TOMATO TORTELLINI Servings: 1/4 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni 1 c. sundried tomatoes, in oil 1 T. green peppercorn mustard 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes Coarsely grind above in Cuisinart by pulsing. 2/3 c. olive oil 1 lb. cheese tortellini 3 T. chopped green onion With Cuisinart running, add oil in quick, steady stream. Toss green onion with cooked tortellini, then combine with dressing. Serve at room temperature.
