RICE MEAT BALLS Servings: 4 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. rice, minute-style 1/8 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 1/2 c. tomato juice 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. onion, grated parsley, chopped Mix together all except tomato juice and sugar. Shape into balls. Blend sugar and juice, Pour into skillet over the meatballs. Bring to a boil, cover, simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
