FATTIGMANN (THIN CAKE)                 Servings:

1/3 c.        sugar                    1   T.    melted butter
6             egg yolks                1/3 c.    whipped cream
1   T.        grated lemon peel        1/2 tsp.  salt
2   c.        flour

    Beat egg yolks until thick.  Beat in sugar, stir in butter, whipped
cream, lemon peel, salt and flour.  Mix only enough to blend to a soft
dough.  Chill several hours.  Fry at 375F.  Dust while warm with powdered
sugar.
