The Department advises Americans traveling abroad that the potential exits for retaliation by Kansi's sympathizers against American interests. U.S. government installations abroad have been instructed to review their security precautions. While we have no specific threat information, American citizens traveling abroad should pay close attention to their personal security practices overseas in light of the potential threat.
