MEATLOAF Servings: 4 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 8 oz. water 1 tsp. whole allspice 1 onion, sliced 1 egg 1 bay leaf 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1 sm. onion, minced 1 T. worcestershire sauce 1/2 chili pepper, crushed 1 T. mustard 8 oz. tomato sauce salt and pepper Combine beef, minced onion, egg, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper into casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce and water over top. Place remaining ingredients on top. Bake 1 hour at 450F. Baste. Source:
