SETAS AL HORNO Servings: 8 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms 1/4 c. shredded parsley 1/2 tsp. Fines Herbes 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 3 T. butter 1 1/4 c. white dinner wine Clean mushrooms and remove stems, set aside caps. Chop stems finely. Combine parsley, Fines Herbes, onion powder, cayenne, salt and bread crumbs. Stir in chopped stems. Butter an oven-proof baking dish with 1 Tablespoon butter. Place mushroom caps in dish, heads down. Sprinkle with crumb mixture, and pour wine over top. Dot remaining butter over surface. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
