Technical Report Distribution

This directory has been created to provide access to our technical
reports.  Technical reports are available in the author's favorite
format.  For the most part, documents are in tex/latex or troff
formats which are common formats among today's community.

The file tech-report-index contains a listing of this year's (1990)
technical reports.  We will be making a complete index of all
technical reports and abstracts in the very near future.

Each technical report is assigned a number YY-ZZZ, where YY is the
year and XXX is a sequentially assigned number.  The technical reports
will be assigned to filenames using these numbers.  For example, the
technical report 90-001 would be found in a file called 90-001.tex.Z
(for tex/latex) or 90-001.tr.Z (for troff).
