General Reading, March 14,1993) QUESTION: Awareness, we're here to begin a series of C.A.C. general readings, with questions sent in from the membership. Does Awareness have an opening message? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates there are three things that this Awareness wishes to address at this time: The return of Pleiadian energies; the critical status of Russian democracy; and the update on the Interpreter's efforts to regain assets from the American Trading Company. HOW TO GET ALIEN IMPLANTS REMOVED This Awareness indicates that in regard to the first, the return of Pleiadian energies; this Awareness indicates that there are instances wherein certain of the Pleiadians have returned to the earth environment and have been involved in assisting entities, particularly those who have had implants from Zeta Reticuli Greys. The Pleiadians have shown a willingness to assist in removing these implants. This Awareness indicates that if there are any entities reading or hearing of this message, it is suggested that the way by which you can acquire the assistance of the Pleiadians in removing these implants, if you so need this service, is first to make contact with the Pleiadians. This Awareness indicates that this can be best accomplished by focusing on the Pleiadians in the same or similar way you might focus on a deity in prayer. You concentrate your energies and attention on the Pleiadian vibration, whatever it may be. It is not necessary that you know the vibration just simply focus on Pleiadians, and ask for their help. This Awareness indicates that this may require repeated efforts before contact is made; that eventually these entities will contact you and you will feel that you have made contact with them. This Awareness indicates this may occur in a dream or in meditation, and in contacting the entities, if you believe you have had an implant from the Greys, you may ask the Pleiadians to help you to get free from the Grey's influence. This Awareness indicates that of course, it could be someone other than the Greys that has implanted you and the same would be so in either case, but you want to ask the Pleiadians for help in freeing you from the influence of these other aliens who have implanted you with some kind of device or implant, and ask them to have it removed. This Awareness indicates the Pleiadians may not necessarily directly remove the implant, but may take you to the types who have implanted you; for example, a Grey ship and may direct these Greys to remove the implants. This may occur in a kind of dream-state, or you may consider it as a dream, or view it as being unreal or as a dream experience, even if it is indeed real. You will notice, after the implants have been removed, a feeling of freedom. This Awareness indicates there have been a few entities on the mailing list who have written about having received implants; that these entities have to be ready and willing to totally renounce the Greys or whoever implanted them, for this to be effective. This Awareness indicates that in the removal of the implants, entities can then feel true freedom, a sense of individuality, as though they were now unhooked from any obligation or connection with the aliens that once implanted them. This Awareness indicates that this is an action that may need considerable focus on your part, until it is completed. Do not start and stop just because there seems to be no immediate or easy result. You must continue to focus and continue the effort to free yourself with the help of Pleiadian energies. THE GREAT CONCERN ABOUT RUSSIA This Awareness indicates that in regard to the fragile state of democracy in Russia, there Is much to be concerned about, for this country, having embarked on a pursuit of democracy under Boris Yeltsin as that which is being torn apart internally by old hard-line Communists who do not want the experiment to succeed, and is being threatened by the nature of the economic distress that was inherited from the demise of Communism and has not been healed in the free enterprise and democratic approach. This Awareness indicates it is likened unto trying to adapt to a new democratic society in the midst of the worse depression the country has ever experienced. You would have a hard time in this country of the United States or any other democratic country in a depression of such nature keeping people from turning to other political approaches. This Awareness indicates even in the deep Depression of the 1930s, many people started turning to Communism as a potential way out of the Depression. How does it differ from entities who experienced Communism as providing their basic needs of personal existence through the socialistic programs in Soviet Russia, as compared to present times, when the socialist programs have been dropped and no dole or welfare is being given to the entities and they are asked to fend for themselves, without ever having been trained or with out having learned in several generations to create jobs for themselves as individuals? They simply do not yet know how to organize a free enterprise system in that country and therefore, many entities are highly discouraged with what they consider to be the democratic experiment. This Awareness indicates therefore, democracy is teetering precariously in Russia today, and the meeting coming up in April between Mr. Yeltsin and your President Clinton will be highly critical in terms of whether democracy can continue to prevail in Russia. This Awareness indicates that it does appear likely that Mr. Yeltsin will retain his general control, although much of his power has been stripped from him. This Awareness indicates of course, there is a need for a new constitution in Russia; the old constitution of the Soviet government is still in place and has been partly to blame for the difficulties experienced at this time. THE ONGOING SAGA OF THE INTERPRETER'S LAWSUIT This Awareness indicates that in reference to the third issue or topic this Awareness wished to discuss, that of the Interpreter's involvement with American Trading Company assets in which he was half owner of the company and whereby he, as half owner, was entitled to half of the assets of that company, but whereby his partner decided to cut him out of the loop in terms of his ownership. The Interpreter, having filed a lawsuit against his partner to have the looted assets returned to American Trading Company from two other companies that the partner created, to which he moved the assets of the American Trading Company into. All this has been in progress for approximately two years. The date of December 15th to 18th was significant in that the partner had been indicted by the FBI for fraud in other projects and activities, including the transfer of used clothing to Ghana, in which he took investors' money and did not deliver the goods to Ghana, because he did not use the investors' money to pay the shipping costs as was part of the agreement. The clothing ended up in Amsterdam, never reaching Ghana, and was then sold for shipping costs. This Awareness indicates that the investors filed criminal charges against the entity. There were other charges filed by other entities who also were cheated in their investments, and the entity went to trial on December 15th, and was found guilty on 11 counts, including money laundering approximately 5 counts of money laundering, several other counts of fraud and of fraudulent wire transfers. This Awareness indicates that the entity was given until March 1st for sentencing, and during that time, attempted to create various problems for the Interpreter in his ongoing lawsuit, including threats of suit against the Aquarian Church, which were not carried out, having no basis for doing so, and including other legal harassment techniques that the courts generally denied and the situation reached a point in December where the partner, refusing to deliver documents or to allow deposition of a certain individual who was to be deposed, put himself into a position whereby the court ruled against him, and deciding that it was too late to get the documents and information in time before the scheduled trial date of January 27, ruled that the date of trial would be put off until April 28. This infuriated the ex-partner of the Interpreter, but the court stated that it was his own doing that had caused this delay in the trial, and there was no changing of the date of April 28th of '93. Therefore, with the extension of time, it allowed the Interpreter and his attorney more time to get the records and documents needed to go to trial. This Awareness indicates this included the documents associated with ownership or a contract between American Trading Company and the diamond/gold mine in Ghana, Africa, and it allowed these documents to be brought in as evidence of ownership by the American Trading Company prior to the transfer of the assets of this mine into the other companies which the ex-partner had created for the purpose of looting. This Awareness indicates that in late February or just prior to the scheduled sentencing date, the ex-partner failed to show for a pre- sentencing hearing and was told by the County Clerk that a warrant for his arrest would be issued. This warning by the county clerk was enough to allow the entity to skip the country, and the FBI, upon reaching the entity's home for the arrest, felt that the county clerk had tipped off the entity to the arrest and was very distressed and angry about having been unable to arrest him and put forth a Fugitive Warrant for the entity to be picked up. This Awareness indicates that it appears around the same time a reporter who had been investigating the entity, presented a story on television news describing the entity's activities and ending the story with a picture of the entity, asking people to report to authorities if they see this man anywhere, that he could be armed and dangerous. This Awareness indicates up to the present time, there has been no indication that the entity has been arrested or picked up. This Awareness indicates it appears the entity went to Mexico, and that the entity is making efforts to go from Mexico into Africa. He has no passport of his own, which was seized by the FBI, but may be able to forge a passport that will somehow allow him to escape into that country. This Awareness indicates in other words the entity is now a fugitive and his whereabouts are unknown. Meanwhile, the attorneys for the entity in the Interpreter's civil case, have been given authority to settle the case in his absence. The settlement by the attorneys for the ex-partner is that which offers a token amount of shares in a company that may or may not have any real value. The Interpreter is not interested in the token shares. It is indicated that the ex-partner had 50 million shares of this company and offered the Interpreter 650,000 shares to settle and drop his case. This of course is only a token amount of energy to exchange for what should have been at least half of the 50 million shares. Therefore, it is still an ongoing situation which may not be settled until April 20th, when it goes into trial in the courts in Eugene, Oregon. That even then there may still be some further situations that need to be attended after the Court rules, before any money comes from the project, for this ruling will only be a ruling on whether or not the Interpreter has the right to the mine and his assets. The payment that might come from such holding of assets may still be some time in the distance for you cannot simply go from owner ship into cash flow. It has to go through certain process of either being mined or being turned into stock, which in turn takes on value and can be sold on the market. This Awareness indicates therefore, it is an ongoing process which has not yet been clearly concluded; that the energies which entities have been giving toward this conclusion have been helpful and this Awareness asks that you continue in your 20 seconds of meditation or visualization process or whatever time you have available, to help render this to a beneficial conclusion for the interpreter, the Aquarian Church Cosmic Awareness Communications and the World Peace University in particular. These are the organizations which this Awareness particularly wishes to see funded from this project. This Awareness wishes also to inform you that there are spiritual energies and entities in the higher planes who are helping to direct the events relating to this. There are also of course negative forces that would like to throw blocks into these events and energies prevent the organizations and individuals from reaping any reward. This Awareness indicates that the more you can energize light and spiritual assistance toward bringing these energies to a healthy fruition, the greater the chances for these energies to be used by the spiritual forces for the good of all. HOW TO ATTRACT THE PLEIADIANS TO YOU SO THEY CAN REMOVE YOUR IMPLANT QUESTION: In regard to the return of the Pleiadian energies, is there a symbol or something representing the Pleiadians that entities could visualize that would help them to speed up this contact with the Pleiadians? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that perhaps the simplest symbol is that of their particular unique space-craft which appears in the Billy Meier tapes; it is a most commonly known shape, peculiar to the Pleiadians. This Awareness indicates also common to the Pleiadians in connection with this is the face of Semjase which appeared in some of Billy Meier's books and this can be easily found in Contact from the Pleiades and by looking at the face of Semjase entities can help to make their contact with the Pleiadians more clearly and with greater focus. There is not seen a particular symbol that is commonly understood or known by entities that will help to create a contact; that these are the more commonly known images associated with the Pleiades contacts. MORE ON THE PLEIADIAN WAR ON THE REPTOIDS FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Does the return of these Pleiadian energies indicate that their war with the Reptoids has turned in the Pleiadians' favor? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative; this in reference to their own region in the galaxy. WHAT ARE THE RUSSIAN SKOPTSIS DOING? QUESTION: In regard to the situation in Russia, what are the Skoptsis doing about this situation, or are the Skoptsis any longer in power? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates there are many of these entities still in positions of power who appear to be working to promote the concepts of democracy; these appear to be the people who are behind Yeltsin as his strong support group. It appears that these entities are definitely opposed to Communist rule in that country and that they would be of great service to Yeltsin but there is confusion as to how democracy and capitalism can be used in a country that is not geared for the kind of economy that runs itself automatically by free enterprise. There are underground and Mafia-like elements in Russia that have taken over and set up themselves as a kind of structure in the society, which seeks to control the masses and determine who gets a job, who doesn't ant what prices people pay for goods and services. This criminal element is largely composed of the old Communist bureaucrats and others, and these entities are the strongest force at this time because the government has not yet structured a democratic free enterprise bureaucracy to distribute goods and services throughout society that is capable of handling the needs of the society. They need to be given guidance from entities who are familiar with the free enterprise capitalistic system in order to restructure society for the free enterprise approach. This Awareness indicates the army as one organization that might be useful in distributing goods and services, but this has not yet been employed, and if it were employed, it might turn things more into a totalitarian government or dictatorship than a democracy. WHY HASN'T THE U.S. HELPED RUSSIA? (More on the George Bush Family) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Why is it now that after all these years of fighting Communism, and a chance has arrived where it can be removed as a major threat, is the United States only allocating $100 million dollars to help the Russians and they are giving Israel $10 billion dollars and Israel is no longer much use at all, now that the Cold War is over? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness reminds you of a previous reading in which this Awareness explained that George Prescott Bush once owned the land in Russia and that it was leased to the Communists through certain kinds of contracts whereby the Communist government held the land for the people of Russia and used the land for the people giving the people the belief that it was their land and that the Communists were simply caretakers and that Russia was a country in which no one owned private property. Even through the entity Gorbachev, the Bush family still owned that land technically, although secretly, and with the fall of Gorbachev from power, the land then became Russian territory because the Communist party which had the control and contract was no longer of any existence. With the demise of Communism, the contract became void and although the agreement that the Bush family had with the Russians dating from the Revolution in 1917 gave the Bush family control in exchange for large sums of money, it was no longer valid if the country or the party no longer existed. At least, that is the way the new Russian country viewed it. Yeltsin did not honor this, and because Yeltsin did not honor the Bush holdings, and did not see Bush as the owner of these lands, there was a personal conflict between the two, whereby George Bush did not wish to do anything that would help Yeltsin remain in power or give the Russian people a chance to survive without returning to Communism and the contracts that were originally created and allowed the Bush family to have their particular control over the real estate in Russia. This Awareness indicates that this entire issue was sufficient enough to keep Russia from receiving any meaningful assistance other than token assistance to appease the question of whether the United States wanted Russia to become democratic. There was not sufficient amount given to assist the democratic approach in Russia and it was intended that Yeltsin and his democracy would flounder and fail. The "Unseen Hand" at Work This Awareness indicates that with the election of Clinton, which was thoroughly unexpected on all levels, until vibrations on the earth plane were altered by spiritual energies coming in; many of these spiritual energies relating to the return of the Pleiadians; with the return of these energies and the election of Clinton, it has altered the potential so that there is a chance that democracy in Russia can again have a chance of thriving. It is the ideal, but it is still very precarious and fragile, for there are many in Russia who have vested interests in returning to a Communist rule of Russia. There are many in the United States who would benefit personally, privately and corporately in seeing the Cold War resume, with Russia returning to Communism. This Awareness indicates that it has been almost an accident outside the control of the manipulators that Russia has slipped into democracy or a pursuit of democracy and there are efforts, extreme efforts, to reverse this course. This Awareness, indicates that this movement into democracy is the result of what may be termed the "Unseen Hand" of the Divine force at work. THE GROWING MILITARY THREAT IN RUSSIA (Germ Warfare Factories Still in Business) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: William Randolph Hearst, Jr., the head of the Hearst newspaper chain, in an editorial wrote the following; "Reports I've been getting point to a pair of alarming trends in Russia. The military seems to be acting with increasing independence. At the same time, the old-line Communists are regaining their self-confidence. Some mysterious things are also going on. The Swedish government disclosed last week the "unidentified" submarines have recently been violating Sweden's territorial waters in greater numbers than ever before. No one doubts the offenders are Russian. During the Cold War, Soviet subs constantly prowled around Sweden's coast in violation of international law. But why should the Russian navy do the same, in fact do it more frequently? My attention was also recently drawn to an investigative report by the reliable British Broadcasting Corporation alleging that, contrary to Moscow's international commitments, germ warfare weapons are still in production, at least at one big plant near St. Petersburg. The BBC reported that Yeltsin has tried to close the plant but the military won't let him. At the same time, the old Communist Party that Yeltsin outlawed has reorganized as the Unified Russian Communist Party and at a party congress two weeks ago in a Moscow suburb claimed 450,000 members, making it Russia's largest political movement. This may be an exaggeration, but my information says the Communists have taken heart from the deepening popular discontent among Russians at hyperinflation, the spread of crime and the other seething troubles of the new free market economy. The Communists expect that if daily life doesn't soon improve, ordinary Russians will turn back to them." Now, does Awareness see that information, particularly about the submarines and the germ warfare factories, as being valid? COSMIC AWARENESS: This as in the affirmative. That in general, all of what this entity expressed in his article is an accurate description of the situation, which is why this Awareness indicates it is a very precarious and very dangerous situation. There needs to be some action taken to help the entity Yeltsin in his efforts to move toward democracy. The Growing Misery of the Average Russian This Awareness indicates that the average Russian who cannot find food or sustenance in the free enterprise or democratic approach is going to lose heart and turn toward Communism or totalitarianism in any way possible to get back to where something can be given for his needs, his family and the hungry mouths of his family and neighbors. If you cannot provide food and shelter, you lose faith in whatever system is being expressed and the Communist system fell because food and shelter were being undermined from the high cost of military activities and people did not have enough food or proper shelter and they be came disenchanted with Communism. But in turning to democracy, things have not gotten better, they have gotten worse, and thus it is only a matter of weeks before the people will overthrow democracy and its proponents to return to a more dictatorial and Communistic system in order to get food and the necessities of life, unless something is done to change the course of things. Mr. Yeltsin believes he has the support of the Russian people, but this support is very quickly eroding and by the time he needs to call upon this support, it may have been eroded so much as to not be there for him, unless something is done to help promote and assist his efforts in strengthening democracy ant free enterprise in the Soviet system. Russia Needs Our Technical Assistance This Awareness indicates that technological expertise from this country to assist these entities m reorganizing their society would be of great assistance, as much as monetary substance. That the monetary substance will be needed and there are ways to provide this without outright grants or doles of enormous amounts. A few efforts in the right places can get things started in that country. A certain amount of monetary energy to start production here and there can be of great benefit, and the structuring and organization for the distribution of goods and services is essential. All these things can be assisted by expertise from this country to Russia to help get the economy running properly under a free enterprise system. It will require of course that farmers who grow crops have the marketing ability and rights to transport those crops to and from the market, from the market to the household, to the market from the farms. This Awareness indicates that this is not a difficult job. It is simply one that is not easily understood because in the past the government handled all of that and it now needs to have either continued government distribution systems of private enterprise distribution systems where individuals take on the distributing of goods and services as part of an enterprise within the country in terms of private enterprise doing what the government once did. With springtime coming on, these entities can begin to grow crops, transport them to markets, sell them to individuals for their homes. This Awareness indicates that the same can be accomplished in the textile industry and in the energy fields for distributing energy for consumption by the masses in terms of oil and wood and coal and other products. This Awareness indicates it is simply a matter of organization and does not require enormous amounts of money from other countries other than that which may be necessary to get the organization set up. This Awareness indicates it appears the Clinton administration has been working on projects along this line and will introduce such topics in his meeting with Yeltsin and that there will be some American expertise sent to Russia to help get these things started. The question is whether it will be too late. If it is too late, it will be tragic indeed, for all that has occurred in the past 40 years up to the fall of Communism will be of no value, if it again comes into power, for entities may find that several generations continue to pass without freedom from the Cold War that will emerge anew, along with all of the dangers that may even become more threatening than in the past. THAT HUGE LATE WINTER STORM IN THE U.S. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: There is a huge storm raging across the Eastern United States and Southern United States at this moment. They are calling it a Northeaster, and billing it as the worst storm in over 100 years. Does this storm have any relationship to the refusal of the United States to help Russia? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that entities who have been supportive of Gorbachev, many of these in the Communist Party in Russia appear to be behind these storms, including hurricane Andrew of last summer, and the purpose being to punish the United States for not having helped Russia during the times of need, and also for not providing support at this time of need. The idea being that "it is going to cost you if you don't provide funds, perhaps more costly than if you did provide funds." This Awareness indicates that it appears that there are certain entities within the government who are being informed as to the purpose of these storms based on weather modification techniques so that the entities are aware of the power of the Russian Communists, even in their apparent demise. This Awareness indicates that while they appear to be almost dead on the surface, while their nuclear armaments are being dismantled, their weather modification techniques and other Tesla electronic warfare techniques have been highly developed so that they are still a superpower in this regard and are capable of wreaking havoc on the United States and they are ready to let people know, particularly people in power in the government who can release purse strings and give a pay- off to ease up on the punishing storms. This Awareness indicates that this does not appear to be triggered by or promoted by Yeltsin, but by those who were backing Gorbachev; that these entities consider that Yeltsin will not hold power for any real length of time and that Gorbachev will come back into favor when Yeltsin is gone. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: If Gorbachev should come back into power, would he continue his program that he had originally, which seemed to be more toward democracy than the old hard line Communism? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates however, he would do it in conjunction with the Communist Party working with them to some extent, trying to modify a kind of compromise relationship. WHY THE HUGE INTELLIGENCE BUDGET? QUESTION: There was an article in today's paper from the New York Times which brings up a question. I'll read just a bit of it: "Warning of crippling consequences to national security, the Clinton administration has begun to persuade Congress to protect the nation's $29 billion intelligence budget from immediate deep cuts. The administration's unexpected protectiveness toward spy agencies that grew up with the Cold War stands in marked contrast to the views of Democratic lawmakers who believe the agencies' budgets should now shrink because of the collapse of Communism and the need for U.S. cost-cutting. The Clinton policy, critics both inside and outside government point out, would leave spy programs with roughly as much federal money as education and the environment combined. The new director of the Central Intelligence Agency, R. James Woolsey, has told lawmakers it would be dangerously unwise, in a world full of instability, to cut next year's spending by more than a relatively small amount." Does Awareness see that as a legitimate reason for not cutting the intelligence agency budgets? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates there are more concerns in regard to the security of this country than most people realize. It is not so much related to the Cold War as to the recognition of the alien factor. The Cold War, as previously suggested, is that which is dormant but not totally dead. It is not necessarily over. There are certain dormant energies that may be resurrected to bring back the Cold War, and also there are those elements of concern relating to other countries around the world that have their own particular ambitions: Iraq and various countries that are not fully understood, such as China, wherein there needs to be a considerable amount of intelligence gathering to know what is occurring. Plus there is also that threat of potential hazard from outer space which President Reagan and others have alluded to at various times which this Awareness has discussed in length in the past couple of years. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Then President Clinton has now been informed about the alien presence and the threat. Is that correct? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. This information is generally passed quite soon as the election is completed to indicate an entity is to become President. The security information is generally passed very thoroughly and very quickly once the entity is elected. THE BOMBING OF THE WORLD TRADE CENTER: "God's Agents" Complete Another Divine Mission QUESTION: People are writing us now asking if we would ask Awareness to expound at length on the recent bombing of the World Trade Center in New York, who is behind it, why it occurred, is this the beginning of a series of such tragedies, and so forth? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this appears to be very much as described by the press, a group of right-wing fundamentalist Moslems that have been opposed to United States policy. They are very close in philosophy to those Shiites of Iran or the extreme fundamentalists in Jordan and Baghdad, but that they appear to be part of a group that has roots in several countries, especially in Egypt. This Awareness indicates that it appears they see the United States as being the cause or holder of great power which is used against the Moslem religion and its people in both the Middle East and generally around the world They consider the United States as being likened unto the so-called "Great Satan", and the World Trade Center is but a symbol of the capitalistic approach and money that is the power behind the throne of the "Great Satan." This Awareness indicates that it is not seen that this group, particularly plans further activities of this nature, but it is seen that they wanted to show themselves to be good disciples of their God in taking this action. They believe much in the way the entity who shot the doctor at the abortion clinic believed that they were acting as God's agent to destroy that which was evil, or to make a statement against that which was evil. This Awareness indicates it appears that this particular group is not likely to repeat the action because they were too quickly and easily caught, but it appears that there is some future chance of another group attempting a similar action in a kind of mimicking approach to show that they too are good Moslems, and that they wish their God to bless them. This Awareness indicates it is a religious fanaticism behind the action. They do not think of themselves as terrorists, they think of themselves as martyrs or potential martyrs if they get caught, otherwise, disciples of their deity. THAT CULT STAND-OFF IN WACO, TEXAS: IS A SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY OCCURRING? (Is God Really Getting Lonesome Up There?) QUESTION: The media in the last week or so is full of a stand-off in Waco, Texas, of what they call a religious cult headed by an entity named Vernon Howell, alias David Koresh, who has a lot of members, women and children inside this huge complex which the authorities, for whatever reason, tried to attack secretly with an army of heavily armed agents, and they were met with fire-power that they did not expect. Could Awareness tell us a little bit about this so-called cult, and what is really going on, why the government seems hell-bent on destroying these people? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the entity in charge of the organization has produced literature that is highly critical of government and IRS and other social issues of significance and value to the government. In other words, he has become a strong and outspoken critic of many things related to this government. He has also apparently in his own private life, acted in a way that is antisocial by many people's standards. It is such that the entity has been publicly accused of having sex with children, with many of the women in the compound and many entities find these activities antisocial and unacceptable. This Awareness indicates that in any culture where an entity stands out as a rebel to that culture there is hostility generated against the entity by many of the people of the culture, including, of course, the authorities who get complaints against the person, but this Awareness indicates these complaints, while troublesome to the society, were not the main issue. The concern came in regard to the reports of large illegal caches of weapons housed in the complex, and as these entities went to check on these reports, they were met by gunfire and some were killed. This becomes a more serious matter than the earlier accusations and social rebellious behavior that was originally a concern. It has now become a matter of social laws having been broken in the nature of felonious actions that have killed representatives of the government. Therefore, the government has an obligation to society and to its own bureaucratic agents to justify or create a justice in the environment, by removing this entity from his castle and domain in which he flaunts the laws of society through acts of violence under the guise of religious freedom. This Awareness indicates that it is apparent that the entity will repeat his effort to kill any who come close or attack the complex, therefore the government has chosen to express extreme restraint and stay back and to simply create a stand-off. They do have the weapons whereby they could annihilate the entire complex, destroy all of the followers and the children of the followers, but this is seen as inappropriate and uncivilized and therefore they have the stand-off in which they stand out of range and wait for the entity to give in and come out on his own. This Awareness indicates there are other techniques which could be used in terms of techniques used in the Noriega stand-off wherein music and vibrations are sent toward the entity. The vibrations could be used to create headaches and nausea and could be covered by musical sounds, such as rock music, in an effort to drive the entity out of the complex without the public knowing that these vibrations were actually being used. The music being played, perhaps rock and roll, or some other music, would mask or hide the vibrations so that the masses would not be aware that the entities were being bombarded by these ultra-low frequencies of a destructive and sickening nature. This has not yet been employed in this situation. This Awareness indicates that the stand-off continues with the idea that perhaps the entity will tire or will negotiate in such a way as to release more of the compound children, or perhaps the followers will weaken in their resolve and come out on their own. It is costing several million dollars per day to keep the troops, the tanks and the armament present, but this extra cost is viewed as being more humanitarian than an outright assault on the complex. This Awareness indicates the question is: How long, and how much patience will the government continue to exude in this situation? This Awareness indicates the entity inside appears to be quite callous in his regard to the followers and more or less hides behind them in his pretentious claim of power. It is the power of the children and the innocent that protects him. He himself, with all his weapons, really has no personal power or weapon power against the government. This Awareness indicates however, that it must be understood that the government cannot, under any condition, surrender to this kind of hold-out action or it will have a repeat from others here, there, eventually everywhere, challenging the government and hiding behind children and women and innocents as they voice their objections to thinks the government does through violence, through force, through hostage taking. This Awareness indicates that the government will not, under any condition, let this entity get away with his effort to intimidate the government with these tactics, and it is understandable that the government would lose its power if it were to do so. The government is as strong as its laws and enforces laws that not only control and regiment criminals, but also protect and assist victims from being violated and the government's laws can only do this if there is something available to enforce those laws and the enforcement of those laws cannot be broken by intimidation by individuals who don't like the way the law is written, or who use techniques of hiding behind children and innocent people. This Awareness indicates it is simply intolerable to any civilized government to think of giving in to someone who decides that he is more powerful and more privileged than others and that the government is not going to impose its laws on him. This Awareness indicates that this entity is extremely foolish to continue in this direction for much longer because it is a dead-end street, and the entity may cause many others to suffer in his own stubborn rebellion. This Awareness does not see this entity as a hero of any sort; that the entity flaunts rules of society and criticizes society and brings about death and destruction and refuses to obey the laws of society to the extent that his own supporters become threatened by his own actions and he forces them to become criminals along with himself, and jeopardizes their lives in the process. This Awareness indicates the government has very little choice. It cannot simply pack up and go home, for tomorrow there will be a dozen more such situation. It has to stay and see things through to the end, whatever way that end may develop. IS A SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY HAPPENING? According to the newspaper reports, this entity Howell rules Mount Carmel by virtue of the Branch Davidian's belief that he alone can open the so-called 7 Seals in the Bible's Book of Revelation, setting loose catastrophic events that the Branch Davidian's believe will end man kind and propel Howell and followers into heaven. Women in the cult make up the so-called House of David and former cult members state the children they produce with Howell supposedly will rule the earth with him after he and his female followers slay the non-believers. The men are called "Mighty Men" after a verse in the Song of Solomon which describes the guards who protected King Solomon's bed. One woman Howell tried to recruit said he was supposed to be the son of God. He said God was really getting lonesome up there and he wanted grandchildren. It was like the scriptures said it but not really. It was like he was giving God grandchildren. Howell acknowledges that he considers himself to be the Lamb spoken of in Revelations, who many Christians believe will unleash the 7 Seals. Many Bible scholars consider the Lamb to be a synonym for Jesus Christ, so does Howell. Is this entity trying to create a self-fulfilling prophesy in this Armageddon belief, that he can set this off by the actions he's into at the moment? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates the entity appears to be approximately as insane as Charles Manson was in his effort to bring about an Armageddon. This Awareness indicates that the entity's approach and attempt to use religion as an excuse for psychotic behavior is that which at best deserves pity and at worse deserves sanctions that put this entity out of business. He is certainly not that which he professes to be. His beliefs are those of an entity who has become psychotic in his extreme fanaticism and this Awareness indicates it is more pitiful than interesting. WILL THIS BE ANOTHER JONESTOWN? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: There are those who equate this entity to Jim Jones and suggest that another Jonestown tragedy could occur if the government keeps pressing this entity. Does Awareness see this as possible? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that in a situation such as this, anything is possible; that the entity is likely to want others to suffer along with him if he must suffer the consequences for his actions. If the entity has believes and followers, he will want to take his followers with him when he goes. He will feel more comfort and also will receive greater vengeance against society if his followers also suffer with him. It is very likely a possibility that others will suffer with him. This Awareness suggests if the entity has any sense of nobility or common sense of his own, he would simply make a deal to let all of his followers go free and turn himself in. But this does not appear likely. A Request to Send White Light to Cult Leader This Awareness wishes at this time to send White Light energy to this entity in hopes of helping the entity reach the proper decision. This Awareness would like all of the readers of this message to send energy to this entity, the White Light energy, to help the entity in reaching a spiritual resolution to this problem; however, by the time this message reaches entities to allow them the reading of this suggestion, it will in all likelihood be too late. Therefore this Awareness sent energy to the entity in hopes that enough energy of the White Light spiritual frequency touched the entity to help him make a proper decision as to the course of action necessary for spiritual resolution of this crisis. ED's Note: That was a good analysis of the situation just given by Awareness, as far as it went. It is like Awareness is getting Its news right off the front pages of the establishment media and is not looking at the deeper meanings behind the scene, which deals in part with the right of these religious fanatics, under our Constitution, to defend their home and residence, with firearms if necessary, when provoked and attacked by a virtual army of Feds with all the latest tactical weapons available. The government for whatever reason tried to attack this compound and kill its members in cold blood in a sneak attack. When someone evidently tipped the cult off to the impending attack, they used firepower to defend themselves. Now, like the Randy Weaver setup in Idaho, the government can now charge them with murder, even though it was the government that instigated the whole thing, and they can drag the cult weirdos out and put them in cuffs and chains for all the world to see. This will of course help to justify the $2 million per day expense of watching the compound which the taxpayers must pay. It seems to me the whole thing was a local matter that could have been handled by the local sheriff in the first place. If a warrant was served by the sheriff and the entity did not show up in court, a couple of patrol cars could simply keep guard and prevent any goods going into the compound. Eventually they would be 'starved out' or come out for one reason or another. Which brings up the question of why does it take an army, replete with tanks and helicopters, etc. to serve a warrant? Obviously there is more to this than meets the eye and the reason is the same as in the Randy Weaver case: the government is coming down hard on dissidents, IRS protesters and those who wish to live by their own rules out in the woods and away from society. It is part of the mind- controlling programming, a long-range program, to condition the people of this country that authority is needed, is necessary and will be used when it feels fit, the Constitution of the United States be damned. This of course is all programming for the ultimate suspension of the Constitution and the takeover of this country by the world planners by whatever scenario they come up with, as outlined many times by Awareness in previous newsletters. The excuse the Feds used to murder the Randy Weaver family was that Weaver sold 2 sawed-off shotguns, an illegal act because the shotguns were sawed off one-quarter of an inch too much. Come on, is that really an excuse for a sneak attack by an army of Feds? The Armageddon scenario is certainly not new and there are many fundamentalist Christians and other paranoid dingbats like Clare Prophet and some Ramtha-ites who actually do build underground complexes, stock them with food and goods and lots of heavy artillery to defend themselves when it all comes down, and these people usually get away with it; the Feds have not yet come after them with its army of killers. (Clare Prophet, according to the media a few years back, allegedly had some of the latest high-tech artillery, including missiles, in her fortification in Montana). I know, we are not supposed to like these religious morons and people like the wacko in Waco who abuses children (how do we really know he does?), but we should all consider that these incidents just might be but a smokescreen for something much more sinister that is going on right now before our eyes each night on the evening news. I believe our country is big enough and the people broadminded enough to live with these religious imbeciles as long as they are minding their own business and not intruding in our lives. (None of the these entities mentioned in this editorial can be accused of intruding into our lives). Whether we agree or disagree with their philosophies, many are patriotic Americans who for one reason or another all seem to fall into this bag our government calls "radicals" as they do their thing, no matter how deeply into the woods and away from society they may go to do it. I say the government should leave these people alone and stop provoking confrontations that lead to the slaughter of the innocent. If they have committed a crime, let the local authorities deal with them, not the Feds with all their super firepower and bullying. Awareness was right about the Feds bombarding the cult with ELF vibrations, disguised as rock music and other noisy stuff, in an attempt to make everyone in the compound physically ill and sick to their stomachs, for two weeks after this reading was given reports of these activities were revealed in the media. What was not revealed in the media at the time of this reading was that most of the Feds who were killed attacking the compound were killed by "friendly fire". In other words, like in the Weaver scenario, the Feds killed each other with their own overwhelming firepower. This was revealed in the media on March 28th and will appear in the next Newsweek magazine. Why didn't Awareness mention this fact in the reading? Good question. Some have accused the Interpreter that Awareness only gives information the Interpreter has previously heard or read and the excuse is that the "energies were not clear at the time," when questions are asked of Awareness later. Perhaps. I have observed both many times and this could indeed be part of the 15% error that Awareness attributes to the Interpreter. The revelation of this "friendly fire" in my opinion should have been revealed by Awareness and it could have altered the gist of the reading into that important area It seems to have ignored altogether --Constitutional rights to defend one's domicile from attackers bent on destroying them. Of course the Feds will vigorously deny the Newsweek story and attempt to cover-up in various ways to maintain their stand that the cult is filled with vicious, psycho, baby-raping killers who deserve everything they have received. It is surprising the establishment media even let this Newsweek story through. Probably a toned-down version, an apology for false information or something of that sort will soon follow, but the damage has been done: another seed of doubt about government's terroristic tactics, which the citizens are all paying for, has been sown in millions of minds. If room permits, I am going to reprint a letter to the editor a Pennsylvania member sent in regarding the Randy Weaver tragedy. In my opinion the same applies to this Waco thing. THE BIG EARTHQUAKES: IS MICHAEL SCALLION'S SCARY PREDICTION FOR THIS SPRING CORRECT? QUESTION: This is the last question. T.M. sent in 'prophecies' for 1993 by Michael Scallion, the Earth Changes Report, which starts out, I'll quote a little of this): "The Year 1993 shall be known as 'The Year of the Great Quakes.' The earth's magnetic field shall become erratic as it prepares for its new course. In the United States, the first of these changes will see the beginning of the breaking up of California, starting with Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. The Golden Gate bridge will be damaged the Imperial Valley will be inundated, and the nation will be in shock. The final warning sounded -- the land's time has come, it prepares for its cleansing and reunion with its mother land Mu. Many see the event as a relief and begin to rebuild. Sadly, more is to come. Mass migrations begin into Nevada, Arizona, Western U.S. hit with quakes -- Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado Utah Wyoming, Montana and Washington -- many exceed 7.0. Inundations occur in coastal U.S. from Maine to Florida Keys -- Vancouver to the Baja -- Florida's Pan Handle to Texas. With the beginning of the shifting of the magnetic poles, the forces of nature react. Weather becomes erratic throughout the world -- trade winds shift, high winds occur in many countries. The polar regions begin to melt, increasing the water flow in many tributaries such as the St. Lawrence, Mississippi and Rhine. Snow and hail fall where it previously has not. Rain floods much of Great Britain and the Scandinavian countries. Drought ends in Africa and California...." This goes on and on, and it's a very scary scenario to a lot of people, who are writing in these days, even though Awareness has indicated previously this quake is probably not going to occur with the intensities as indicated. Since Awareness has promised to keep the membership updated on the earthquake situation, could It give at this time some information? I'm sure this Michael Scallion stuff is more directed for making him money at his lectures. He's going to be in Olympia, by the way, in March I believe, for $85 a head for a 4-hour lecture certain to scare most attending out of their pants. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the entity's channeling as that which carries considerable substance; that it is extreme and appears to have considerable exaggeration in terms of the intensities, but if you take those messages and dilute the intensity by approximately one-half, it appears that there is considerable substance involved in this entity's channeling. This Awareness indicates that the year 1993 does appear to be one in which many of these conditions will occur. This Awareness has already indicated May as being a month in which a strong quake is likely to hit California. It has also suggested that this may have effects down into Central America. This Awareness suggests that the nature of this quake is that which is seen as quite powerful, but this Awareness suggests also that the potential for change is present. This Awareness indicates that there has been a new kind of spiritual energy since the election of Clinton and particularly since the passing of the torch from George Bush to Clinton, the energies have even changed more, and these changes of energy appear to be of a more highly spiritual nature, which can have a defusing effect on the earth vibration and static energies that are associated with earthquakes. This Awareness indicates that It can no longer see the precise date as being May 8th, but it does appear that there will be something around that time in the spring of '93, when an earthquake of considerable magnitude will affect California. It does not appear that it will be as strong as was previously indicated, but it does not appear that even with the spiritual energies present, it will be alleviated entirely. This Awareness indicates that the predictions of this entity Scallion appear to have considerable substance if you take away approximately 50% of the intensity that the entity attributes to these earth changes, and the diminished energies will leave much less damage than predicted by this entity. This Awareness indicates for purposes of evaluating the potential for damage, It suggests that there may be some splitting of the faults and that it is possible some inundation might occur, but it appears that this will all happen much more gradually over longer periods of time, rather than as indicated by this entity, and that people will have more time to prepare or to recover and escape from the inundation. This Awareness indicates that it also appears that these quakes will not be nearly so devastating as implied by the entity's predictions. This Awareness wishes entities to realize that this entity Scallion has accurately predicted several major quakes in the recent past, that his channel is that which cannot be totally ignored or made light of. This Awareness indicates however, that it does not appear that the descriptions given will be accurate in terms of intensity. The entity himself at this time even recognizes the intensity as being diminished considerably if he were to re examine these areas afresh. E.L.F COULD BE THE REASON (Another Reason to Thank the Republicans) (Excerpt from a CAC General Reading, March 15, 1993) OPENING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates that many entities in this unusual winter have experienced the extreme viruses of various flu situations that have been considerably severe throughout this country and even in other nations. This Awareness indicates that this has been especially aggravated by extremely low frequency (ELF) vibrations triggered from within the United States through certain mechanisms being used to agitate the masses. This Awareness indicates that this has in part been a cause in the aberration of these viruses, causing them to become more severe. This Awareness indicates that in the later part of the month of December, some of this ELF energy was shut down through the burn-out of equipment which helped to bring about a change in the frequencies, particularly in the Western part of this nation. This Awareness indicates that it did not, however, stop the spread of the viruses which were already in motion, and continued even into January and February for many entities. This Awareness indicates that it appears that this has generally run its course and will not be a major factor from here on, during this year. There may still be some occasional situations, particularly where the weather is conducive to the spread of the viruses in the Eastern areas where it is still cold, and also where the ELF vibration are still active. Interpreter Benefiting from Membership's Energizing This Awareness wishes also in this opening message to express Its blessing and appreciation for those entities who have assisted in the energizing process for the Interpreter and for the efforts that he has been involved in, in regard to the lawsuit with his ex-partner. It spoke of this yesterday in a different reading but does not recall that It specifically indicated the benefits from the energizing process that the membership has added to the equation. This Awareness indicates that it has, from the time the membership began energizing, it has affected the equation considerably in that the lawyers for the ex-partner had been giving the Interpreter extreme harassment and difficulties in terms of legal maneuvers of the nature that were more aligned with harassment rather than efforts to deal with the issues. The time the energizing by the membership began, these lawyers seemed to cease in those unwarranted attacks and the case began to settle onto issues relating to the aspects of the case itself. Shortly thereafter, the ex-partner began to act erratically, in such a way that even his own attorneys were dismayed by his behavior. Then he left the area as a fugitive, failing to show for sentencing in his criminal case. All of this has given the case a different complexion, more favorable for the Interpreter, even though it has been put off until April 28th. There have been many changes that are still moving toward a favorable resolution for the Interpreter, and that this may provide a means by which the Aquarian Church, CAC, and the World Peace University will be funded for years to come. This Awareness indicates it is still somewhat too early to be absolutely sure of the outcome, but it continues to move in that direction, and this Awareness asks entities to continue energizing this favorable outcome so that the negative and alien forces that would block this from occurring do not gain any ground during these coming weeks and the case is favorably resolved. This Awareness wishes also to indicate that there are those higher forces that are assisting in this direction. This Awareness indicates It has been somewhat redundant in repeating what was given yesterday, but It wishes to clarify for any who may have doubts as to their importance m helping to bring this issue to a favorable conclusion. ED's Note: We are beginning to get letters from some readers complaining that they are not interested in the ongoing trial of the Interpreter and do not feel such information is appropriate for this newsletter. Several have asked why Awareness did not indicate to the Interpreter months or years ago that he was dealing with a crook etc. while many of his friends and associates were indicating the actions of the ex-partner at the time were very devious and suspicious. Good question, but maybe there was karma involved or a learning experience needed. WHY ARE ELF MACHINES AGITATING THE MASSES? (Another Gift From George Bush and the Right Wingers) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: In reference to these machines that are putting out extremely low frequency vibrations to agitate the masses; for what reason would the entities behind this scheme wish to agitate the masses at this particular time? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this was particularly effective during the previous administration to keep entities concerned and somewhat ... the word "agitated" is perhaps the best word. It is sort of a situation in which entities receive a vibration that causes them to feel somewhat angered. How ELF Waves Work on Your System This Awareness wishes to explain the nature of these ELF waves as being capable of stimulating the adrenaline to make entitles feel angry or agitated because the very action of agitation and anger are closely associated with the concept of control and these right-wing conservative vibration. This Awareness indicates the left-wing energies tend to be more socially oriented, whereby entities feel more concerned about each other's welfare and less concerned about self, and entities receiving the vibrations that are of a different nature, more of the nature that is present when these ELF waves are turned off; such entities tend to be less conservative, less judgmental and more tolerant toward one another. It was believed that with the greater intolerance, the masses would tend to vote more toward the right-wing conservative candidates, in other words the Republican party, and less likely to vote toward the Democratic party. This Awareness indicates that the Democratic party, however, won in spite of these ELF energies and the energies that have emerged since the burn-out of the ELF machines or technologies leaves a kind of West Coast energy that is more carefree in its feeling. This Awareness indicates that this is not to say that it is a better energy, it is more carefree, but carefree energy can also be careless in its application. It can be wasteful energy, and it tends to reflect to a more modified degree, some of the freedoms or careless, or carefree energies associated with the Sixties. This Awareness indicates that in other words, there is a greater openness when these machines are not actively engaged, emitting the ELF energies, and when they are engaged, there is what would be termed a more Fascist type of energy that affects individuals, causing them to become more fearful of others in society and more cautious about dealing with others or having to put up with the activities of others. There is less tolerance. Republican Party and Democratic Party Vibrational Differences This Awareness indicates that if you are a person who is very strongly self-oriented, or that which is commonly called conservative, or which in the context of the con man's evaluation, a fearful person, then you are manipulated easily by concepts of fear and potential threats to your welfare and safety. Therefore, things that are associated with the Republican party or conservative ideals will appeal more to you. The entity who is not motivated so much by fear but is motivated by the desire to get out and to socialize and become more active and interactive with others may be motivated more by desire, and these entities may be more aligned with the Democratic party's vibration. The hunter, or the person who goes out to find something to satisfy a desire; this kind of energy is different from the one who hides to protect self and self-interest. The conservative or the radical or more outgoing person carry two different types of vibrations. One is more radiant, the other is more magnetic. The more magnetic is the conservative type person. The more radiant is the person who wants to get out and find something of interest or of desire. This Awareness indicates that the use of ELF waves of a certain vibration have been promoting self-interest and conservative concepts and ideas for quite some time, and this causes much paranoia and concern about self and self-needs. This Awareness indicates that this has been active for approximately 5 years on the West Coast, and for a little more than that on the East Coast. More on "Project Woodpecker" This Awareness indicates in addition even prior to this, the Russians or Soviets, used this ELF bombardment of scalar waves technologies back in the 80's through a project called "Woodpecker" in which certain vibrations were sent over the North Pole to the United States during as far back as the Reagan administration. This Awareness indicates that essentially, the technology is relatively new to the United States, but is perfected or developed to a level where it can be used to stimulate the masses, even to the point of helping to agitate the masses into group or mob violence, such as occurred after the first Rodney King verdict. Aluminum Plants on Columbia River Create ELF This Awareness indicates it does not appear the technology will be available in time for this second trial. This Awareness indicates that if you see the aluminum plants of the Columbia river being put back into operation, it will be an indication that these technologies are again functioning and could be used for the continuation of the effect on mass-consciousness of the extra low frequency vibrations that help to cause mass rioting and other agitated feelings among the people. This Awareness indicates that these feelings of agitation among the masses can be used, coupled with the events of an occasion such as the judgment in the Rodney Ring verdict, using that to trigger off the rioting caused by the agitation felt on the cellular level from these vibrations. This Awareness indicates again, it does not appear likely that this will be a factor because it appears this will not be back in operation at the time the Rodney King trial is completed in this phase. WILL NEW RODNEY KING TRIAL CREATE RIOTS? FOLLOWÑUP QUESTION: According to the newspaper, the odds-makers, those bettors in Las Vegas who make the odds, are saying that the odds are these policemen that beat Rodney King will once again be acquitted. If this is so, does Awareness see this as triggering another rioting in the black community? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that if they are acquitted it could very well trigger another reaction. It is most likely that it will. This Awareness indicates however, that it does not appear that these entities will get off scott free this time; it appears that there is extra information coming out that was not presented in the previous trial which will have a major bearing on the outcome of this particular trial relating to the civil rights of the entity. Particularly the fact that the entity was, after being beaten, was hauled around in the back of a police car for two hours before being taken to the hospital, and taken instead to the police station for the other police men to view, so that the policemen who beat the entity could more or less brag about their accomplishment to their other colleagues. This Awareness indicates that this is certainly a violation of the entity's rights. He was at the time incapable of causing any harm to these policemen. To be taken along an excursion for two hours away from the hospital treatment he needed just so these men could have their egos and their macho party by showing the others what they had done is by no stretch of the imagination justifiable. This Awareness indicates that it does not appear this will be in any way favorable for the policemen involved. IS E.L.F. CREATING DEAFNESS IN PEOPLE? QUESTION: In reference to the severe flu Awareness mentioned has hit this winter, neither Vikki nor myself came down with the flu as such, although many we know around here were dropping like flies; but we both had problems of almost going deaf in one ear, definite hearing problems, and I wondered if this ELF frequency created that? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears to have weakened your resistance to the virus somewhat. It appears there was some kind of immunity in your system protecting you from the flu; this may have been from flu shots or some kind of personal immunity that has developed for you, but that it was not enough to completely ward off some of the effects of the virus and that this virus had its effect in the systems of each of you to some degree, partly because your system had been weakened by the ELF vibrations. This Awareness indicates that many entities should have a greater sense of freedom, a feeling of a more natural expression than has been noticed throughout most of this winter, that throughout most of this winter with the ELF vibrations there has been a feeling of oppression from atmospheric levels that many entitles may sense and realize has been recently lifted. This Awareness indicates that the lifting of these energies when the ELF vibrations were shut down give entities a feeling of more strength, more vitality and a psychological feeling of greater freedom. HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM E.L.F. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: If and when these extremely low frequency mechanisms are activated, is there anything Awareness could recommend that the average entity could do to protect themselves from being victimized by these energies? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that there are electronics that have been developed to help counter these energies, but their effectiveness is not generally strong enough at this time to totally overcome the effects. This Awareness indicates the use of magnets, either part-time or carried on the body can be helpful; that the entity Zuckett has in the past provided certain electronic gadgets that one could wear on the body or which could be put in a home to help create an electronic field that counters the ELF frequencies; that these can be somewhat beneficial. ED's Note: don't write us, the entity is no longer selling these. This Awareness indicates there is that which is being developed that is not yet quite available which has to do with the creation of living water, or water that is biologically alive and revitalized, which emanates an energy field for itself so that entities in drinking such water begin to experience a greater vitality, or entities who carry a vial of this water with them can help to ward off energy fields and vibrations that are not of a healthy nature. This Awareness indicates that it appears this will be available within a year or two years. It is seen that it is available already in Canada and will soon be available in the United States. This Awareness indicates that these water units creating this special water are some what expensive, ranging from the costs of good water filters up to as much as $1,200 or $1,600 in U.S. funds, depending on whether it is an attachment that goes with your single faucet or one that goes with the pipe that brings water to your home. If it treats the entire water system it is larger and more expensive; if it treats the single faucet then it is approximately the cost of a good water filter or distiller. This Awareness can give more information on this at a later time when these become available for citizens in the United States. That it is different from a filter and is different from a distiller in that it creates a change in the molecular structure of the water, giving it vitality. Rhine River Cleaned -- Oceans May be Next This system has been used to revitalize the Rhine river, with just a small amount of water being used to completely change and revitalize the river which was dead, wherein fish and algae could not live. Within a year's time the river returned to clear water, with fish and with algae and living things in the water. This Awareness indicates it is a way by which the ocean and the rivers in the future will be cleaned, will be given new life and will help to restore life to the earth itself. This Awareness indicates that when used in a home it goes through the sewage system into the rivers and helps to clean the rivers. If it is used in a home, even the septic tanks begin to show a cleaner liquid and the walls of the septic tank-become more clean looking. This Awareness indicates that it has a similar effect to water that is run through a creek or a stream at a rapid pace, which becomes revitalized with oxygen and purifies itself, but this is done simply with water running through pipes that are coated with a sleeve of certain metal and certain substances that effect the nature of the water, bringing it into that which may be termed greater life or revitalizing the living element of water. The energies of this also doing through the body and removing heavy metals and toxins from the body will give greater energy to the individual. It will affect the individual so that vibrations of the ELF and scalar wave technology are not effective or harmful to the entity. Rocks and Minerals Help Stop ELF Waves This Awareness indicates that in the meantime, these electronic gadgets that are available can be somewhat useful and some of the quartz crystals can be somewhat useful in keeping these negative vibrations away. This Awareness indicates there is also benefit from gems, these being semi-precious gems of the entity Cutrufello, a CAC member who makes certain necklaces that have certain semi-precious gems involved. The entity having made two such necklaces for the Interpreter to wear during the stress of the lawsuit; one which draws in prosperity, the other which wards off negativity, and this appears to be of benefit. This is an offer the entity made recently to the Interpreter that he will be willing and pleased to make these available to the Goodship if entities wished to obtain these. This Awareness indicates that it does appear to have certain benefits in regard to the vibrations that are emanated from these particular necklaces. The one being of a golden color of gemstone amber color; the other being dark, similar to onyx, which wards off the negative forces. These could be of some benefit to entities. The Interpreter found them to be quite helpful to him in terms of his lawsuit. Although he does not generally believe in such things, he felt that perhaps even if it was simply a placebo that it was effective and worth wearing even for that purpose. This Awareness indicates that it did seem to give him the energy necessary to deal with certain stress factors and situations involved in the lawsuit. These necklaces of course can be worn under your shirt so they are not apparent to the masses; that if you do not wish to wear the necklace, you may carry it in your pocket or hang it on your bedpost. There is more effectiveness, of course, if they are worn because they are closer to you and are with you wherever you go. This Awareness indicates that it appears of these things discussed, that the living water will be most effective when it becomes available. lt will also be beneficial to one's general health, not only in warding off disease, but also in helping to cure many levels of disease that may be involved in one s body. This Awareness indicates that this living water project has been introduced throughout Germany through the Greens party and thousands of people have been using this, testing it, and find it most effective. FANTAZIA WATER WON'T DO IT FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: The lady who developed and promotes what she calls "Fantazia Water" is now selling a tiny plastic capsule with the Fantazia water contained within. Is there any chance that by wearing this on one's person, that this capsule would help prevent these ELF radiations? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this appears to have some slight benefit; it does not appear to be something that will be significant when dealing with these ELF waves. Baldwin, New York: "On Friday, May 21st, 1993, at 7:07 AM, Pacific daylight time, a partial solar eclipse will occur. On Friday, June 4th, at 6:02 AM a lunar eclipse will occur." And he asks: "Could these be the triggers for the spring earth quakes?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it is a possibility that these will be factors and have some influence, but it does not appear that these will be the actual triggers; that it appears more likely that the triggers will come from energy fields that have already been set in motion, that when certain heavenly bodies pass through these fields, the triggering action will occur. This Awareness indicates that it appears the solar and lunar eclipses themselves are not the triggering actions; that the timing however is relatively close as is seen at this time. It appears the eclipses may actually follow the quake rather than precede it. This Awareness indicates the timing of the quake is that which as of this time appears to be closer to the mid-part of May and yet this may still change. The effects of the shut-down of these ELF scalar waves appears to affect the time for this quake. It also appears to have diminished the intensity. This Awareness indicates there is still much that is not seen clearly in regard to the timing of this event. This Awareness indicates that entities may assist in alleviating the intensity and even the potentiality of the quake through meditation. How to Focus and Visualize a Diminishing Earthquake This Awareness indicates that by focusing on the state of California and the West Coast as though you were looking down at a map, seeing this area clearly in your visualization, seeing the area smooth itself and visualize putting your hand on this map and feeling energies emanating from the fault-lines. Imagine yourself smoothing out these energies so that they come up from the earth or up from the map, and smooth out and become more widespread and not so focused from those fault-lines. Visualize spreading this as though you were spreading oil or water all over the map, as it spews forth from these fault-lines. This energy coming out of those fault lines becomes likened unto oil or water, and you spread it around on the map and continue doing this until no more energy comes from these fault-lines. This Awareness indicates that in this kind of meditation, you can help to alleviate the intensities and the danger of the quake so that it becomes less a factor in future time-line realities. This Awareness indicates there are always ways of affecting the future, for the future is never fixed. But the future has certain probabilities. When energies move in a certain direction, and especially when these energies move from various directions to a particular point in time or place, then the likelihood of something significant occurring at that time and place where these energies cross becomes very profound. If entities put enough energy into altering these time lines to different potentialities, it is possible, even if unlikely, it is possible to alter those cross-currents or crosspoints, so that the event is either diminished considerably, or does not occur at all. Or, it may occur in such a way as to be something totally different. A "Social Quake" Could Occur Instead This Awareness indicates there have been situations in which energies that were destined to create a quake ended up creating instead a social quake, rather than an earthquake. This Awareness indicates for example, an earthquake was predicted in California in June of 1968, and instead of the earthquake occurring, the entity Robert Kennedy was assassinated. The energies were transmuted from earthquake levels to a social quake. This Awareness indicates that this can occur, and frequently does occur, with those energies that would normally be involved as causing earthquakes. That in other words, if the earthquake does not occur in May, as suggested, there is considerable possibility that something of a social quake, a human madness or extreme of some kind will occur around that time and quite possibly in the same area. This Awareness indicates that even this can be avoided if enough entities meditate on smoothing out the energy. This Awareness suggests that by taking this meditation, looking at a map and drawing these energies off the map until they are depleted and smooth, you can help considerably in defusing the potentiality and the intensity of the quake. ED's Note: Forget particular fault-lines. The West Coast, and particularly California is full of them. If you can visualize the outline of the entire state and apply the procedure just given by Awareness, it should be effective. The major fault-lines, such as the San Andreas usually run parallel to the ocean and are not too far inland, if you wish to concentrate on these. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE: SHOULD IT ALWAYS BE EXPRESSED TO OTHERS AT ALL TIMES? (More on "A Course in Miracles" ) QUESTION: A question from M.W., of Los Angeles. Awareness has covered this book he's talking about here before, but I'll read his question anyway: "Dear Awareness, please comment on "A Course in Miracles." You recently indicated that unconditional love is not always the best policy -- that sometimes conditions on love are appropriate. Yet, as I interpret the course, the course says that unconditional love is why we are here, and it is always best to express the unconditional love for that is who we really are. Could Awareness comment on the specific apparent contradiction, and also comment on the basic principles of the Course, especially the Course's idea of perceiving and teaching only love and that the world we see is only an illusion or an hallucination if we see guilt in others. Please comment on the idea of forgiving, as forgetting and ignoring, anything other than love and innocence in people." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that if you have a loved one, a person who you love deeply who is preparing to commit a crime and you know that this crime will hurt someone else whom you love deeply, what do you do? You love both entities. The question is, how do you express that love, while one may cause enormous harm to the other, and yet both are loved? Suppose for example, you have a child, and that child is so furious and angry and jealous of your other child that he or she is preparing to do something that would cause a great suffering by the other child, the loss of one's child's career or of the child's loved one because your other child is feeling vengeful or jealous. Is there not something that you would want to do to help your children to reconcile? And if you do, how is your action to be expressed? This Awareness indicates that if your one child who is angry and jealous and vengeful does not want to listen to your pleas, is it not likely that the most loving thing you could do would be to stop that child from committing a dastardly act? Suppose, for example, you were the mother of Cain and Abel, and you knew that one was going to kill the other. Can you honestly love both unconditionally and allow each to have his way, knowing that one will die and the other will kill?, or do you not put forth some kind of conditions indicating something that you ex press as intolerable? If you find that you have any influence at all, you may find it necessary to set forth conditions once in awhile for your loved one to follow. If you do not put condition on your children's behavior, they will be out all night, or they will be doing things that are destructive to others and eventually to themselves. What is the concept of "condition"? Does not love require that you set forth conditions on entities when they do not know how to set their own conditions? If you see your child eating poison or starting to chew glass or to hurt themselves, is it not loving to make it a condition that they not play with knives or poison or glass which could hurt them? The concept of unconditional love is most absurd when looked at in a total sense. You have to put conditions if you love someone. There has to be some kind of condition parameters, fences, guidelines, to help those entities find their way through the obstacles and hazards of life. If you have no conditions you might as well totally neglect the entities, walk away from them and let them live their lives without any guidance or help from you whatsoever. This Awareness indicates that there are occasionally children who say: "I want unconditional love!," and the parents will say: "I love my children unconditionally. Therefore, when they go out and join a drug ring and shoot a neighbor kid, I still protect my child and do not criticize or lecture my child or reject my child for those actions. I still show him how much I love him." Is that helping the child to gain any sense of value toward human life, just because you love him in spite of his behavior, regardless of whom he hurts? This Awareness indicates most entities want unconditional love, but they need conditions put on them, and those conditions that are put on them often help them to grow into healthy productive adults, and when they've grown into healthy and productive adults by facing and acknowledging the conditions under which they were raised, they appreciate the fact that those conditions were put on them, but they never asked for them, nor did they want them at the time. This Awareness indicates you can still love your children, you can still love an entity, even if they are another Jeffrey Dahmer, but you could do more for them if you put forth certain conditions that helped them to develop a more productive and meaningful life. More on Sound Bites and Slogans... SHOULD YOU "FOLLOW YOUR EXCITEMENT?" (How About an Entire Lifetime of Just Sex!) QUESTION: One other related question by M.W. "In a related subject is the idea of "following one's excitement, doing what excites you most," as some current thinking goes. Although I can see the value of following one's excitement to achieve a particular goal my question is: "Isn't it important that the goal be with God's will for you? What if your goal is to get rich or to have lots of sex? Although achieving the goal may make one temporarily happy, isn't it important to real happiness that our excitement is focused on love and good, not just any wish the ego may come up with? I agree that if you can trust in fate and follow your enthusiasm, you will achieve your results, but shouldn't one be careful what one energizes? i.e.. ask and you shall receive, but you'd better watch out what you ask for!" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness suggests that you direct your excitement and enthusiasm to those things that are productive and beneficial to yourself and others; that if you simply use the rule "follow your excitement," and if you teach this to your children, and if for example, your child gets excited at seeing violence, the entity may find that following the excitement may lead him into causing violence or getting caught up in violence or doing something violent. This Awareness indicates that you cannot follow even your imagination, and yet imagination is extremely important to success. You must instead direct your imagination; use your imagination. Don't let it use you. This Awareness indicates that there are many times when entities use catch-phrases, little phrases that sound good, until you stop and really think about it, and then you wonder what it really means, and the more you think about it, the more you question whether it is said properly, because it can be ambiguous. This Awareness indicates that these little catch-phrases are now called sound bites; they are little statements that sound interesting to the ear. This Awareness suggests that: "Follow your excitement" is simply a sound bite. If you stop and analyze it, it could be very bad advice. lt depends on what your excitement is, and it is suggested that you not follow your excitement, but that you direct your excitement to something worthy. Be very careful of sound bites and slogans because they tend to make you respond thoughtlessly. If you catch a slogan that you like the sound of you will often follow that slogan, even if it is wrong. This Awareness indicates there is the slogan that says: "Out of sight, out of mind," and often entities will believe that is true, simply because it sounds good. But what about the slogan that says: "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." This sounds true too, and yet it is exactly the opposite of the first. How can both be true, when they are opposite to each other, and yet they sound so good, individually? "Absence makes the heart grow fonder," this is true. So you may follow this, and say: "I will simply absent myself from him or her until she misses me so much that she comes to me!" You may find that while absence makes the heart grow fonder sounds good to you, she may be saying to herself: "Out of sight, out of mind! If he won't come to see me, I won't think about him!" This Awareness indicates that you cannot rely on sound bite phrases and slogans. They aren't truthful; they are half-truths, usually half false. In some situations they apply; in other situations they don't apply, or they apply half-way or half of the time and the rest of the time they don't. QUESTION: There's a new book out called "Forty Something Forever, a Consumer's Guide to Chelation Therapy and other Heart-Savers," by Harold and Arlene Brecher, co-author of another book called "Bypassing Bypass" and there's an interesting excerpt I'd like to read, and I have a question for Awareness based on it. Dr. Valdimir Rizov of Austin, Texas, first learned about chelation in his native Russia, where it is the recognized therapy for arteriosclerosis. [Says Rizov]: "When I came to this country, I thought I'd have the freedom to practice whatever medicine suits the patient. I prescribed chelation where indicated, and it surprised me to find that medical doctors who came to me for treatment didn't refer any of their patients. What's going on, I asked? "How can doctors separate themselves -- do one thing for themselves and another for their patients'?' Finally one patient-doctor said, "Don't you know the AMA (American Medical Association) doesn't approve of chelation and has a lot of influence in this country'?' I told him: 'So does the Mafia. Who cares? Dr. James Carter of New Orleans describes the real quack as 'the doctors who sneak in for chelation or send their relatives to out-of-town chelationists so they won't be found out. That's a common complaint. Thousands of doctors are secretly chelated, both in America and abroad. The conspiracy of silence includes some high-placed physicians, according to Dr. Gary Gordon of North Highlands, California, who threatens to start naming names. "One government doctor when told he needed a bypass knew enough to realize the overall mortality rate was bad, and since he didn't want to add to the statistics, came to me for chelation. I did it at his request but am really angry he's refused to let anyone, not even his heart specialist, know what cured him." Dr. Ronald Davis of Webster, Texas first learned about chelation from a doctor on his hospital staff who confided he was chelating secretly and getting fantastic results, but insisted on doing on the QT. "I spent six months with this fellow, to see how it worked, and then decided to use it in my practice. Then, somehow the hospital found out what we were doing. They told us to give it up or get out. My friend quit chelating. I didn't and I was kicked off the staff. It wasn't even a tough call." We estimate that for every doctor who has gone public, there are two or more closet chelators who limit the treatment to themselves, family members and close friends. How do we know? Easy. We have a list of doctors who are regular purchasers of EDTA (ethylenediaminetetracetic acid (usually the disodium form, the main chelating drug), and less than one third are on any lists of physicians who accept chelation patients or referrals. Talk about purring your money where your mouth is, nobody outperforms Dr. David Steenblock of El Toro, Ca., who practices "naked" -- sans medical malpractice insurance. In these litigious times, when patients sue doctors at the drop of a suture, how has Steenblock found the courage to chelate without coverage? "That's easy," he says. "Chelation works. What have I got to worry about?" Dr. Albert Sarchelli, with offices in Farmington Hills, Mich., is so confident of positive results he permits patients to put chelation therapy on the cuff. When insurance won't cover costs, and patients are strapped for money, Sarchelli carries the account. Risky? "Not at all. I've never had a patient miss a monthly payment. How could they? Chelation is keeping them alive." So what's the bottom line? Are chelation doctors more ethical, noble, self-sacrificing than their more orthodox colleagues? No. Within their ranks are doctors with hidden agendas: money-hungry egoists seeking fame or power; self- promoters hoping to profit from pet theories; vitamin pushers; proponents of questionable exotic products; bad doctors running chelation mills; ambitious physicians who'd rather be interviewed by Geraldo or Oprah or byline a best-seller than treat patients. Taken as a group, however, chelationists are unique in one important regard: They are more consistent than doctors in other specialties when it comes to practicing what they preach. Unlike the cardiovascular surgeons who panic and scream "No bypass for me!" when it's their turn at bat, chelationists routinely take the treatments they've given hundreds of thousands of patients." That's just a small excerpt from this book. My question is: They talk about these "closet chelaters," who are all doctors. Are these statistics correct, that there are actually many doctors -- practicing allopathic doctors -- who are using chelation only on themselves and their families and not recommending this therapy for their patients who really need it? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates there are many doctors who have attempted to use chelation of patients, but when it is discovered by other doctors and reported to the AMA, they are almost in variably warned to either stop the chelation practice or lose their license. This Awareness indicates that in most cases, these entities will stop chelating and go back to other activities suitable to the AMA, such as surgery and bypass. The reason for this is because the surgery the bypass operation can cost anywhere from $25,000 to $50,000 and chelation treatment which simply cleans out the arteries without surgery, costs perhaps $1,500 to $3,000 for the full treatment. This Awareness indicates that if doctors let the public know that chelation works, why would anyone want to have themselves cut open and be given a bypass which only clears the immediate obstruction, which does not clear the rest of the circulatory system, and which may be fatal because of the high rate of mortality associated with bypass operations. This Awareness indicates that obviously, the people would opt for the less expensive and more effective approach and the surgeons would lose millions of dollars each year in surgical practices. More On The Evil "Global 2000" Conspiracy: AIDS Now Being Released Through Cattle & Cats (From a CAC Reading, August 13,1992) QUESTION: There's been a lot in the papers lately about a rare mystery ailment that's mimicking AIDS. I'll read just a little bit on this. "In Amsterdam, at least 2 dozen people who show no sign of the AIDS virus have been stricken over a mysterious AIDS-like ailment, and experts differed Tuesday about whether an undetectable mutant microbe might be responsible. The illness mimics AIDS' devastating destruction of the body's immune system. If it is caused by blood-borne microbes such as a variety of the AIDS virus that eludes standard screening tests, it could complicate the job of keeping blood supplies safe for transfusions, and one doctor said, "It's apparently rare, but we are not sure just how rare. Whether the 2 dozen cases described so far have the same cause is also unknown." Researchers speculated that they could result from blood cancer or contagious organism or something in the environment, among other things. Researchers say that many, but not all of the victims have been homosexual men and others who are at a high risk of AIDS. People with the disease developed overwhelming infections that were the same as those seen in AIDS patients." I'd like to ask Awareness, is this going to be a problem? Have they released another form of disease similar to AIDS? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears the AIDS as previously released has not moved fast enough, has not spread fast enough to meet the Global 2000 goal of diminishing the population of earth by the year 2000 to the desired level and that this new strain has been made more undetectable so that it will spread faster. It is also seen that this is airborne and easier to spread through kissing, through saliva, even through coughing and close contact from breath. This Awareness indicates that it is a kind of merger between the efforts to create the new perfect Tuberculosis strain of TB that was resistant to drug treatment and the old AIDS forms, and by combining these or certain aspects of these, it made the new AIDS a more virulent and active disease that can be airborne, when in close proximity with a carrier. Bovine or Cattle AIDS Soon to Manifest This Awareness indicates there is also another form of AIDS that has been released through cattle; the bovine or cattle AIDS is released into certain herds of cattle and will be spread in this manner, but so far it is more for testing. This Awareness indicates however, the extreme hazard involved in this bovine AIDS is that cattle raised for beef which is infected with AIDS in the blood often finds its way onto the plates of diners even in some of the fanciest restaurants, and it especially is dangerous when the meat is not well-cooked, but rare, as many choose it. This Awareness indicates that obviously, this poses a totally new and serious threat to the middle class who are most likely to indulge in such dining and also to those who partake of fast-food outlets or hamburgers which may not be cooked completely. This Awareness indicates this is not seen as an immediate problem but could become a serious problem within a few years, if this bovine AIDS is spread among the herds that feed these fast food restaurants. This Awareness indicates it may result in the death of far more people than the AIDS spread among humans. This Awareness indicates that when it enters the food chain in this manner it becomes a totally different situation and entities may wish to consider giving up red meat altogether because of this threat. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Would this virus affect ham and pork? COSMIC AWARENESS: With some minor alterations it could be made to affect these food sources also especially pork. This Awareness indicates that bovine blood is very much akin to human blood and therefore, it is more dangerous as a carrier than the other forms of animal AIDS; that feline AIDS has been around for some time. The cat carrying AIDS does not affect the human, at least not in a majority or serious level. This Awareness indicates that the pork as having some connection or relationship to the human since its origin dates back into Atlantis as a genetic cross-breed between a boar and human genes, and the pig being a genetic creation containing some human genetic qualities. The lamb is different and would be less inclined to be spread to humans without some considerable altering. The beef, however, is very close. That blood transfusions can be given from cattle to humans one time without unusual or fatal results, and in some cases entities have survived because of a blood transfusion from cattle. This Awareness indicates that the bovine AIDS is more of a serious problem than the others. ED's Note: Recently, late winter and spring of 1993, there has been an outbreak of what the media is calling "ecoli" bacteria emanating in the hamburgers of two fast-food chains: Jack in the Box, and the Sizzler here in Washington and Oregon, and some sporadic reports from California. So far several hundred have been hospitalized and several children have died from the outbreak, which is evidently still ongoing, but slowing down. The health authorities say ecoli bacteria is very common in meats, being fecal matter from the animal that often gets into the sellable meats at the slaughterhouse. Could it be possible that this new strain of bovine AIDS Awareness is speaking of could somehow be connected in this outbreak?
