PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT-- RUSSIA

The situation in Moscow is returning to normal and people are going 
about their business.  Americans no longer need to defer travel to 
Moscow.  Travelers should be aware that there is a curfew in effect 
in Moscow from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.  The U.S. Embassy recommends 
that Americans exercise caution in the area of the Russian 
Parliament.  The U.S. Embassy is open for business as usual.
