FOOLPROOF CHOCOLATE FUDGE Servings: 1 3/4 lbs. 18 oz. chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts 14 oz. condensed milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract dash salt Melt chips and milk in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax-lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2-3 hours. Turn onto cutting board and peel off paper. Cut into squares.
