The Floodgates of Limbo WHY HAS OUR WORLD SEEMINGLY GONE INSANE, WITH CRIME, SENSELESS VIOLENCE, UNEXPLAINED MADNESS, AND WEIRD AND BIZARRE BEHAVIORS? (Excerpt from a C.A.C. Reading, February, 1993) QUESTION: A question from J.M., Los Angeles, California: "Here's another one for Awareness. During the '70s, an entity was channeled who called himself Dr. John, and said he was from the higher mental planes. He made some astounding predictions that seemed unbelievable at the time, but have since come to pass. Dr. John said that because of overpopulation, many entities were coming into physical earthly life before they were ready and are unable to handle it properly. This point of view has given me an understanding of the juvenile vandalism, the drive-by shootings, thefts and other anti-social behavior in our midst -- in Los Angeles area particularly. This new point of view of course is much healthier than the disgust and frustration this behavior by blacks has produced in other races (but not admitted in public). The above thought is much too direct for media use, but if we can't be totally honest with Awareness, who can we talk to?" Could Awareness comment on this? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that in previous readings, even through the entity Ralph Duby in the late '60s, this Awareness suggested that there would come a time when there would be a kind of mass insanity on earth. This Awareness indicates that further information given by this Awareness through the entity David Worcester discussed the opening of the planes of limbo, whereby entities would be released back into physical forms and in that emptying of the planes of limbo there would be much violence and low-level activity occurring on this earth plane. This Awareness indicates that many of these entities were poorly evolved and their release on the earth plane would create many problems. This Awareness indicates that the classification of such entities as not ready to return, being released prematurely to earth as generally much the same situation; that the releasing of many low-level entities from the planes of limbo into physical form at this time as that which has contributed greatly to the crime level, to the levels of increased violence that are being witnessed on the earth at this time. A Positive Aspect: An Accelerated Evolution for These Entities This Awareness indicates that this has its negative effect in consciousness, but is also a way of working off some of these negative energies in an accelerated form of evolution so that within approximately 20 years, much of the low-level limbo consciousness will have played itself out and entities will begin to evolve in a spiritual sense more rapidly. This Awareness indicates however, in the meantime, there is considerable suffering and violence because of this release from the planes of limbo. This will be diminished after this decade, and a more normal or harmonious lifestyle will begin to settle in on the country after the turn of the century. ED's Note: At that time, the weirdness and madness had not really begun: there was no big drug epidemic with kids killing one another, drive-by shootings etc., there were no militant homosexuals threatening to legitimize their lifestyle; there were no serial killers nor the likes of Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer making headlines and all the other sexual deviants who rape and murdered children, nor any of the other varieties of madness and weirdness that hit us today in the face in our morning newspapers and on the TV news. At that time black people, under the leadership of Martin Luther King, were beginning to express their rights to equality. The main madness was the bloody and endless war in Vietnam which was beginning to divide the country. At the time Awareness gave these readings in those days, few entities could possibly believe what was being predicted and that it would all come to pass so quickly. We should keep in mind, however, that it is only a small percentage of these entities that are raising this hell and causing disruption; Awareness has indicated the vast majority of people are basically decent and law-abiding, with the morals and values that made this country great. This Awareness indicates that much of what is happening now is also related to the Satanic influences that have been released from these planes of limbo with many of those returning at this time. Many of those having been felt on the planes of limbo for many eons, being now released, are carrying some of the Satanic philosophies and energies onto the earth and that this energy will be diminished over this decade, so that by the turn of the century things will begin to settle down to a more normal type of energy level likened unto those that existed in the '40s and '50s after World War II, and prior to the radical times of the '60s. Announcement of Alien Threat will Help Stop the Weirdness This Awareness indicates that of course there is still, even during this decade, the threat and potential of further conflict relating to the influence of aliens. This has not yet been brought out into consciousness to the full extent; that this will help create a cohesiveness among people that will tend to diminish much of the conflict of people against people. This Awareness indicates that when there is a common enemy to a people, the people tend to pull together and become more harmonious with one another and more cooperative, and this is a strong likelihood beginning around the mid-part of this decade. HOW CAN THE AVERAGE PERSON SURVIVE THIS MASS INSANITY? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Well, with all of this insanity going on, it seems to be getting worse and worse, and the average person has no idea of the cosmic part of this thing, the freeing of these energies out of limbo. What can the average person do? As this progresses and gets worse, more and more of them talk of suicide and strange things like that. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that most entities do have a sense of survival, an instinct to survive, and this instinct will help to keep them out of harm's way; that those who can follow that instinct and stay from harm's way will tend to move through these troubled times with out great threat or danger. There are other entities who may, by some circumstance fall into harm's way; these entities need to be able to wrap themselves in White Light and to ask their Higher Guardian Angels and Higher Selves to protect them and keep them free from the dangers that threaten. This Awareness indicates that as for specific actions that entities can take, each incident would need be addressed individually, and this cannot be done in a reading of this type. This Awareness suggests therefore, that entities put their faith and trust in the Higher Forces to protect and move them out of harm's way during the coming years and months, when these dangers threaten. This Awareness indicates also that entities not be oblivious to the dangers, and not put themselves in situations which can lead to their own endangerment, whether this be in terms of violent situations or in terms of biological warfare endangerment such as through genetically engineered diseases or other contagious diseases. Danger for Entities Lurks Almost Everywhere Entities need to watch out not only for violence of the gun, but violence from disease, from political or from social disturbances also and even from economic problems. This Awareness indicates the entity, for example, who in trying to solve his economic problems becomes involved in the sale and peddling of drugs, may be opening himself up to a violent situation that could endanger his or her life. This Awareness indicates it requires a certain amount of intelligence to move through these troubled times without falling prey to some endangering situations. This Awareness indicates that even an entity whose intentions and whose efforts are to avoid such potential endangerment, even though an entity has this courage and willingness to do the right thing, even these entities can be endangered by some fluke incident or situation. It is hard enough for an entity whose motives and intentions and efforts are clear and pure to avoid such endangerment. It is even more threatening to the entity who does not take precautions. Therefore, this Awareness suggests that those entities who think they can cheat and not be cautious and not be straight forward in their lifestyle are doubling their chances of endangerment, because even when an entity tries to live a good life, such entities will occasionally run into situations that threaten even their best intentions and best protective efforts. What, then, for the one who doesn't care about these things? This Awareness suggests therefore, work with the best intentions, but work with caution. Live your life in a way that is safe as possible, and your chances for survival increase greatly. Those entities who do not care about safety, who are willing to risk and take careless chances in their lives are bound to have a greater chance of accident and violence or other disturbances to their lifestyle. This Awareness suggests that the more cautious, the more attentive, the more pure your intentions, the greater your success of experiencing a good healthy and lucky life experience or lifestyle. This Awareness suggests that this becomes a goal and way of moving through these troubled times with greater efficiency and greater chance of benefiting during these troubled times. This Awareness indicates that those who do not heed the warnings, who do not care, who do not consider the dangers involved, are possibly asking for further trouble, in an already troubled time. SENSELESS MURDERS AND DRIVE-BY KILLINGS: WHERE WAS THE VICTIMS' GUARDIAN ANGELS? (Things You Need to Know About Your Protectors) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: So many senseless killings are happening, it seems like everyday around here and in the cities there's what they call "drive-by shootings", where they just spray crowds and come up to cars that are parked at the stoplight and shoot the man sitting in it for no reason. In fact, today on the news they had a story of a young man who had a wife and young child, who was shot on the freeway going home from work. No reason. A car just pulled along side of him on the Interstate as he was going home from work, and the driver simply shot this man in the head, killing him instantly. I'd like to ask: Where is one's guardian angel in this type of thing, with these awful violations occurring to innocent people on almost any occasion you can think of? ED's Note: The very next day an Asian man driving along the same Interstate was shot at numerous times, his car peppered with machine gun bullets. He was not hurt, miraculously, but a person driving behind him wrote down the license plate number of the car which peppered the bullets. The car, a Jeep, turned off the freeway to Fort Lewis, an army camp, and the three soldiers who were in it were later arrested. Nice guys they are recruiting these days and us taxpayers pay their salary! COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the entity's guardian angel may not be present at that time. You must understand that not everyone recognizes a guardian angel or keeps contact with a guardian angel or the guardian angel may be negligent in his or her protectiveness towards the individual. It is important for entities to protect themselves and call upon guardian angels and spirits of their guides and Higher Self to protect them; that this focus on these Higher guardian angels and guides helps the guides and guardian angels to give more energy and direction to the individual. Negative Spirits Guide Those Who Violate Others This Awareness indicates that most entities go through life without any recognition or attention or energizing of their guardian angel or spirit guides and how can they then expect their spirit guides or guardian angels to have the energy return to them for their benefit. This Awareness indicates however you must understand also that these entities who do the drive-by shooting are being guided by spirits from the negative side, and these spirits have certain energies and power and may have greater energy and power than the protective guardian angel that has never received recognition or never been given any energy by the entity who becomes the victim of the drive-by shooting. This Awareness indicates that in other words, what It is wishing entities to understand is that they can give energy to their guardian angel and do so by recognition of their guardian angel and by requesting protection from the guardian angel, but if they have never recognized a guardian angel, then whatever energy the guardian angel may have is likely to be so weak and so ineffective as to hardly have any contact at all with the entity that he or she is supposed to protect. You cannot assume that a guardian angel is filled with energy and protecting every individual on earth, even when those individuals don't even recognize the existence of such guardian angels. Guardian angels, like any concept or individual, are energized by the attention given to them from individuals, thus, as you focus on your guardian angel, you energize that guardian angel, in the same way that you focus on a Divine Being energizes the Divine Being and your ignoring the Divine Being tends to deplete or allow the Divine Being's energy to diminish. It is much like a battery in a car, wherein the battery is never charged. The motor, not being started allows the battery to sit and sit without being used. Even if the battery is new, it will in time be depleted and go dead, and you will be unable to start the engine or turn over the engine at some point, because its energy has been so depleted from its having been ignored and not used. This Awareness indicates that when the battery is used and the engine is started, if all works well, the battery will be recharged and the battery becomes strong and you can depend on the battery to start your car. This Awareness indicates it is much the same with your so-called guardian angels and spirit guides, and deities; that as they are energized through prayers and attention, through meditation, through speaking to them, through recognizing them; you are charging up their spiritual energies, the power, the ability of these entities to be able to serve you in times of need, just as you charge the battery by starting your car and using the battery from time to time. This Awareness indicates that if you never recognize the guardian angel except after it has failed, and you wonder "Why didn't my guardian angel protect me?," you are being somewhat naive to think that the guardian angel could protect you without it every having been given any energy from you prior to the time it was needed. HOW CAN ONE'S "HIGHER SELF" IGNORE YOU IN A CRISIS SITUATION? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: It was my understanding that an entity's Higher Self would somehow know if the person is about to be violated, and he's totally ignorant about what's about to come down; that the Higher Self, through what you might call "intuition," a hunch, a feeling that danger was near or something like that, would occur, and it would at least give the entity some sort of warning that something was about to occur and he could look at the situation and he could perhaps make some maneuver that would get him out of harms way. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness reminds you of the earlier Spiritual Development lessons given by this Awareness and those discussions relating to the Huna philosophy, wherein the Higher Self was contacted through the subconscious or Low Self, and that this High Self/Low Self contact could only occur when the communication between the two was made clear so that there were no blocks and so that there was a clear line of connection between the subconscious and the Higher Self. The middle self had to speak through or move through the subconscious which, in turn, had access to the superconscious. This Awareness indicates that all of the communications required a clear connection or communicative path between the selves. This Awareness indicates that if an entity does not even recognize itself as having a High Self, how can it expect the High Self to communicate to it? It wouldn't recognize the information that was sent by the High Self anyway. This Awareness indicates the so called Middle Self, in seeking to communicate with the Higher Self, reaches or gives a symbolic message to the Low Self, which in turn, as subconscious, seeks to communicate to the superconscious or Higher Self, but if the Middle Self can not communicate to the subconscious, which in the case of many entities is true; in many cases the Middle Self does not even recognize the subconscious, or does not know what the subconscious is, and therefore there is no communication, even in that direction; but to complete the total communicative cycle, the Middle Self must communicate first to the lower self or subconscious, which then in turn has to have a clear path to the Higher Self or superconscious. This Awareness indicates that if these directions or pathways are blocked, then the Middle Self is simply on its own, doesn't recognize or energize either the Higher Self or the subconscious and therefore, is pretty much isolated and has nothing to communicate and is not receptive to the influence or energies or information that might be otherwise available from the Higher Self. In most cases, the subconscious can have an effect on the conscious mind during times of sleep; or in times of emotional stress, but the Higher Self only can communicate with the conscious self when there is a clarity that allows the subconscious to have its communication with the Higher Self or the superconscious and wherein the conscious mind is open and awaiting a response from the Higher Self or Superconscious mind. This is the whole idea of prayer; that the conscious mind is set in a state of anticipation awaiting the answer to the prayer; that anticipation or receptivity allows the Higher Self to provide the answer to the prayer. If there is no anticipation or receptivity in the conscious mind, then there is no chance of a message coming through to that conscious mind. HOW TO PREVENT A DRIVE-BY SHOOTING FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: If most of these entities in drive by shootings were aware of the technique of wrapping themselves and their automobile in Light before they took off down the freeway, how much of an assurance would this be that it would keep them from harm's way? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that were entities to wrap them selves in White Light before driving a vehicle, the increase in safety for that time period would be nearly 100 percent depending on how clearly and how focused the efforts of wrapping themselves in White Light were during the ceremony. This Awareness indicates it is very effective. Entities need to become aware of the power of wrapping themselves in White Light for security purposes. They can also wrap loved ones in White Light if they have any apprehension as to the welfare of the loved one who is out in dangerous or potentially dangerous areas. This Awareness indicates for example, when children are lost, if the parent can visualize the child being wrapped in White Light, using the three circles and spheres, creating the spheres around the child; this becomes a powerful tool for protection, even if the child is lost and out in dangerous areas. This Awareness indicates that entities can also do this for themselves if they find themselves in dangerous areas. This Awareness suggests also if entities find themselves in the presence of a negative being, they may mentally wrap the negative being in White Light to protect the entity from negative influence so that the entity becomes more passive, more harmonious in terms of his own self-harmony, so that the entity cannot be further agitated by negative forces outside of himself, or so that if negative forces are within the entity they cannot express themselves through the sphere of White Light that surround the entity. This becomes a way of blocking or locking in the negative energies to prevent the entity from projecting the negative forces through the White Light sphere which he has been surrounded with. This Awareness indicates that entities cannot know the power of this wrapping of White Light until they have used it. HOW LONG WILL WHITE LIGHT PROTECTION LAST? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: When one used it, for example on an automobile before a trip down the freeway, will this protection continue for say, a month or six weeks? In other words, how often does one need to reinforce the White Light? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this will depend on the entity's own feelings and energizing. The entity can sense whether the automobile still carries the full effect of a White Light wrapping, or whether the White Light wrapping was only there for several hours. This Awareness indicates that some entities, in concentrating and focusing the White Light around their automobile, will put so much energy into it that it can be long-lasting, lasting for many days. Whereas with most entities, the White Light wrapping may last only for a day or for part of a day. This Awareness indicates that you will know by your approach to the vehicle; when you move to it you will either feel that there is still a strong force field around your vehicle, or you will feel that it is depleted and needs to be re-established. This Awareness reminds you of earlier readings describing how to place the White Light around yourself or an object. This Awareness indicates that this has been described in earlier readings and need not be described again in this one. MORE FLESH FOR THE SKELETON: (Part 18) THE ALIEN PRESENCE EXPANDS IS THE MORMON CHURCH INVOLVED WITH ALIENS? (What's Going On Beneath Salt Lake City?) (CAC General Reading, September 9, 1990) QUESTION: In a letter from this entity in Utah, J.R., he writes about something and I'd like to ask if this information is true. He writes: "You most likely have heard of the Mormon Church, LDS, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, here in Utah, of which they control the total state in all fields and phases of human endeavors. They have built temples in 100 countries. The missionaries in all these countries, including the USA work with the CIA. As the missionaries can get into countries where the CIA cannot, they collect information on the people and everything of any and all nature, the countries' government and all their activities. All this world-wide information is shared with the CIA and it is fed into three of the largest computers in the world, church-owned, here in Salt Lake City. This church is one of the most powerful and rich organizations in the world today. It has one of the largest and secret police force in the world. I have collected this kind of information for 45 years. The above is not all they are into. A high official of this church was recently kicked out of the church as he got too snoopy and asked too many questions. He came to me a few months ago and told me what happened. He said that his life had been threatened if he told anyone of what he had found out. So he told me that if anything happened to him, to release the information he gave me. This information concerns a giant cavern beneath Salt Lake City and the Wasatch mountain range. It goes north to Idaho and south clear down past the Arizona line, with offshoots west into Nevada and east into Colorado. This cavern has been common knowledge for over 120 years. Many cases over the years has appeared in the news papers of people and groups of people going into the cavern, but never coming out. Several did find their way out, were hopelessly insane. At least that's what the newspaper said about them. At present, the Archaeological Dept. of Utah are down in southeastern Utah looking for a certain entrance into this cavern that fellow by the name of John Brewer of Manti, Utah, discovered around 30 years ago. He brought out of the cavern quite a few ancient plates of an unknown language. Some of the plates were gold, some silver, brass copper and clay. He also saw many strange things he won't talk about, such as what he thought were weapons of crystal. His son was tortured and killed by some unknown person or persons trying to force the secrets out of him. The church wanted the plates in the worst way -- they still do. The information I was given by this former member of the Church is very close to being the same as Dulce, New Mexico. Like he told me, "After all, where on earth would be a better contact point for the aliens than Utah, with thousands of miles of deserts and places not even on the present-day maps. Plus a large and powerful organization with hospitals, schools and universities where aliens could undergo physical changes, educated in our languages and customs, using research labs, some of the best in the United States. A lot of genetic experiments and research is also going on here in different laboratories. Thousands of children and adults have vanished with out a trace of most of them, here in Utah. The fellow who is giving me this information also mentioned that for years now, the Church has been working on a vault-like repository in the mountains behind Salt Lake (East) part of the upper cavern to put all the church records, secret documents, and other valuables for safe keeping. He said for over a period of time he helped on this detail. Several times he said he spotted several small humanoids with extra- large eyes watching them from a distance. He said there was a lot of building going on in a lower portion of the cavern. He heard motor dynamos, the high whine of generators and voices. All this he said has been going on for over 15 years that he knew of. He said his curiosity got the best of him one day, he slipped away from the work gang he was in and went down to a lower part of the cavern. He came to some buildings with lots of rooms. There was a lot of building and other activity going on. There were many men and women working on work benches with computers, and building electronic units of some kind. Among these workers were more of these small humanoids with big black eyes. When he started back, two security officers caught him and escorted him back to the repository vault, where they reported his actions and wanderings into the off limits area, to his superiors. They in turn put him on a truck and sent him back to town. He was warned to keep his mouth shut about what he saw. They told him what was going on down there was a U.S. government operation and was Top Secret. If he talked about it to any one, he would get 20 years in a Federal prison or worse. He kept asking questions to different members he thought were friends. Someone reported him. In turn he was apostated from the Church, with a death threat. This is the third time in the last 20 years I have heard about this activity from different friends of mine who are members of this church. I didn't pay too much attention to it until I received the info on "The Web of Conspiracy" and Dulce, New Mexico which your organization sent out to me. I think its high time to put this info out to the public. Most people are so brainwashed by the church here, and by television, that most people won't believe any of it anyway. But I believe there are people in this land of ours who will believe. Those are the ones who need all the information of this nature they can receive. At least they will be aware of the existing situation and won't be so easily trapped. They in turn can help others. If you receive this letter, let me know. Sincerely, J.R." That was the end of his letter, and I'd like to ask Awareness, is this information basically true? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this information is not a fabrication; that it is based on the information as the entity understood it from his contact, and that his contact did relay as nearly and as clearly as possible his own true version. This Awareness indicates that there may be slight misunderstandings or misinterpretations in places in terms of what was going on, or as to the purpose of it. This Awareness indicates that it appears that this is another area and base of operation for this kind of research; that there are a number of such places beside Dulce and in some of these, the activities are of a different nature, Dulce being the most notorious This Awareness indicates that it is the first time this area has been brought out and mentioned and this will become valuable new information to those in the UFO circles, those who investigate this alien phenomena and UFO phenomena. This Awareness does not wish to make excessive comments on this for the information speaks for itself and is essentially 95 percent accurate insofar as it goes. This Awareness indicates there may be further information emerging from this, further information emerging from sources such as this in the future, in other areas of UFO research. IS THE MORMON CHURCH IN CAHOOTS WITH THE CIA? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: This information that the Mormon church is in cahoots with the CIA and uses their ministers to gather information in other countries: Is this correct? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that there is substance to this; that this occurs with all religions that have missionaries going into other countries wherein not every situation is of such nature, but there are, on numerous occasions, wherein a business person or a person working for a church or for other organizations in entering into another country might be asked by the CIA or other agency in the United States to relay information from their experience there. This Awareness indicates that even the entity Richard Schroeder as the President/Chancellor of World Peace University, upon meeting in Costa Rica with the Russian ambassador was questioned and requested to debrief his information from the encounter with members of the State Department. This Awareness indicates that he refused to do so, indicating that it would hinder any further relationships that he might have been able to develop in regard to the Russian embassy personnel in the area were he to do so; that there was a neutrality that he was seeking to create with the World Peace University. This Awareness indicates that this is common practice to seek to use information supplied by citizens who enter into other countries. It is not something especially unique. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Almost all young Mormon men in their teenage years are suppose to do ministry abroad, and they go in couples. Lately there's been stories in the paper that these Mormons are being killed in South America as they go from door to door, and I was just wondering, is this coincidental, or is it because these entities feel these Mormons are representing the CIA or something? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is a factor in many instances; that the entities are not being trusted as being what they are. This Awareness indicates however, there are also other factors involved in some cases. South America is mostly Catholic and the Mormons are looked upon as attempting to impose what would be considered a false religion. There are many entities who in their religious zeal would feel they were doing God a great favor by ridding the world of someone who does not believe the same way they do. GREYS, REPTOIDS AND DUPLICATES: THE SPREAD OF THE ALIEN PRESENCE (More on the Underground Network) QUESTION: In the July, 1990, Nevada Aerial Research Group Newsletter, there's an article called "A Close Encounter of the Unpleasant Kind," that took place June 24th and 25th in California in 1988. It says: "Note, part of this is actually paraphrased from the regression video," and it reads: "We recently had the opportunity to review a regression session of a fellow who was abducted in June 1988 by some Greys and was evidently rescued by some other aliens. He had a lot to say, and will probably have more to say as time goes on. During the session he referred to the Tehachapi Mountain area, near Bakersfield, California. Apparently, our other data, insofar as the trade of technology with the Greys, is essentially correct, and that one of the items is a weapon of some sort that has awesome power, and there are people (and non-people) that are trying to head off the use of this weapon by folks in the government. There is much thought that we aren't ready for power of this magnitude. There is an area near the Tehachapi Mountains called the Kern River Project. The upper river area is being used by the government for hydroelectric power to power the underground facility at Tehachapi Ranch. The mountain next to the power facility is being hollowed out; there is mud all around and it's so obvious, but apparently people aren't looking. All the power is being used for the Ranch, which is the site of the underground "skunk works," where highly technical aircraft, space craft and all kinds of stuff are being dealt with. It is a huge underground base, probably close to the size of the one under 29 Palms marine base. It has huge hanger, and very large elevators, as well as technical laboratories. There is a whole city under there, large passageways; the whole valley is full of tunnels. You can drive from one end to the other underground. You can drive to Palmdale, site of the Northrop, Lockheed and "Black Project" areas, to California City -- all underground. There are tunnels all the way to George Air Force Base. Aliens apparently have access; they've been seen all over the place. According to the witness, they're inside our government, and our government lets them do whatever they want, experimenting with us. They're probing the human brain trying to find weaknesses and learning how to control us. They dissect humans. I can't describe the dissections because they're not humane. Really morbid. The government knows it. They're taking humans and they're taking them apart, piece by piece as you would a robot. The government knows too, but they just turn their heads. Some people in the government want to stop this but they don't know how to stop it. Those that try get brainwashed, controlled -- they're walking along happy as a lark. Apparently, this fellow was rescued from the one species by a colonel in another force. How they are enriching their life form, I don't know. They don't live very long, but I don't know how long. Something is sending these little Grey things here. Who is sending them, I don't know -- the Dark Side..." (Awareness interrupts) COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness wishes to comment briefly here and there as this is read, if this will be permitted. This Awareness indicates that in the previous reference that the government was involved with these entities, it must be understood that in some cases these entities have duplicated government officials as has been described in the Dr. Beter tapes, those tapes of Dr. Beter, and in earlier messages from this Awareness, approximately ten years back. This Awareness indicates that in many cases, the heads of corporations have also been duplicated and that these aliens have more or less fingers into some of the more sensitive areas of control within your country. This Awareness indicates that this does not mean that all entities in the government are thus cooperative with the aliens. There is a major group of government beings who are quite aware of the alien threat and are working to counter this threat. There is a great caution and need for care in this effort. This Awareness suggests that the last sentence be reread. QUESTIONER: Okay. "How are they enriching their life form?" (Apparently this entity is talking from a regression). COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates the entity as referring to the Greys being sent here by others, not understanding who it is that has sent them. This has been given as those entities known as the Reptoids, this from Draco. This Awareness reminds entities that in the "Book of Revelation," it is referred to as the Dragon. Draco itself, a constellation, was called the Dragon, prior to 1923. In some of the old astronomy books it will still be seen as the Dragon, the name being cut down in more recent times in order to save space; it then being altered and referred to as Draco, this being another form for "dragon." This Awareness indicates that these entities being the basis for dragon mythologies in the Orient as well as certain reptilian references in ancient Western civilization. This Awareness suggests the letter continue... QUESTIONER: There was just a little more. I think this was the editor's comment. The entity under hypnosis said: "I don't know -- the Dark Side. I take that as people who are on the negative side. Negative side coming from people who don't care or believe, have lost all values and have gone to the minus side of life." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness wishes to make one comment in this regard. That there are many of those aliens from Draco who have reincarnated in physical bodies of earthly parents and who represent that which this entity refers to as the Dark Side, these being of a negative nature. It is this element in the human factor that has been behind much of the more diabolical sinister expressions on earth among humans toward their own kind. This Awareness suggests the reading continue. QUESTIONER: Well, the editor sums this up by saying: "Well, folks, there's a lot to this, and maybe we'll find out more later. The details about the stuff going on in California is interesting and a lot of it seems to be supported by other information we've run across. Eventually we may sort this matter out, but you can be sure there is something very serious happening and that the plan is to keep people ignorant and to keep them supporting these fantastically negative government operations with their tax dollars. Are YOU paying taxes only to be abducted and have your brain or your children's brain put into a jar? Or to have your family consumed by EBE's somewhere? Who knows? Somebody does, and at the rate this information is leaking out all over the place, accountability might come sooner than we think. What do you think? WILL EARTH BE RESCUED BY OTHER ALIENS? (How the Alien's "Ray" Prevents Wanderers from Remembering) QUESTIONER: I had one question about this. The comment where it said it looked like the entity was rescued by other aliens. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates there are certain entities on earth from other systems who do have some concern and a feeling of protection toward humans. Very seldom do they interfere. Their general rule being that they can only interfere if such interference is invited, and if such interference protects other areas of the galaxy. If the actions of the aliens on the planet were in some way to threaten other areas of the galaxy, even if they were not invited to interfere, they would have that right. This Awareness indicates it is a kind of sacred vow of these entities to avoid interference except under those conditions. They can however, interfere through the action of reincarnating into the planet and becoming part of the human race itself. The only problem here is that many who have done so, fail to recall what their purpose on earth is, fail to recall why they are here. There is a kind of ray used on the earth by aliens to keep the human mind from reaching its full potential and its full awakening. It requires that entities do all they can to overcome not only the religious programming based on concepts of rules such as the "Shalt Not" type rules in order that they might develop a true spiritual being, but that they also overcome limitations of the ray that would keep them ignorant in other ways. This Awareness indicates there is a kind of tiredness that descends on the brain if it attempts to think on its own without being prompted by some kind of platitude, rule or thinking from programming levels. It is much easier for the brain to parrot the thoughts of programmers than to think clearly with unencumbered realizations. This Awareness indicates that it requires the brain shift into a higher mode of operation to think originally than for it to simply parrot phrases and words that have been given previously through programming. This Awareness indicates that because of this, the majority of people are thinking only words that have previously been given through the programming of others who have themselves been programmed, who have received their programs from books and writings and authorities who are all programmed to think in certain limited ways. This Awareness indicates that this prevents entities from awakening to their full potential. Even though they have lived on other planets with great potential and may have even been great leaders on other planets, upon arriving in an earth body under the ray of those forces, these entities often become dull-witted and find it hard to adjust and find themselves being misplaced in society and some times turn to drugs or alcohol as a kind of desperation to grab for something that will alter the sense that they are not what they should be. This Awareness indicates that once they overcome this urge to escape through drugs or alcohol or fantasy or insanity, they can perhaps begin to recall who in fact they really are and discover their full potential again. This Awareness indicates that it has not been as successful a way of awakening entities on earth as had been hoped. The Wanderers too often simply wonder who they are, and fail to awaken as to their purpose on earth. The Blonde Greys and a Frustrated U.S. Government This Awareness indicates that there are a few entities even among the Greys, and a few entities among the Blondes, the Nordic types, who have a compassion for humanity and would have a certain leaning toward assisting humanity. The Blonde Nordic types; many of these have been created on earth, cloned in fact. Some of these are clones of the Reptoids and Greys. Others are clones of the government, to serve purposes of the government. There is more of a tendency since the mid-'80s for the government to find ways to counter the threat of the negative invaders. It is a very difficult situation that the government finds itself in, in that it has only within the last decade, discovered how diabolical the negative aliens actually are in their intention toward humans and toward the earth. This Awareness indicates it is also most difficult for those in government seeking to counter this, when many of their own comrades are agents operating for and in behalf of the negative aliens, many of these carrying implants and being directly subservient to the alien forces. HOW CAN THE WANDERERS BE AWAKENED? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: The reference just made that many Wanderers fail to awaken to do, what they came to do: Is there anything that can be done to awaken these entities? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that on occasion, through meditation, these entities will have flashbacks or dreams or out-of-body experiences in which they may recall their origins. On occasion it can be made available through assistance from others, such as psychics or through readings from this Awareness, and that can be of benefit to entities in hearing something about themselves, It can help to trigger their own memories. This Awareness indicates that those who have in many cases already been informed that they are of this type may wish to meditate more frequently to tune in to their origins. The purpose of this is not to build the ego, to make one feel important, but to let the entity recapture his or her own identity so as to have greater courage and confidence in doing things that may be needed on this plane in carrying out their purpose for being here. Wanderers Must Now Wake Up and Go to Work If one is aware that he or she came to this plane for a particular purpose, to do something, then the entity is less likely to be frightened off by the fear that if they notify someone they might be reported to the police or the family members might think they're a little odd. Such minor inconveniences often are enough to hinder a person from doing anything or from even sharing information, but if one realizes that's why they are here, then it becomes a totally different world for them. They are not here to please their family members. They are not here to cower from the fear of social disdain, but they are here to alert the masses in regard to the presence of an alien danger. When this happens, and they know that to be their purpose, they often act in a different manner. They can still be cautious. They can still be elusive like a careful warrior, working behind the lines of enemy territory, but they do not have the same kind of fears, for they see themselves in a different light. This Awareness is not attempting to imply that all of your members have this purpose; some of your members have other different types of purposes. It is important for people to discover, if possible, their purpose and why they are here. This can be best accomplished through meditation, through soul searching, or through the help of others who can attune to their needs in such inquiry. ABDUCTED BY ALIENS FROM A MOVING BUS (More on Transcending Time I have one other thing from the July 1990 "Nevada Aerial Research" Newsletter. It's a letter to the editor from someone called A.J. in Stockton, California. He writes: Dear Editor: Thank you for the newsletter. I just finished the March, 1990 issue, and was shocked to find a map of the tunnel complex and base information, Feb. 1990. The locations in California is what shocked me. I had an experience in February 1983 between Edwards AFB and Palmdale, California. I don't use drugs, drink, etc. and I would not make up this story. I was on my way home from a ski trip on Interstate 395. It was well past 11 PM and I was seated in a chartered bus with a group from Pierce College. The moon was full and the bus was expected to arrive at Woodland Hills the next morning. I looked out the window, over the high desert area at Edwards Air Force Base, and saw warning signs on the fence. I suddenly found myself in an extremely vivid dreamlike state. I floated through the side of the bus and found myself walking in the moon-lit desert with two small robed figures, small people around 4 feet tall. They had black robes on. I couldn't see their faces. I felt the dirt and the bushes underfoot and around me. They took me to a place off the interstate not far from the road. We walked to a cave-like opening; it wasn't a natural cave -- it opened like a tube that came out of the ground. The opening was black, not like a night sky, but black. Events after this I don't remember much except walking back out with them to the road to the bus. The bus was stopped in mid-motion and looked like a blurred photo. The beings kept telling me mentally, "Don't forget" over and over. I woke up startled in my seat on the bus, looking out the window at the same area that I had just traveled through on foot. Now, until your map of the tunnel and base complex came out, this was one of those strange things that didn't make sense, events that happen in a person's life. Please put this in the "Leading Edge"; maybe someone can relate to this story and know that things are going on that are against the will of the people. I will always wonder about that area of road that changed my life. A.J. Stockton, Calif." That was the end of the article. Could Awareness explain what was going on in the experience of this entity? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates the entity moved into another dimension through the manipulation of consciousness by these entities who took the entity from his body. This Awareness reminds you of the action of transcending time: it is likened unto stopping the movement of time; time being but a measurement of duration in a certain frame of consciousness that is associated with your view of reality, your particular dimension that you refer to as reality. It has to do with a certain frequency level. This Awareness indicates that if you operate on still another frequency the rules of one reality do not apply or affect the other reality; that each reality has its own time-frame or time-line. This Awareness indicates that when you go to sleep, for example, you may feel you have slept only a short period and find you have slept quite a long period of time or you may believe that you have slept a long period of time, only to discover that you have slept but a few brief moments. This Awareness indicates that the time factors from shifting one frequency into another distort each other's sense of time. This entity stepped out of time into another vibratory rate, much in the way spacecraft can fly from light years away to the earth in a matter of seconds by shifting into other frequency levels, wherein the time zone is not connected with earth time lines. The entity, stepping out of the time zone of the bus trip into another frequency level, much likened unto a vision, meditation or dream state, moved in consciousness in that other frequency with great vividness and was able to accompany his hosts or abductors to the place where they took him, underwent the encounter in accordance with the intentions of the abductors and was then brought back with certain memory blocks intact. The blur of the bus which he saw has to do with his looking at the reality as the bus was passing by, much like a photograph of a moving bus. Once the entity popped into place on the bus, everything shifted back to the other time-line. This Awareness indicates that this essentially is the best explanation that can be given in a few words, of this situation; that it is not intended to be a technical or physics clarification of the entire experience, but simply a kind of layman's explanation. This Awareness indicates that this kind of experience in which time is lost wherein on occasion an entity will think that he or she has been gone for only a few brief moments and discover that several hours have passed; this is one kind of experience that is common for abductions. In this case it was different. The entity experienced more time, more memory of the abduction time and was actually only missing a few brief seconds from the bus trip. FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Assuming these small aliens in the robes were Greys what was the significance of telling this entity mentally over and over, not to forget? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears there was some information this entity was given during that encounter which is to be used by the entity at a later time when designated, or triggered by implants; that it appears that the combination of implants, technological devices and suggestion are part of the experience this entity encountered This Awareness has already given information in regard to the purpose for such implants and the nature of implants, this being another instance of abduction in a kind of unusual situation taking an entity off a moving bus. This could only be done through the interdimensional efforts or technological abilities of the aliens. This Awareness indicates that these entities, by moving interdimensionally, are able to do things that would seem utterly impossible in other ways. It is much like the movement through one's wall, to enter into a home through the walls of the home, and to, as many abductees report, lift the entity out of the bed, through the ceilings and into the spacecraft without the entity even feeling the experience, other than realizing he or she is being moved and suddenly finding themselves inside a spacecraft. Options Available for the Taking of Eggs This Awareness indicates that on many occasions aliens will ask the entity if they want to go to the space ship or have the procedures done in their own home; this particularly in regard to the taking of eggs from female humans. In some cases, the entities will prefer one place over the other in one time, and may at another time choose the other place. On occasion they will want to go to the ship and fly around a bit, on other occasions they want stay in bed, have the procedure done as quickly as possible and go back to sleep. On still other occasions, they will go to the ship and then go directly back to their home, all the actions being done with a technology that is interdimensionally accomplished so that the entity even feels that it is in a kind of dream-state during part of the transition period. The movement to or from the ship is often dream-like but the presence in the ship is very real. This Awareness indicates that generally, the transition period is that which is most confused and dream-like in the entity's mind. The entity will sometimes even wonder if it actually occurred or if it was a dream, but it will seem so vivid they will feel it must have been real. occasionally they will have marks to indicate the actual encounter as having been real. VALARIAN'S MAPS OF ALIEN TUNNELS: HOW VALID? QUESTION: This publication and its editor Valerian, periodically publishes very detailed maps, purportedly showing the alien underground network, particularly in the United States and into Canada. I'd like to ask Awareness how valid are these illustrations of these underground networks? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that some of these as being quite valid; that there are entities who anonymously want to get the information out and who will send information to this entity knowing that he will print it. This Awareness indicates there are many who are in a position that they cannot put the information out themselves because they would be in great danger because of their position and their military or government classification or simply because they are afraid to give out information that they have, and therefore, if they send the information to someone who prints the information and gets it out in that way they feel they have done something for humanity that helps to clear their conscience and make them feel better about serving humans, rather than serving the alien forces. Therefore, many of these entities are simply presenting the information because they truly believe people should be warned, should be alerted. This Awareness indicates that, of course, there are some entities who may falsify information here and there to create misinformation and it sometimes is difficult for entities to discern what is true information and what is disinformation. Generally, disinformation is like putting pieces from one puzzle into the pieces of another. As you start assembling the pieces of the puzzle, you find that there are some that just never fit anywhere, and eventually, as the puzzle becomes more and more together, you find that more and more of the disinformation simply won't fit. This Awareness indicates that you can't throw out the disinformation until you are sure it doesn't fit. You can't even know it is disinformation until you find it doesn't fit. A STRANGE ALIEN INCIDENT IN CANADA (How Aliens Use Our Water) QUESTION: In a recently published book called "The Watchers," by Raymond Fowler, he reprints an article that came out of the internal newspaper of the Steep Rock Iron Co., Ontario, Canada. In the September 1950 issue of The Steep Rock Echo, its editor, Mr. B.J. Eyton, stated that he had been unable either to verify or disprove the story given the newspaper by an anonymous employee. He printed it because there were a number of well- witnessed UFO sightings being reported in the area at the time. This Is the story: I'd like to read it and ask Awareness if It could explain part of this. "In the dusk of July 2, 1950, I and my wife had drawn up our boat on the sandy beach of a tiny cove in Sawbill Bay, where we had gone fishing. Cliffs rise on all three sides of the cove. Small trees and bushes concealed us and our boat from sight of anyone overhead in a airplane, had there been one around that evening. We had snacks and a thermos of tea, and, as the dusk was drawing on, we talked of going home. Suddenly, the air seemed to vibrate as if from shock waves from a blasting operation at the local iron mines. I recalled, however, that the mines were too far away for that. We clambered up the rocks until we could find a vantage point that looked out over the bay. I was amazed at what I saw. As I peered through the cleft, taking care to make no noise, I could see out on the bay a large shining object resting on the water. It was in the curve of the shore line, about a quarter of a mile away, across the top end of some narrows. I got down from the cleft and sped back to my wife. She was startled as I came running up. "What on earth is the matter?" she asked. "Come and see if you see what I see," I said, grasping her by the arm. "And make no noise or show yourself." I drew her by the hand to the cleft. We both peered through it. The shining thing was still resting on the water. It looked like two saucers, one upside down on top of the other. Around the edge were holes like black ports, spaced about four feet apart. We could not see the underside, because the bottom of the thing was resting either on the water, or close to it. On top were what looked like open hatches, and moving round over its surface were ten little figures. They looked queer, very queer. Rotating slowly from a central position, and about eight feet up in the air, was a hoop-shaped object. As it rotated, to a point directly opposite to where my wife and I were peering through the rock cleft, it stopped, and the little figures also stopped moving. Everything now seemed concentrated on the little opening through which we were peering. We were about to duck down, as we thought these midget figures might see us and take alarm, when, on the opposite side of the cove, a deer appeared, came to the edge of the water and stood motionless. We again peered through the cleft in the rock. The little figures and the previously rotating circle were aligned on the deer. But now the circle moved to the left. We ducked down, counting twenty, and took another peep. The thing was gyrating and the figures moving; but the deer didn't seem to trouble them. It looked as if the whole machine was worked from a central point below the circling ray. The operator was a midget figure on a small raised stand. I should say the figures were 3 feet 6 inches to 4 feet tall, and all were the same size. We could not see their faces. The figures moved like automata, rather than living beings. Over their chests was a gleaming metallic substance, but the legs and arms were covered by something darker. These figures did not turn around. They just altered the direction of their feet. One of the midgets picked up the end, or nozzle of a vivid green hose. And now the air hummed in a high pitched note, or vibration. Maybe water was being drawn in, or something was ejected. I do not know if something was being extracted from the water of Sawbill Bay. Next time we peered through the rock cleft, we found that all the figures had vanished, and the machine was about 8 feet up in the air. I noticed that the water of the lake, near where the thing had rested, was tinged with color combined of red-blue- gold. The disc tilted at an angle near 45 degrees. Now there came a rush of wind. A flash of red-blue-gold, and it was gone, heading northwards, and so fast that my eye could not follow it. It was now quite dark. We decided to call it a day, and got into our boat and went out into the bay where the saucer had rested on the water. I had aligned two trees to estimate its size, which I think, was 48 feet. That was the end of the article. Is that story valid, and if so, what was going on there? It appears that this was circulating or replacing water of one type that had been overused and taking in fresh sea water. It does not see anything other than this as a purpose for this action. There are certain chemicals that are taken from the sea water and used in the ship for various reasons and purposes as well as the use of the water after the chemicals have been extracted. HOW THE ALIENS CAN HOME IN ON A PERSON (More on the 'Hunting' Parties) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: It appears they had some kind of device that could home in on entities or any kind of life. Was that a type of radar or was that something else? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it was a different type of device, one which is used in what may be termed their hunting; that it is used to attune to frequencies, to read the psyche of entities, to determine whether they would be suitable for abduction. This Awareness has previously indicated that these entities do not abduct just anyone; they select entities according to certain frequency vibrations that have to do with previous lifetime agreements. This Awareness; indicates that in many cases it is something that is imbedded genetically in the entity which these devices can read. GENERAL NORIEGA'S DOUBLE: WHY VOLUNTEER? QUESTION: A question from D.C. in Toledo, Ohio. He writes: "It was mentioned that General Noriega of Panama was murdered and replaced by a double shortly after the helicopter left the ground. I would assume this was a human double and not a Robotoid or synthetic. Why would a human double want to spend the rest of his life in a prison cell? If this double is to be replaced by another one again, so no double has to spend more than a year or so in jail and is somehow paid off, then would this not be dangerous to the secret government to have so many human doubles running around, any one of which could at any time spill the beans to the masses? For it's possible that these human double's consciences might begin to trouble them after awhile. If it is a Robotoid, does this Robotoid know the real Noriega was murdered, and itself, the Robotoid, is not the real Noriega?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that It should have perhaps avoided any reference to this event; that it is dangerous to the Interpreter, to CAC to express anything further in this regard. That the only thing further in this regard is to suggest the entity playing the double is doing so in order to save the life of someone else close to him, and with the assurance that he will be treated humanely for the action, for the service. It is his belief that in playing this role, he will be eventually released along with the freeing of one whom he loves. ED's Note since this reading was given, the Noriega double was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison He apparently is appealing on grounds that a Chief of State who is kidnapped can't be legally tried in the United States. HOW THE GREYS EXPERIMENT WITH HUMAN BODIES (They Enjoy Experiencing Human Passions and Emotions) QUESTION: Another question from D.C. "Awareness stated these insectoid and Reptoid space aliens do not believe in souls or a Higher Self because they have a shriveled subconscious which disconnects any connection with the Higher Self. Then how is it that they know so much about souls that they are able to create Robotoids or synthetics or walk-ins, as mentioned in issue 90-13? They must know a great deal about souls to do all this stuff. If these aliens can dematerialize their physical bodies and then move themselves into someone else's body it surprises me that they don't believe in souls or higher levels in the astral world. Don't these aliens explore the astral world when they are out of their bodies and if so, what do they see or think they see?" (There are a number of questions here). COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it is not that the entities do not believe in souls, it is more that they do not believe in the Divinity of souls or of entities, and they see the etheric body and the astral bodies as being substances that can be manipulated. Humans refer to these etheric bodies as souls, the astral body being connected in some way to the soul, and these entities see these as but electric frequencies that are part of the physical body, and they themselves, having long ago forced, through genetics and through their experiences and evolution, have had their astral bodies atrophied, their etheric bodies also lacking. It is that they themselves do not believe in or understand the soul because they do not have it in their own genetic cloning. This Awareness indicates that the entities are aware of the actions of transplanting energies of one being to another through the aspects of soul transplant or whatever it may be termed; the electric body transplants; they are aware of humans having a certain quality that they lack and therefore, when it becomes possible for them to themselves enter into a human body, it is as a walk-in for example. Reptoids Do Have Emotions and Astral Bodies, Greys Do Not It is an experience for them unlike that of their own experience and they enjoy it. They enjoy having emotion and passions which are totally alien to them in their own form. This Awareness did not discuss this aspect in regard to Reptoids. Reptoids have emotions and have astral bodies. It is only the clones, the Greys that this Awareness was referring to, that was limited in this regard. It is that they do not believe in the soul for themselves as being able to reincarnate and carry on an identity, although they have, through their experimentation with humans, discovered many new things. It is an intriguing factor for them to experiment with humans and to research the human concept of spirituality. This whole area being unique to them because they have in the past evolved and, through genetic engineering, eliminated these qualities from their own species, only to discover that in attempting to make themselves purely intellectual, they have wiped out the part of themselves that would allow the species to continue. As has been indicated, they are a dying race because they have wiped out the reproductive abilities, passion and emotions, which accompany reproduction, and which are necessary for reproduction, to the point where their own reproductive organs have atrophied and disappeared and are no longer available except for a few very odd or very rare instances in terms of the Reticuli. This Awareness indicates that the effort of the Reticuli at first was to see whether they could, by using human experiments in terms of sex, in terms of sperms, eggs and so forth, and in terms of emotional, glandular substances, re-instill within themselves those qualities, passions, feelings, emotions, that had been genetically removed from them some half billion years ago, but they have found it is not working and therefore, they have focused on the project of the half-breeds, using human eggs and mixing this with Reptilian sperm. This Awareness indicates that this has become their main focus in the past 15 years. They still carry on some experiments in regard to cloning and genetic engineering in an effort to keep their own species going using glandular substances from humans. HOW CAN ALIENS HYPNOTIZE HUMANS: AGAINST THEIR WILL AND BE ROBOTIZED? (How Assassins are Often Trained) QUESTION: Another question from this entity. He writes: "I have heard it said that a person who is hypnotized and then reprogrammed by the hypnotist cannot be made to do anything that would normally be repugnant to their moral values, when fully conscious. I don't understand why it is easier for the aliens to kill someone and then force back their soul into the Robotoid body; why this makes it easier for them to reprogram them than to do things that would have been morally repugnant to them in their previous body. Does this robotoiding process greatly reduce the soul's moral or ethical values?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this entity is getting many factors of many different issues mixed together. This Awareness indicates that in the first place, it is not true that entities can't be hypnotized to do things they would not morally do. They can be hypnotized in such a way as to do something they would not morally do by being told that it is for a different purpose that they would morally approve of or by being misled to think they are doing something different. For example, an entity could be made to shoot some one under hypnosis if they were hypnotized into believing it was a prop and they were using blanks. This Awareness indicates that it is also possible to create different levels of personalities within an entity in which the different personalities are given different value systems. It is possible to do this through a combination of drugs and hypnosis. This Awareness indicates that this is the way assassins are often created. There is a book by Bowart discussing this type of mind control, that being the name of the book, that is used by certain forces or agencies in which assassins have been given several levels of personalities and if an entity in seeking to unravel a personality that has been caught or involved in assassinations were to get to the first level or first personality through hypnosis to discover something, they would discover only what was planted there for them to discover. They might need to go down to five or more different personalities before they find the one which actually participated in the assassination. This Awareness indicates with this, the assassin would not even know whether or not he committed such a crime and could not confess because the personality that was on the surface, or even below the surface, or even below that surface, or for several levels down, would not be aware of the actions that have taken place. This Awareness indicates that the assassin often could only be shifted from level to level with certain key words, known only to the programmer or his agent, and there fore, anyone attempting to unlock that personality that was involved in the assassination would not be able to without the key words. This Awareness suggests that the question be reread for further response; that this as responding to the first part of the original question only. HOW ALIENS CREATE SYNTHETIC REPLICAS OF PEOPLE (How Memories, Psyches and Personalities are Extracted) QUESTIONER: Okay. "I don't understand why it is easier for the aliens to kill someone and then force back their soul into the Robotoid body, makes it easier to reprogram them to do things that would have been morally repugnant to them in their previous body." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is not what this Awareness has indicated at any time, that aliens were killing them in order to use their soul in some other body, to get them to do something they would not have done otherwise. This is conjecture. This Awareness indicates that It has indicated that the alien's technology -- and this can be used by others besides the aliens themselves -- the alien technology as having been used to record the psyche or information or soul qualities of an individual. It is possible for these entities to extract a recording, an electronic recording of one's memories, psyche and vibrations, including the personality, and to put these into a synthetic replica of the entity. This Awareness indicates that the actions have been done for numerous years as have been described in the Dr. Beter tapes; that lt does not even require the first entity be killed in order to extract this recording or this information and to transplant the recording to the personality, etc., into a double. The double can exist along with the original. It is seldom exactly the same, but is usually very much the same. There is always something lost in the transfer. This Awareness indicates that the double can also be altered in terms of its information, so that it can be reprogrammed more easily than the original. This Awareness indicates it is in this way that an entity may be caused to take a position that is different from the position the original held, because the new programming or the collection of vibrations that hold the information of the individual when transplanted to a new body can be altered with new programming because it is not based on direct experience. Aliens Can Sever an Entity's Soul The information the original obtained was obtained by direct experience linked with emotions. The information, when it is transferred, does not have that same depth of attachment and therefore, can be altered more easily. This Awareness indicates that this is not necessarily a transfer of the soul; the aliens do have the ability to sever the soul or cause a split in the soul or move the soul of an entity into someone else. This, of course, as being subject to a definition of what is meant by the soul. There's a certain aspect of an entity that goes on, and that may be termed the true soul. There is still another aspect of the entity that is the emotional passion associated with the magnetic center of an entity and it may be moved it may be severed from the etheric body and from the physical body and this results in a kind of splitting of the soul. Soul-Damaged Wanderers are Being Recalled It is not necessarily the ultimate spirit of the entity, but it can be a great injury to the soul of the entity so that the soul development, if left to progress naturally, would be different from the soul development that is tampered with by alien technology and injured in the process of transfer. It is for this reason that many of those in other areas who have sent some of their best to the earth to assist on the earth are very concerned and are considering pulling them out because they are receiving them back with warped, twisted, broken souls that cannot easily be repaired. This Awareness indicates the problem here is language. The term "soul" in one use is different from what another may mean by "soul". In speaking of the immortal soul; that part which is indestructible, referring to this as the life of the entity the more permanent part of the entity, this may be but likened unto a denser part of the larger soul in which there are lesser parts that are not so dense that can be severed and can be split off and put into another body. You will retain the same essence of the entity, but without the depth of soul. To Understand the Soul, Consider It as an Energy This Awareness indicates that this is extremely complicated when attempting to communicate it in words rather than energies. If entities can see behind the words to the energies that make up the soul, and realize that the soul is not just a thing, It is an energy that is accumulating experience and that there are parts of that energy that are denser than others, that are more permanent than others, and that every little incident is added to the overall complex known as the soul, but that many of these incidents can be lost, can be forgotten without the soul itself being destroyed or lost and forgotten, or these incidents can continue to compact and grow and develop into a larger and more compressed soul, so that all of these incidents are part of the soul. If you can understand what makes up the soul, that it is an accumulation of experience, then it becomes more easy to understand what is meant when one speaks of the severing of the soul. A part can be cut off, whereby one loses experiences, loses memories, loses a part of one's essence, and is returned, remaining immortal but damaged from the experience of alien severing of one's soul. If you can understand that, rather than simply seeing words, then perhaps you can understand what is meant by this concept of transferring a soul or transferring energies or personalities from an original being to its counterpart replica. This Awareness indicates it is a fact that many entitles who have known the original and who then meet the replica will comment. "It looks like him, it claims to be him, but it isn't the same person I used to know." THE CREATION OF ROBOTOIDS AND DUPLICATES (How the Greys Use Mechanical Energy to Create Love Vibes) QUESTION: A second part of his question, I believe Awareness just answered it, but I'll ask this anyway. He says: "Also we have been told that reincarnation is a "voluntary' process, and yet these aliens know so much about souls that they can force someone's soul back from the inner planes into a Robotoid body and make it do what they want. There is no free will in this," he adds. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this entity is conjecturing that the aliens can grab souls and force them into bodies. This Awareness has never indicated this; It does not see this is fact. It can only be done if the soul voluntarily allows this. This Awareness indicates they can, through manipulation and through coercion and through conditioning, gather portions or recordings of one's soul, and transplant it into a replica, but the original soul will be its own captain and do what it chooses, if it has a desire to be its own captain. There are many souls who will give themselves willingly to be used by the aliens because the aliens give them the feeling that they are Divine and that it is wonderful to be of service to the aliens. This Awareness indicates that most implants worship those who have abducted them, and most are willing to let the aliens do whatever they want with them, because there is a certain electronic frequency used during the abduction that is akin to the frequency of love which these entities perceive as being love emanating from those aliens and they will say: "I must love those little guys!" and they do not know why. It is because this energy is being stimulated at a certain frequency and the human picks up the energy and believes it is coming from the Greys themselves, when in fact it is mechanical or electronic. ROBOTOIDS, SYNTHETICS, WALK-INS: THE DIFFERENCE (There is Always Some Difference if You Look Carefully) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: The terminology is confusing. Can we accurately say then that the Robotoids and the synthetics are artificially created creatures and sometimes imbued with soul-stuff by the aliens, and the walk-ins are living humans that have abandoned their body; their soul has either abandoned it, or been pushed out and taken over by an alien soul? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. The personality that has been imbedded on the brain (this in reference to the walk-ins) in terms of its recording of events and memories, remains with the body. The brain serves in the same way as a cassette tape recording stays on the tape and has its impression on the tape, whereas the etheric astral or soul energies may also carry these same memories. An entity entering into a body that is abandoned by a soul will still have access to the entity's memory of events. The entity will still be able to recognize friends and associates, certain jobs and skills, and will in general appear to be the same person, but the entity generally knows that he is someone else in this body, and generally those who know the entity closely will recognize a major change; that the entity is like the one before, but is different, appears to be a different person. Sometimes the walk-in is much more enjoyable to be around than the original. IS WILLIAM MOORE'S RESEARCH REAL OR PHONY? (Why Does Bill Cooper's Credibility Wane for Some?) QUESTION: One of our members, or someone who regularly reads our material sent in a question. He signs himself "The Spotlight Kid," but the question is worth reading. he writes: "Dear Awareness. You have not mentioned the research of William Moore and James Shandera in any of your readings on UFOs. They claim to have sources inside the government who are leaking information to them about alien projects, and live aliens here in the U.S. on government bases. Jaime Shandera is the man who was anonymously sent the MJ-12 documents in the mail, and they have been carefully researching the legitimacy of these. They offer a videotape of one of their government insider sources talking about what he knows about the alien presence. I have not seen the whole tape, but what I have seen looks very legitimate. One of the interesting things that I would like Awareness to comment on is the "feud" between them and Bill Cooper. Basically, they agree with some of Cooper's claims, but feel he does not have any real evidence to back up many of his claims. They also point out that his credentials are not what he says, and that much of his alleged "first-hand" information is taken from things he heard from other researchers, and a computer network, which by the way, Cooper has been kicked off of. Shandera and Moore are very scientific/journalistic in their approach to their investigations, and I personally feel after having spoken with both of them at length, that they are sincere seekers after the Truth, and not "government agents" as Cooper has claimed. One of the other bits of info that Moore has released, which relates to some of Awareness' recent info, is that Moore himself had first-hand knowledge that Paul Bennewitz and Linda Howe were victims of a disinformation campaign perpetrated by the government, in an effort to misdirect and confuse them. Moore does admit to being an informant for the government, in an effort to find out what they are up to. He gave them no information that they couldn't have gotten elsewhere, according to his own admission. It is my observation and intuition that Moore and Shandera are doing the kind of hard-news investigating that the UFO community needs, to present a credible appearance to the public, and that Cooper is presenting it without investigation or evidence, which makes him appear to be a flake. Would Awareness please comment on Moore and Shandera's research, and their government insider sources who seem to be those Awareness has told us are dissidents from the alien/government treaty?" Signed, 'The Spotlight Kid'. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that these entities, especially the entity Moore, as has been indicated, as a government associate. This entity and the other as being used to present a side or view of the UFO situation that the government wants released as the official line. It is especially important to these entities that the cover-up of abductions and mutilations of both humans and animals not be acknowledged, and also that when it becomes time that the invasion be presented as part of a program to condition entities to accepting the One World Government and that these entities being such as to attack any source that gives indications or information that would indicate the government has been involved with the aliens or has allowed the aliens to conduct abductions and such. The entities essentially being given enough information to make them look like they are honest researchers having credentials and appearing to be sincere, which is what one would want if one was to set loose a government agent to spread misinformation. Why Bill Cooper has the Advantage This Awareness indicates that if one wanted to present misinformation or disinformation to cover up cattle mutilations, to cover up the mutilations of humans and the true nature of aliens, and to keep certain truths from being released, one would have to do so by releasing some information that is palatable to the public and appears to be correct, and in fact, is correct, and where in one can show credentials and sources for the information, all of this has been well presented. This Awareness indicates that the entity Cooper as also having access to much information; the entity being careful that he does not release information from his government sources that cannot be found elsewhere from other sources, because were he to do so, he could then be arrested for disclosing information that is supposed to be secret. This Awareness indicates that the advantage Cooper has over the rest of the public is that he knows what to look for in the public domain area and how to assemble it, because he knows what is going on, whereas others might have access to all kinds of information, including this information, and not know where to look or what to search for. This Awareness indicates that it is true that Cooper was kicked off one of the bulletin boards. In fact It was true that one of the bulletin boards was totally shut down because of Cooper's information being released on it. It is also true that there are other bulletin boards carrying Cooper's information and that Cooper has a great amount of information over his own bulletin board-this in terms of computerized bulletin boards. The Government Attempt to Discredit Ed Walters This Awareness indicates that all of this as fitting into information which this Awareness gave in January and February of 1990, that the entity Cooper would come under a million dollar effort to discredit him. This Awareness indicates it is much like the entity Ed Walters. When one is presenting something that is astounding and difficult for entities to believe, it is something that almost has to be proven, and if one challenges it, they don't have to prove the opposite is true. They don't have to prove the information is wrong. All they have to do is cast suspicion on the information. Thus, they cast suspicion that Ed Walters might be defrauding people. They put a phony model in an old house where Ed Walters was supposed to have lived some time before, and this is supposed to cast suspicion on the entity. They have one witness that says "He tried to get me to witness that there was a UFO that he photographed and that I saw the UFO." This adds more suspicion to Walter's credibility, but they forget there were 135 more witnesses to the sightings. They simply throw up one entity who testifies that "Walters wanted me to witness, to falsify that I saw a UFO," and they throw up a model allegedly found in an attic, which they allege was what Walters photographed in his book, and this is enough to cast suspicion by those who do not know what's going on; by those who watch with shallow minds the presentations about this entity. They do not bring on the 135 witnesses who saw UFOs. WILL "CENTERING" YOURSELF HELP? QUESTION: One final note on this disinformation. In the "Nevada Aerial Research" newsletter mentioned earlier in a small article asking: "Why Are Some Researchers 'Dropping Out'?" After listing entities in the UFO field who have stopped putting out information, the article concludes: "Over and above all this, word came in April that intelligence forces at Langley (CIA) have been making the attempt to apply mind-control to researchers in order to force them to stop what they're doing. Centering yourself in the morning when you arise really helps. If you know where you're at, then you are able to adequately recognize thought patterns that are not yours, emotions that you are picking up but not generating. If you're not centered you won't be able to tell the difference, and you'll be vulnerable." Is that correct? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is correct in the sense that if an entity is centered within one's own self, the entity is more in balance. This Awareness reminds you that when an entity is out of balance, psychically, emotionally or physically, the entity is easier to manipulate and hypnotize. That there is, for example, one hypnotist who used the technique of pushing his client over when the client entered the door, so that the client was off balance, and at the same time gave the entity a code word to hypnotize the entity and the entity would immediately enter a hypnotic trance, and remain so until the hypnotist was finished. This Awareness indicates that when you throw someone off balance, physically, emotionally or mentally, they are more subject to accepting the programming than they are when they are perfectly balanced and centered. They do not ask these 135 entities: "Did Ed Walters get you to lie for him?" When some of these witnesses are councilmen and prestigious entities in the area of Gulf Breeze. Would all of these 135 entities be lying for Ed Walters so that he can perpetuate a hoax? And they do not account for the model in his attic having a date on paper of having been created from material that wasn't even in existence when Ed Walters lived in the house that didn't come into existence for over a year after Ed Walters left the house and took the photographs. It was obviously a plant to discredit the entity, and yet, all they had to do was create suspicion. They don't have to prove him wrong, they just have to create suspicion. It is the same with Cooper. They have not proven him wrong. There is the effort to create suspicion, and that is enough to damage his credibility. The information this entity has given as that which remains strong. It fixes pieces of the puzzle together. This Awareness indicates it will not be long before the government will have its version out, and anyone who deviates, such as Cooper or such as others who buy or follow the Cooper version, will become subject to scrutiny if they talk about this version after the government version has been released. Prior to that it doesn't matter. This Awareness indicates that Moore and Klass and a number of other government agents will have their day, soon. CREDENTIALS DON'T COUNT: ACCURATE INFO DOES (Pieces of the Puzzle Will Lead you to the Real Truth) QUESTION: Does Awareness have a closing message? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does not intend, in discussing various names as in this reading, to indicate that these entities are in any way attempting to defraud the masses. The entity Moore, for example, may sincerely believe what he is doing. This Awareness indicates that it is simply that there are many forces influencing many entities and often entities do not know when they are being misinformed. Entities often do not understand that they are being given false information or misinformation. This Awareness indicates that It does not imply that Cooper is always correct. The entity has made certain statements that can be seen as somewhat off, and yet, over 90 percent of this entity's evaluation of the situation is correct. Of course, the entity gets information from various sources. The entity's credentials are not what counts. What counts is the information's accuracy. Likewise, the credentials of any government agency does not mean the information is accurate. One can have the highest credentials and still be false in his or her information. This Awareness indicates that there are too many entities who believe that credentials determines the truth, when in fact it is obvious that often credentials are simply used to perpetuate an image of truth, when in fact, the truth lies elsewhere. This Awareness indicates that entities cannot always believe the truth is available from other sources; it may come in the form of truth, it may come in the appearance of truth and it may be false in that sense. How is one to know? Does it really always have to be true? What is important is that you listen and learn as much as you can and consider- yourself as one who is putting together the pieces of a puzzle. When the pieces of the puzzle come together, then you have the truth. Then you know it is true. You know the pieces fit. Until those pieces come together, many of the pieces you have may be misinformation or may be part of the puzzle. You are given much more than you need, but within that which you are given and can be given in the future, there are pieces that help to put the puzzle together. It is up to you to take these pieces and put the puzzle together and not to assume that because an authority handed you a piece, or one who claims to have credibility handed you a piece, not to assume that piece is valid until it fits in the puzzle. This Awareness suggests you not even believe information this Awareness is giving. It is possible for the Interpreter to misread or misinterpret information. This Awareness indicates that you simply look for the pieces that fit the puzzles. An Error on Adrenalchrome Info Previously Given This Awareness has one further thing to comment on in this regard. In a previous reading, some time back, this Awareness discussed a substance used by aliens, accumulated from the brains of entities who were in terror at the time of accumulation. This substance, used by aliens as a form of drug, is called adrenalchrome. This Awareness indicates, through this Interpreter, it was indicated that this was especially potent in children and that this accounted for their being abducted frequently. This Awareness indicates that this was a misreading by the Interpreter. The Interpreter had seen children and seeing them as highly emotional and seeing the substance strong in these entities. This Awareness indicates that this is not the case. In actuality the substance is stronger in males in their prime, and in their prime they have greater desire to fight and that triggers the greater adrenaline to their system. This Awareness indicates that this leads aliens to seek this substance through males in their prime, and it is often acquired through torture and taken from them during the rage or torture that causes their adrenaline to be most strong. Why Do Aliens Abduct Children: To Start Herds This Awareness indicates that the children are abducted generally for other purposes for implants and also for Reptilian food substances. The children occasionally are taken to other planets for raising and growing for stock to raise humans elsewhere, this especially for Reptoids. They particularly like children and use them for starting their herds of humans on other planets. UFO UPDATE: REPTOIDS LANDING !N SOUTH AMERICA (Excerpt from a CAC General Reading, February 3, 1993) CLOSING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates in reference to current information regarding UFOs, there has been an increase in South America and Central America in the sightings of UFOs; that many of these are the Reptoid type; that this will be the general area where these entities create their bases. EARTHQUAKE UPDATE ED's Note: In a CAC general reading given on March 14, 1993, Awareness indicated the California earthquake is still on schedule for sometime in May of this year, probably around May 8th or thereabouts. In regard to its intensity, Awareness indicated it appears to be approximately 50 percent less than that being predicted by Michael Scallion and other psychics, and with entities continuing to energize the diminishing or the elimination of the energies which cause these earthquakes, it is possible there can be little damage if it does occur. It continues to recommend that those living in the area not panic, but continue to work on these energies during their meditations. Other forces are also at work which could help diminish the intensity of these quakes; this having to do with the new energies brought forth by the change of administration in our government.
