Dr. DiRe's BRAN MUFFINS Servings: 24 1 c. boiling water 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. Bran Buds 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. All Bran 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour Options: nuts, raisins, blueberries, bananas. Keeps: up to 4 weeks. Preheat oven to 400F. Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs and blend. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add 1/3 of the dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture and blend. Add 1/2 of the water, then slowly blend in the remaining dry ingredients.
