Tossed emotion As I am standing here on the edge of my dream, Looking down at the seas below me Swirling and churning a death thro', I see a vision of you; A window of my past surroundings. This is a time of another tossed emotion. Here I am, standing here all alone again, Another dream full of desperation, Always searching for an unknown. Is this real or my imagination? I went the route through the park. I thought I would be brave, but it was dark. I lit a light to hide the night, But the ground below me was nowhere in sight. 'Thought I was flying, felt more like crying. I saw a bunch of bubbles riding on the winding breeze; Confusing debris twirled around the trees. Then suddenly I discovered there were never Really any trees in my dream; I had to wonder What could all this mean? All I could do was keep on keeping on Along that boundless, borderless road, On a ride to where, I did not know And I had no idea at all where I was going [should be going] Now I take the time to look around And what really is it that I see? You're telling me of the things you have found. These are the sounds of sad songs rushing through my head Reminding me that I took too long growing up, But now I'm glad I did. -------------------------------------------------------- / / /__,_ _ o ____ /_ __. __ /_) (_
