GERMAN PANCAKES Servings: 1 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. skim milk 1 T. oil 5 eggs Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat in milk, and add eggs one at a time. Heat in a large skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Bake 20 minutes at 425F or until brown.
