CHOCOLAT POTS DU CREME Servings: 6 2 - 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, shaved 3 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 5 egg yolks 2/3 c. sugar Melt chocolate in milk over low heat. Add sugar and salt, cook until chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks gradually. Cook over very low heat until pudding thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Pour into custard cups or serving dishes. Chill until set. Serve with cream or whipped cream. Source: Natalie Oppenheim
