POTATOES O'BRIEN                       Servings:  4

4   med.      potatoes, peeled, cubed  1   sm.   onion, chopped
1/4 c.        butter or margarine      1/2 tsp.  salt
    dash      pepper

	Cook potatoes 15 minutes, covered in boiling water.  Drain.  Saute onion
in butter.  Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.  Cook 5 minutes, stirring
gently.
