ABOUT THE UNIT CIRCLE Here's the scoop on the Unit Circle. It's not especially an electronic magazine, although it is distributed in that form. It is also distributed in a paper form. The electronic version is free, and the paper one costs dough. This isn't meant to slight the electronic readers or anything. You get just what the paper readers get, paper issues are priced at cost ($2 for Numbers 1-3 , $1 after). There are also a set of stickers that came with the first issue. Print them out onto sticker paper or photocopy them onto sticker paper, or ignore them. The Unit Circle is available from etext.org via: gopher : gopher://gopher.etext.org/Zines/UnitCircle/ WWW : http://www.etext.org/Zines/UnitCircle anonymous ftp: ftp://ftp.etext.org/pub/Zines/UnitCircle/ If you can't do the ftp thing, let me know. Issue #1 is the only one that will really work with the e-mail thing (11 uuencoded sections with stickers), but if there are enough people, maybe I'll do a special mailing or something.
