WHERE DID IT COME FROM? QUESTION: J.J. in New York City asks: "We've been told that a physical gene can create a human soul. How is this possible? Isn't soul mind-consciousness and don't these descend from That Which Is into life forms as their life source? How does this work, and just what are "soul" and human consciousness?' COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates the human gene can create a receptacle, a vehicle, a body capable of housing a soul. The soul would need to enter into that housing. The gene is not something that creates the soul; it is more something that could be used to create a body which might then be used as a housing or receptacle for a soul to enter. This Awareness indicates that in regard to the question: "What is a soul?", a soul is the sum essence of a being that has evolved over long periods to time both within and outside of physical forms from its experiences and commingling with other forces, energies and beings in its sojourn through time and space. It is a magnetic center of consciousness, holding consciousness through a kind of identification of self that serves as a kind of self-magnetism. It has its own centering and drawing power to keep itself intact as a unit of being. "Consciousness" is Defined by Awareness This Awareness indicates that consciousness is the life force or spirit that permeates all of the universe and which accumulates, in greater and lesser amounts, in various times and places within the universe. Consciousness may be thin and sparse in some areas of the universe and thick and heavy in other areas, and those areas where it is thick and heavy often are areas of inhabitance, where the consciousness takes on its own self-awareness and moves as a single entity or unit, as though it were separate from the rest of consciousness, taking on a personal identity. This Awareness indicates that this individualized consciousness may be thought of as the person or personalized spirit of an entity, and it generally latches onto a soul to become commingled with the soul, to form a body, a corporal body, for housing the identification of the synthesized beings that make up the individual. This Awareness indicates the soul carries the memory and the feelings and the energies that emanate from the spirit or consciousness of the entity attached to the soul. THE ROLE OF ENKI IN CREATING HUMANS (Gene-Splicing the Reptilian Man) FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: At the time the aliens created the first human, and Enki introduced that gene that gives them compassion and the ability to move through other lifetimes and spiritually grow, was a rudimentary soul put into the entity at that time, or did this soul develop over eons of time? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the activity of Enki was to genetically splice onto the brain stem of the Reptoid or reptilian man, the Adamic creature; it was to splice a mammalian or mammal type of being onto this brain stem, which would evolve as a more dominant part of the brain that later became what is known as the conscious mind of man. This Awareness indicates that the soul developed separately from the physical body. Prior to its joining of the physical body, it was created in realms separate from earth and Terrestria and found its entry into human form as part of its ongoing evolution. The soul itself did not necessarily evolve the human body, but accompanied the human body as it evolved, and the soul evolved according to its own growth and interaction with experiences. This Awareness indicates that neither Enki nor the Reptoids created the souls that attach themselves to the human bodies. These souls already existed at that time in higher frequency levels and came down into these frequency levels of physical matter and attached themselves to the new creation. This Awareness indicates that there were also soul attachments prior to the creations of Enki and Enlil prototypes. These souls either roamed freely through out the universe in other dimensions or might attach them selves to various types of entities which they found suitable as housing. The soul looks on the human body much the way the human looks on his or her home. It is a housing for the soul to operate through. This Awareness indicates the soul is constantly in search of a better housing, but when it does accept a particular body, it tends to remain with that body, treating it as a temple, and giving its commitment or devotion to that body in its capacity to do so. The soul does not tend to flit from body to body, abandoning a body, although this does on occasion occur, which is why walk-ins sometimes take over a deserted body after the soul has left. The walk-in of course being another soul that had been disincarnated until finding the abandoned housing. WHERE WAS THE SOUL CREATED? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Awareness indicated the soul was created separate from earth. Where was it created and by whom? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that there have been numerous names for the area of soul creation. This Awareness has referred to Celestria. The Christians refer to Heaven. There are those who speak of Sach Khan as the origin of the soul. The Divine Creator as the creator of the soul, all the souls of humans; that these souls were created in these causal planes, these higher creative levels by whatever name entities wish to use, and came down through the vibratory rates to find housing in physical forms. This Awareness indicates that the selection of physical forms had to do with the discernment and taste of the soul as to whether it indeed selected a certain type of being for its housing. MEETING LOVED ONES AT THE TIME OF DEATH: HOW MUCH IS FANTASY AND ILLUSION? (Forcing Mom and Dad to Wait 40 Years to Greet You) QUESTION: A question from D.C., Toledo, Ohio: "In CAC issue No. 386, on channeling, Awareness mentioned that often channels will tap into the frequency or concept and read the information therein and believe they are actually channeling the entity, even though the entity may not actually be present in that concept. It was mentioned that at death, many expect to be greeted by loved ones or friends and relatives and will experience this illusion even though the actual entity may have gone on to other realms in consciousness or reincarnated. My question would be to ask: How can the channel or person at death be able to tell the difference between the illusion or fantasy that their mind may make, and if the actual entity is or is not present in that illusion or fantasy?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it is not always possible, and if the entity wishes badly enough to meet a certain person at the time of passing over, their wish will help to make the encounter with the illusion appear even more real. This Awareness indicates that these are likened unto projections of your own mind, where one may wish to encounter a certain being so badly that the entity projects the being into existence in order to encounter a communication or relationship with the being. This Awareness indicates that it is much likened unto dreaming. If you want to dream about someone badly enough, you can dream about them. If this person is strongly on your mind, you are quite likely to dream about the person during sleep. This Awareness indicates that consciousness creates its own reality, even moreso at the passing over, for you are not subject to the input of other people's realities into yours at that time. On earth you are subject to a commingling of collective reality that all entities share, which is called reality, but on passing over, you are experiencing a more private kind of reality, similar to, yet different from the dream state. You may go into Bardos of the White Light, experiencing the Bardo of death and the White Light, and you may then move also into visualizing loved ones, or having flashbacks of your life, all these things upon passing over may occur. They may be part of your consciousness, and that consciousness becomes your reality in that passing over time period. This Awareness indicates that there may be some actualities of influences entering in to your passing over experience to modify and color it. You may, in fact, meet loved ones, but if you do not actually meet loved ones who have passed over previously and you seek to meet such entities, you may simply project them from your consciousness and meet their projected image approaching you, and these images will seem as real to you as if the actual entity were there. This Awareness indicates it would be somewhat vain to think that your father or mother who died 40 years before you would wait and not go on to other experiences of their own, but would wait until you died in order to meet you at the passing over. This Awareness indicates that more likely, the entity has gone on to other activities, may even be a small child or young person, young adult in another incarnation, and you are meeting the image of your mother or father as you recall them to be, as a projection of your own wish and consciousness. This Awareness indicates after all, if they can be projected as an image that, even though only an illusion, satisfies your need to meet them, why should they wait 40 years doing nothing, when there is so much more they may need to do with their own lives? This Awareness indicates that the question might be asked: "Would you like to spend 40 years of your life waiting on the other side for your child to die, so that you could fulfill its expectations of seeing you at the passing over?" If you could have the opportunity to move on to other activities, and have an illusion meet them, that is created by their own projections and expectations of their own mind when they pass over, wouldn't this be appropriate? This Awareness indicates of course, just knowing this may be disappointing to you, for many entities would like to think that Mommy and Daddy will be there when they pass over. This Awareness indicates essentially, they will be there, but they may be mere projections of your expectation from your own consciousness, waiting to greet you. If it's satisfactory to your needs, isn't that all that was necessary? WOULD THE REAL PERSON BE BETTER THAN THE PROJECTED PERSON? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: That was sort of the sense I got from his question. That somehow, if it was the real person as opposed to a projection, that it would have more value somehow. Is there any value difference between one and the other? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates this is negative; that the purpose of being greeted by a long-term friend who has passed on is to give you some kind of orientation to make you feel comfortable in your new surroundings. It is a matter of personal wish for security. The entity feels; "If I die, I want to be secure in knowing that my Mom in this life or my Dad in this life will be there to meet me and make me feel secure, just as they were here in this life to make me feel secure when I came." This Awareness indicates that if it happens that these entities are but projections of your own consciousness, and yet you believe them to be the "Real McCoy", aren't you just as comfortable? Do you really need to tie up their lives for your own security? Do you really need to make them wait all that time for you to get through living your life, and then pass over, so that you will feel secure upon entry into the next realm? This Awareness indicates it just doesn't work that way. This Awareness indicates there are, of course, some situations in which entities may wait for a period of time for loved ones to finish their life on earth, and these entities, having passed over, will greet them. This Awareness suggests however, that it is impractical to expect that these entities will wait and wait and wait, half a lifetime perhaps for someone to die, so that they can say: "Ah, You're here. Everything's alright, I'm here to meet you." This Awareness indicates that it would be such a waste of the entity's time on the other side when there could be other activities occurring that are necessary for the entity's soul growth, the entity may move on or may move back into a new life in physical incarnations so that what is actually there to greet you is the memory and image of the entity in such a form as to appear real to you, and to give you the satisfaction of knowing that you were greeted by someone who can make you feel comfortable and secure. Being Greeted by Jesus at the Passing Over This Awareness indicates there are some entities who expect to be greeted by Jesus at the passing over. This Awareness indicates that in some cases, masses of entities die at once, each of them expecting Jesus to meet them. This Awareness indicates that of course the entity meets them as expected, but how can this entity meet all of them individually except by projections from their own consciousness? Thus, the Hindu who dies may see some great Hindu teacher or master. The Krishna worshipper may find himself greeted by Krishna. The Christian, upon passing over, may be met by Christ, and so forth; each being met by whom he or she expects to be met. FOLLOW-U P QUESTION: These expectations then are the end result of a lifetime of programming rather than the entity projecting at the moment of passing over that he would like to see a specific entity; is that correct? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the expectations come about as part of the consciousness which the entity carries into the next realm. Wherein an entity expects to go to hell, the entity will have visions of hell. Wherein the entity expects to go to heaven, the entity will have visions of heaven. Wherein the entity expects to see her departed husband, the entity will have visions of the husband standing there awaiting to greet her. With the child who expects Mommy and Daddy to be there, the child will project her expectation and witness Mommy and Daddy waiting for her. This Awareness indicates that it is described likewise in the Tibetan Book of the Dead wherein it speaks of the Bardo in which entities see the wrathful deities. Those wrathful deities are nothing other than projections from one's own consciousness. They do not have any other substance whatsoever. They are projections of yourself. Basking in the Great White Light This Awareness indicates that if you recognize all these things at the passing over as projections of your own consciousness, then you may understand yourself and witness a clarity, by ceasing in your projections and simply absorb yourself into the clarity without projecting anything. You then can move to the Clear Light. The Clear Light being that which is not a bright light, but a clarity, a purity, a void, a total absence of projection, and that absence of projection is pure consciousness. It is the Christ, or crystal, the Buddha Consciousness. It is the purity of being in which you can bask and absorb the essence of life itself. Then, after this has occurred, you may find yourself looking about and projecting something out there toward which to move. You may move toward that which is heaven. You may move toward that which is Sach Khan, Nirvana, or whatever you project, or you may move back toward a new incarnation, seeking to reincarnate through the projection of your consciousness towards couples mating, in which you discern and select new parents This Awareness indicates that upon passing over, you realize or you have the opportunity to realize, that everything is consciousness. While you are in the physical form, before passing over, it is more difficult to understand that all the corporal world, the physical world and the corporal body you reside in are also but made up of consciousness. They seem so real, so permanent, so physical. But upon passing over you are no longer bound to the physical in the same degree. There are images, but you can become aware more easily that these images are projections of your own consciousness. You are imaging them. You are creating them, as you look. And once you realize that you are the creator of the images you see, you may then be careful in the creation of your next step, your next world, your next movement. You may wish to enter the void in consciousness and reside there for some time. The longer you can reside in that void of consciousness, the Clear White Light, the greater amount of life-force and spiritual energy you will absorb for your next sojourn, wherever it may take you. By basking in that Clear White Light you will absorb a greater life- force and spiritual energy that may be used for another incarnation or may be used to take you into higher realms, into Celestria or Sach Khan or heaven. Why Some Entities are More Beautiful, Healthier, etc. This Awareness indicates that wherever you move, after having basked in that Clear White Light, you will be spiritually and physically healthier and more capable and more balanced and harmonious. It is for this reason that some entities incarnating in physical form are healthier, more beautiful, more balanced in terms of life, in terms of spiritual grace, etc., for they have basked in that void for longer periods of time than have others who pass over, enter the White Light and then begin looking around and pursuing images that they have projected from their own consciousness before having completely purified themselves. THE SPIRITUALISTS' CONCEPT OF GREETING LOVED ONES? QUESTION: In reference to entities greeting loved ones, which an awful lot of people seem to have that idea; the spiritualists have the notion, which at one time made sense to me, that their friends and loved ones are existing and living a new life on other astral, causal, or mental planes, often in between incarnations, and that these entities can sense the thoughts of, or pick up on the idea when an old friend or loved one is passing over, and they will take the time out and go and greet them. Is there any truth to that? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is very rare. It is possible that one who has passed over will not let go of those who are still earthbound; it is even more possible and probable among spiritualists because they tend to hang on to their departed friends through the seances and attachments that are formed, and therefore, there is some substance to this concept. This Awareness suggests however, It wishes to encourage entities to let go of loved ones who have passed on, for they have new obligations, new duties, new directions and new purposes, and to keep clinging to them and pulling them back to you, creating a bond between yourself and one who has passed on, hinders their further movement and this is not healthy for them nor for the one who remains in physical form. "CHANNELS" WHO CONTACT "SPIRITS": WHY DON'T THEY KNOW THEY'RE BEING BILKED? QUESTION: One other question from D.C., Awareness may have answered it, but I'll ask it. "In the case of channels, why doesn't the channel's "spirit guide" or Higher Self inform the mind of the channel that the actual entity is not present in the concept that they may be tapping into, so as to avoid possible misinformation? So many channels channel information from spirits that end up looking silly or naive, as though the spirits are in an imitation of the physical world and still doing exactly what they did in the material physical world. For example eating food, watching TV, beer drinking, watching movies on screens like you do in the physical world." COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that It does not understand why these channels do not have more clear discernment, except that they may not have developed this kind of discernment yet; that of course, this is referring to hypothetical situations and not addressing any particular channels; that there are some channels who are better than others and therefore, may not fit into this category. THE NATURE OF THE SOUL CLOSING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates that the nature of the soul, being such that it is comfortable anywhere it may be, whether in physical confinement or in afterlife realms; the soul does not particularly concern itself with the passing over or the entering into new physical bodies; it simply moves from place to place, much like an adventurer who is exploring the universe. It is the spirit and personality and what may be termed the "persona" of an individual that concerns itself most with the problems associated with transitions from realm to realm, from various levels to other levels, and therefore, feels the insecurities involved in passing over. This Awareness indicates that even if the persona were made more aware of the nature of passing over so that it did not have so much misconception or so many questions unclear to it, then it could be much more like the soul, capable of moving from dimension to dimension, from realm to realm without the insecurity associated in the process of death or of rebirth into the physical world from other realms. This Awareness indicates that as entities learn more about these things, it becomes less burdensome to the persona, for it helps the persona to lose the fear of passing over in knowing that life does not actually end when the body, the home of the soul, is discarded. This Awareness indicates that entities may pass on into other realms, be greeted by the image of their parents or loved ones and then may move on into still other experiences, other realms or other incarnations and find themselves again in the company of those same loved ones or parents in another lifetime or another situation. This Awareness indicates that in such a case, the entity in passing over may witness the image only of the loved one, but upon reincarnation, may actually encounter the essence of the loved one in real life. In fact, the same entity may have been incarnated into the same family as the loved one and carry on a second life following the first with an intimate relationship with that loved one, having only been intermittently broken during the time of the passing over of the loved one and the period of the entity's reincarnation. This Awareness indicates that an entity may have experienced the illusion of meeting with the loved one during his or her own passing over, and then return to earth to discover the loved one as having been on earth for some time, never actually being at the event of the entity's passing over. (End of Reading; the Law of Gratitude is given.) CAN YOU AVOID MEETING MOTHER IF YOU WISH? (Can an Over-Doting Mother Track You Through the Cosmos?) QUESTION: I had one question relating to the reading of last night. In reference to greeting loved ones at the passing over; if an entity personally has no desire or intention of being greeted by family or loved ones, particularly a mother, if he had expressed this to her even while she was alive, would the mother be able to project this idea that she would see her children or her son at the passing over, even though he might have requested that she not do this, and in such a case, would the projected image from her side be felt by the real entity (the live entity), during the passing over; would he be aware that she was projecting this image? Did I make that clear? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that if the entity wanted to meet the one experiencing the passing over, and she herself were already on the other side, she would not likely choose a projection of herself, but would more likely meet the entity, or attempt to meet the entity at the time of passing over. This Awareness indicates if her determination to do so was strong enough, there is a good chance she would be successful. The entity himself, in passing over, might not project her image at the time, if not wanting to meet her at the passing over. This Awareness indicates that there is a strong chance that the entity might in fact, be there at the time of the passing over to greet the son or daughter. However, there is also an equally strong chance that the entity would have gone on to other activities and not pursue the matter as the matter might have lost significance after her own passing over, especially if it was not something she felt would be appreciated at a future time for the son or daughter at his or her passing over. This Awareness indicates that this may have clarified the question; if not, that further questions may be asked on this. QUESTIONER: That was clear, except in the case of her, the mother, projecting the image. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it is unlikely that being on the other side, she would be able to project an image of herself. QUESTIONER: No, she would project the image of her son at the passing over. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that perhaps the question is not clear to this Awareness. Is this in reference to the son's passing over? Where he projects that she is meeting her son, and sees herself meeting him, when in fact he is not actually there? QUESTIONER: Yes. Would the son be aware that she is projecting his image and think that she is greeting him, even though he isn't there? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this is in the negative. The son would not be aware of this, would not likely feel any influence from this action. It could perhaps be of a very subtle nature, but not sufficient to disturb or influence the son's awareness of the mother's activity. This Awareness indicates in other words, the son, in passing over, not actually being greeted by the mother herself would perhaps move to something of his own interest; perhaps the Clear Light, or some other loved one. The mother could, if she sought to have that contact with her son at passing over, she could, hypothetically or theoretically project an image of her son and greet him, and believe she was greeting him at his passing over. This would be quite unusual, but it is conceivable that an entity would, under certain circumstances, wish to see someone and project the image, to have the experience. This Awareness suggests, in fact, that it would not need to wait for the entity's actual passing over. If this entity wished to have that experience, it might have been experienced shortly after her passing over, where she perceives her child as also passing over and projects the image of the child and greets the child in a kind of fantasy illusion or dream state activity. This Awareness indicates that when entities pass over and give up physical form, they then are capable of projecting all kinds of images to which they can relate on a psychic level, and these imaginary expressions become their new realities. This continues until they settle into a different level of collective reality which share with others their images and collective thought-forms, which then become a collective reality for the many involved. It becomes more difficult when more people are sharing the same reality for any one individual to alter the images in that reality. General Reading, February 1,1993) OPENING MESSAGE: This Awareness indicates the civil trial the Interpreter is involved in against his previous partner which was scheduled for the 27th of January has been put off to the 28th of April; that this came about after an effort in discovery to depose one of his ex-partner's associates in late December. The Interpreter was deposed in the morning of December 29th with a scheduled deposition for the associate of Mr. Holden to be deposed in the afternoon of December 29th. At approximately 11:30 in the morning, Mr. Holden did not like the answers he was getting to his questions, which were essentially an effort to find new evidence for a retrial on his criminal case, and because he did not like the answers he was getting, walked out in a kind of fury, and apparently called Mr. Traxle and told him, "Don't bother coming in for your deposition this afternoon." Because he did not attend his deposition, a hearing was set and the court decided that the trial would need to be put off until the deposition occurred and gave the date of April 28th as the tentatively new trial date. Mr. Holden was extremely upset and angered because he is due for sentencing on March 1st for his criminal convictions and the judge informed Mr. Holden: "This is of your own doing. You have no one to blame but yourself." This Awareness indicates therefore, the date of the 28th of April appears to be the new trial date and will occur after Mr. Holden has been sentenced in his criminal trial. This may be to the advantage of the Interpreter in this civil case. This Awareness indicates that it appears that the energizing from the membership has been helpful in this regard, because the Interpreter nor his lawyer had yet enough information for a good solid case on the 27th of January. This Awareness indicates that for those wishing to know more about the criminal case, the entity Holden was indicted on 11 counts, ranging from money laundering to international fraud to wire fraud and theft of property across state lines, and was convicted on all counts, this was a jury trial held between the 15th and 18th of December. This Awareness indicates the entity Holden more recently offered a bribe to the Interpreter of 3 million shares of McKinley, the stock-market company holding the Katro mine from American Trading Company as part of its assets, offered the Interpreter 3 million shares if he would recant his testimony at the criminal trial, but this would be the same as bribery and therefore was refused. It also was insufficient because the 3 million shares is only a small portion of what rightfully belonged to the Interpreter. This Awareness indicates at present, the civil case is proceeding at full speed ahead and the date of April 28th as the likely trial date wherein the Interpreter's case should be well solidified and together at that time. Certain documents have been located which create a good strong paper trail for the Interpreter's case. There are still some questions that need further exploration through the deposition of Jack Traxle and possibly others, relating to the evaluation of the diamond mine m West Africa in Ghana. This Awareness suggests that entities may wish to continue the energizing process for the 28th of April, particularly as the date approaches. That this would be most helpful to the Interpreter and to the case. WHAT CAN WE NOW EXPECT OF BILL CLINTON? QUESTION: Now that Bill Clinton has taken office and has signed up most of his cabinet and so forth, can Awareness give us some sort of overview of what we can expect now that he's in office? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that many of the pledges the entity has made will be kept; some of these pledges will be dropped and some compromised considerably. It appears that the entity himself will attempt to keep the pledges, but may change on certain of these pledges in light of new information made available to him. This Awareness focuses especially in regard to the Haitian refugee pledge, wherein the entity has essentially backed off from this, realizing that it would not be to the interest of this country to allow too many of these refugee entities into the country at this time. This Awareness indicates that the pledge relating to the homosexuals in the military is that which has been recently discussed and is being pushed forward; that there appears to be some growing backlash to this, but that it appears likely that this will go forward in spite of the resistance from military leaders. This Awareness indicates that it does appear there will be certain modifications that will allow the homosexuals in the military to avoid disclosing their sexual preferences through a change in the military's policy that prevents the question from arising. It appears however, that the military will retain certain control over the behavior of homosexuals in the military so that unacceptable behavior to the military can call for their dismissal. This Awareness indicates that this appears to be an issue that will continue to spark headlines for months to come. This Awareness indicates that the economic concerns during the Clinton administration appear to get more troublesome before an improvement comes. It appears there will be many shortcomings in his promises for economic turnaround, and that this may become acute during the year, gradually improving late in the summer. This Awareness indicates that it appears that a great number of major corporations will lay off many of their employees and the unemployed of the country will increase for a short duration, prior to new government programs giving assistance and opportunities to those who are unemployed. That gradually however, this government sponsored employment will begin to fade as new efforts to create or enhance the private business sector increases to take up the unemployed into new jobs. This Awareness indicates again, the new jobs appear to for lesser wages than many of these entities have earned previously. Coming Soon: A Four-Day Workweek? This Awareness indicates there appears to be on the horizon, perhaps not this year, but in the near future, a new program or proposal for a 6- hour day or 4-day work week which will then distribute jobs to greater numbers of people, but the general earning capacity would drop because of the shorter week and shorter hour availability. That this will, by decreasing the earning power of the average person, bring about a general drop in the middle class standard of living but will spread it to a greater number of people so that many entities will participate in the banquet of life, even though the quality of that participation is diminished somewhat. This Awareness indicates this appears to be a form or solution for the problem of the unemployed and it appears that this will get more support over the next several years till this new shorter work-week and shorter day will be acceptable to the majority of people. For those who seek longer hours or greater income, there will be the potential for entities to hold two jobs, and thereby increase their income by working the two jobs instead of one with shorter hours or shorter days in the week. This Awareness indicate this has not been thoroughly or formally discussed as a solution, but it appears that it will become a topic for the attempt to cure the problems of the unemployed during this entity's administration. This Awareness indicates also that many of the suggestions issued by Ross Perot, such as the increased gasoline tax, will also become a further topic of conversation in the Clinton administration and may be used as a way of increasing revenues or taxes without a direct income tax increase. This Awareness indicates it does not appear that the miraculous cures that were promoted or advertised during the campaign are likely to occur in this entity's administration, but that different approaches may give hope for improvement and some slight improvement in certain areas of the economy may be witnessed while other areas may suffer as a result of the various changes that take place. This Awareness indicates It does not see this new administration as becoming the miracle party for bringing the country out of its doldrums that many had hoped to see. However, it does appear there will be a continued struggling economically for another two or three years, with some gradual improvement occurring over time. Rothschilds' Banking Scheme Still a Threat This Awareness indicates that there is also a remaining threat from the Rothschild banking establishment to disrupt and destroy the American economy, and this may surface from time to time in an effort to create a banking crisis. This Awareness indicates that the entity Senator Gonzales as one who is attempting to put the control of the economy, the power to regulate the monetary levels of the United States, back into the hands of Congress. This Awareness indicates that this effort is seen as a threat to the Rothschild and Federal Reserve forces and that the Rockefeller forces are no longer part of the Federal Reserve and are in support of Gonzales' effort to pass this bill giving back the power to regulate the money in the United States to Congress. This Awareness indicates that if this should occur, with the support of the Rockefeller forces, it would be a temporary victory over the Rothschilds and would help to re-establish the improved economy in the United States. It would also be helpful in dealing with the national debt of the United States, because the money could then be regulated more freely so as to attend or to pay off the indebtedness owed to the Federal Reserve and the others involved in that group of investors. This Awareness indicates that the intent of the Rockefellers at such time would be to turn back the monetary system to satisfy the Constitution of the United States, but this could be intended for their own personal gain at some date in the future in which the Rockefellers them selves would be setting up a banking system similar to the Federal Reserve system to handle and control the economy of the United States in a similar way. This Awareness indicates however, even though this may be an intention for a future time, it could still work to the greater benefit of the American People to have this diversion occur for a time being while the Rothschild/Lehman/Warburg factions, and others making up the Federal Reserve bank, are moved out of the monetary system of the United States. This Awareness indicates that it could be advantageous to get rid of this Federal Reserve system even if it is the intention of the Rockefellers to replace it later with their own system, for if this present system is changed, then the chances for the people of the United States to catch on to what is happening in the manipulation of the economy of the United States the chance is much greater that the American people will awaken and set up their own national bank, based on the Constitution and controlled by Congress. This Awareness indicates that even with a Rockefeller controlled banking system, it would be no worse than the present Federal Reserve system. Why the December 20th Bank Crisis Did Not Occur This Awareness indicates on December 20th of 1992, there was some tension with the then President George Bush to have a bank auditing and to close many of the banks in the United States, which would be designed to ruin the economy of the United States prior to Bush's leaving office. In the attempt by the Rothschilds to take over the economy of the United States, this Awareness indicates that the Rockefellers interfered with this plan at the last moment and threatened to expose certain persons and to declare treasonous actions on the part of George Bush and also helped to prop up some of the banks so that the plan could not be carried through at that time. It was then put off to another indefinite time and did not occur on the 20th as planned. This Awareness indicates that this was part of the continued plan previously mentioned in the "Hot August Night" material in which there would be an economic crash in the month of December. This Awareness indicates that it did not occur and yet, it is not truly given up on. This plan is still considered as an optional or potential plan for some future time period during this or the next year. This Awareness indicates however, that there are always countering forces, which may prevent it from occurring even at these later times. That, likewise, the "Hot August Night" plan is still that which could be resurrected at some time in the near future. These plans will not necessarily occur or not necessarily be successful but should it be realized that they are still being held in the wings as potential plans for a takeover of this country, even under the new administration. Sinister Aspects of Clinton's Rhodes Scholarship This Awareness indicates that Bill Clinton being a Rhodes Scholar, as that which needs to be considered, for most Rhodes scholars are taught that the British still have claim to this country through the 13 colonies, and therefore, most Rhodes scholars are tied in some way or linked in some way or influenced greatly by the Rothschild faction of England, and therefore may be potentially working for these Rothschild interests. This Awareness indicates that this is not to absolutely suggest that Bill Clinton is a Rothschild agent or representative, but to suggest that there is some potential implied that the entity may have some ties in this direction and therefore, should be watched for these ties. Rothschild/Rockefeller Both Have a Diabolical Interest This Awareness indicates there is also evidence otherwise in that the Rockefellers were instrumental in backing Bill Clinton for president which would likewise suggest the entity has ties with the Rockefellers. This Awareness indicates that you must understand that neither the Rockefellers nor the Rothschilds are to be considered the saviors of this country. Both have what might be termed a diabolical interest in controlling the nation, but it is good to have the two competitors working against each other so that a balance struck leaves the people with more power through their own influences, so that these two giant negatives can cancel each other's influence somewhat, leaving greater influence among the people of the United States. This Awareness indicates that the Fascist element of the Rockefeller movement and the Leftist elements of the Rothschild movement tend to cancel each other when each is sufficiently strong in terms of influence. That in general, the Rothschild elements are almost always stronger than the Rockefeller elements, but that when the United States is influence more heavily by the Rockefeller elements, this nation, because of its immense wealth and military might, becomes a greater balancing factor against the Rothschild interests and therefore, the balancing act prevents neither side from becoming too extreme. This Awareness indicates that excessive Fascism under the Rockefellers could lead to the resurgence of the Neo-Nazi movement and excessive influence among the Rothschild powers could lead to a resurgence of the Communists and Leftists or Zionist movement. This Awareness indicates a healthy balance keeps either side from becoming too strong and therefore, keeps both sides at a kind of stand- off so that people can live and work and expect normalcy during those times when the powerful influences are stymied by each other. This Awareness indicates that this appears to be a year wherein this kind of balancing will give the people a greater voice in the direction of the movement of energies and political concerns. (Did the Release of Hot August Night Info Help?) QUESTION: J.O.B. asks about George Bush. She says: "George Bush looked rather happy on election night for someone who had just lost. I noticed a couple of interesting Freudian slips. In Houston on that night he said: "I want to thank, I mean congratulate, Bill Clinton." And in Washington D.C. the next day he said: "I'm very happy with the returns...um, to return." Also, all of the shots of Dan Quayle after the election showed him very angry at Bush and barely hiding it. There was a series that ran in Doonsbury for the next week or so showing the Republicans smiling over the election loss and what went wrong. Dan Quayle, the Quayle Feather, was at the center of all of this but George Bush was nowhere to be found." And she asks: "Did George Bush lose the election on purpose in the end? Perhaps because he found out about the possibility of his assassination in '93 due to the release of the "Hot August Night" Information?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this appears to be part of the recognition that Mr. Bush came to know about; that he also became aware that if he won the election there were forces waiting to have him arrested for treason following the election. This Awareness indicates that this was a troublesome concern of his and he knew of it well in advance of the election and did certain things to help prevent his being elected. Bush Failed to Follow Through on December 2Oth Crisis Plan This Awareness indicates the entity was generally pleased to get out of the limelight at that point and to remain alive. This Awareness indicates that the one thing he was still required to do, if he lost the election, was to create the December 20th economic crash so that the Rothschilds could take over this country through the economic crisis, and that George Bush would be required to declare a national emergency which would then in turn help to trigger the time whereby a new plan could be implemented involving United Nations troops and Nazi forces in the takeover of the country; however, this was thwarted at that time, and even though there was one step in that direction, it did not follow through. This Awareness indicates the step that was to start began on Friday of the weekend of the 20th of December, whereby 60-some individuals began rioting and were arrested. More entities were rioting, but about 60-some were arrested when 300 police closed in on a Los Angeles area to stop the rioting before it could get started. This Awareness indicates that this to have continued over the weekend, so that when the banks failed to open on Monday, the rioting would spread to other cities throughout the nation. This Awareness indicates however, the rioting was stopped prior to the Saturday and Sunday weekend, and the banking closures did not occur on Monday as had been planned, therefore the weekend passed quietly, and no changes occurred. This Awareness indicates that the entity George Bush as having been directed to help implement this weekend crisis. Instead, he avoided the whole problem by turning to other issues and by helping to keep the attention on other things. The entity did not cooperate in that regard, and the crisis did not come off. This Awareness indicates that It does not mean that crisis is not still being considered for future situations, but that the entity George Bush withdrew his support and worked his way thorough the month and out of office without a major problem occurring. This Awareness indicates that his focus of attention on the Saddam issues and the Somalia issues helped to create different areas of attention and helped to draw energy from the plan by focusing the attentions into those other areas. This Awareness indicates that especially when once the Saddam Hussein situation in Iraq became a focal point, the total effect was to deny any further attempts by those forces to create internal strife within this country. That this has allowed the entity to retire peacefully in his new home life, with Barbara in Texas. This Awareness indicates that the general plan essentially was defused and will be much more difficult to implement under the administration of Bill Clinton. It may not be possible for it to be re-implemented. The entity Dan Quayle however, still plans to come back in 1996. There will be many entities and forces working to promote this entity's return and this still becomes a matter of potential problems in that the plans of these Neo-Nazis may yet be carried out at some future date. This Awareness indicates however, the longer things go without the plans being energized or implemented, the better the chances of complete avoidance. DID GEORGE BUSH ACCEPT BRIBE TO ESCALATE WAR? (More on the Bush Family's Oil Holdings on Bahrain ) QUESTION: In a recent Spotlight newspaper, I'll read a little of this article: "President Bush had an ulterior motive in launching his attack on Iraq, and it had nothing to do with enforcing U.N. resolutions. According to a very reliable source, George Bush was paid a bribe of $80 million to escalate the war against Iraq in the closing days of his administration. The bribe was personally agreed to by King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, when Bush, flying on Air Force One, visited Saudi Arabia on the morning of December 31, 1992 en route to Somalia and then to Moscow. The money has been paid to secret bank accounts owned by Bush and his family. As a deep-cover CIA agent ever since graduating from Yale in 1948, Bush has lived in a world of payoff, bribery and deceit, and has access to secret bank accounts all over the world. The primary reason for the bribe is that the Saudi royal family is extremely apprehensive that a peace with Iraq would bring devastation to the price of oil. Iraq is known to have reserved of some 100 billion barrels. This compares to 258.7 billion barrels for Saudi Arabia." That was the gist of the article. Does Awareness see that story as being factual? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates this appears to be correct. This Awareness indicates that it also is still a fact that the entity's family is involved in oil holdings in Bahrain and that the entire area could be influenced adversely if Iraq were allowed to move toward a release of sanctions and rejoin the competitiveness for commercial sale of its oil. The oil holdings of the Bush family in Bahrain could also suffer, just as those of Saudi Arabia, so there were actually more benefits than just the bribe money that carne to the Bush family from this war. THE REAL REASON THE U.S. IS IN SOMALIA? (More on the Plans of the New World Order) QUESTION: In a "For the People" newspaper, they reported a little article I'd like to read about Somalia. It says: "The excuse that we are in Somalia temporarily to save starving people from evil warlords won't wash. The conditions the starving Somali people are living under also exist in the Sudan and across Africa and Asia. In Europe, we see ethnic wars in the former Yugoslavia. And there are wars in Afghanistan and in Georgia, once a part of the Soviet Union. Northern Ireland still has problems. And there are frightening troubles all across Central and South America. War, disease, starvation and pestilence are everywhere, and the problems are growing. Why, then, have the leaders of the U.S. put the spotlight on Somalia? Look at a map and you quickly realize that Somalia is strategically located on the Indian Ocean. Not that far away are the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf. A country with no government, no economy and filled with violent and hungry people is a perfect test-case for those trying to engineer a New World Order. The United Nations moves into Somalia, seizes all the weapons and "saves the people." Next comes an occupation that has the potential to go on for years. The outcome? A military and naval base looking out in one direction over much of Africa and, in the other, the Middle East. Once Somalia is occupied and "secured", U.N. troops could then be "welcomed" elsewhere, like Los Angeles, for example. In the not too distant past, none other than Henry Kissinger predicted deployments of the kind we are now witnessing. Who will pay? Ordinary American working people, the same people who always get the bill. Their freedom will be further diminished and their standard of living will decline even further." Does Awareness have any comment on this aspect of Somalia that this entity has discussed? "For the People" magazine, 3 River St., White Springs, Fl. 32096. $25 per year. COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates this is an appropriate and well-analyzed assessment of the situation; that essentially this intrusion into Somalia is an exercise in occupation of a peaceful people. The term "peaceful" referring to their attitude and toward the intruders. This Awareness indicates of course, they have their internal strife and they have had their problems in terms of the starvation and the confiscation of supplies, which needs to be addressed and attended, but the main reason why the intrusion occurred is as a practice in New World Order techniques for moving into countries to take over and to occupy such countries, and to discover and formulate policies, plans and methods for doing so. This Awareness indicates the fact that it is strategically located is also another factor that plays in the scheme of things; that this strategic positioning can affect the flow of commerce in the Middle East and allow control of forces in those areas. Also, in areas of Africa. This Awareness indicates it also can have some influence in India and Sri Lanka. The greater interest will be in demonstrating to the world the United Nation's resolve to help poor struggling countries so that when a future invasion by United Nations troops occurs, it will be seen as beneficial to the country being invaded. This Awareness indicates it is as though the intrusion of United Nations forces into the affairs of individual countries should become recognized as commonplace efforts by the benevolent United Nations to help out where there is trouble by expecting them to invade those countries and to take over and to occupy those countries. This Awareness indicates that if entities can be convinced that this is for the good of all then such invasions, regardless of their true character, will be seen as righteous and proper. WILL MOST UN TROOPS COME FROM THE U.S.? (New Rockefeller Generation Not Easily Controlled) QUESTION: There was a small article in the "New York Times" titled "UN Risking World Role as Peacekeeper", which I'll read: "While the United Nations probably enjoys a higher profile today than at any time in its history, its most important peacemaking missions are bogged down or threatened with collapse in trouble spots as varied as Angola, El Salvador, the former Yugoslavia, and Cambodia, raising the possibility of a damaging reversal of its influence in the year ahead. Despite these setbacks, demand for the organization's services as peacekeeper, mediator, election monitor, and distributor of aid remains so strong that the secretary general, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, fears it may be unable to cope with the strains. In addition, members still owe more than $1 billion in dues." Now, my question, based on this is: Awareness talks of the U.N. being the strong-arm of the New World Order. If this information is true, will the bulk of U.N. troops in the future be primarily United States troops, as they are now? COSMIC AWARENESS: This appears to be in the affirmative; that these being United States troops and troops from various European countries especially; the Canadians, the British and certain German and French and other European countries being the main contributors to the United Nations projects or programs. These, of course, carrying out interests of the Rothschilds, who are the main force behind the United Nations in this role of New World Order, with some further influence from the Rockefellers in this direction also. This Awareness indicates it appears the Rockefellers have lost considerable claim or power in regard to the New World Order in the past several years and this is partly because the second generation Rockefellers were never that much into world power and domination. They do not see the same ambitious effort as their fathers held and therefore, do not desire to participate in world domination to the same degree as once characterized the Rockefeller empire. This Awareness indicates that there are still forces within the Rockefeller empire that seek such domination, but this is weakened considerably by the second generation Rockefeller children and their wish to see things more balanced in a world that considers such concerns as environmental harmony, political balance and corrections rather than simply seeking pursuit of power through money and might. This Awareness indicates that because these entities do not seek the kind of power that their fathers did, they are not so easily controlled by the Rothschild empire. U.N. CANADIAN TROOPS TO INVADE U.S.? HOW CAN OUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS DO THIS? QUESTION: J.M. in British Columbia writes: "There is one question that has been bugging me. There was a person who asked if Canadian U.N. troops would invade the United States in your issue #405 and my first impulse was to laugh at the absurdity of such a possibility, especially since Canada is not inclined to be militant, but rather, quite the contrary, the Northern friendly neighbor of the U.S. If anything, several provinces would be more likely to suggest joining the States rather than invading them. If there is time and space, could Awareness please elaborate just a little more on possible invasion scenario circumstances, and/or what role Canada would be responsible for, and/or who or what is actually pulling the strings in this regard?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that the scenario appears to have passed and is no longer seen as likely in the near future, though it could be revised at a later time. This Awareness indicates that essentially, the idea of these planners is that United Nations troops from your own country will not be as effective in controlling the masses as if they were transplanted to another country, for most troops do not want to enslave or control or shoot their own people. But, if they were working for the United Nations in a foreign country such inhibitions would be diminished considerably. That likewise, in terms of race, it has been recognized that blacks who invade another country of blacks are more hesitant to shoot their own kind than white troops invading a black country or culture and vice versa. Blacks invading a white culture will be more inclined to shoot than if the culture and the troops are the same race. British U.N. Troops Spotted in Montana This Awareness indicates that therefore, by using foreign United Nations troops in the United States, they expect to get greater effectiveness from those troops than if they were to use American United Nations troops. This Awareness indicates that it has also been disclosed from various sources that British troops working for the United Nations were training in Montana during the summer of 1992 and prior to that time. Many of these British troops later were stationed in Nevada and ready to be brought out as United Nations troops for the planned takeover of this country. This Awareness indicates that this plan did not get implemented for reasons previously discussed, but that the general methodology of controlling a country relies on foreign troops being brought in as a way of controlling the population more effectively than using the people from that particular culture. This Awareness indicates that this appears to be related to the same considerations in your question about Canadian troops being used in the United States. This Awareness indicates however, that the use of Canadian troops in the United States would not be as effective as using British troops for this kind of population control or troops from Germany, people who did not speak the same language or troops from other countries having a different racial background; that these would be more effective as population control troops, except in the event the forces wanted people to be able to speak the same language. It would depend largely on the level of violence anticipated. If little violence was anticipated, then having people of the same racial background, cultural background or same language background would be effective in helping to police the masses. THE STRANGE RISE OF FASCISM IN ITALY (The Sophia Loren Connection) QUESTION: There was an article in the January 17, 1993 Parade magazine, called "The New Fascism". I'll read a little of it: "The Neo-Nazis in Germany have drawn wide attention. But there's a Neo-Fascist movement in Italy that's equally chilling. Its spokesman is Alessandra Mussolini, 30, granddaughter of "Il Duce," the Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini, who was executed in 1945, and niece of the actress Sophia Loren. Recently elected to Italy's parliament, she led about 50,000 in a march on Rome last fall to mark the 70th anniversary of her grandfather's rise to power. Old-timers in Rome were horrified at the resurgence of black shirts, swastikas and Nazi-style salutes in the streets. "Stop them, and now!" said La Republica, a Rome daily. "They have returned with the aim we all know: violence and extremism. Do not turn the clock back!" There are those who call the Neo-Fascists "harmless", pointing out that their party of 3 million got only 5.4 percent of the vote in last spring's elections, giving them just 16 seats in the Senate and 34 in the Chamber of Deputies. However, circumstances in Italy are eerily similar to the '20s: The country is demoralized by recession and shamed by corruption that reaches to the top levels of government. This Awareness indicates that certain opportunities or certain situations can suddenly occur to throw that 5 percent into total control of a country. This Awareness indicates it is a dangerous situation for Italy. It is seen as something that is likely to grow even more dangerous as the Nazi movement increases throughout the world, and this appears to be happening. That this appears to be happening in part because there are so many entities who resent the growing influence of minorities or Third World refugees coming in to their country and taking jobs or having use of their taxes through welfare programs, etc. Also, in the United States and other countries, where the masses pay for the weak and underprivileged. This Awareness indicates that those who work for their wages often feel they are being violated when their taxes pay for underprivileged people and they become resentful toward those underprivileged people even to the point of thinking they are parasites and unworthy of life. This Awareness indicates that this kind of thinking can gradually develop the Neo-Nazi mystique of harboring extreme prejudice toward those who are not like themselves, hard-working or of a certain cultural group or class, so that the prejudice becomes bigotry and hatred Is directed toward those underprivileged people. This Awareness indicates that this kind of separation among the masses can very easily return to the elements that created similar attitudes during World War II that led to efforts to exterminate entire cultural groups. This Awareness indicates that it is a very dangerous time and appears to be something which will continue to create problems throughout the 1990s. THAT "ETHNIC CLEANSING" IN YUGOSLAVIA FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: Isn't this so-called "Ethnic Cleansing" going on in Yugoslavia, isn't this basically the same thing? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates that it is the same kind of prejudice and judgment of others whereby one group feels themselves to be the rightful and superior group and that the others have no rightful claim to the territory, to the area, or to any of the benefits of nationhood. This Awareness indicates there is an increasing and growing trend toward the Neo-Nazi expression in many countries throughout the world; that this is extremely alarming and dangerous to freedom and respect for life in general on this plane. This Awareness indicates that it appears to be triggered by the same philosophical ideas and concepts as those that promote "Global 2000" and biological warfare through the implementation of AIDS and other artificially created diseases designed to exterminate certain groups, cultures, and to reduce the general population of the world. These entities are simply seeking to improve their own lot in life at the expense of others. WHY DOES EUROPE ALLOW THIS TO GO ON? FOLLOW-UP QUESTION: A lot of people are beginning to ask, after seeing the slaughter going on over in Yugoslavia on their TV news, why the neighboring countries in Europe aren't interfering in this thing? Don't any of the countries have treaties with Yugoslavia and so forth, like those countries that led up to World War II? In other words, why are the neighbors of this country allowing this to go on so long? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates it is much like those who may live in the neighborhood in which one household or two households are generally feuding and are considered to be insane by the rest of the neighborhood. They do not only want to avoid visiting those insane neighbors, they would like the insane neighbors to move away and go elsewhere with their fight. They simply want to be left alone so that they can live peacefully in their own area and find solutions to their own immediate problems. They are not interested in getting involved in the disputes over territory, disputes over cultural differences that are being fought over in Yugoslavia, or the former Yugoslavia areas. This Awareness indicates that to them, it is not their fight, it is not to their interest to become involved in it or to take sides. They simply want the fighting to go away and want to stay out of it as much as possible. This Awareness indicates they may want it to stop, but they do not want to participate in furthering the violence by engaging in it in an effort to help stop it. This Awareness indicates they are very much like those of countries that are not neighbors in terms of proximity, that they may even suggest similarly: "Why doesn't the United States do something about this fighting among our neighbors? Or why don't the British do something? Why doesn't Russia interfere?" They may wish that others who have greater power than they would interfere and stop the fighting. They do not have the initiative or wish to engage in the battle in order to stop the battle any more than do others in the world. THE AIDS-LIKE EPIDEMIC IN THE SUDAN "Global 2000" Keeps on Rolling Along QUESTION: Another article the other day entitled: "Epidemic Threatens the Sudanese"; "United Nations Agency said yesterday that as many as 400,000 people could die from an epidemic of an AIDS-like disease that has killed tens of thousands in Sudan. The U.N. World Health Organization appealed for one million dollars to buy and transport drugs, disposable syringes and diagnostic material to treat patients in the isolated area. The disease is spread by parasite-infected sandflies living in Acacia forests along flooded rivers. The disease destroys the body's immune system. Between three and four hundred thousand persons in Southern Sudan are currently at risk of infection of this disease known as Kalaazar, in what experts at the WHO consider to be one of the largest epidemics of the deadly disease in recorded history. If untreated, all patients with clinical symptoms will die, the Geneva-based agency says." Is this another example, as Awareness indicated of the Global 2000? or is this a legitimate disease? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that this appears to be an offshoot or offspring of the AIDS virus, whereby the insects have become carriers of this virus in a mutated strain that it appears to be such that it is now being spread by insects. This Awareness has warned previously that mosquitoes can, under certain circumstances, carry the AIDS virus. In this case, the sandflies are far more effective as insect carriers than would be mosquitoes. This Awareness indicates it does not appear that this was especially designed by genetic engineering, but that it mutated from the African AIDS virus common in the general area. This Awareness indicates that it appears that almost all of Africa is now in epidemic levels of AIDS-related contamination; that it appears that by the year 2000, most of the population of Africa will have been destroyed by the AIDS infections. Certain of these countries are more susceptible or contagious than others, but in general, at least 90 percent of the population will be contaminated by the end of the century. This Awareness indicates it appears to be approximately 50 percent at this time, even though most of these entities are not aware of their contamination. This Awareness indicates that most of these entities do not want to know whether or not they are carrying HIV virus and would not want to know if they had AIDS or its related diseases. They prefer to approach the issue as: "Out of sight, out of mind." or "You have nothing to fear but fear itself." and therefore, they prefer to assume they don't have AIDS, but it appears that about 50 percent of the people in Africa are now carrying the AIDS virus. Therefore, in effect, each house will become energy sufficient and with no further need of centralized utilities! Our question to Awareness is this: Is this really true and are we looking at an era of true energy independence or is it another false start?" COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears to be effective and capable of supplying a household with its necessary energy for electricity and heat. This Awareness indicates that the main drawback for this form of science or technology is the use of freon, which is likely to become outlawed in the coming months or years; that even the air-conditioning units are being forced to switch to other types of gases, to avoid the use of freon and fluorocarbons. This Awareness indicates that it is not likely that this technology will escape the same legislation; the reason being that the fluorocarbons are seen as destroyers of the ozone layers around the globe and that even with the fluorocarbons sealed in these panels, there is still the potential and probability of eventual escape and further depletion of the ozone layers. This Awareness indicates that if the entity can find an answer to the technological use of some other form of less harmful gas to replace the freon, then this entity could have an enormously beneficial and favorable business to sell units to the masses around the country. This Awareness indicates of course, he will risk being harassed by utility companies, because they would see his units as an economic threat to their businesses. This Awareness indicates that if he can do his work in relative quiet and get well-established on the market before utility companies recognize the threat to them, he may well have a New Age business that eventually becomes a world-dominating source for energy for many millions of people. This Awareness indicates that any time an entity comes up with something that threatens a well-established business that corners the market such as a utility company that entity becomes a target for harassment and even threats of death, and therefore the entity is in dangerous territory simply by being competitive with the utilities markets, but the entity can minimize these threats by working quietly without a lot of attention until his operation is well-established, well-proven, and whereby then, upon the entry into advertising and marketing areas, the entity's presence is made to be so apparent, that any efforts to threaten or destroy his productivity would be too much in the public eye and the utility companies at that point would not risk such blatant destruction efforts. It is a matter of timing, as much as anything else. A NEW ERA BEGINS WITH BILL CLINTON'S ELECTION (Want to Change Your Physical Features, Your Intellect?) This Awareness indicates that these new chips, robotics and computerized and digital types of technologies will create totally new ways of gathering, storing and disseminating information and will help to create new vitality and health design for individuals in terms of their genetic treatment of diseases, in terms of the genetic research of diseases and in terms of genetic alteration in terms of personal preferences. There will come a time when entities can, through the use of genetics, change their facial features, change their physical features, change the health features of their physical bodies. They will also be able to change the intellectual development of their offspring or of themselves at some time in the future. This Awareness indicates that with the departure of Bush and the advent of Clinton, this will be seen as a kind of transition between the old 20th Century technology and social era and the 21st Century technological and social era. It is of little value to trust a country if you cannot know whether your trust is meaningful, but if it is verified from agents of your own operating within that country and agents of that country operating within your own, there is mutual verification, which allows for the transfer of information that does not even require a trust, because trust becomes unnecessary. Facts are shared, and the facts that are shared allow the nations to know what is occurring with each other so that trust is not a requirement for good relations. This Awareness indicates that world peace can come when entities know for certain that each of the other countries are planning no secret hostility or harboring no hidden agenda to wreak havoc upon their country. This Awareness suggests the concept of mutual agreement in letting each country be open and examined by other countries is the key to future world harmony. From this level, the various nations can then talk of deals, arrange programs, agreements, which can be implemented so that each can benefit in a win-win situation without the fear of someone in the other country doing something sneaky. When misrepresentation and hidden facts are not part of the relationship, then the relationship can be honest and open and productive. With the modern means of communication and a willingness for open and honest relationships between nations, this becomes an ideal time for such global interchange of honest dealings.
