SPAGHETTI SAUCE Servings: 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 24 oz. tomato sauce 6 oz. tomato paste 1 tsp. chili powder oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder some water (to texture-taste) Brown onion and meat. Drain. Add tomato sauce and paste. Simmer 15 minutes. Add chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and water. Cook at least 3 hours. Source: Joan Miller (my mother).
