I went to the most awesome musical event last weekend in Maryland.. Lamb
Jam (the first one).. at Exit East Studios bunches of folk came about to
jam including members of MARS HILL, CHRISM and GOD SQUAD, and my Bible
study leader (my old one, rather) Jerry was jamming on sax while a 14-year
old drummer pounded.. they better have another Lamb Jam!

before it crashed.. briefly, Ben Hardwidge left ANGEL FLESH to join
Amaranth but Simon got married and moved away.. Ben, meanwhile, is doing a
solo project entitled "The Rhyme of the Flying Bomb" with ASHEN
MORTALITY's Ian Arkley.. stay tuned..

Texas grindcore band DISENCUMBRANCE has a new demo out this February.. it
was made at a 24-track studio without a new bassist (Joe played bass and

Missouri  thrash band ARISE has changed their name to THINKTANK.. the
four-piece has 3 songs done.. they are now industrial/death..

Canadian thrash band PERIHELION has broken up.. guitarist David Hitchen is
in the hard rock band ELIAS.. Dave Courtney and Ron Ward are putting a new
band together..

AMETHYST has reformed! The Texas progressive  metal band can be reached

GOD SQUAD is a new HR band from Maryland.. they will play The Edge in
