Make a graph of children that have the P sound in their name. Read a poem and have children color code all the p words. Try introducing this p word: pastel Ask the children what they notice about the word. Whose family has the most P names? Use these words to rhyme: pat pot pet pout pin Tongue Twister: Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. Make a predictable chart: At the parade I saw ____________. Order your students in a line from P to O.
