The directorate approved the minutes of the teleconference held on April 25. Coya to place into IETF Shadow directories, and send copies of the minutes to the IAB and IESG. 2. A verbal roll call was taken to ascertain who would be at the retreat. Of those on the call, all were planning to attend except for Jon Crowcroft and Brian Carpenter (Brian will attend via phone). Coya to probe the three directorate members who did not participate in the call to see if they will be attending the retreat. 3. Allison announced that she and Scott had prepared an IPNG track for the Toronto IETF meeting. 4. Scott provided a brief summary of what occurred in the IPNG area during Interop in Vegas, and mentioned some upcoming meetings where there will be an IPNG panel. Allison summarized what would/could be happening at the INET meeting in Prague. 5. Allison outlined what is expected in the technical reviews being done by the directorate. Everyone was polled, and those who have not yet submitted their reviews stated they would have something soon, some by next week, all will be done prior to the retreat. 6. Frank Kastenholz reviewed some of the comments/suggestions received about the requirements document. Following with tradition, each item was discussed in minute detail as/when mentioned :-) 7. The desire for a good revision of the requirements document, to be available as a reference point in time for the retreat, was reiterated. The document will be frozen and released in its final form just after the retreat. 8. The directorate stated that each candidate should bring a paper copy of their own document set.
