FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE Servings: 12-15 2 T. instant coffee 1 tsp. hot water 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs 1 c. whipping cream 1/4 c. butter, melted 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 14 oz. condensed milk 2/3 c. chocolate syrup Combine crumbs, sugar and butter in small bowl. Pat crumbs into springform pan bottom and sides, then chill. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Add milk and syrup. Dissolve coffee in water, mix into cheese mixture.
