HALF-BAKED TURTLES Servings: 3 dozen 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 14 oz. caramels 2 c. pecan halves Arrange pecan halves in clusters of 3 on foil-lined baking sheets. Place caramel in center of each. Place in 300F oven just until caramels are softened, about 10 minutes. Spread melted chocolate over each caramel, refrigerate until firm. Source: Lois Dowling
