Since a lot of readers lack web access.  Essentially, this is a fan-written
story series that uses characters from Rumiko Takahashi's japanese animation
series, Ranma 1/2.  It's an alternate universe series taking place in an
Orwellian/BladeRunneresque cityscape, with lots of mystery, intrigue, action
and bad jokes.  And good jokes.  If you've never seen Ranma you should be
okay reading it, just be a little confused.  Most characters are copyright
Rumiko Takahashi and by Viz Comics/Video in the states; I don't even CLAIM
to have made those folks up, just the few originals that appear.
