Note on hefelanto.txt, parolado.txt, sxtormo.txt:
These texts use the ISO 8859/3 (LATIN-3) 8-bit
encodings for the Esperanto letters:

Because the high-order bit is set in these codes, the files MUST be
transferred in Image or `binary' mode. If you do not have software to
view Latin-3 text, you will have to convert these codes to your
favorite ASCIIzed representation of the Esperanto letters, via C code,
Perl script, or some similar mechanism.
