SUNFLOWER BREAD Servings: 1/4 c. honey 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. margarine 1 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 2 c. toasted sunflower seeds 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 325F. Grind 1 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, and coarsely chop remainder. Beat honey and margarine until smooth. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and ground sunflower seeds, add to honey-egg mixture alternately with milk. Stir in chopped seeds. Pour into greased 9 inch loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
