LAKEWOOD MOUSSE                        Servings:

10  oz.       sugar                    1   c.    water
25  oz.       chocolate                8         egg yolks
4             egg whites               4   T.    sugar
2   qt.       whipping cream

    Melt chocolate in water, combine with 10 oz. sugar.  Let cool.
Add egg yolks, fold in egg whites, remaining sugar, and whipping cream.
