STRAWBERRY PIE GLACE' Servings: 6 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. sour cream 1 qt. fresh strawberries 3/4 c. water 1 c. sugar 3 T. cornstarch 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 baked pie shell Cream cheese and sour cream together, and spread over baked pie shell. Simmer 1 c. strawberries with water for 5 minutes. Combine sugar and cornstarch, and add to cooked strawberries. Stir while cooking until syrup is clear and thick, about 10 minutes. Add lemon juice, and cool. Put cheese mixture into shell, cover with uncooked berries, and cover that with cooked mixture. Chill.
