FATTIMANN (THIN COOKIES) Servings: 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. cream 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla pinch salt 5 c. flour Beat eggs until thick. Gradually add sugar, and beat until thoroughly blended. Add milk and cream, then stir in baking powder, vanilla and salt. Add flour gradually to make a soft dough. Chill several hours. Roll dough out on floured board (not too thin), and cut with cutter. Fry at 375F until golden brown, turning once.
