BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH DILL Servings: 4 2 T. softened unsalted butter 1/4 tsp. dried dill 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds, chopped 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed salt and pepper Trim sprouts, and cut and 'X' into the base of each. In a bowl, blend together the butter, dill, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. In a steamer set over boiling water, steam sprouts for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Toss in bowl with butter mixture.
