REGAL CHOCOLATE GLAZE                  Servings:

4   oz.       semisweet chocolate      2   oz.   unsalted butter
2   T.        water

    Chop chocolate, melt with butter in double boiler on low heat.
Remove, add water, and stir until smooth.  Use while warm.
