present morass and lead them to become a new world power. This Awareness indicates there is something else to consider. At the time when Boris Yeltsin was trying to challenge the former Premier to lead Russia, that he too was outspoken. He too had opinions that were inflexible and strong. Once he got into power, he had the problem of dealing with the situations of a government that was unable to provide for the masses, and had on one above him to blame, to point to or to challenge. It is always easier to challenge a leader than to be a leader. This Awareness indicates that likewise, this entity may be a great challenge to Boris Yeltsin, but when he, if he becomes the leader himself, he may find himself so bogged down with problems that he cannot do all the things he claims that he will do. This Awareness indicates that in other words, it is a question of whether he can not only talk the talk, but also walk the walk. Can he actually perform in the way he speaks of? MORE SLAUGHTER IN THE SUBWAY (Taking Away All the Screwdrivers) QUESTION: A question from B.G. in New York. "Again, a few days ago, a man boarded a New York subway train and shot several people in what appeared to be a racially-motivated incident. From the method of operation, it is obvious that this person was not acting alone. It sounds like the typical ploy to mind-control an individual to help create a splintered society. As expected, the president was ready the next day with a statement about better gun control laws. It seems this time he said that he will go head to head with the NRA. Is there anything that we, as aware individuals, can do to help dissolve the negativity and possibly prevent if from escalating? I know that such incidents as this usually have many facets. It helps keep society fragmented. It keeps people's attention focused on race and not our higher spiritual awareness. It repeats the concepts of giving up freedom of owning guns in exchange for security. It helps pave the way for the New World Order, etc. Can Awareness furnish the reasons which this occurred if different than what I stated?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that you read the events correctly; that the situation as being that of another episode created to help lead the masses into accepting the surrender of guns as being the culprits. It is like someone who wants to disarm the masses in a society where they do not have guns, but have tools such as screwdrivers, which are used in crimes, because they have no guns, and everyone begins to talk about taking the screwdrivers away from people so they can stop the crime. This Awareness indicates that this is an argument that might, in such a society hold water, wherein entities begin to think: "If we didn't have these screwdrivers, people would stop killing each other!", but if you took these screwdrivers away, the entities would then reach for the hammer, and the argument would be: "We've got to get rid of hammers, because they are killing people!", and when the hammers are eventually taken from the people, then you have baseball bats and people kill each other with baseball bats. Therefore, you argue: "We have got to get rid of baseball bats because entities are using them to ill each other!" This Awareness indicates that eventually everything is taken from society, except there are still clubs that entities can pick up in the forests, and there are still rocks and entities pick up clubs and pick up rocks and clobber each other, and you begin a campaign asking that entities get rid of all rocks and all clubs in the world, so that we can eventually have peace. The Focus Should be on Criminal Behavior, Not Weapons Obviously they are focused on the weapons when they should be focused on the criminal behavior, and should start putting attention on how to get people out of the killing mode and more into cooperative mode. It is one thing to be competitive and think you can solve your problems by getting a bigger stick, a stronger weapon or such, and then arguing: "Let's reduce the size of the sticks. Let's reduce the size of the weapons. Let's get rid of this type of weapon. Let's get rid of that type of weapon.", but even as the weapons grow smaller, there are still others available. Therefore, it is not so much ridding the weapon that will solve the problem. It is more of a question of: "What was it that happened in the past when entities had weapons, had clubs, had screwdrivers, had baseball bats and got along fairly well with each other? What is the difference in society now and society then?" With No Values, Criminals See People as Objects This Awareness indicates that at one time there were values in society where entities respected each other's rights and now those rights are not respected by some entities, and therefore, they choose to kill. This Awareness indicates much of this is because of violence shown on television and in movies, which make killing a matter of character in a play or on screen so that the victim is seen as an object to be destroyed, rather than as a person with a life, with friends, with loved ones, with a purpose and direction, with goals, with feelings. The criminal never sees the victim with these attributes. The criminal only sees the victim as an object that could be in his way, or which could be eliminated by his weapon, and therefore, whether the criminal has a baseball bat or a gun, a hammer or an Uzi, a screwdriver or whatever; the entity is looked at as an object, is more easily recognized as a victim or target for a mind that is set on killing, regardless of what weapon the entity holds. This Awareness indicates therefore, as long as the entity looks at the other as an object or target, the problem exists, regardless of what weapon the entity may hold: a butcher knife, a screwdriver, a baseball bat, a gun: it doesn't matter. If the entity looks upon others as targets or objects, then they have no compunction about killing the person if it suits their intention for the evening. The Legacy of the George Bush/CIA Drug Network This Awareness indicates that in other words, education and a reinstallation of human values into society is very important. It is important to get rid of the drugs that lead to this kind of behavior. This Awareness indicates especially those hard drugs from other countries and from laboratories that have been assisted by secret factions within the governments: George Bush and his friends who imported drugs into the United States for so many years and through his operation with the CIA created networks to allow these drugs to come into the country. This Awareness indicates this entity and others involved in such activities bringing these hard drugs into the United States; these are the problems moreso than the existence of guns. However, there are of course, more guns than are needed, but these are seen not as the causes of the killings, but as tool used in the killings. This Awareness suggests that when entities cease having a reason or value or purpose in killing, they will not need to rely on guns or screwdrivers or baseball bats, and when these entities who are involved in this kind of killing are stopped, in terms of reasons for the killings, in terms of their right to get by with a killing, where they are released on the street after a small sentence; when this occurs, then crime will begin to stop and society can embrace new values to help speed this along. This Awareness indicates that it is not only religion that is responsible for instilling values, it is also the schools, the educational system, the influence that comes from television, from movies and from printed material; all of these things can start promoting new values of respect of people for one another. Disrespect and Bad Role Models Run Rampant Today This Awareness asks the question: "How can entities respect each other when their heroes are involved in drug-running and gun running as in the Iran-Contra affair, and in finding ways to assassinate foreign forces or persons, or in finding ways to defraud the masses through the various schemes such as the Savings and Loans scandal? Entities begin to disrespect their leaders and next to disrespect their neighbors, and many entities who are experiencing disrespect from others turn and disrespect still others. This Awareness indicates that the disrespect for women, the disrespect for men from women, all of this has grown enormously in the past 20 years. There is a great disrespect from children for their parents and for their parents' values. There is likely a disrespect from the adults for children, just because they dress differently or because they like a different kind of music. Ail of these things need to be discussed between these generations and between men and women to find some kind of common ground where they can learn to respect each other a little better. Every bit of respect that entities can increase creates less tragedy in the world. This Awareness indicates that this is where the problem began: in the breakdown of respect from people to people, and it is what will help to heal the situation as entities become more able to have compassion and respect for each other. IS THE FED BEING SOLD TO THE U.S. TREASURY ? (Rumors that FDIC Seal is Coming Off Bank Windows) QUESTION: We received a letter from M.R., in California, which has a couple of questions. I'll read it: "I just got started on your new newsletter yesterday, and this morning got some interesting news from my advisor from Liberty Foundation, my un-taxing group said that a few days ago, Lloyd Bentson announced on CNN news that we are planning to go back to the gold standard for our currency and that recently a number of banks have taken their FDIC seals off their windows and put on U.S. Department of Treasury instead. Meanwhile, money will be ours, U.S. Government again, as opposed to the Federal Reserve. Also, when she told me this, I added, that a friend of mind, who happens to be a recently retired IRS employee, read an article in the Los Angeles Times in one of the last issues, possibly in the business section of November 29th or 30th, that Clinton stated that he wanted to do away with the Federal Reserve Board and combine it with Federal Government Comptrollers of the Currency, and reduce it to five members. The article stated that the Federal Reserve was afraid of losing independence and was upset that it would eventually disappear. My friend is going to try and trace down that column. Whatever information Awareness has to shed would be very enlightening, I imagine. I hope that the information is true. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is very important. This Awareness indicates there is also that information that comes from certain entities quoted in "Connecting Link" which suggests that the Treasury has purchased the Federal Reserve Bank. This Awareness indicates that it appears there has been certain negotiations in this direction and certain movements in this direction, but there are some issues involved that have not yet been settled, so that the statement: "The Federal Reserve has been purchased by the Treasury Department" is not exactly true. This Awareness indicates however, it is moving in that direction, and if it continues and is indeed repurchased by the Treasury Department, great changes may occur in your nation and in your society in such a way that could allow the total national debt to be eliminated, the IRS collection agency for the Federal Reserve to be eliminated, and the nation to go back to a standard of printing its own money. Why The Federal Reserve and National Debt Are Illegal This Awareness indicates that you must understand that when the privately-owned Federal Reserve bank was given authority to print Federal Reserve Notes instead of the Treasury Department printing Treasury Notes as directed by the U.S. Constitution, these Federal Reserve Notes were not printed to be given out to the economy, in the same way as the Treasury Notes of the Treasury Department. Rather, they were loaned to the U.S. government and then circulated into society, and society was required to pay back interest on the notes and that amount of interest accumulated to the point of approximately five trillion dollars at this time, to where, if everything in the United States were sold, half of the debt would still be owed. This Awareness indicates that the Treasury Department has the potential for totally denouncing the Federal Reserve debt of five trillion dollars because it was illegal in the first place. The Treasury Department in the U.S. Constitution is the only proper way of financing the nation; Congress, operating the Treasury Department has the right to mint and coin money, and set the value thereof. This Awareness indicates that in fact, the Federal Reserve was never given any such right, even with the vote of Congress, because Congress did not have the right to re-delegate its obligations to the Federal Reserve. Therefore the entire debt of five trillion dollars, because it was illegal in the first place, is unenforceable in a technical sense. The District of Columbia Loop-Hole Another factor is that because the U.S. government is situated in the District of Columbia, which is not a part of the United States, it is essentially, according to Black's Law Dictionary, a different nation entirely. It is a Federal Nation which rules over the District of Columbia. It has no real jurisdiction over the rest of the United States in a technical sense, in a legal sense, and to pass laws taxing another country such as the United States is technically and legally in error. You are being taxed by a foreign country. This Awareness indicates that this is not right, if you look at it from a legal and technical sense. This Awareness indicates that therefore, in the creation of the United States with the Capitol situated in the District of Columbia, which was not a state, an error by the Founding Fathers occurred, but this error has had benefits for the Rothschilds in that it has allowed them to use the Congress to break rules of the Constitution without fear of being charged for treason, because these entities are not operating from within the United States, they are operating from a different country. Thus, they can pass off their obligations to a Federal Reserve board, a Federal Reserve bank; they can make rule of taxation against the masses, which would Constitutionally be prohibited. This Awareness indicates that it is indeed a situation in which the Rothschilds took total advantage of the loopholes, or the mistake by the Founding Fathers of creating the seat of government in a non-state, in a District of Columbia. There are efforts at this point to bring the District of Columbia into statehood, which would change the nature of the Federal government. This Awareness indicates there are some who think this would be good, some who think this would be terrible. This Awareness indicates that in bringing it into the compliance as an added state within the United States, it would be possible for entities then to hold Congress accountable, to hold the president accountable for his or her oath of office which is to support the Constitution. At this point these entities can take a pledge to support and cherish the Constitution, to promise to follow the rule and laws of the Constitution, but they do not have to do so because they are not even operating as citizens within the United States. They are a separate government, with two governments, and those being elected to move to those offices outside of the United States; these entities have the ability to do whatever they want, without regard to their pledge of allegiance. This Awareness indicates that likewise, if this country assumes the District of Columbia as another state, then it will give certain powers to the individuals, the citizens who live within the District of Columbia of having greater voting ability. The voting ability is opposed by many who see this as unfair, because this small state of the District of Columbia would have power similar to that of California or New York in helping to influence laws around the nation, and there are many entities who do not want this to occur. IRS Could be Eliminated This Awareness indicates in other words, there are benefits and detriments in the view of many. This Awareness indicates that there is much at stake in what is occurring in this regard, particularly in regard to the possible connection of negotiations for the Treasury Department to purchase the Federal Reserve. If this occurs, it will affect the taxation of the Treasury Department by the elimination of the Internal Revenue Service and the elimination of the national debt. This Awareness finds this almost unbelievable as a potential to occur, but there is and has been some effort to bring this about. Part of this has stemmed from a lawsuit in Colorado between a certain individual who has sued in behalf of the people of the United States against a certain bank, charging that the bank operated illegally and won his case, and has thus shown that the Federal Reserve bank and Federal Reserve notes are illegal. This Awareness indicates that there is likely to be more information on this in the near future and this Awareness will attempt to keep entities appraised of the changes that occur as they occur. It is indeed a great sign of hope. This Awareness indicates that it is hard to fathom that this can occur at a time when the New World Order was beginning to clamp down so heavily on this country, but it is something to watch for, and if it continues and does indeed occur, it will be the salvation of the United States as you know it, from an historical point of view. TODAY IS A TIME OF GREAT HOPE CLOSING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates that there has been much change occurring behind the scenes. There has been much happening in Russia that is affecting the nature of the future of mankind and there is that which has occurred behind the scenes which affects the nature of this country. It is not set as to how these things will go at this moment. Therefore, the future is not set, and changes are still open. This Awareness suggests that entities hope and pray and energize that these things will go in the direction to guarantee freedom. This Awareness indicates the likelihood, from an astrological view, that freedom will follow is great. Yesterday's conjunction of planets as that which indicates this very strongly. This Awareness indicates that it is indeed a time of great hope, that the potential for elimination of the Federal Reserve Bank and reinstituting the Treasury Department as the creator of your nation's wealth is that which will have effects on so many levels of your society that many of the contracts that entities have been involved in, using Federal Reserve notes may also become questionable. Awareness Promises to Keep in Touch This Awareness indicates that it could lead to all kinds of difficulty, but entities should realize that because they had no choice but to use Federal Reserve notes, the likelihood of their being able to keep their contract valid is great. This Awareness indicates that there is much more information that needs to come out on this for entities to be able to properly adjust to the changes that will follow. This Awareness suggests that if indeed this proceeds in the direction it is going and the change becomes a reality, It will give further advice to entities as to how to secure their contracts and their activities to make sure their future is secure as these things move back toward the Treasury Notes and the gold standard.
