Test of the IBM LPT (Line PrinTer) ports

Purpose:        The purpose this program is to test the IRQ
        (Interrupt Request Line) on the Parallel printer port for the
        IBM PC/AT.
Compiling:  The code has been made transportable to:
                Zortech Personal C   v. 1.07        for MS-DOS
                Turbo C              v. 2.01        for MS-DOS
 
What should happen:  Upon invocation the program will blurt out a small
                     banner, some BIOS Data Segment information, then it
                     will bring up a menu of possible tests and options.
