They have released two recordings. Their tape, THAT'S GOOD ENOUGH, LET'S GO HOME, and CD, KISS THE MAMMOTH AND RUN! are both good examples of what this band calls skunk. (get it: Ska+Funk=Skunk.) And that is what they have on all their T-shirts. Their horns are excellent in all their songs, and make a show enjoyable, even when they are not playing ska. As for their ska, it's very traditional. They play a number of slower tunes on their CD, including "E'da Dar Agua NA Boca," a polka style ska tune, and "Ocean," which falls into the rocksteady category. I enjoy their ska on the CD quite a bit. Furthermore, they do an excellent cover of "Lorraine," recorded live at Bogies, Albany where this band is a legend. I've seen this band live a number of times. Every show, people seamed content at the end of the night. That is the kind of band this is. You can get a beer during some of their funkier stuff, and then hop into the pit during their ska songs. Rarely is there any pushing, though at times, you'll see some hippie losing motor control. For the most part, however, the crowd is filled with rudies and intellectual college students.
