HERB WINE MARINADE Servings: 1/3 c. chile sauce or catsup 3/4 c. dry red wine 1/2 c. salad oil 2 T. instant minced onion 1 T. Worchestershire 1 tsp. crumbled dry rosemary 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke Blend all ingredients together and pour over meat. Marinate from 1 hour to overnight depending on toughness of the cut or the amount of flavor you wish to permeate meat. Makes 1 3/4 cups, enough for about 5 pounds of meat.
