    broke up for a while but recently reformed and are now
    negotiating with a major record label..

    The Dove Awards are tonight in Nashville and will be on
    The Family Channel Sat Apr 29 at 10:30 pm EST.. BRIDE,
    MICHAEL SWEET, PRECIOUS DEATH and TOURNIQUET are all up
    for awards this year.. 
    
    Australian death metallers METANOIA signed up with Rowe
    Productions..
    
    NECROMANICIDE finished their first video back home in
    Brazil as well as their second demo..

    GMA, Nashville, TN - Apr 24-28
    
    ONE BAD PIG lives!
    
    They played a live show at 328 last night after Three
    Crosses and NOUVEAUX.  At the Cannery were the Throes,
    Prayer Chain (HM cover?) and GUARDIAN but I didn't see
    any of those.  Carey poured some red liquid over his head
    during "Red River", and they made him clean it up 
    afterward because he spilled on the house monitors!
    Daniel Tucek played bass with a new drummer and
    guitarist who was excellent.  I tried to get an interview,
    but "Kosher" left before I could do so. Cannery has had
    cool shows including Walter Eugenes, Harry Gore and the
    Measles, LOVE COMA, VILLANELLE, Big Tent Revival, Dana Key,
    Michelle Deneen and others.
    
    Johnny Q. Public will play tonight with other Gotee
    artists, and at the same time at 328 will be RED SEA,
    BARREN CROSS, BRIDE, Idle Cure and Rick Cua.  Via at the
    Cannery include Curious Fools, Hoi Polloi, Fell Venus,
    Hokus Pick and Mike Roe.  Decisions!
    
    WHITECROSS, CRASHDOG, Sixpence and REZ tomorrow, and
    MxPx tonight.
