FUDGY BRANDIED TRUFFLES Servings: 4-5 dozen 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk 1 T. brandy extract 1 c. finely crushed nuts 1/3 c. cocoa In a small saucepan, combine chips with milk. Cook over very low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat, stir in extract. Pour into shallow dish. Chill 30 minutes. With buttered fingers, shape into small balls.
