FETTUCINE DI GRAPPA Servings: 1 oz. shallots, finely chopped 10 oz. fettucine 2 oz. grappa 1 T. parsley, chopped 1 T. garlic fresh ground black pepper 2 T. butter, hard 1 T. olive oil Heat saute pan. Add olive oil. Sear garlic and shallots. Add grappa, pasta and parsley. Toss in pan, mix in butter, and top with pepper.
