This Awareness indicates that the philosophical understanding of your reality as that which changes from time to time in accordance with the level of perception and development of human consciousness; that in very recent times there has been a great acceleration of the learning curve because of the increased amount of information made available to humans. The majority of humans have not been able to keep up with the information that is provided to humanity through this upsurge of learning, and in fact, many of the cultures of the world are still living in consciousness levels that are most closely associated with times of several millennia ago. There are a few who are somewhat current of the new discoveries but most are only partially aware of the implications of these discoveries. This Awareness wishes to address those who are commonly attuned to the consciousness level that was prevalent and manifested from the works of Newton; the idea of a mechanical universe in which there were causes and effects and in which the first cause is commonly perceived as being God or the Creator of the Universe. This Awareness indicates that this Newtonian level of consciousness as that which most sophisticated entities understand to some degree, even if they do not link it to Newton. It is what most entities perceive of as being a philosophy that explains the workings of modern technology and of nature itself. This Awareness indicates however, that in recent times, new discoveries have shown that the universe is not simply a creation of cause and effect and mechanical activities; that the universe has its own unique and different set of rules. Beyond Newtonian Physics: A New Force This Awareness indicates that while the appearance of a mechanical universe is still strong, it is now apparent to some who have studied deeper that there is another force working that mechanics alone cannot account for. This Awareness indicates that in the Newtonian universe, an observer can look at things and sort out the cause and the effect and supposedly duplicate an experiment that one scientist or person creates, wherein another should be able to duplicate the same experiment and get the same results. This has been the basis of science for several hundred years. This Awareness indicates however, that this is now changing because of new discoveries that indicate there are certain elements in the universe that respond to the mind of the observer. This Awareness indicates that this new physics is known as quantum physics, and this new physics tends to put science into the field of metaphysics or into the field of religious or spiritual teachings. This Awareness indicates that this is not in reference to any particular religion, though there are certain religions that apparently make use of these principles of quantum physics even without using the term; that these quantum physics principles have a strong influence acting through the principles that are based on consciousness and its effect. This Awareness indicates that, in fact, the idea of quantum physics is that consciousness affects the creation of reality, to be more precise. Entities were born in consciousness, act and maintain themselves in and through consciousness, and through their consciousness they change themselves and their world and return to consciousness. This Awareness indicates that all things in their world came out of consciousness. This Awareness indicates that this is more or less the cutting edge of thought in the quantum physics view of creation. This Awareness suggests that in this sense, the God or First Cause would be consciousness, which creates the intent or will, which in turn creates a structure or pattern, which in turn results in a form that is perceivable by entities in the physical sense. This Awareness indicates that this essentially is the view of many who now understand the implications of quantum physics. This Awareness indicates that in the universe which this Awareness has described as being an information processor, wherein information is being processed and wherein the universe and all energy is information, and information is energy, and the subsystems in the universe which are all those things, regardless of whether the thing happens to be a galaxy or a microscopic creature; all those things are subsystems within the Universal Consciousness and each is processing information. This Awareness indicates that in the processing of information, it takes in from its environment and it lets out its influence into the surrounding environment, which the surrounding environment then must process. This Awareness indicates that no thing is eternally the same. It is always in a flux of change. Thus, the galaxy is continually in a flux of change, the individual is constantly in motion and changing, and the cell or atoms within the body are constantly changing. The changes are causing other things to change also. Cosmic Subsystems are Explained This Awareness indicates that this essentially is a universe that is fluctuating, never the same at any moment. In some areas the changes are more quick, and in other areas the changes appear to be more static; they move slowly. This Awareness indicates that in the understanding of these different subsystems, and by "subsystem" this Awareness perhaps should specify more clearly some subsystem examples: a sub-system could be a galaxy, could be a solar system, could be a planet, could be a plate on the planet, could be the workings of the weather on the planet, could be the processing of geological material on the planet so that as it expands or contracts or goes through changes over long periods of time it is, in fact, processing, or it could be a species of life on that planet or a general type of species and various subspecies of those life forms, etc. Even the moth, for example, or any insect would be a subsystem in the universe, a subsystem under the insect species, which would be also a subsystem under what might be considered as life forms on the planet. This Awareness indicates that even the trees and the plants and the small blades of grass: each are subsystems. Therefore, when this Awareness speaks of subsystems, it can be any thing outside the universe itself. Some of the subsystems are subsystems of other subsystems. Each Subsystem has an Overlord or Ruler This Awareness indicates that with this being clarified, It wishes to speak of the fact that each subsystem has a kind of central ruler that processes the information that comes in and is sent out of that subsystem. Thus, the cell in the human body has a kind of general or overlord portion that rules over the cell. It receives information that is sent to the cell and it also sends information from the cell to other cells. This Awareness indicates that there are also for the various species, group overlords or oversouls, which govern the group behavior and this may be seen as part of the information processing that occurs with a group of insects for example, such as ants or bees. It has been referred to as the "hive mind" in such cases, but even the human species has its own oversoul, or overlord, and there are also cultural overseers that are like energies of consciousness that carry on and protect and guide and direct cultures. This Awareness indicates that concepts and ideas also have their central core which serves to propel the idea, to make it grow, to spread it, or to shrink it, to bring it back. This Awareness indicates that many ideas are created to self-destruct. Some ideas are created to spread and grow and depending on the intent or will of the central ruler ship of that idea will determine what happens to it. There are, of course, other influences that come to bear on the idea and there are influences from the idea that bear on environmental influences and surroundings that the idea comes in contact with. Thus, an idea can influence many other ideas, or the other ideas can influence the one idea. It is as though every single thing has a central core to its existence, and yet it is in constant change because of influences that come from outside and which are absorbed and processed within the thing, and also every single thing has its influence on the outside world. "As It Is Above, So It is Below" - Hermes This Awareness indicates that with this understanding, the ancients realized in the metaphysical sense that the atom itself reflected the universe, that the universe was a reflection of the atom, and used this realization to create the axiom: "As it is above, so it is below." As it is in the atom, so it is in the universe. As it is in man, so it is in the Universal Deity. This Awareness indicates that these reflective ideas of different levels of creation were based on what is now called quantum physics concepts. This Awareness indicates that in ancient times these were simply words of wisdom or concepts that were allegedly uttered by great teachers. This Awareness indicates that as these ancient metaphysical concepts are re-examined in light of quantum physics, entities will find that there is much logic and reason behind these messages of old. This Awareness indicates that not only is this the case, entities will also discover that the mechanical universe is only workable up to a certain stage, and that thereafter entities must account for the unexplainable in terms of real life or realities that are met in real life. This Awareness indicates that quantum physics recognizes that particles, when examined in the fringe areas of the universal mass, do not necessarily behave in a mechanical way, and that some of these will be influenced by the mind of the observer. How DNA Works in the Body This Awareness indicates that it has been understood in many of the Oriental philosophies that the cells in the human body are in communication with each other and with the brain of the human body, the mind or the consciousness that is the creator of the human body. This Awareness indicates that the intent or will of the consciousness that is the seat or foundation of an individual's growth as a physical being develops the brain as its seat or home, and from there, the rest of the body begins to form, and the cells within the body as DNA are perfect reflections of that entity in the general overall sense, yet these DNA cells are not always clumped together in the same way, and thus, they create different outer appearances. Some may clump together to form the heart or some other organ. Others may clump together to form a leg or arm, a face, a head or torso. This Awareness indicates they are all DNA cells, and are all identical reflectors of the individual. This Awareness indicates that each individual has its own head or leader, its overlord or oversoul. For the human body, this may be referred to as the conscious mind, personality, or whatever term entities wish to use to signify the commander of the set of cells that make up the individual. This Awareness indicates that in the individual's makeup, there are extremely vast amounts of space between these cells, but because they are relatively close together in comparison to the space outside the individual, they are seen as being solid by the eyes or through touch, so that individuals think of their bodies as solid masses, yet it is well established that these bodies are but collections of shimmering atoms and molecules that have been grown and developed over long years of effort to become what appears to be a solid mass of flesh and bones. This Awareness indicates that the senses perceive the individual as a person, yet if the senses were able to see as an electron microscope would see, they might see great areas of space between the cells of the individual. This Awareness indicates that the important thing to understand is that all of these cells that make up the individual follow the directions of the central brain or central controller, the mind of the individual or the consciousness of the individual, the entity who is in charge of the individual. Multiple Personalities & Schizophrenia: Mixed Signals Send Sadness to the Cells Thus, if the entity is mentally or psychically integrated, there will be the one force that will influence the cells of the body. If the entity is, for some reason, schizophrenic or somehow the personality shifts to allow other personalities to express, such as with multiple personalities, then the cells may shift back and forth with the shifting of personalities so as to reflect the directions received from these different personalities. This Awareness indicates that the entity who switches from being very sad to very blissful will also have reactions within the cells, where the cells experience and feel great sadness, and then switch to feel great bliss. Thus, the cells receive these mixed signals and the entity in sending the sadness to the cells may be inducing some kind of suicidal disease into the cells which then, upon a switching of the personality to blissful feelings, may then bring about a healing of these cells, so that the illness rescinds and health again revives the entity. How Thoughts Create Cancer or Heart Problems, etc. This Awareness indicates that in the case of an entity whose sadness persists, whose depression persists or whose anger persists or other emotions persist for long periods of time, the cells take on the messages of the entity and begin to express in accordance with that message received. Thus, for example, an entity who exhibits great anger over long periods of time may have cells that react in a way to cause certain elements within the body to secrete certain types of hormones or other substances so that the circulation, the adrenaline and the general condition of the entity's body begins to create problems relating to circulatory and heart conditions. The entity may develop high blood pressure if under stress for long periods of time, or may develop cardiac problems if either under the pressure of excessive anger over long periods of time wherein the circulatory system is pressured by the extra adrenaline and hormones associated with the anger or whereby the entity, for example, may have a heartbreaking experience which leaves the entity very unhappy over long periods of time, the entity may experience a heart that does not pump with great vigor, but is haphazard in its expression. Thus, an entity can literally die from a broken heart. This Awareness indicates that likewise, the entity who has experienced rejection and feels this rejection over long periods of time may develop from the emotions, secretions of hormones and other substances in the body that lead to cancerous conditions. This Awareness indicates that there are many other kinds of illnesses that may develop from various emotions: the migraine headache; the feelings of being locked and unable to express yourself through a kind of angered blockage may lead to arthritic conditions. This Awareness indicates that the thoughts that entities have act upon the cells of their bodies. Pleasant thoughts bring about pleasant feelings to the cells of the body. Unpleasant and unhappy thoughts bring about unpleasant and unhappy feelings to the cells, and these in turn, if held long enough, have a permanent effect on the cells. This Awareness indicates that these psychic or mental attitudes and feelings, the emotions affect the cells of the body, and bring about problems in terms of health, and bring about certain physical reactions that develop within, and can be reversed if entities have an understanding of how these things came about. The Bliss Consciousness Will Create Perfect Health for You This Awareness indicates that it is impossible for the body to suffer if the mind visualizes and energizes and experiences bliss. This Awareness indicates that in actuality, the body is constantly shifting from pain to pleasure in one part or another. Entities are always experiencing both pain and pleasure in their body, but the emphasis of pain is greater for some entities because they focus more on the pain and less on the pleasure. If the entity could focus more on the pleasure, gradually the pleasure, being highlighted by the consciousness, would overwhelm, overpower the pain and the pain would simply fade away, out of consciousness of the entity. This Awareness indicates that therefore, It suggests entities develop the realization that through bliss consciousness they can improve and maintain perfect health, but bliss consciousness requires that they focus ever and always on the bliss that they feel. Surely somewhere in your bag of experiences there is something blissful to experience. This Awareness indicates that even the entity who is suffering great pain can look into that pain, into the very heart of that pain, and go beyond it, and will see that right behind that pain there is a feeling of bliss, a feeling of special bliss, and if the entity can focus on that blissful feeling and continue to hold that focus and experience that blissful feeling, the pain will begin to subside, and as it subsides, the cells in the area will actually begin to light up with bliss, and healing will begin to take place. These cells receive their message from the central brain or commander of the body, the central consciousness of the body, and if that central consciousness is sending out bliss and that bliss is giving its message to the cells and that bliss, in touching the cells, magnifies the cells and keeps them expanding and keeps the bliss growing as it holds onto that blissful feeling through its continued focus, the cells experience more and more bliss and begin to heal any illness that is triggered by those unhappy cells, for the unhappy cells begin to change and take on the messages of blissfulness. Focusing on Bliss Can Heal the Most "Incurable" Diseases This Awareness indicates that it is possible to cure so-called incurable diseases in this manner, for they are all created out of consciousness and can be reversed. This Awareness indicates there are of course, other types of illness that do not come from consciousness, but come from outside intrusions and create injuries that are not so easily repaired with the use of bliss consciousness. These are a different matter. This Awareness indicates an amputated leg is not going to be likely to return because of bliss consciousness unless an entity has enormous powers of concentration, in which case it may be possible for the entity to re- grow the leg that was amputated, but this is highly unlikely for the ordinary person to hope for. How to Heal in Many Areas of Your Life This Awareness does not wish to create false hopes, but It does wish to indicate to entities that these things are possible. In some cases they are more difficult than in other cases. It is possible for entities to strengthen their power of concentration so that they become more adapt at psychic or mental healing through this kind of bliss consciousness. This Awareness indicates that the healing is not necessarily limited to health or physical diseases which need healing, it can also be used in healing other areas of one's life, such as finances, social, family, career or spiritual concerns. This Awareness indicates that whatever your focus is, if you can hold your focus in that area and blissfully focus with the intention of seeing the area of concern being alleviated with blissful results, this being held long enough can bring about those results. This Awareness indicates that there may be the need for further action, but with this proper focus you will find yourself being moved in the direction of the action necessary. This Awareness indicates that an example being that focus on financial assistance to your needs may not by itself bring you the finances you need, but there will be something that occurs in your psyche if you focus blissfully and long enough, there will be something that occurs to lead you to take the proper action that brings about the results you need, or will lead someone to enter your life that brings this about. How to Bring About Positive Changes in Your Life This Awareness wishes entities to begin to think more in terms of quantum physics: the notion that the universe is created and made up of thought, of consciousness, that the forms are made from thought, that the universe itself is consciousness, that you are consciousness, and that you are able to mold the consciousness by thought into that which you want to create as your reality. This Awareness indicates that as you practice this quantum physics in your meditations, in your lifestyles, you will begin to find things changing considerably. This Awareness suggests that you not become disturbed if things do not change as quickly as you hope, for you have long been conditioned by Newtonian-type mechanical thinking, and it takes some time to get away from the old ways, and to slip into the new way of thinking. This Awareness indicates that it is important to stay with it, to keep working and to know that as long as your will to win continues to prevail, and your motives in the winning do not harm others and your focus is for a worth while purpose, you can create your reality without much serious interference. This Awareness indicates that if you do not believe in your goal, if you believe your goal is in violation of another, or is in error, then you will automatically create blocks in your effort to reach the goal. This Awareness indicates to remove such blocks you must convince yourself, explain and understand that the reaching of the goal is for the benefit of yourself and others and that you are not violating your morals or code of ethics in achieving your goal. LAUGHTER AS A HEALING FORCE FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Healing with bliss sounds like it's sort of along the same lines as therapy with laughter that's been written about. Is there any comment in this direction? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is closely related; that when entities can laugh at that which has been held as grave to them it lightens up the graveness or gravity of the situation and allows the dissipation of that locked-in energy, so that they can again be free of the blocked energies. If, for example, an entity has a memory of an extremely unhappy childhood or has a great hostility toward one's parents, the entity may also carry a certain sense of guilt because of knowing that they should love their parents or because of experiences in childhood the entity may also be carrying some hostility that has not been expressed or released from that time, and these things can all have damaging effects on the entity. This Awareness indicates that if the entity can look at the situation with a new perspective and be able to laugh at it, not in derision or scoffing at others, but laughing at it as one laughs at the dinner life has dished out for them as being some kind of joke, and also seeing it as a rather funny test that life has given them, and can actually laugh at it in a humorous way, it makes the whole thing much lighter and less serious and important and this levity creates a healing in itself. If something that you hold on to as your special pain is suddenly made lighter, then where's the special pain you've been holding on to? It is no longer of such importance, and your attention can go to other things, and you can gradually let go of that special pain. Some Won't Let Go of That Special Pain Some entities do not want to let go of their negative memories and experiences, their special pains, because they have made those things so important. It would be like losing part of themselves and their identity to let go of those special pains and negative experiences. This Awareness indicates that it has been said that if some entities were to let go of their special pains there would be nothing left because that is what they have emphasized so much in their lives, and what is left for them if those things are gone? This Awareness indicates this is quite tragic that entities have only those negative experiences to identify themselves with and that they would lose their self-identity in having these negative experiences removed. This Awareness indicates that a sense of humor can add much quality and time to an entity's life. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: In a little different context than laughing at your pain, aside from cruel jokes, or laughing at the expense of someone, is any laugh you can get someone to have, is this then generally therapeutic? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that if the entities can laugh with you, or can genuinely laugh without feeling hidden hostility or feeling that they are being laughed at or ridiculed, which might cause them to later become extremely resentful; in other words, if you can get them to laugh without causing them to feel resentment, then of course this can be helpful to them. If your attempt to make them laugh causes them to experience resentment toward you as though you were ridiculing or belittling their concern and their pain, then they may simply see it as further evidence of rejection and it may feed the problem further rather than helping them to work through the problem. IS "BLISS" AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH MEDITATION? (Finding Bliss in Many Different Ways) OUESTION: The guru Maharishi uses the term "bliss" in his lectures very often, but his focus seems to be that this is only obtained through meditation. Awareness is stating, is It not, that bliss is available to entities from moment to moment as they go about their usual daily life? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that bliss is that which is gradually obtained as entities begin to appreciate more and more those moments, those areas of happiness that can be found at any time, under any circumstances if the entity looks for them hard enough. This Awareness indicates that even if you were in prison, without the prospect of being released, there are some things that you can look at in that moment, in that place and feel very happy about. It may be that one of your toes does not experience any pain. Perhaps all of your toes and fingers and your entire body is experiencing pain, but if there is even one little area that does not experience pain, then if you can look at that and feel happy that it is clear and free of suffering, and if you can focus on that with the intent of spreading that joy, it will gradually spread to other areas, and you may find that with continual focus you can alleviate the entire pain from that foot, and maybe from that leg, or maybe, with continued practice, through meditation or through careful focus you can get rid of most of the other pains in the body in the same way, just by focusing on the bliss. This Awareness indicates that the brain and mind are only capable of focusing on one thing at a time and if you do not change your focus to experience the great pain, you are feeling elsewhere, then that focus of the bliss you are feeling here will begin to take over your entire consciousness, and when it does, there is no pain elsewhere. It is out of mind. It is out of your consciousness. This Awareness indicates that likewise, if your life has areas of trouble and you focus more on the areas of joy, then those troubles will begin to subside in direct proportion to your focus on the joy in your life. This does not mean you should neglect attending the problems that crop up which might cause you concern. It does not mean to avoid looking at physical problems. If you have cut yourself, or if you have some kind of physical injury, do not avoid attending to it by simply focusing on the area that is out of range of any pain. You still need to attend to those things, but the pain is there to tell you there is something wrong. You do not have to dwell in the pain forever. You do not have to energize the pain to make it greater than it already is. All you need to do is recognize there's a pain there and "I need to fix something," and if you cannot fix it to where the pain goes away, then you may take your mind off the pain while you move about and do things that are necessary to find the way by which to attend the problem that the pain suggests needs attending. Those Who Refuse to Recognize Anything Negative in Their Lives This Awareness indicates that there are some who think that they are never supposed to recognize anything negative in their lives and there have been some who feel a pain and ignore it and may end up in the hospital with appendicitis or may end up dying from some problem they ignored too long. This is not the proper approach. The proper approach is to recognize that the pain is nature's way of telling you there's something wrong. If there is an emotional pain or if there is a physical pain, each is attempting to say to you: "Something is wrong here. Correct it." This Awareness indicates that you may get on with correcting the emotional pain or the physical pain in the proper way if possible, or if it is not possible, at least be aware that the pain alerted you to something that needs attending. How Bliss Can Cure Cancer This Awareness indicates that if, as in an example of someone who has cancer or some disease that allegedly cannot be cured, and if for example, the authorities or doctors indicate to you that it is beyond their ability to cure it, but they will see if they can diminish the pain or extend your time, you may want to think more in terms of using the mental healing process along with anything else that might work, to send bliss to that area, not simply to eliminate the pain, but also to eliminate the disease, sending bliss to the area to eliminate the disease, realizing that you are made up of consciousness; that all the atoms respond to the consciousness of your mind and that none of the cells that are expressing as cancer last more than a few days and that you want the new cells coming in to be healthy cells and not just the memory of the previous cancerous cells. Sending the Overlord a New Message Can Heal This Awareness indicates that the information processing that occurs even in the cells is directed by the lord of those cells in accordance with whatever information that ruler or lord of the cells carries. You want to give that ruler or lord of the cells a new message not to repeat the disease when it reincarnates into a new cell, but rather to go back into perfect health, and you send that message into the cell to return to perfect health when it reincarnates as a new cell. This Awareness indicate that this is the way by which entities can cure themselves psychically or mentally and this Awareness suggests that it is in accordance with quantum physics. It is not simply idealistic or wishful thinking as has been assumed in the past by many who themselves think they are too practical to be positive thinkers, or too practical to believe in mind over matter. This Awareness indicates that mind does have precedence over matter in quantum physics and that quantum physics is now being accepted in modern science; thus, the entity who locks into the old ways of thinking will, by his mind, prevent any healing from occurring. Entities must learn to let go of the old mechanical thinking and realize the universe is not static. The universe and the energies therein respond to consciousness and the will of the thinker in charge of the subsystem. Thus, the entity who is in charge of the physical body is in charge of all the cells and organs therein through his or her thinking and can change whatever is there in accordance with his or her thinking. WILL IT WORK FOR THOSE WHO ALWAYS SEE THE DARKER OR NEGATIVE SIDE? (Any Old Pattern Can be Changed in Three Weeks) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Well, that then explains some of these people who seem to go through life with a dark cloud over their head. They can never see anything positive about what's going on around them. Our friend M.S. is sort of like that. He will always see that the glass is half-empty rather than half full, as the old saying goes. So what, in a case like this, if the mind has accepted a pattern through all one's life, to see this darker side, do people like that have any chance? Is there any hope for people where this is so ingrained in them that they could latch on to this concept of looking on the blissful side? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it can be done. It may be more difficult for an entity who has had a long history of a certain pattern of thinking. This Awareness indicates if the entity is logical and able to approach something in a logical way and the explanation can be presented in a logical way, the entity may be able to reach a conclusion that leads to a new way of thinking. If they can do this on their own, even with your help in giving them the logical path to follow, they will be more apt to accept the findings than if someone simply tries to push it on them, or tell them about it. This Awareness indicates that even if such an entity does reach a conclusion that it is better to be happy than unhappy, the entity may still slip back into the old pattern. This Awareness indicates that many times entities need continual reinforcement, when there is an effort to change to be something else. Change requires that entities practice for some time. It is generally considered that three weeks of change and one becomes permanently changed. That it may take up to three weeks for one to accept a new way of doing something or looking at something. This Awareness indicates that if an entity has a pattern, it is not likely that one discussion will change the pattern unless that entity works with it for approximately three weeks or more. HOW SOME POETS FOCUS ON BLISSFUL THINGS FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: This focusing on bliss: in the book and movie of Dr. Zhivago, this entity, all through the story, in the midst of total chaos most of his life, could focus on something like a snowflake or a bird, or something in nature like that and he would experience what appeared to be bliss, and this in turn would often affect those around him. Now, our friend J. T. is sort of like that. She can go out in the yard, or if you take her for a ride up to the forest for a walk, for example, she prefers to go maybe 20 feet and sit down on the grass and experience a butterfly or a bird or just listen to the sounds of the forest. Now both she and Zhivago or the writer are poets, and this seems to be a characteristic of a lot of poets. Is it true then that there is something about the nature of entities who are poetic and who can, just as a matter of course, see this blissful side of things rather than the darker side. Is this a genetic thing? How do they acquire this? C0SMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it is a matter of conditioning or lack of improper conditioning. They either learn to observe carefully some little thing and never quit the practice of such observation, or they learn consciously to observe carefully in order to get a deep understanding of something and develop that as a kind of talent, even though they may not have had it in their earlier days. This Awareness indicates it is not something that one is necessarily born with, although most children are attentive to the world about them, if given the chance. Some children are led to notice things by parents or grandparents or others who help them to pay more attention to such things, and thus, they develop these qualities. This Awareness indicates that to develop a quality of focusing on some item or object or thing as opposed to facing the reality of something that is frightening or negative, this can be quite an attractive way of escaping unpleasant realities, especially in times of war, for some entities. It is a form of escapism perhaps, but in escaping from the negative to something that is positive, it can be a most enjoyable and healthful habit. This Awareness indicates that it is not something that is a mystery. Entities don't need to ask: "How can I be more observant to the positive and blissful things that occur?" All they need to do is do it. You have the right, the choice, to focus on the negative, the half-empty glass, or on the half-full glass. It is your choice. You simply may occasionally need a reminder and to be aware of what your inclinations are. If you find you are more inclined to focus more on the negative, on the pain, on your suffering, then you may need to work harder to focus on the more enjoyable areas of your life and make it a practice for the sake of changing your mental approach to life. It is not something that someone can do for you. It is simply that you have to do it for yourself. Focus on the more enjoyable areas of life and gradually you will begin to see these things and make these focuses as a natural way of looking at your experiences. You will become more aware of the flowers, of the birds, of the good things that come your way, and less dwelling will be spent on the flies, weeds and negatives. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: If one was feeling just sort of blah, maybe like you're feeling there's something physically wrong, but it's not anything real intense, and instead of worrying about that, you went to a good comedy movie; is it possible that during the time of being involved in the entertainment and probably laughing some, that by the time you come out of that movie, whatever it was could have been healed? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that your attitude might have changed toward the situation. That with a changed attitude, you might approach it in a different way so that you could deal with it, whereas you couldn't really deal with it before because it was too serious and too important or too much of a concern for you to deal with. This Awareness indicates that if it is a negative, you may still need to deal with it, but you may be better able to deal with it, if you are not so caught up in it. This Awareness indicates that there are often new insights, new ways of looking at a situation when you can step back or take it without so much emotional entrapment. THE LIFE FORCE AND 'ANTANKARANA' CONNECTION (The Sinister Alien Connection to Pollution of the Planet) QUESTION: A question from T.L., Portland, Oregon. "In the book Matrix II by Valdamar Valerian, pages 87-88, we find some interesting comments about crystalline biological structures, i.e.: "The term 'Antankarana', or bridge in the brain, refers to the evolutionary connection of the caudate nucleus with the rest of the brain," and this "interdimensional communication is the birthright of all beings. As every being evolves, the communicative capacity is heightened along with the awareness of its abiding essentiality, and this process is what some alien forces who are in control of the earth are trying to retard; other groups want to stimulate the process to help humans achieve a greater focus in the fourth density, with the accompanying moral and spiritual development." In Shirley Maclaine's book, "It's All in the Playing," page 167, she shares with us the experience of great physical pain. She was told by her consultant that it was due to "Love Congestion". "What?" she asked. "Smoke and polluted air," was the cause. "Love in the human body is congested because the body is a vehicle of carbon." When the consciousness is raised, the feelings of love are freed, because one is resonating with the Divine Source. In the book "Vibrational Medicine," by Dr. Richard Gerber, we find this statement: "Crystalline properties are relay points for most ethereal energies to penetrate the physical body. This allows a balanced distribution of various energies in correct frequencies, which stimulate the discharge of toxicity to create health. Biocrystalline systems are intimately a part of mediating the induction of higher vibrational energies into the EGO strength, which affects the body systems, organs, tissues, cells, molecules, atoms, and sub-atomic energies and the very essence of the 'I am I' within." Perhaps there is, a connection between life-forces and consciousness, and spiritual and physical evolution that modern doctors and physicists do not yet comprehend. Furthermore, environmental pollution may encompass a far more sinister purpose than we have thus embraced. Does Awareness have any further light to shed upon this area?" he asks. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this ties in with the opening message relating to quantum physics and the effects on the human body and the influence of the mind on the physics of the cells. This Awareness indicates that in reference to the sinister influence of pollution, that It has previously suggested that the aliens are attempting to create the environment suitable for themselves on the earth plane; that these entities are not concerned about keeping love from being expressed within themselves, for they do not have emotions. This Awareness indicates that it inhibits in many ways, and if continued in this manner, can pollute human bodies to such a degree as to inhibit expressions of vital energies and vibrations and feelings and sensitivities. Essentially, the concern relating to pollution and emotional expression is a concern worth giving much attention to. This Awareness indicates that it is not something many entities consider, for most entities think of pollution as purely a physical health concern, but it does have its effect on the emotional health also. It also affects the spiritual health of entities. DOES POLLUTION KILL THE LOVE VIBRATION? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Is that true what Shirley MacLaine says in her book, that love in the human body is congested because the body is a vehicle of carbon? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that essentially, it is for a large part carbon based; that it is partly an influence, the pollution of the love vibration or frequencies as that which can operate on the carbon-based bodies, but not as freely as from outside any bodies that are affected by blocked energies and/or polluted energies. Many of the human forms have considerable amounts of pollution through processed foods, environmental influences, including radiation and other types of pollutants. This Awareness indicates that carbon itself conducts electricity. It also can conduct vibrations of high order, such as the vibration of love. This Awareness indicates that the information in this regard is essentially correct in some ways and yet not in the way that might be understood; the fact of bodies being high in carbon is not sufficient to suggest the inadequacy of the body as a vehicle for expressing love. TIME TO VIEW THE NEW REALITY CLOSING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates that It would encourage entities to begin experimenting mentally or psychically with the view of their new reality, seeing the world around them from moment to moment as conglomerations of atoms that are molded in place by some consciousness that holds them there in a general form and realizing also that these forms are not static, are not without movement, that they are all in motion and that they are all alive and expressive of that consciousness which is part of a greater consciousness. This Awareness indicates that as entities begin to view their reality in this way, they will find that they indeed have much greater power over their environment. It must first come as a realization that their environment is subject to the direction and control of consciousness in general. That their own personal body is subject to the control of their own consciousness. As entities begin to have this greater understanding of quantum physics, realizing that they created themselves from consciousness into the bodies in which they live, in accordance to the will of that consciousness; as they begin to understand this more and more clearly, to where it becomes commonplace for them to see the world, to see the reality as a set of images that have emerged from consciousness, gradually over time, it may be months, it may be years of such viewing, they will find that they are, through their consciousness, able to manifest and create their own world in a much more friendly manner so that they are not the victim of a hostile world, but are the creators of a world that is shared by others and one in which they have a great influence. Thus, by being aware of the consciousness level of their world, they can gradually influence it to be more hospitable for themselves and others. When this occurs among many, then indeed the co-creative aspects of the New Being, working together in co-creation, will bring about the New Age, for the world will no longer be a solid rock. MUST THERE BE A PERIOD OF TRIAL, OF PAIN BEFORE REACHING HIGHER SPIRITUAL LEVELS? (More on the Dark Night of the Soul) QUESTION: A question from J.M. in New Jersey. He wants to know if the following statement is true, and if so, would Awareness elaborate? "In order to arrive at a new birth, to have a spiritual regeneration, to raise the consciousness of the people, or of an individual, there must be a period of trial, pain, suffering and a "Dark Night" before that." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is not exactly correct. This Awareness indicates that entities learn best through adversity. The adverse situation generally forces entities to learn something of value in dealing with that adversity. Because of this, many entities think you have to suffer or to gain anything of value, and many entities think you have to suffer in order to rise spiritually. This Awareness has previously indicated that there are three paths to spiritual development: the path of suffering, the path of service and the path of alchemy, or magic or spiritual salvation. This Awareness indicates that the path of suffering is the slowest way to grow spiritually. The path of service; as you give service to others, you become more compassionate to those whom you serve, and you also become resourceful in your way of serving. The path of alchemy, magic or salvation is that which works in levels of consciousness, wherein one reaches a new insight, a new understanding, a new realization, a new spiritual experience by the effort of their own surrender to higher forces, or by giving themselves to spiritual energies, to the more Divine Forces, in such a way that they grasp or learn or have sudden insight through their surrender. This Awareness indicates that one who speaks of the "Dark Night of the Soul" simply describes much of the experience of those who struggle to gain some spiritual understanding and who find themselves not getting what they wanted and having to stop their personal will, and willful effort, for once they give up their own personal will and willful effort, they may at that point be ready to surrender themselves to the Divine. This Awareness indicates that once an entity reaches the point of surrendering and giving up on his or her effort to reach some kind of spiritual plateau and asking the Divine Force to give them, or take them to that plateau, surrendering their will to the will of the Divine; at that point the entity generally is ready for the alchemical experience that liberates or frees the entity. This Awareness indicates that point in which the entity can no longer control his spiritual destiny through efforts of his own; that is often called the "Dark Night of the Soul," and it may last for a moment, or for quite some time. Many entities may wallow in this helplessness for months, for weeks, for years, wondering why God has forsaken them, when indeed all that is necessary is for them to say: "I simply can't do it! Help me! Teach me the way!" This Awareness indicates that once entities surrender their own will to the will of the Divine, then indeed the alchemy takes over, the salvation occurs, the resurrection, the re-alignment with the spirit of the Divine then occurs. HOW CAN ONE LIBERATE THE SOUL ENERGIES? (The Solution is So Simple, It's Hard to Believe!) QUESTION: A question from J.S., Seattle, Washington. "How can we liberate the energies of the soul so that we can get on with our special mission or work? A lot of times we don't know who or what we are because we are so busy simply trying to make ends meet or survive, so we are all victims of the perverse notion that we must suffer and struggle in order to stay alive. When our soul power is covered up with fear and filth and cowardice and shame, how can we let it shine out and bring clarity to this muddled up condition in ourselves that we misguidedly call "the world?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates by surrender. This Awareness indicates that you not surrender to negativity, to depression, to despair; you surrender to the Divine Force of the universe, whatever you perceive it to be. This Awareness indicates that by surrendering to that which you perceive to be the highest and most holy, you give yourself freely and entrust that highest and holy energy to take you where you are destined according to Its will, to go. This Awareness indicates it is so simple that entities cannot understand it. Entities think they need to struggle, to think, to ponder, to work. Many entities think they need to devote their life to some struggle in order to be worthy of surrendering to the Divine. This Awareness indicates that most entities cannot conceive of surrendering their personal will. They think they would cease to exist. This Awareness indicates that it is acceptable for those entities to continue struggling as long as they wish, in trying to assert their own personal will, but there will come a time when these entities acknowledge: "That's it! I can't accomplish what I sought to accomplish. I can't do it alone. I can only give myself to the Divine and ask the Divine to direct me according to Its will." This Awareness indicates when the entity does this, generally the action of giving up and beginning to serve according to the Will of the Divine, the entity then begins to explore and discover a totally new life that works for him or her. NOW IS A TIME TO FOCUS ON THE SMALL JOYS IN LIFE (Excerpt from a CAC General Reading, June 15,1993) OPENING MESSAGE: This Awareness wishes to suggest that entities give greater attention to the small joys of life, to the beauty that surrounds them, to the individuals whom they love; It is often so easy to be critical, to be worried, to be concerned, to be frightened and to be anxious about situations, so that an entity tends to overlook the fantastic beauty that appears in a reflection of light through the window, color from a plant or a flower, the smile on a child's face, the softness in a loved one's voice. It is so much easier to be critical, even hostile to some one who is in need of your help than to recognize the need and recognize how much this person means to you in your life and to satisfy that need with love rather than with resentment. This Awareness indicates that if you want the real blessings of life, if you want to experience the real joy of being alive, it is important to focus on these tiny day-to-day joys, beauties, situations, wherein you can be of help, wherein you can be appreciative, wherein you can recognize the beauty that surrounds you. This Awareness indicates that if you make the special effort to do this, even through one day of your life, you will see how much better your life is for the effort. One day of being especially appreciative of those things in your life will give you a totally new outlook on your life, and help you to enjoy it more than you could imagine. This Awareness indicates that it is not that hard to do, and the rewards are enormous. This Awareness indicates this is especially important during those times when there are reasons to feel apprehension, anxiety frustration, stress, and concern about the direction of your life. TRANSFORMING NEGATIVE ENERGIES (Wading Through "the Cesspool" of Negative Emotions) QUESTION: A question from J.S., in Seattle. "Often I feel that when I enter into a room, I am somehow clearing the room of negative energies and defusing the immediate environment of things like fear and confusion. It is as though these negative emotions are absorbed by me somehow, and transformed. It has mixed reactions in this world, where people often seem to thrive on adrenaline levels. It's as though people don't like being put into a situation where they have to calm down or look at themselves. Other people react positively, and appear thankful. I've noticed this at times when I am most conscious, because living in a big city, I oftentimes find myself experiencing unpleasant emotions, such as fear. Gurdjieff used to say that the cities are cesspools of negative emotions and those who are working on themselves are virtually wading in the cast-off emotions of others. Perhaps I have a warped sense of responsibility, but my question is: Does the aware person function as a form of psychic-emotional garbage disposal? And do these emotions one clears have negative effects on one's health?" I'll read the rest of his statement: "Sometimes I get to feeling so drained and clogged-up on some levels. A native American shaman I worked with used to carry a feather with him whenever he walked down the street, and wave it in front of himself and brush himself off as though he was protecting himself from unwanted energies. Aside from breathing and grounding oneself, is there another form of mediation or clearing exercises one can practice? Sometimes, when I just start jumping up and down or shouting, or moving around, people think I'm some kind of maniac, or extremely weird, which doesn't help my sense of well-being. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that even as you recognize the action of transmuting or changing the energies when you enter a room and in recognizing this, you may wish to understand that as you think, so it is, in fact, you do transform the energies in the room; you should also recognize that by taking this a step further, you may think of these negative energies that you transform not as weakening you, but as giving you greater strength. Add this to your mental attitude, and you will find that you can devour the negative energies as food and transmute them into positive energy for your own use. It is as though you take on the attitude that when you walk into a room filled with negative vibes, you also eat these negative vibes or acquire and accumulate these negative energies and digest them and spew them out as positive energies for yourself to use. This Awareness indicates in other words, you turn the negative into positive, and gain energy from the action. This can be a very creative energy, or of any type you wish to incorporate in your attitude or thinking. You may also prefer at times to use this as physical energy, so that you become physically stronger as a result of devouring these negative energies. This Awareness indicates the important thing is not to resist or think of these negative energies as hazardous to you, but think of them as energy. Energy is energy. It is only negative or positive in the way you label it mentally or psychically. This Awareness indicates that if you do not label it as negative, then it is not a negative energy. If you walk into a room and you first see it as negative, and you transmute it psychically and see it as simply energy or as positive energy, then it becomes that which you label it. This Awareness suggests that in this sense, the mind is the creator, the mind is the builder and you turn your world into that which is a positive beneficial world, whereby the energies you come in contact with, the energies that you devour and use are of a positive beneficial nature. This Awareness indicates in this sense you become likened unto a kind of recycler of energies. You may think of yourself as a street-sweeper that collects all the garbage in the world, but turns this garbage into some thing of benefit, turning the garbage into bricks that can be used for building purposes. Visualize taking these negative energies and turning them into positive bricks that build your future, that build your wishes, that build your desires into reality. When you do this, your mind begins to create energies for your own personal use, whereby you can serve yourself and serve others by transmuting the negative energies into those which are positive. This Awareness indicates it is all simply a matter of mind, simply a matter of attitude toward things. CLARIFYING SOME POINTS ON AIDS QUESTION: In our last issue we put together a special report on AIDS, utilizing several readings Awareness gave, and today we received a letter from T.C. in California, which calls for some clarification. He writes: "Dear Avaton: Is my mind taking a holiday or is there a major inconsistency in what Awareness says about viruses and AIDS in your recent last issue? In Part 1, It refers to an "AIDS virus" being created as part of Global 2000. This seems to indicate that HIV, reading further. is a hearty virus and easily transmittable. However, in Part 2, Awareness indicates that HIV as a cause of AIDS is a myth. Further, It seems to say that the major disease within the umbrella AIDS definition is syphilis, which I seem to remember is said to be transmitted by a spirochete bacterium. If so, the protector of rubber gloves and condoms would seem to be adequate. Is syphilis perhaps really transmitted by a virus which is difficult to protect against? This is rather confusing to me, and perhaps others. Obviously, people are getting sick. Just what is being transmitted? I believe we need clarification. Would you please ask Awareness to clarify what It said in Part 2 about HIV not causing AIDS, which seems to contradict what It said in Part 1, commenting on Dr. Day's work. Would It further describe specifically what is being transmitted that is difficult to protect against? Are these viruses long-lived? Is all physical contact with clinical or sub-clinical AIDS carriers a potential danger?" he asks. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that in the earlier messages relating to AIDS, this Awareness communicated in the commonly accepted vernacular, in regard to the concept of AIDS and the way entities understood it, and referred to the "AIDS virus" as that which is commonly promoted and presented to the public and which the public understood to be the case. It described this in terms that entities could understand according to their present programming and comprehension. This Awareness indicates however, that when It went more deeply into the AIDS situation, It began to describe the so-called AIDS virus as not a virus at all, but a combination, a kind of genetic creation from various diseases, various auto immune deficiency diseases that were represented by some 27 different types of diseases or viruses, combined into one, one of which was syphilis, and that the various stages of syphilis represented various stages of AIDS. This Awareness indicates, as you should know, syphilis can be treated in its own form, and entities being treated with antibiotics can often be completely cured of the syphilis, but it has been altered genetically and with various combinations so that it is simply a part of the new so- called "AIDS virus". This Awareness indicates that another part of this complex is yeast. There is no entity with AIDS who does not also have an extreme case of Candida yeast; that these tend to be two major parts of the complex known as AIDS. One can have an extremely case of yeast without having AIDS, or one could have an extremely bad case of syphilis without having AIDS. It is a kind of synthesized disease made up from many different diseases in a genetic creation with certain factors brought together genetically to represent that which is called AIDS. This Awareness indicates this essentially grew out of that which is known as GRIDS or Gay Related Immune Deficiency Syndrome and the syndrome known as GRIDS later was changed and became known as AIDS. It was spread in part through sexual contact which included the syphilis elements which were conducive to that spread. It also has other means of being spread through methods that this Awareness has discussed, and there are still more changes being made so that it can be spread in even more transferable methods. The transferring of the disease through odor will make it a much more lethal plague. Also through breath or through touch. These help to spread the disease much faster than through sexual contact alone. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: It still sounds confusing. Did Awareness answer the second part of the question: "To clarify what It said in Part 2 about HIV not causing AIDS, which seems to contradict what It said in Part 1, but specifically: Is what's killing these people an actual virus? Are they long-lived and so forth?" COSMIC AAWARENESS: This Awareness indicates it is contradictory because this Awareness was speaking in from a frame of reference that entities were used to hearing from authorities. In regard to the HIV virus as an indicator or cause of AIDS, in that particular message, the point that this Awareness was making had to do with something other than the point It made in the later message. In the first frame of reference, as given to you by your authorities, It made Its point, but then It later explained that the entire frame of reference was faulty to begin with and that entities who have followed the AIDS line should recall that when HIV was first discussed, it was presented as an antibody to the AIDS virus, an indicator that the entity must have AIDS or there would be no antibody present, and the antibody was called HIV. This Awareness indicates that it was later changed to be the viral cause of the AIDS syndrome; that it was then seen as a cause rather than as a result of AIDS being in the body. This Awareness indicates that it is for this reason that many entities who have AIDS do not have HIV in their bloodstream and many entities who have HIV do not have AIDS, nor do they seem to develop it over the years, and this is a factor that has puzzled many researchers. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: So, the information Dr. Day gave in regard to ways of transmission and stuff is still valid? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates from her frame of reference, the way she viewed the HIV virus as a cause of AIDS, she had certain concerns, but this does not mean she had all the answers or that she had everything correct in her thinking. This Awareness indicates the entity saw HIV, the Human Immunodeficiency Virus as being the creator or cause of AIDS, and saw this as being so small in size that it could pass through rubber of her gloves, or through her face mask, and therefore as being of no value for filtering out this virus. This Awareness indicates that it did not come up in her questioning or concept of the situation that the HIV virus might not actually transmit AIDS or produce AIDS in itself. It might weaken the immune system, but it might not necessarily cause the AIDS directly. This Awareness indicates that it might even in weakening the immune system, make the person more susceptible to the AIDS and other diseases that attack when an immune system is weakened. This Awareness indicates the complex of diseases that is known as AIDS simply is not caused by the HIV virus. The HIV virus can weaken the immune system, but does not necessarily cause the AIDS and can be present in the human body with0ut AIDS becoming part of that environment. The entity having HIV could of course get pneumonia more easily or other diseases and likewise, could get AIDS more quickly and easily than someone who has a stronger immune system to begin with. This Awareness indicates the problem in communication in regard to Dr. Day is that much of the communication by this entity and others is that the term "AIDS" and the term "HIV" are often used interchangeably, as though they are the same thing. This Awareness indicates it should be recognized in reading these entities' works that there may be a misuse of terms in their description of things so that when someone speaks of HIV being transmitted, they actually mean AIDS being transmitted, or vice versa. This Awareness indicates with that understanding, it does not mean that Dr. Day's work is invalid or her messages are invalid, it simply means you must read with more discernment. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: It has been established that those who have HIV, within 10 to 12 years they break out with full-blown AIDS. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates this has not been established. This Awareness indicates there have been numerous cases where the HIV carrier has gone for much longer than 10 years without breaking out with AIDS; that this is something that puzzles many of the researchers. There is a book written by one entity: "How I Overcame AIDS," where the entity meant she had overcome the threat of HIV, which was found in her system because it had never developed into AIDS. This Awareness indicates that there are also situations or cases wherein AIDS victims did not have HIV, the so called virus that caused AIDS, and these are situations that puzzle many of the researchers. This Awareness indicates if you think of the HIV virus as a virus that weakens the immune system, but is not necessarily AIDS, and you think of AIDS as a complex of various viruses and mutated viruses and bacteria that has been altered or changed, working in a complex or culture that has its own combination of elements which can be transmitted through viruses and in some ways even carries bacteriological elements, and is classed as a disease, then you can easily see how an entity who has the immune deficiency virus could easily catch that disease, either through sexual activity or through other body fluid exchanges, or if it mutated further, through touch or even odor. This Awareness indicates that the treatment of a virus such as flu often lets an entity become cured of the flu so that the entity, in treating the virus, overcomes the viral attack, but it is not uncommon for such treatment to be followed by bacteria that then presents itself in the body in such a way that an entity thinks that he still has the flu, for one can have a sore throat caused by a virus and treat the virus and overcome the virus, and then come down within a day or two with another sore throat and the entity may think that it is a relapse, only to find that he or she has developed something entirely different, such as strep throat. This Awareness indicates that then the antibiotic needs to be taken or some kind of medicinal substance that overcomes the bacteria that caused the strep throat. This Awareness indicates that since these bacteria are often treated by antibiotics and antibiotics are often over prescribed or under-used in some cases, so that the bacteria becomes stronger because they were not fully wiped out and become resistant to the antibiotics, new forms of bacterial may be created. This Awareness indicates that in this sense, occasionally bacteria and viruses both are at work on an entity, some times simultaneously. It is for this reason that one cannot look at AIDS totally as a virus or totally as a bacteria, because there are elements of both involved in that complex. I just read "Galvanizing the Goddess" and it had some unusual things in it, one of which was that there are Reptilian Pleiadians and that they are supposed to be friendly toward humans. How true was this information? Like Awareness said, it's getting complicated and confusing trying to figure out who's who around here?" C0SMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears that most of her channeling is a reflection of valuable information; that some is in error, and that a considerable amount is not channeling at all, but simply pretense, and does not come from Pleiadians, but comes from within herself. This Awareness indicates that the entity appears to present generally accurate information, not necessarily from the Pleiades, but largely from her own psychic insight. This Awareness indicates that it appears the information for the most part is valuable, but entities should remain somewhat skeptical and question the material where it does not fit right. As for the Reptilian Pleiadians, this Awareness indicates that as in every conflict or situation, there are always entities on both sides of a polarity who do not particularly like their own group and may turn to help their group's enemy. In this sense, this entity is correct, that there are some of the Reptilians who have gone over to the Pleiadians to work with them. There are very few. They would not be parading around on earth claiming to be Pleiadians. This Awareness indicates that the Pleiadians would not use them in a conflict on earth where earthlings would have no way of knowing these were Pleiadian Reptiles. It would be like putting Japanese Americans into the Pacific war during World War II; they would be shot at by their own people. This Awareness indicates therefore, there is little need to worry or concern oneself with the Reptilian Pleiadians for they are not going to be involved in the conflict on earth between humans and Reptilians. The Pleiadians would not do this to those entities. This Awareness indicates that a reasonable use of such entities in wartime would be as spies, but not in front-line duty, or not in enemy territory. These would be subversive spies within the Reptilian army, if at all used. The Book: "Bringers of the Dawn" FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Would that response from Awareness also apply to this question which about a dozen people have sent in, which is basically: "Can Awareness comment on the validity of the information from Barbara Marciniak's book "Bringers of the Dawn." One reader writes: "This book is supposedly channeled by entities from the Pleiades. I love the book, and it is truly inspirational. It suggests that many people on earth are part of the family of light and that we have forgotten who we are and what we are to do. There is much information in this book that is good and I feel it is pretty accurate and I would like a confirmation or whatever from Awareness." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this information is more like a psychic attunement to the Pleiadian culture than actual channeling from Pleiadians through this entity. There are some instances however, where the entity does, by her vibrational attunement to the culture, slip into attunement with individual Pleiadians to the point of actually channeling from Pleiadian individuals. This Awareness indicates that for a good part of the book however, it is more psychic attunement to the Pleiadian culture than actual channeling from the Pleiades. This Awareness indicates one reading the book should, or may be able to discern where the actual channeling comes in and where psychic attunement is prevalent. This Awareness indicates the book is valuable reading. The works of Billy Meier in his quotations relating to the Pleiadian culture are also quite valuable, and to a greater degree, more insightful, giving in- depth information that is not touched on elsewhere. This Awareness suggests that this also be a source of study for those who wish to know more about the Pleiadian culture. AN ALIEN UPDATE: HOW CLOSE ARE THE REPTOIDS? (From a CAC General Reading, May 20,1993) QUESTION: A question from C.L.: "With changes happening so rapidly, what is the schedule for the release of information about aliens? Are the Reptoids still headed this way with an army? How has the presence of the Pleiadians recently changed this, if at all?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the probable time schedule for Reptoid invasion of Earth now appears to be approximately 1999; that there will be continued build-up on earth from advanced landings. There are Reptoid build-ups already occurring, particularly in South America. That appears to be the focal point for the landings. This Awareness indicates that the so-called "V" scenario is more likely to occur in full force in the latter half of this decade, particularly around 1999 is the current schedule. Many of these entities are already within the solar system, but are waiting for the right time. It appears that prior to this there will be some other release of forces such as the half-breed, who will make themselves visible or apparent to humans. This Awareness indicates the Pleiadians are willing to assist humans, but the laws of the Galactic Confederation to which they belong do not allow them to interfere with human destiny unless they are invited, and at this time, the governments of the earth have made treaties with the Zeta Reticuli Grays and are not leaning towards treaties with the Pleiadians. This Awareness indicates however, this may soon change as the governments begin to realize more and more the full threat of the Reptilians and the realization that the Zeta Reticuli Grays are generally stooges or mercenaries for the Reptilian types. This Awareness indicates that the Pleiadians are much more capable of defending the Earth than would be any technology available from the Zeta Reticuli Grays. This Awareness indicates the Zeta Reticuli technology is far ahead of human technology, but far behind that of the Reptilians from Draco. Thus, even a treaty with the Grays would not protect humanity from those Reptilian invaders. This Awareness indicates however, the Pleiadians would have technology more equal to that of the Reptoid types. ARE ANDROMEDANS ABDUCTING US TOO? (More on What Motivates the Grays to Abduct ) QUESTION: One other question from C.L. He writes: "A contactee we know claims that 'Good Guy Andromedans' who he says look like Greys, only their skin is lighter in color, also abduct and do experiments on humans, but for good purposes. Is this true? Or is this just another way the Greys trick people to get them to cooperate?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does not see this as being correct. It sees the Andromedan energies as being more benevolent in nature, but does not see the abductions or experimentation as being anything like that of the Greys. There are seen occasional human abductions by these entities down through the ages, more to help the human realize a greater reality. It would be like being picked up and given an excursion on a ship, but not a medical probing or evaluation or anything of this nature. These entities already understand humans enough not to need to do this kind of probing and medical manipulation as is done by the Zeta Reticuli Greys. This Awareness indicates you must understand, the Zetas have a vested interest in their medical examinations. They are trying to find a way to use humans to improve their own race genetics, and they may draw from humans in order to cross-breed or clone or genetically alter their own race so that it can continue reproducing itself. They have spent thousands of years getting rid of emotion, only to find the emotion was essential to their reproduction and without the emotional involvement, their reproduction faculties and abilities were destroyed, leaving them only the ability to reproduce themselves through cloning. They now seek to regain a more natural reproductive anatomy. This Awareness indicates that they seek to do this by merging genes from humans or by cross-breeding with humans in some way to give themselves at least enough emotion so as to be able to continue their race. This Awareness indicates the Andromedan types have no such interest or need. ARE POLICE RADAR GUNS CAUSING CANCER? QUESTION: An article clipped from USA Today says: "A fear of cancer has at least 7 Florida police departments and possibly a major league baseball team holstering their radar guns. The concern is the guns emit low-levels of radiation that may cause cancer. "If there's any chance at all these things can cause cancer, let's pull them off the street and look at it," said Wendal Craiger of the St. Petersburg police. A study is under way. The Seattle Mariners baseball team launched an investigation after hearing of the Florida ban because team scouts use the radar guns to clock pitches. "We're in the fact-gathering process," said a spokesman. The safety debate intensified recently after articles by Ohio state trooper Gary Pointer appeared in Law Enforcement News. Pointer says he knows of at least 26 cases of radar-induced cancer, but radar maker Custom Signal, Inc., says the technology is safe. Does Awareness see there as being any truth to this, that radar used by police can cause cancer? COSMIC AWARENE55: This Awareness indicates that there appears there is substance to the entity's allegations; that these allegations will not be accepted until further studies are conducted and until other agencies and police forces investigate around the country. Then it will be found that there is indeed a correlation. WHO OR WHAT WAS JEFF? QUESTION: Larry K. sent in a reprint from the Toronto sun, dated way back to September 8,1974, a brief little story titled, "Who or What Was Jeff?" and he wanted to ask Awareness to tell us about Jeff. He says: "This is really bizarre. Are there any more of these animals? Why or how are they so intelligent?" And I'll read the article: Who or What Was Jeff? There are some things so strange they don't fit into any known category -- neither fish nor fowl nor human nor inhuman. One such thing was Jeff. The story of this creature is so bizarre that many people will find it impossible to credit. Nevertheless, it is abundantly documented. It was investigated by numerous reporters and psychical researchers including Dr. Nandor Fodor a noted psychoanalyst, R.S. Lambert of the British Broadcasting Corp. and famed ghost-hunter Harry Price. The story began in the fall of 1931 on the Isle of Man. James T Irving and his family caught glimpses of a strange animal skulking around their yard. It was described as about the size of a full-grown rat, with a flat snout and a small yellow face. Soon the Irvings became aware that the creature had moved into the house with them. They heard its furtive rustling movements and found traces of half-eaten food the intruder had pilfered. Then -- and this was a very queer development -- the family heard the creature apparently mimicking them in a peculiar imitation of human speech. Over a period of months it acquired the ability to talk in an odd high-pitched voice. Before long, swore the family, the thing was carrying on conversations with them. Yes, the story takes some believing thus far. But it gets worse. The animal, or whatever it was -- it never showed itself, but lurked in hiding places in the walls from which it conversed with the family -- called itself Jeff. It addressed each member of the Irving family by his or her first name. Irving was "Jim" his wife "Maggie" and their teen-aged daughter, "Voirrey." Jeff, according to the Irvings, did extraordinary things besides talking. They began finding freshly-killed rabbits on their kitchen floor, gifts from their mysterious guest. But the rabbits had been strangled, not killed by teeth as a mongoose or weasel (as some thought Jeff to be) would have done. More than 50 rabbits were left in this way. If the Irvings alone had vouched for Jeff's existence, one might say that it was all a practical joke, or that the whole family was mad. But others encountered Jeff, too. Jeff hated strangers and when they came to the house to try to make his acquaintance, as many did, he often threw things at them -- crockery, or on one occasion a large iron bolt. As time passed, Jeff branched out linguistically and was heard uttering phrases in what appeared to be German and Russian. R. S. Lambert, a BBC producer, spent a week with the Irvings. He went back to London and wrote a book about his experiences with the talking mongoose, or whatever it was. When the book appeared, Lambert's superior publicly branded him either a liar or a madman. Lambert sued in court. The court believed his story and awarded him damages equal to $35,000,a very substantial sum in those days. Other experienced investigators also probed the mystery of Jeff and came away persuaded that he or it represented an insoluble riddle. Once, on demand, Jeff left his footprints, or paw prints, in several pieces of soft wax and these were pronounced unidentifiable by a zoologist. They belonged to no known animal. Jeff stayed with the Irvings four years. Then he vanished, as mysteriously as he had come. On one occasion, when lames Irving demanded to know who or what Jeff really was, the creature, speaking from his usual habitat in the shadows, replied: "I know what I am but I won't tell you. I'm a freak. I've hands and feet. If you saw me you would be petrified." And then Jeff added these tantalizing words: "I'm a ghost in the form of a weasel ..." Toronto Sun, 9/8/74 That was the end of the story, and Larry wanted to ask Awareness if this story was true, and what was Jeff all about? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears this creature was the result of genetic engineering, a crossing of human with weasel genes, to create the aberration, or what might be termed a mixture or crossbreed . This Awareness indicates that it appears it was dropped off on the Isle of Man by alien spacecraft. This Awareness indicates there is not much more to say in regard to this. The story speaks for itself. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: This event occurred in 1931. Was there any purpose for dropping this animal off? COSMIC AWARENESS: This as being what was perceived by one of the entities on the craft as a compassionate action, letting the entity off on an island, rather than dropping the entity into the sea. The entity having considerable space to inhabit, could have remained hidden from contact with humans had he wished to. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Is it still alive, or did it die a natural death? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates this entity died shortly after the disappearance. CLOSING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates that there are things that are beyond the understanding of entities, in terms of events such as this story of Jeff. There are things that are beyond the understanding of entities in regards to things such as the future of this nation, or the economic system and its potential for collapse. There will never be sufficient explanation to clarify and answer all questions. There will always be a hunger to know more. This Awareness indicates that to recognize, however, the importance that comes with knowing as much as you already know, the pieces begin to make sense even if only in limited ways. When you find what is happening behind the scenes regarding the conspiracies that manipulate the people, the money system, and the presence and influence of aliens on your planet, many of the mysteries are revealed, or made more understandable. This Awareness indicates that even so, there will always be more mysteries than there are answers, and entities need to realize that to be part of life. WHAT'S GOING ON WITH PRESIDENT CLINTON? (Has a Coup d'etat Occurred in Washington D.C.?) (Excerpt from a CAC General Reading, August 10, 1993) QUESTION: T.N., Ventura, California, writes: "In the last couple of weeks, (his question arrived in June) major newspapers and magazines have discussed the plummeting of President Clinton's approval rating and how his administration has bogged down and is almost non-functioning. One magazine states on its cover: "Incredible Shrinking President". It's almost as if the administration is in a state of paralysis. Awareness stated several months ago that the president was informed of the alien situation shortly after winning the election. I would like to ask Awareness if the president's confused behavior is linked to his finding out about the alien presence, and did this very strange and troubling information throw him off balance to where he's now in a state of shock and unable to properly perform his presidential duties?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this does not appear to be of any significance in regard to his functioning. This Awareness indicates however, that there is another area that has had some effect on his performance level. This Awareness indicates that the entity, over a period of time just prior to his inauguration, up to the present, has lost nearly 20 close associates, including some very intimate friends and also close body guards. This Awareness indicates these entities as people who were able to know him quite well and protect him. This Awareness indicates that three of his close bodyguards died in the Waco encounter; that there were several others who also died and a number of close associates were either killed in one way or another, generally through accidents or what appeared to be accidents, including three helicopter crashes and at least one alleged suicide. This Awareness indicates that all of these entities being those who knew him personally and very well, dying within such a short period of time is of an extremely extraordinary nature. How many entities do you know who have lost 20 of their closest associates within a 6 or 7 month period of time? This Awareness suggest that you couple this information with what you have learned from the past in regard to duplicate entities, such as the information released by this Awareness many years ago about the Carter administration and from Dr. Beter's information regarding Robotoids. President Jimmy Carter's Bizarre Behavior Consider also the time when President Carter took several days off and went on a vacation to an island off the East Coast and returned with his hair parted on the other side so that he had a different appearance, and recall that Dr. Beter informed you that the entity had been replaced, and the change in hair appearance was designed to keep you from noticing that he looked different, so that you would assume his difference in appearance was simply a matter of change in hair style. This Awareness indicates that in the replacement of the Jimmy Carter that entities knew, a Robotoid emerged and several situations following led to strange behavior of this entity before they perfected the duplicate. This Awareness indicates that at one point he expressed alarm that he and his family had gone on an outing and had been confronted by a giant swamp rabbit. This Awareness indicates that in another situation, he was jogging, collapsed and turned blue, but his feet kept running after that. They had to put him into a van and haul him away. He would not stop running. This Awareness indicates that the entity as having been programmed and highly controlled by those who were his attendants. This Awareness indicates that since that time, the entities using this high technology of biological duplication have improved on their models considerably. President Clinton's $200 Haircut This Awareness suggests you now reflect back on a time in the spring when your president was on board an airplane which stopped and tied up traffic for almost two hours while the president was given a special $200 haircut. This Awareness asks: What do you think was happening during those two hours, when a haircut only takes about twenty minutes to a half-hour? This Awareness indicates that following this episode, the president's executive hours seemed to diminish considerably. His ability to make decisions became more difficult and when decisions were made, they often were not followed through or became reversed or presented in ways that did not appear appropriate. This Awareness indicates that there is much to consider in this situation in regard to the entity's present state of mind and in regard to what is happening behind the scenes. Add this to what this Awareness gave before about the entity George Bush not having disbanded his cabinet, not removing himself from the MJ-12 board, and you will have to wonder: "Who really is running the country at this time? Could it be that these same secret government personalities still pull the strings of the new Clinton administration?" This Awareness indicates that it is something to ponder. It is something to watch and consider. This Awareness does not wish to make a blatant statement in regard to this, but wishes to raise questions so that entities look and wonder and wait and watch. There will be more revelations as time passes. Watch your news. Watch the events for these revelations to be presented in ways that may not be totally obvious to the listener and viewer of these newscasts who are not prepared to look for this potential coup d'etat. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Awareness has mentioned that 20 close associates of Bill Clinton have either died or been replaced. Have there been any changes in the Clinton family that we should be made aware of? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does not wish to delve into statements at this time regarding individuals. This Awareness indicates that there is however, information from a television broadcast with an address and phone number whereby entities can get a list of those entities who have died during the past months of the entity's administration; that this can be supplied by the editor for the release of this mailing.* This Awareness indicates that It does not see clearly that any of his close family have been duplicated, but It does not rule this out. This Awareness is holding back in regard to giving absolute information because the energies are not that clearly shown, and It does not wish to make a statement based on certain vagaries that are still unclear. This Awareness indicates that as things clarify, more may be available. It does not at this time appear that Hillary Clinton has been replaced by a duplicate, if that is what you refer to in your question. This Awareness indicates that energies available do not show this to have happened at this time, but the energies do not show it hasn't happened. The energies are basically not clear one way or another at this moment; that likewise, the energies are not absolutely clear that the president has been replaced by a double. There are indications leading to that conclusion or assumption, but there is still some question as to the absoluteness of this assumption. This Awareness indicates that energies sometimes are not made clear enough or are not presented clear enough for the Interpreter to read these energies with certainty and when messages are given somewhat prematurely, there can be a vagueness in those messages. Perhaps the information should have waited until next month. This Awareness indicates the Interpreter has a tendency to want to reveal everything that is seen, even if it is not seen clearly in these readings and this can present occasional problems in terms of absoluteness. This Awareness indicates therefore, It has not allowed the Interpreter to give an absolute message in this regard. It has allowed the Interpreter to indicate the possibility, for this energy is not presented to him in an absolute sense at this time. * ED's Note: According to the Spotlight, August 30, 1993, edition: "In the March 3, Dallas Morning News, all three of the agents who went into a window on the roof of the Branch Davidian house at Mt. Carmel were reported by the BATF to have been killed inside. In the initial Feb. 28 assault on Mt. Carmel in Waco, four agents of the BATF were killed. Shot in the attack were: Steve Willis, 32, of Houston; Robert J. Williams, 26, Little Rock, Arkansas; Conway LeBleu, 30, New Orleans; and Todd McKeehan, 28, New Orleans. Clinton himself revealed three of these men had been his bodyguards in a speech on March 18, before employees of the Treasury Department. Clinton said: "My prayers, and I'm sure yours, are still with the families of all four of the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents who were killed in Waco -- Todd McKeehan and Conrad LeBleu of New Orleans; Steve Willis of Houston, and Robert Williams from my hometown of Little Rock. Three of those four were assigned to my security during the course of the primary or general election." Video on Waco Murders Now Available The Spotlight is also making available a videotape called "Waco, the Big Lie," by Linda Thompson, the Indianapolis attorney who has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government charging it murdered the 80 some Branch Davidians. The lawsuit also names Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno as responsible. The video shows government flame throwers igniting the complex and proves the government murdered the Branch Davidians and intentionally destroyed the evidence. Film footage from the initial siege which can be seen on the videotape "Waco, the Big Lie," says the Spotlight article, "seems to show a BATF agent throwing a grenade and shooting a machine gun into the room where three other BATF agents have just entered via a window. In other words, this footage appears to show these agents were assassinated by a fellow agent." (This would confirm what Awareness indicated as the removal of those close to Clinton). THE STRANGE "SUICIDE" OF VINCENT FOSTER (The Destruction of All the President's Men) QUESTION: A question from N.L., Oak Park, Illinois. "Vincent W. Foster, Jr., the president's boyhood friend, was found dead in a car parked in a Civil War landmark turned recreational facility. The death has been called a suicide. Foster was second in command in the White House council's office. On the morning of his death, Foster watched President Clinton's appointment of U.S. District Judge Lewis Freech as FBI director. He then attended some legal work, went into his boss's office for a brief conversation, and ate lunch at his desk. Leaving the White House at about 1 p.m., he said he would be back shortly. He never did return. An anonymous phone call supplied the U.S. Park Service police with information that led to Foster's body. He had apparently shot himself through the mouth. There is complete mystification on the part of all, including President Clinton, as to reasons for his suicide. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does not see this as suicide; It sees this as a threat; that the entity was a threat to plans relating to the control of the President. The entity being too close to the President to be fooled by an impostor or duplicate and therefore, whoever planned the replacement of the President also had to, or felt they had to, remove this entity so he would not blow their plans by exposing the duplication. This Awareness indicates it does appear more and more clearly that there was a duplication, a coup d'etat, and that the President has been replaced by a double. This Awareness indicates that this kind of activity took place in the past, even in the administration of President Reagan. Also, that these doubles were controlled by certain secret forces surrounding the President in the past several administrations so that they could be manipulated to act in a manner that is designed to promote certain events or actions which they, as individuals, might be in favor of. This Awareness indicates that in the case of George Bush, it appears there were three different George Bush duplicates during his administration; that these entities were not at odds with each other, but that they worked and were controlled simultaneously during his administration. There was one George Bush that was taller than the others. Another appeared younger than the others. A third appeared tired and haggard and older than the others. This Awareness indicates that these entities were controlled by the same forces. This Awareness indicates that it is difficult at the moment to see what is being accomplished by this duplication of entities, but it appears there is an attempt to use the President for certain purposes of a sinister nature in a way that would not be compatible to his own inner guidance and personal intent. This Awareness indicates that in order to use the entity, certain persons associated and surrounding the entity had to be removed so that these forces could work more closely and have closer influence over him or his double. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Are these forces the Rockefeller forces? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates it appears to be connected with the previous administration and its secret government faction. This Awareness indicates it ties in with those entities who were involved with setting up a government within the government. This Awareness indicates that It cannot give any further information on this. The Interpreter is interfering because his emotions are involved. It is something that he has a strong aversion to finding out about or allowing to come through himself. There are certain fears in regard to disclosing this information and the Interpreter is inadvertently blocking the energies that this Awareness wishes to present at this time. This Awareness indicates that it may not be feasible to give this information at this time, or it may be that the Interpreter is unwilling or unable to let go to allow this information to come through his channel in a clear way. This Awareness indicates much of this has to do with his apprehension caused in part by previous experiences where by entities could not accept certain information that came through this channel in the past relating to Robotoids and synthetics, caused in part by his own skepticism in regard to these things. This Awareness indicates that the entity appears to be emotionally torn between belief and non-belief in what is being presented by this Awareness and it interferes with the messages. It creates a poor channel for such information at this particular time. Whether this will change is uncertain. UFO Researcher Creston is Terminated In regard to the "suicide" of Vincent Foster, placing a gun in the hand and shooting the entity in the mouth is a common method used by the CIA and other sinister organizations. Early in August, the entity known as Creston, a close friend of the Interpreter and the CAC staff, a young man whose entire life was devoted to UFO research, and who channeled the information in the "Alien Digest" publications, was found in a Portland, Oregon park, with his hand holding a revolver, shot through the mouth. The police said it was a "suicide" and they ordered the body cremated without an autopsy the following day. Information on this will be published later as Awareness did have some comments on the matter. With the shadow of this tragedy still fresh in his mind, and the accompanying paranoia, it is not surprising the Interpreter blocked the information about the duplicates and the coup d'etat in Washington.
