                              RELEASE of C++ v4.0

The long awaited revision of Borland's C++ is due out within the next few days,
although the exact release date is not fully confirmed (to our knowledge). 
What the improvements are the portability of the code between v3.00 and v4.00
are currently unclear, although we would expect that the biase of the IDE and
development will be on Windows 3.1 and including OLE v2.00 support. More
details as and when we get them!

                              PC ANSWERS.. or does it?

In the UK you'd have to be blind not to have seen PC ANSWERS on some new agents
shelf or other. PC ANSWERS has been rathering a readership of end users for the
pass year or so, however recent information points to PC ANSWERS being  trashed
and a new magazine released in it's place. The new magazine will also be called
PC ANSWERS however it's content, style and the like will probably have been
drastically reorganised. More info as we get.

SNIPPET : If you use QWK (A hobbiests mailing package for home computers) you
maybe interested in several new QWK mail readers for Windows 3.1. Although
none have been released to date, several are being developed in both the UK
and USA. Again more info as we ALLOWED to print it.
