GROUND BEEF CHOP SUEY Servings: 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. (1 lb.) bean sprouts, drained 2 med. onions, sliced thin 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced in 3/4 c. boiling water 1 c. celery, diagonally sliced cooked rice 3 T. soy sauce 1 T. corn starch 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. sugar Saute beef, onions and celery until meat is browned. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger and sugar. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in sprouts. Stir together bouillon and corn starch. Add to beef mixture. Bring to boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Source:
